Let's just say my company will not be booking here again. The only reason they got 3 stars is because of the front desk crew on Sunday, Nov 10. When I checked in on the 9th, Giselle was very rude. Not only to me but to other guess as well. I called my company so they could hear how rude she was. She DOES NOT need to be at the front desk! It's an older hotel but the are slowly making renovations. Located...
As a General Manager of a hotel in Anchorage, I have high standards for hospitality, and I am thrilled to say that my recent stay at the Courtyard Mesa by Marriott exceeded them in every way! The highlight of our visit was Aliyah at the front desk, whose warmth and professionalism made a lasting impression from check-in onward. Aliyah went above and beyond to make us feel valued and welcomed. During...
Nice and quiet. I stayed here for 10 days for work. My room was nice and clean. The pool was clean with lots of chairs and tables. Front desk people were nice and accommodating. Definitely stay here again.
Visited here for three days. Check in and out was smooth and painless. Rooms felt small and a bit cluttered compared to some other Hotels i have recently stayed in. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Nice pool area with hot tube. A/C worked great...specially for a summer visit where temps average 110 for the duration of our trip.
I had an extended stay at the property. The good - Excellent and helpful front desk staff - Comfy beds - Location, close to freeways and a good number of restaurants - Plenty parking Not so good - The hotel shows its age, but they appear to be doing a good job of keeping up - The majority of rooms seem to be connected for the most part; if you are not comfortable with a door in the room - The restaurant...
Great hotel for the family especially being in the part of town it’s in. Rooms are nice staff is friendly overall very clean hotel. Cons the breakfast is paid breakfast not complimentary. Pros they have a Starbucks Kinda on sight.

Stayed here 8/12 for the night. Our room was on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool area. It was a great view to watch a beautiful Arizona sunset! Our room was clean and quiet. Great value would stay here again if in the area!
Nice hotel. Lovely pool area like a resort. Room was nice and big and clean with a balcony overlooking the pool and offering a view of the gorgeous sunset. Buffet breakfast in the restaurant was sub-par. More like a glorified continental breakfast. The staff was kind and accommodating.
We had our big state convention at this Holiday Inn. Nice rooms. Loved having the fridge for being there all weekend. Nice ballroom space. Helpful staff. Great service staff in ballrooms. Noisy next to freeway. GFWC Arizona
Great experience! The rooms are clean. The staff is super friendly and it is convenient located right next to lots of food locations that are walking distance and old town and fun spot that were just behind us.
I have zero complaints with this hotel. They were incredibly friendly and our room was very nice. The amenities were better than most hotels I've stayed in. We had access to a fitness room, pool, full service bar, and restaurant.
We arrived late at night and the clerk didn't give us breakfast tickets. So we had to pay extra for that. The bathroom doors do not lock in the room (I'm a mom so this is important to me) and the doors are this weird kind of see through thing. I know, I have issues. But the room was clean and supplies were there. Located near easy access to the freeway. And close to a water park if that is your...

Four amazing nights at a beautiful hotel. Close enough to everything, yet in a quiet location. Paige W. made our groups stay easy to plan, and was there for anything we needed. Bryn D. was helpful along the way, and was always smiling. The renovations to the lobby were getting their finishing touches and look fantastic. The rooftop pool / hot tub were the perfect afternoon relief we needed. The cool...
Walking distance central to many great spots for food and drinks. Although in the midst of some infrastructural upgrades, the access is easy and lobby is clean and convenient. The covered parking garage is well lit and secure. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The mini-suite with full kitchen is adequate. Check in and checkout were seamless, and the breakfast offers from 6am to 9am were delicious...
We had a wonderful 2-night stay. It's such a convenient, central location, with garage parking via elevator. Gorgeous roof top pool, hot tub, fire pit, views. Clean fitness room. Kind front desk. The construction had absolutely no impact on our stay... we actually loved the 2nd floor breakfast room (free, hot & fresh). And, one associate was super kind in helping us locate an item my daughter left...
Has the look and feel of a brand-new hotel. Good breakfast options. Handy to the university and downtown Tempe. Fee for parking, but less than many other places charge, and parking is adjacent and feels safe. Staff could be a little more engaged.
Very nice and clean hotel. Its location was ideal since it’s closed to a bunch of place. Within walking distance to the nightlife or the the rail. The rooftop was beautiful and had an amazing view. Breakfast was good too. However it doesn’t come with free parking. The rooms are pretty but extremely tiny. The restroom door barely cleared the toilet.

