I loved everything about it. I have something to return. It was taken from your room. I didn't do it. It was the other guest that I brought with me. But I found it and will return it to it's proper owner. I apologize sincerely. I hope it doesn't reflect onto me. I'm very sorry and I feel horrible that it was done while I was staying there.
Came here on Wednesday for a work meeting and had a splendid time. I arrived quite early for the event and sampled some coffee from the carafe provided. It tasted quite strong and very bitter. When I tried to get a cup from the Regency Grill, the staff asked about the furnished brew. I told them and they remade the coffee promptly before my coworkers arrived. Thank you to the kind and personable...
Not a bad place to stay. Definitely not as polished as the chain hotels, but if you are just passing through this is a nice hotel. The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, perfect for a quick pit stop when you don't want to stay at that #6 hotel. The hallways a very long with elevators on the opposite end instead of in the middle, this is the mark down
Make sure to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your hotel. This web site will compare hundreds of hotel sites and usually will have prices much cheaper than others! Thank me later! This hotel is one of the highest rated in the area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you choose this place you definitely won't regret it. While the hotel may be dated, I found this location to be clean, and the...
The rooms are huge!!! Lots of mirrors and lights, and a mini bar area for cocktail making, away from your makeup and hair countertop area...even 2 sinks in the room! The location is close to everything you could need on a vacation, including easy access to the highways. The service was super efficient, knowledgeable and kind. The bar adjacent to the lobby is old fashioned feeling, and very relaxing...
Let me be absolutely honest about this hotel. It's a two-star hotel at best. I simply chose this place on a business trip and needed somewhere cheap to stay. I didn't know it would look this outdated had I looked at the pictures more and would not have chosen this place otherwise. The price, could be better for what they offer. Yes, like others have said, it needs serious updating but was very surprised...

My wife told the person that took our reservation that she was in a wheel chair . She was told that we would have a handicap room. the shower was not a roll in . Just because the rest room has hand rails doesn't make it a handicap room . When we tried to call ahead to make sure the shower was right , no one would answer the phone. The staff was great . But the business end sucks once they get your...
I really enjoyed this hotel above expensive ones. It was very well maintained. Very clean in the rooms and bathrooms. Friendly staff that was welcoming. The pool was very warm and easy to enjoy. Breakfast was wonderful and complimentary. It reminded me of older times when guests were important. They hold those values.
We grabbed a room on a last-minute family road trip for one night. We were looking for a clean room and a pool, and this Best Western delivered just that. The room was clean. Service was amazing. Basic breakfast the next morning in a clean, well stocked dining room. The only negative is that the pool is in an area that gets shade early, so the pool is cooler fast.
We stay at Best Western in every state we travel to. They are conveniently located just off the freeway and with views, special restaurants or food, and activities close by. This location had extremely friendly staff, very clean room, and was close to everything we needed. We appreciate Best Western and being a part of their family!
Fantastic place to stay. I read the negative reviews for this place and I’m shocked by how many entitled brats there are in this world. The good: clean room, great A/C, nice shower, good water pressure, no smells, diner next door, breakfast was loaded with fresh food options, large and clean pool with lots of seating, ice machine working and not dirty, and many vending options. The bad: the hot tub...
Challenging location - unless it's the dead of night, you can only go RIGHT, and have to make a huge detour to go west. Older property, two-story with no elevator and exterior doors. Had to shoo away a homeless person when leaving to go find dinner. Room was basic and clean. Shower had old-fashioned 3-knob shower controls. TV was frustrating - no way to directly input the channels (e.g. 55.2)...

Easy on/off from I-5, but far enough away that we never heard the traffic. EASY internet access, for once! I found the bed fine, but my wife and son didn't get a great sleep.
Catherine at the front desk is the best! If you arrive during her shift, you will be taken care of promptly, professionally and thoroughly. All of the staff is great. The hotel policy allows dogs so according to my stay, expect to hear dog barking about every other morning. Not a pleasant way to be woke up.
Rachel was wonderful. She helped me find a room at the last minute at the best price. I appreciate how pleasant she was during our interaction. The room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds.
Very clean hotel and room (especially bathroom). 4 stars because carpets in room which are certainly not sanitized between stays. The woman working the breakfast / kitchen in the morning was incredibly friendly, fast, and personal. Breakfast was delicious (especially the omelette). Comfy bed! 5 min drive from MFR airport and close to town. If the carpets come out I'd give them a 5/5!
The staff was friendly my reservation brought up in seconds. Our room was clean sizeable with a surprisingly comfortable sleeper couch, sitting never used for sleeping. Morning free breakfast was OK the standard fare. Bed was a bit firmer than we like and Wi-Fi which I seldom use i couldn't log into. My only significant complaint is the chain has started to use a duvet for the bed which means that...

