Everything was perfect for us; the amenities, beautiful pool and hot tub area, delicious breakfast, comforable bed and pillow!
Been regular customers here for over 9!yrs and yes the rooms need a major make over. Starbucks is gone and replace with some decent coffee. If your not happy with your room, demand management attention and be nice about it. *:` It’s great to see Familiar friendly faces such as Josie at the cafe. She goes above and beyond with her services. Ask for her and she’ll delight your morning to a great start...
We had a party of nine. We reserved three rooms. The pool was really nice the view from the hots tubs was really beautiful. We got three two bed rooms. My particular room had a television that wasn't working right. So the sent Chris the maintenance tech to check it out. It wasn't fixable right away so they moved us to an upgraded king room. The front desk reception Matthew assisted with the room upgrade...
Rooms are comfortable, but you can see they are aging. Bed was comfortable, pillows soft. Shower was roomy and hot with a hard stream. Pool area was nice and bar service was great, thanks Aidan. Top jacuzzi we went to has weak jets, the next one down was lovely and shared. Dinner was amazing and equally matched with attentive service. We are already planning another family staycation.
This is an amazingly beautiful place with so many opportunities to take beautiful pictures. When you first walk up to the front desk to check in, you have so many different opportunities to take great shots. The front desk people were so nice and helpful. The room itself was amazing and cozy. All the amenities were great and the room we stayed in had a beautiful patio and right I'm front of the slide...
I like many things about this hotel. My favorite was that it had its own hiking trails on the adjacent Butte. I also liked that the pools were beautiful but they were not heated when we were here so they were pretty frigid. The hot tubs all along the mountain are really cool. I wasn't overly thrilled with the room, it seems like they need an update. Everything was clean and the service was good. The...

The concierges are so kind. The rooms are awesome, the people are great. It is everything you want in a hotel. I was so pleased with the accommodations. It was a great location as well. Very walkable to everything. I recommend this place highly!
We would definitely stay here again. It's a beautiful hotel built around a courtyard. We had an event here and they did a great job with set up and execution. I must have had four different managers check in with me to make sure everything was going well. My only wish is they gave a better event discount for their already pricey rooms.
This place was wonderful. The customer service was like none I’ve ever had! Orlando- the morning valet was awesome! Phil, evening valet was amazing too! These two gentleman really made me love this hotel. The pool bartender was so friendly. The manager on site had a great smile— and you could tell he took pride in his job and the hotel! Rooms were clean, location was amazing! Great food in walking...
Amazing stay in Tempe! Every staff member we encountered was so friendly and helpful! All the extras (parking, pool cabanas, etc.) are included — no extra charges! Very comfortable beds, good smells in the lobby, beautiful landscaping in the courtyard. Great food options on property, and many things to do/see/eat within walking distance! Loved staying here, would definitely come back! P.S. Get the...
I had a pleasant time at the Palms. I only stayed one evening but the room exceeded my expectations. I also got a chance to go for a swim, and enjoy some relaxing time in the hot tub. The location was great as I could easily walk to nearby restaurants and not have to pay parking (only a tip for valet).
Prices are so good now that I wanted to try the hotel out for the weekend. You can't go wrong being just a walk away from many restaurants. However, the bar lounge was not bad at all. Room service food was decent and all staff members were very professional and nice. Because I live in AZ and love to conduct many staycations, I may stay here again but with so many other hotels offering more, it may...

I did an overnight stay here and all in all. I have 0 complaints. Bed was super comfortable and room was very spacious. The pool was clean and someone was out there at least once an hour picking up towels and replacing them. Pretty good location too with a bunch of restaurants in the area and shouldn’t have to drive too far for a good meal. I would absolutely stay here again.
Be careful if you stay here. I booked this hotel on priceline. Hotel was ok room was good. They put a hold on my credit card for security deposit when i checked in. I checked out no problems . A month later there was a charge by hotel to my card for $165.01. i called the mgr at the hotel and he could not find any charge. I called the credit card company and they said my card # was manually entered...
WOAH! Loved this hotel. For such an affordable price you get a world class stay. Rooms are so clean and well managed. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The location is perfection if you have a upper level room because THAT view....just wow!
Had a romance package.. showed up just before we left for the evening. Wish had come when we got the room but we were still able to enjoy the bubbles and chocolate berries. They were very busy with conventions and events. Good location for enjoying downtown Mesa. Killer view from 11th floor. Good amenities, on site restaurant etc.
I liked the location as it was close to the Mesa Performing Arts Theater. The Customer Service friendly and exceptional every time and every way. I requested a room with Roll in Shower in Mesa location, room 122 to be exact…the only suggestion I have is to make some improvements to the bathroom. The toilet seat does not fit the toilet base and there is no place to keep personal items if you are staying...
Great hotel with friendly staff. I really like all the remodeling they did a few years back. The room was solid quality with comfortable beds and all the amenities I think it would need. (I declined room service so I cannot rate that part) It had complimentary Wi-Fi. I really appreciate the soap, conditioner, and body lotion dispensers in the shower. So much better than those annoying little containers...