Great day of golf for a player at any level! Staff is very polite and helpful as well. Grounds manager Eric Maldanado is really working hard to bring the course to a higher standard. Can't wait to see the progress! Definitely returning to its former glory and beyond! Highly recommend giving it a go!
I worked with Adrian. He is so nice and professional. My room was great and it was a pleasure to have my party here. Recommend. Their linens and runners were beautiful. I provided and did my own table setting.
Very nice course. Some holes was a little soggy. Mostly the course was dry. Very challenging but the fairway was wide so very forgiving. No indoor dinning due to covid. No carts allowed in parking lot however at the end of our round the starter did let us drive cart to car because my daughter had foot surgery and the hop was gonna be long. The Grapefruit and Lemon trees was Awesome!
The room are very spacious I was disappointed that the hot tub in our side of the resort was not working.
We stayed over labor day weekend for our wedding. We booked 8 rooms and the staff went out of their way to make this special time great for our whole party. The rooms were all remodeled and worth the value. The ladies at the frond desk are awesome and will make your stay memorable. Thank you for the great time.
A friend of my was staying here for a few night because of business. I met her at the bar for a chat. We did not order any food and just had a drink each. Wait staff were professional and bartender was quick getting our drinks. We had a good impression of the facility and will recommend to orhers to try.

A bit pricey but great rooms and staff and the breakfast bar was nice 4 stars with price for company but 5 for this location
Pretty nice. Decent wifi. decent breakfast. Clean. Good amenities. Nice pool, putting green. Got lost a few times with all the stairs.
My mid-week experience was EXCELLENT in the middle of September, (which is still considered the "off-season" in the Phoenix area). Although I got a bargain deal for the room on Hotwire, I would pay the regular price to stay here.... it was that NICE! A hot full breakfast; friendly and conscientious staff EVERYWHERE; amazing public areas and nooks throughout the inn complex; sparkling and pristine...
Single room was nice, very clean. King bed was huge & very comfortable. Mini fridge was a nice amenity. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Only negative was the girl at check-in. She avoided eye contact & never smiled. Seemed annoyed that I was there. Otherwise, a quality experience. I would stay again.
Another reason to stay at this Hampton: AT&T Wi-Fi is one of the many great amenities for guests. Look for the StayConnected program. It’s free, fast and easy to connect.
Make sure ur not a square lookin person when in need during 3rd shift u can get free shuttle 24/7 shouldnt have to ask #asshole

Hard to rate this because staff was friendly, room was clean and very spacious, breakfast was decent (although eggs in the shape of pancake is unappealing and so far no non-pork meat options). The room, fixtures, and building itself is pretty shabby and worn...nothing that can be done by the desk staff so I didn't bother them. But the photos give you an accurate representation. It's not the Ritz...
We received a large comfortable suite with plenty of room for a large family. The view of pool and palm trees was wonderful! Breakfast had egg/sausage bagel sandwiches, pancakes, oatmeal, cereal, and more. Great stay!
Staff are very friendly and the rooms are quite spacious. Excellent location if you need to pick up supplies and restaurants all nearby — Starbucks in the parking lot! Solid value for money — and a very comfortable stay. I stayed here for a couple of days after a long trip from SE Asia —and was quite pleased with the expereince. Recommended for those transiting through or needing a place to crash...
We held our annual Vietnam Reunion here and everyone was extremely happy with this hotel. The rooms are large and very clean. We were also provided with a Hospitality Room on the same floor we were all on which was nice for us to all get together in. If you're visiting anywhere near the area, I would stay here over anywhere else. Even if it is a bit out of the way from where you are headed, worth it. The beds and pillows are awesome (huge bonus). Rooms are always very clean, fridge and microwave, and the AC actually works even when it’s 110° out. They have a big breakfast in the mornings that is super convenient with options. The staff is great...
Close to where we need to be. Staff are friendly especially the guy who checked us in. Free coffee / tea / water at the lobby. Very Comfy beds, clean towel with amenities Room was very big and spacious. Has coffee maker, microwave, and fridge AC was working very well. Beddings were comfy as well. Value for money was not bad. $95 for a king room was very good.

The rooms have had remodeling done & now they are actually nice rooms! I was shocked. I will go here again soon.
The place is being remodeled. It isn't a Howard Johnson anymore. It's a red roof inn. Google needs to update their search engine. All the rooms are being redone. Yes it's a little dirty; housekeeping could use some retraining. The bathtub still had hairs in it from the previous guest. The attendant at the front desk is nice and helpful. She's never rude. There is construction on the road right out...
Renivating all rooms, walls are paper thin, fixtures are not fastened right, keys hardly work, heaters don't, the only good things were 3... Office staff were super nice, rooms were very spacious, really quiet.
The people running it were nice & very helpful with ANY & ALL issues me & my guest had during our 1wk stay... Other residents kept to themselves... It is said to be a bad place but its cheap as well.
I stayed here and the rooms were CLEAN. Nice actually compared to the hotel off black canyon highway Super 8 where their towels look like disgusting ****. This hotel don't have remotes or refrigerators in all rooms but from the guest they seem to house here im shocked the hotel was as clean as it was. The tub was SUPER White sparkling clean. The housekeepers deserve an award for having clean rooms...