My friend took me there for the 1st time and I loved it I asked her to teach me how to cook the way she does and she said yes so we had to go get stuff from the Asian store which was very good stop by and try some of the coffee they have I love it it's like 3 in one it's good. You will like it to if you like coffee.
Location is terrible the hotel itself used to be nice, it tryst to be a nice place however the location is terrible and there is just a lot of people floating around on drugs out of there mind and the hotel doesn't seem to do anything to really clear them out so you end up with 20 people all over the parking lot leaning on your car and things. I'm not comfortable staying here. The hotel could at least...
This is a decent hotel with close proximity to the Airport. It has a pool with kid friendly water slides. I wish they had a hot tub. The staff and shuttle drivers are amazing and friendly. Overall I would stay here again. Needs an upgrade but rooms are nice and other guests are not disturbing.
The place smells like smoke even the no smoking rooms. Seems a bit dated and like they polished it up very poorly. The customer service is not the best. I had to request the gym be opened up 2 hours after it was supposed to be. There were no towels at the pool and front desk gives you 50 reasons why they won’t get you a towel. Not the most customer friendly front desk people. The maids are great people...
Loved the pool and breakfast was ok. But they messed up one of our rooms we reserved a handicap room and the lady said we could only have it one night because we booked it online. It was a mess we waited hours for them to clean the handicap room finally gave up waiting and for a normal room.
I had the most wonderful time at this hotel. I found it extremely comfortable, clean, relaxing, and hospitable. Well worth the price. Oh, and the fact that you respond to what seems like every single comment posted here is above and beyond. I look forward to staying here again.

Very nice place to stay. Great staff, restaurant inside, clean rooms, and high quality breakfast in the morning too. Very mid century modern throughout. It's very cute. The restaurant staff was great about checking ingredient labels for my son on the food and checking with the chef. I would definitely stay here again!
Perfectly good place to stop for a night or two while traveling. Front desk staff were super friendly and efficient. Pros: •Pet friendly •Beds were comfy (I slept really well) •Rooms were clean as one could expect at this price point •Free continental breakfast in the morning until 9:30A •Nice brewery with great food across the street (also pet friendly) Cons: •Canal and motorway view off the balcony...
Clean, updated and affordable. The hot breakfast in the morning was exceptional compared to most hotel breakfasts. We had a room facing the freeway and creek. While not the most picturesque, this urban area has been considerably revamped and it's walking distance to great parts of downtown...with an awesome restaurant/brewery across the street. The staff were also incredibly friendly -especially the...
Clean room, great breakfast, and friendly customer service. We were upgraded to a room with 2 queen beds by Tashina D. at check-in as we needed an extra bed. She was super friendly and and helpful. The overall stay was great except for the fact that the air condition in room 152 didn't work very well. It was stuck at around 74 degrees but kept showing 79 on the display. Whatever you do to lower the...
I’m impressed with this hotel, it’s been nicely updated, very clean, nice pool, affordable, nice lobby, good location, and a good breakfast. The only thing is that they only have plastic and paper garbage cups for water, juice, and coffee in the morning. It would be nice if there were real cups to go with their real plates and silverware. We try not to produce any garbage. Otherwise our stay was perfect...
I’m impressed. For the last three weeks I’ve been living out of hotels for work and this one is one of the cleanest that I’ve stayed in. The location isn’t bad either. Just a short walk to downtown where there is plenty of restaurants and shops. When I landed at the airport the hotel had Tic-Tock Taxi pick me up. You can see the potential in this motel but it’s not quite all there yet. Poor neighborhood location for noise and feeling of safety, average TV and internet service.
Is this a 5 star hotel? No. But it deserves 5 stars for what it is, an affordable motel. The owner was super friendly and accommodating. My room was recently remodeled, super clean, and had cute paintings he and/or his wife created. Nice tv and minifridge too.
This is a great budget motel with Atomic roots. Comfortable and safe. We would definite stay again. It’s centrally located and you can walk to food and espresso easily. The road noise isn’t bad at all - theres even a fan inside at the window that cuts down noise further. Wifi worked well and the room was very clean and well laid out. Nice shower and a functional bathroom counter. The staff and owners...
Here’s the thing: It’s a really great motel. Room was clean, had nice appliances, clean sheets and a large new TV (so kudos on that). The building itself is very old and never really shakes that “motel” feel, but if you go into it knowing that, you will be happy. The desk clerk was super cool and got me checked in early. 5-stars because it can’t be easy keeping a building that old habitable! Now let...
Love the place. Clean, safe, great price, I can make the TV work without having an advanced engineering degree!! and it has one business channel that I find almost no other place. I highly recommend this little gem of a place. I stay there every time I travel to Medford. You should, too.

