My wife told the person that took our reservation that she was in a wheel chair . She was told that we would have a handicap room. the shower was not a roll in . Just because the rest room has hand rails doesn't make it a handicap room . When we tried to call ahead to make sure the shower was right , no one would answer the phone. The staff was great . But the business end sucks once they get your money you will probably never talk to a live human again . So make sure to ask questions.

I really enjoyed this hotel above expensive ones. It was very well maintained. Very clean in the rooms and bathrooms. Friendly staff that was welcoming. The pool was very warm and easy to enjoy. Breakfast was wonderful and complimentary. It reminded me of older times when guests were important. They hold those values.

We grabbed a room on a last-minute family road trip for one night. We were looking for a clean room and a pool, and this Best Western delivered just that. The room was clean. Service was amazing. Basic breakfast the next morning in a clean, well stocked dining room. The only negative is that the pool is in an area that gets shade early, so the pool is cooler fast.

We stay at Best Western in every state we travel to. They are conveniently located just off the freeway and with views, special restaurants or food, and activities close by. This location had extremely friendly staff, very clean room, and was close to everything we needed. We appreciate Best Western and being a part of their family!

Fantastic place to stay. I read the negative reviews for this place and I’m shocked by how many entitled brats there are in this world.
The good: clean room, great A/C, nice shower, good water pressure, no smells, diner next door, breakfast was loaded with fresh food options, large and clean pool with lots of seating, ice machine working and not dirty, and many vending options.
The bad: the hot tub/spa was down..

Great place to stay if you travel with a pet! Very 'prt friendly.' They even have dog cookies when you check in! There is a nice dog-park near by.

Definitely my default go to for staying in the area. Good pool area, vending machines and of course the free Best Western breakfast makes it even better. I've only encountered good staff and friendly service. Parking can sometimes be peculiar. Room are clean, bathtubs are a bit wide so nice to use. Didn't get 'freebies' for being a platinum member like they're should've been - but definitely not a deal breaker. Very nice overall.

I'd give it zero stars, but at least the room didn't leak during the storm.
Food was cross contaminated. So people with food allergies would have trouble. Key cards stopped working every day on a multi night stay and had to get new ones. Construction was blocking access to the room. Hot water would go from good to jump out of the way so you don't get burnt.
Just avoid this location and go to another one one town up.

Challenging location - unless it's the dead of night, you can only go RIGHT, and have to make a huge detour to go west.
Older property, two-story with no elevator and exterior doors. Had to shoo away a homeless person when leaving to go find dinner. Room was basic and clean. Shower had old-fashioned 3-knob shower controls. TV was frustrating - no way to directly input the channels (e.g. 55.2) as there was no '.' button on the remote. Not smart. Printed guide let you get close to where you wanted to go, but was not updated.
Breakfast was the usual fare - eggs, meat, starches, cereals. Hot foods were piping hot.

Have stayed here several times in the past and was always pleased. It isn’t fancy but was always clean and a good price. Rates were quite a bit higher and I did notice hair in the tub and on the floor in the bathroom. There were large gaps around the door and we had to lock all of the locks in order to make sure it stayed closed. The staff were friendly and attentive. I just think it’s time for this BW to have a facelift.