Well, I wouldn’t have stayed here due to the reviews but this week (2nd/3rd week of January) the rates went sky high at the hotel I usually stay at. Points were not going to help with the four days I had to stay… So instead of Comfort Inn Suites I had the pleasure of staying at Econo Lodge. The phrase “You get what you pay for” became evident the minute I drive up. Staff was nice and courteous and...
Very friendly staff very polite. The room could definitely use a maintenance service bathroom door was broken, bathtub was running no matter what you did to try and stop it ( shut it off) shower head leaked worse then the titanic. The worst part was there were bugs in the room . It's wasn't the worst place I have ever stayed but could definitely use some help.
Honestly this place would've been fine other than the odd lack of furniture and the questionable beds. No protective cover at all between the mattress and the sheets, and the sheets were so thin you could see the dirty mattress underneath. Deal breaker for me. The beds were probably great fifteen years ago. Sketchy area, but I knew that when I booked. Front desk gals were nice, though.
Having recently undergone a complete makeover, the motel has a fresh feeling. We appreciated having inside corridors. The décor of the spacious room was very attractive and contemporary
t is completely remodeled and has large rooms and is as nice as any Hampton or Fairfield Hotel. I would recommend it to anyone. It is safe and the managment is very friendly and helpful.
The owner was really inviting, and had a barbecue for all the guests at the pool. My room was very comfortable, and the location was great for the airport and a variety of restaurants.

I would absolutely revisit this particular Motel 6 over and over. I can not leave the office without a big smile on my face. The ladies at this location are awesome! The customer service is great. The rooms smell and look clean, and they will go out their way to make sure you have a great stay. The area is kinda ran down but can't complain, great place to stay if you just need to shower and get some rest.
What a FABULOUS crew! I'm not exaggerating. The crew made us feel so welcome, cared for and safe. The manager didn't know we were watching, and we didn't realize she was the manager until she introduced herself as such, but she was handing out water bottles to the construction crew that was onsite, clearly demonstrating sensitivity and kindness. She later, with a big beaming smile on her face, asked...
Friendly staff, the location is good. Close to the nightlife scene (Mill Ave), close to restaurants and the freeways are nearby too. As the saying goes “we leave the light on” definitely means the most. I’ve always felt welcomed in by the staff at Motel 6. I’ve continued to pick this specific location for many reasons. Stayed in a King size room. Can hear alot of activity outside the room. The TV only had 1 channel, remote didn't work. But it is cheap so I'm not surprised by how the room looks. I probably will not be coming back if I ever needed a room for a night. Only up side was that there were some good food places near by that is walking distance
Always clean, beds are comfy and the continental breakfast is good. Walking distance to a bunch of stuff and public transit. Its the only place I stay when I'm in Tempe and has been for years. It is the best inexpensive motel I've ever stayed at. Pool and hot tub area are always clean and well maintained and employees are knowledgeable about the area and very helpful and kind.
You get what you pay for. Gum found on A/C unit, Cockroaches in the bathroom, but otherwise a clean room for a decent price. A crazy woman who thought her long lost children were locked in my room was handled nicely by the staff (with hep from the police). Great location and friendly staff. Breakfast was minimal, but let's be honest, you probably wouldn't make yourself anything better if you had to...
Very good accommodations for a motel. Nothing to complain about other than that it was too pricey. It cost us almost $200CAD+ per night. Centrally located and within walking distance to restaurants, metro and ASU. Good breakfast and friendly staff.
Great location! Near the highways, food, groceries, school. Great service too! Very nice people...I just wish they update to wooden floors. I don't like rugs.
The rooms are very spacious. They have a fridge and microwave which is very convenient. The only thing is make sure you don't walk barefoot on the carpet, their a little bad. They have small selection of breakfast which is not bad.

It is under remodel construction; a fact not mentioned at time of reservation. It was clean and neat but missing the usual small amenities: tissues, an alarm clock, an ice bucket (there was ice machine), there was a desk chair but no side chair, no decaff coffee for the in room coffee maker or in the very nice breakfast line. The employee were friendly and helpful. I'm feel it will re-emerge as a stellar...
Nice place. All the staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are a little bit on the small side, but are well kept. The complimentary breakfast is surprisingly good. They serve fresh eggs! None of that powdered egg mix nonsense. I wasn't thrilled how all the soaps were nailed down to the counter tops. I also had a broken hair dryer in my room, but overall it was a nice place to stay. I also got to pet...
This place was great! We arrived on a Thursday evening at 7:30 p.m. Green Tree is located on a road with other hotels set away from the main road making it really quiet. So we got here yesterday and checked in with a very nice & helpful lady up front. I like the place overall but I am also a very easy to please person. Some things that weren’t the best was the furniture all need updating the beds are flat, the pillows are flat, we did see 1 small roach, the bath tub is missing the plug, the coffee pot is disgusting and super old, the carpet also seemed to have burn...
Very basic rooms, but service was wonderful and the price can't be beat. Every time I've stayed here the rooms have all been impeccably clean. Darlene and Monique at the front desk are always asking if we need anything and attentive to any questions we had.
This place is awesome. Go on line to get the room for Hella cheep. 39$ a night. Walk in 71$ but this room is huge very nice. It doesn't smell like the other hotels I've been too.
More like a 2.5. It's shabby. Carpet unravelling, furniture is old and ugly. Very basic. It is quiet. Seems to be clean so if you just need a crash pad, it will do.
