Courtyard by Marriott Phoenix Mesa

As a General Manager of a hotel in Anchorage, I have high standards for hospitality, and I am thrilled to say that my recent stay at the Courtyard Mesa by Marriott exceeded them in every way! The highlight of our visit was Aliyah at the front desk, whose warmth and professionalism made a lasting impression from check-in onward. Aliyah went above and beyond to make us feel valued and welcomed.

During our stay, we accidentally left behind a $300 purple pillow in the room, and my partner misplaced his black sandals at the pool. Aliyah not only helped us locate these items but also kept us informed with follow-up calls, showing genuine care and dedication. Her level of service is rare, and if I could, I would hire her at my own hotel in Anchorage!

The entire property was impeccably maintained, with beautiful rooms and spotless facilities that made it a truly relaxing getaway. I’ll definitely be recommending Courtyard Mesa to others and look forward to staying again. Thank you to Aliyah and the team for a wonderful experience!

Nice and quiet. I stayed here for 10 days for work. My room was nice and clean. The pool was clean with lots of chairs and tables. Front desk people were nice and accommodating. Definitely stay here again.

Visited here for three days. Check in and out was smooth and painless. Rooms felt small and a bit cluttered compared to some other Hotels i have recently stayed in. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Nice pool area with hot tube. A/C worked great...specially for a summer visit where temps average 110 for the duration of our trip.

I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Our room is great and the beds are great. Staff here is friendly, accommodating and professional. All parts of the building are very clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this location.

The good
- Excellent and helpful front desk staff
- Comfy beds
- Location, close to freeways and a good number of restaurants
- Plenty parking

Not so good
- The hotel shows its age, but they appear to be doing a good job of keeping up
- The majority of rooms seem to be connected for the most part; if you are not comfortable with a door in the room
- The restaurant and breakfast were ok

Great hotel for the family especially being in the part of town it’s in. Rooms are nice staff is friendly overall very clean hotel. Cons the breakfast is paid breakfast not complimentary. Pros they have a Starbucks Kinda on sight.