Stayed here for the first time and I was impressed! The front desk people were genuine, helpful, and kind. The room was upgraded without request, and the suite was spacious and laid out perfectly. I had a DELICIOUS goat cheese and beet salad with an espresso citrus dressing. It might be the best salad I've had! The hotel is immaculately clean. I'm definitely coming back.
I would do 4 and a half stars, but it did come shy of 5 and wouldn't be accurate to round up. I was there for a conference. We were well taken care of. The rooms were beautiful and the place looked very clean, but when some water spilled on the carpet and I went to wipe it up, the gray carpet was actually quite filthy. The washcloth turned brown and black, and I was only wiping up water. So that was...
Very nice for business trips or just a short stay. Service was excellent and the room was clean, updated and modern feeling. The air conditioning is a bit loud in the room. The bar on the first floor had a nice atmosphere. A plus to this hotel is that they allow pets and it has quiet hours. The pool wasn't freezing cold which made for a nice swim. Absolutely love the cookies that come to you warm from...
Very impressed! The hotel was clean, rooms are clean and well stocked with towels, toiletries, a coffee and wine bar, staff was very helpful and friendly. We were there for two days and we had our pets with us and the hotel is very pet friendly with designated areas for pets needs. There is a golf course next door which is very nice and though the freeway was next to the hotel too, which makes it convenient...
Very nice decor. Beautiful ballrooms. Nive scenery surrounding the area. Would host an event here. Only negative was the bland food.
This Hilton was GORGEOUS. I travel quite a bit for work and not only was this Hilton surprisingly affordable, but I paid more for hotels that weren't as nice in other parts of Arizona. This place has a gorgeous lobby, and a bar with some local brews should that be the direction you want to go. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby and the rooms were beautiful and modern. We stayed here 3 nights. Hotel is conveniently located. The on site restaurant is really good for both dinner and breakfast. The pool is heated!!!! There is also a fitness center and hot tub that I used and was pretty good. Would definitely stay here again.
We had the opportunity to stay here over New Years. We were in town for the Fiesta bowl and had a great experience. We interacted with the Front Desk, shuttle driver, hostess and waitress in the restaurant, bartender and housekeeping. EVERYONE was friendly and very accommodating. As a diamond member I’ve been able to stay at a multitude of Hilton properties and would put this staff amongst the top...
We always like staying at this property on our trips to Phoenix. Mainly, we like that the pool is not the standard rectangle with a few chairs. This one has a nice garden and palm trees around it. It is nice to get a drink at the bar and take out there. The front desk staff has always been courteous, as is the morning breakfast crew. They put out a very sufficient buffet for breakfast.
I stayed for three nights for a convention held on the premises. The location is incredibly convenient to Interstate 10 and several other thoroughfares. This DoubleTree seemed much larger than many I have been to. The buildings are three floors, all doors facing outside. This has the benefit of greater quiet outside; I barely heard any sounds from outdoors, even though the pool was being used not far...
Had a quick overnight stay for business. Room was nice and the breakfast buffet hit the spot in the morning.
This hotel is not one building but more of a complex, where every door opens to the outdoors rather than to a hallway. It's also only two stories. It's big and the restaurant on site is great. I will stay here again for sure.