Clean, comfy, friendly hotel. The only drawback was that the fan would not turn off on the air conditioner/heater. It ran all night long. If you are a fan of “white noise” then this is a great hotel.
This hotel is very nice! But the barn doors on the bathrooms are awful! Light comes right through the glass front, and so do sounds..... Conventional doors on the bathrooms probably would be better. Breakfast was great! And staff was very nice!
Rooms are really nice, but the service is lacking. Luckily I have the app, so I don't have to bothering them and have to put their phones down or stop talking to another employee about the game. I guess my expectations were too high from prior stays at Hilton. A simple good morning, hi, how are you doing, good evening would go so far with your guests. It would make them feel welcomed and that you appreciated...
The hotel and location are fine, but when calling for a price quote we were quoted something far less than what we were ultimately charged. I specifically asked for the price of a double queen room with 3 occupants and two pets but was apparently given a quote without the additional fees for the two pets which feels underhanded and misleading. Won't be staying here again as a result.

We stayed here twice for our week in Oregon. This location is next to the airport with a sidewalk for walking there, which we used when the shuttle driver cancelled for our 5AM flight. The ladies who checked us in each time were friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were clean, had fluffy towels and good toiletries for use. There is no breakfast included.
Stayed here 4 nights and was pleased with the shirt walk from the airport, the cleanliness, and the food service was excellent. Daisa was very pleasant in the bar and even the guy mopping floors at night made me feel welcome and had a great personality. I would recommend this location if you are looking for a place to stay in Medford. Also, they serve Starbucks coffee and I had a 55inch tv in my...
Love the location by the airport! The shuttle driver was so sweet (even at 3:30am)! The room was very clean and felt really nice. The front desk was incredibly accommodating. And the price was super reasonable!
This is by far the best accommodation in Medford that I have received till date. Extremely clean and spacious rooms, superb helpful staff and just 4 min walk to the airport makes this property a great place to stay. To top it off morning breakfast was amazing. The front desk clerk wasn't very informative and didn't explain AT ALL about needing a credit card on file for incidentals only. My husband paid for my trip, and she made it seem like his card couldn't be used for the room because my name wasn't on the card. It caused me a great deal of stress. She needs remedial training. Staff is very helpful at this property. it’s at the same location as Elmer’s Restaurant who serve delicious breakfasts.
We were from out of town and my mother had had emergency surgery. It was snowing on the mountain pass to get home. The girls there made sure we were on the first floor by the office and had rooms next to each other.
It is a decent place to stay and very convenient for the airport. We had some issues with our room keys not working that the staff fixed right away. The carpets feel uncomfortably grimy, though - walking around the room barefoot made my feet visibly dirty. The rooms are not the most updated but they are comfortable and have all the basics (our room had minifridge, microwave, hair dryer, and safe)....
First time staying at this hotel and let me just say we loved the stay. It's worth your money. Staff was really nice, thank you Angela. The room was so clean and well equipped. Glad we chose Quality Inn instead of Motel 6!
Great basic room. Appreciated the microwave and refrigerator in the room. Breakfast spread is above average but the apple was the only real "healthy" option. Room had noise at night from adjascent grocery store parking lot.
When I need to fly in and out of Medford I stay at Quality Inn because they do free airport shuttle. Rooms are clean and well maintained. They have a good hot breakfast. Staff are very nice. Took me to the airport at 4 am.

I appreciated all the choices of breakfast foods. The food was warm. The staff was friendly. I appreciated the cleanliness of the food area and dining area. The service hours were adequate to have time to eat before heading out.
The suite was perfect for our “halfway to each other’s home” Thanksgiving! The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable for our two families. The kitchen only had 4 place settings but we went and bought paper plates. The closest elevator sounded like it needed maintenance but I don’t think it was unsafe. The free breakfast was Incredible!!
After a long drive coming back to California we stopped looking for a hotel luckily we stumbled upon Homewood suites in Medford almost at midnight I did not have a reservation so I crossed my fingers and went to ask for a room. The manager on duty at Homewood Suites did a splendid job. I told her that I had dropped of a dinner for a door dash client, but I was several hours behind due to the fact that I had earlier dropped off this clients food at their sister property. Clean hotel with very spacious living room and bathroom. Great option for an extend stay . Utensils provided with fridge microwave and oven . The beds are very comfortable (at least for me they were) and the living room area with dining table made it feel homey. The hotel is in a quiet area and secured so only guests with keys can come in and out of the side door. I'd give them 2 thumbs up.

I stayed here for a month in July 2020. The location is great, and the service was just what you want, friendly and quick. The rooms were showing a bit of age, but were very clean. Friendly staff, clean rooms and hot showers or bath if you rather soak after or before a flight. It’s convenient since it near the airport and not expensive at all. I’ll definitely return to this motel 6 when I visit again.
The motel is really nice for a 2-star motel. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, the water pressure was excellent, but most importantly the staff (especially James) were pleasant to interact with. If there was a microwave and mini fridge in every room, I would easily give this place 5 stars.
As Motel 6's go, this is one of the best. I think that it's conveniently located to the airport. I'm driving through so I picked it because it was conveniently located to the freeway. Excellent customer service. This rating is based solely on how communicative, kind, and helpful the service was. We had a wonderful experience at the Jacksonville Inn last night. We enjoyed a glass of wine in the new wine bar and loved the comfy ambience. Very friendly service. Enjoyed our meals downstairs. The service and food was excellent. Really enjoyed our experience and will be back soon!
We booked our reservations by calling, excellent customer service from the start of the call, very professional. The young woman even asked if we were celebrating a special event. The food selection was amazing, server was well versed in wine pairings, which we loved! The food presentation was beautiful, the new risotto is flavorful and the toasted meringue cake was to die for. Who I can only assume...
Shared an incredible dinner here with my husband for my birthday. We had a delectable seafood chowder and homemade bread to start. This time of year, every restaurant around has a roasted beet salad, so of course we had that, too! Great contrast of sweet and sour flavors and it had the most roasted beets of all the salads I've had elsewhere, so kudos on that for sure! We had the buttermilk fried chicken...
I've not stayed at the Inn, but I've eaten there. I like the patio out back when weather permits. The wait staff is polite & knowledgeable about the menu. I must eat gluten free so eating out can be a challenge at times. They took all the challenge away... I had a fabulous meal. FYI, the beet salad is to die for!
A romantic bed and breakfast located downtown dating back to 1861. The dinner house received the Medford Mail Tribune's "Readers' Choice Award" for five consecutive years as "Best Restaurant."
One of the top choices in Southern Oregon dining. Chef Bill Huebel creates one-of-a-kind dishes. The wine inventory boasts over 2000 bottles! They also have a well-stocked wine store where our Griffin

Needed somewhere to stay in Medford and this place was the least expensive I could find. It’s definitely not bad for the price. It was clean and a decent sized room. Surrounding area is a bit sketchy but it’s a very close drive to a lot of stores and restaurants. I recommend!
Great experience. Was skeptical of the name and part of town. Front desk lady very nice. The bed was comfortable, it looked and smelled clean. The water was HOT.. filled the jacuzzi HOT. 🙌Price for what you get is reasonable. Few things which are not a problem but also worth mentioning. There were a lot of dead ants. You can tell it’s not from being dirty, maybe just the area of town. The faucet on...
I was skeptical after reading some of the reviews, but the place was very clean. The front desk gal was very friendly and made the process easy. Plus the rooms are very affordable. The only con I noticed as soon as we walked in is that the mirror was broken on the edge and is very sharp, so that should have been replaced before they rented out the room.
The pleasant staff at the front desk were very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. From the looks at first I was concerned I made a mistake but I could not have asked fir a better stay while there. If your looking fir a good price snd a comfortable clean place to stay I recommend this motel. I was also grateful for the late check out at no charge. Very professional and accommodating
Room clean, floors nice and recently redone. Busy day, not quite enough parking for everyone so we parked kind of weird. There seemed to be some long term residents of the inn that were maybe a bit sketchy. Nice that the room had a fridge and a microwave. Shower kept going from hot to cold. So a mixed experience.
Odd room set up. Was super hot and took forever to cool down. Lobby smelled like curry, and waited for 10 minutes before finally leaving the room key on the desk.