Stayed here 8/12 for the night. Our room was on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool area. It was a great view to watch a beautiful Arizona sunset! Our room was clean and quiet. Great value would stay here again if in the area!
Nice hotel. Lovely pool area like a resort. Room was nice and big and clean with a balcony overlooking the pool and offering a view of the gorgeous sunset. Buffet breakfast in the restaurant was sub-par. More like a glorified continental breakfast. The staff was kind and accommodating.
We had our big state convention at this Holiday Inn. Nice rooms. Loved having the fridge for being there all weekend. Nice ballroom space. Helpful staff. Great service staff in ballrooms. Noisy next to freeway. GFWC Arizona
Great experience! The rooms are clean. The staff is super friendly and it is convenient located right next to lots of food locations that are walking distance and old town and fun spot that were just behind us.
I have zero complaints with this hotel. They were incredibly friendly and our room was very nice. The amenities were better than most hotels I've stayed in. We had access to a fitness room, pool, full service bar, and restaurant.
We arrived late at night and the clerk didn't give us breakfast tickets. So we had to pay extra for that. The bathroom doors do not lock in the room (I'm a mom so this is important to me) and the doors are this weird kind of see through thing. I know, I have issues. Loved my stay. The room was awesome, staff was friendly and helpful. Love that Starbucks is right downstairs in the lobby!!!
I, mean, it's called Wrigleyville West for a reason. You come for spring training. This is my first in AZ. This hotel is unbelievable, exactly as advertised. Can see Sloan Field from my room. This is soooo much nicer than Florida! Clean, big, modern, and shockingly quiet on a Friday night.
Continental breakfast is wimpy. No meat. Just muffins and coffee. Pricey for the view. Housekeeping was nice and helpful, restaurant manager was superb. Rest of staff not so much. I won't be coming back.
The rooms were nice and spacious, prices were in line with any other Sheraton, the service was excellent, but mostly I was there for the pools. The pools at this hotel were fantastic. One was heated, so even though we were swimming in January, it was very pleasant. They were exceptionally clean, and the water wasn't over-chlorinated, but just right and very clear.
Yes this place might cost more but that little extra is worth it. The room is very nice little details that you won't see at some hotels. The property its self is beautiful and the surrounding area is awesome plenty of places to eat or enjoy sometime at the park. The pool also looks awesome at night with all the lights. Finally the staff at the hotel is friendly and professional

Very nice for an airport hotel...incredibly comfortable bed and pillows! Staff is friendly and efficient. Have stayed here 4 times, and will happily stay here many more trips to AZ.
Home away from home. When staying in Tempe, this is a consistent, reliable place to stay. The staff seems a little less welcoming and helpful in the last few years. Otherwise, solid experience.
The company I work for held a meeting in one of their conference rooms... We then were served a very nice lunch. Also refreshments were provided throughout out day long gathering. Outstanding accommodations & staff!!!
Good location. Nice staff. Old rooms. Carpet was gross. But the beds are comfortable. Not the cleanest hotel ever but the location is good
Pretty standard Sheraton. Restaurant was really good. Maybe a little lack of attention to detail in the rooms (chipped paint and broken photo frames). Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Easy to get to, parking is free with no issues, business or kid/fam friendly environment. Electrical outlets that were accessible a huge plus!
Breakfast was not included but the description made it sound like it was. Cops outside flashing lights at 2AM
The hotel did not know we had a reservation and could not supply a room for 4. Overall we had a convenient room selection that was easy to get to and because parking was at a separate hotel entrance. This room was a king bed without a sofa mattress so I just ended up sleeping on the chair while my girls and wife slept in the bed. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The pool area is green with plants. The breakfast has an omelette bar, fresh fruit, yoghurts and a lot of other choice such as pastries, bagels, oatmeal.
I understand this is an older property, but trying to access the microwave and mini fridge requires yoga poses my back and hips cannot handle. Staff was great, bartender was great, and the burgers were epic. Please add a steak option to the dinner menu, and please get the omelet bar guy a flat grill. That will make the omelets even better. Love this place and I will be back. Thank you
Rooms are spacious and comfortable. My only complaint was the bathroom is not user friendly for women with products that need to be close at hand near the sink and mirror. Pedestal sinks just don't work. There was no place to put the hand towel, had to leave it on side of sink and try to not get it wet. Otherwise close to restaurants, shopping and freeway. My fiancé and I always love coming here when in town. We’ve stayed celebrating New Years here, a Birthday, we watched the Super Bowl here with other guests in the lobby and other times just stopped by to have fun at the bar. Always enjoy staying here when visiting in town. Rooms are big and the lobby has a neat set up and fun games. Paige at the desk is the sweetest..my wife adores her and we are always appreciative of her kindness towards us. She’s checked us in a few times now and she always recognizes one of us and welcomes us back. Everyone working here is awesome. Appreciate the hospitality here.
Loved the atmosphere as soon as we checked in! The decor was great! The desk personal and Gareth, hotel manager, were beyond helpful and made us feel very welcome! Will definitely be staying here again on our next DBacks game weekend! Especially loved the work out room! The stationary bike was super cute!
I've always have a good stay at the Moxy (NYC and Portland). No exception here in my first overnight at the Tempe Moxy. Great lobby and atmosphere. Pool was a nice surprise. As is their custom, the staff is super accommodating and professional. They really make you feel welcome. Special shout-out to Dominic who was particularly helpful. Keep up the great work. Moxy people..
The check-in was easy and the lobby is a nice, big space. The staff seemed nice overall. The fitness room was quite disappointing. There is only one mirror, not even a full wall covering, and look where it’s awkwardly placed. I have no idea what is going on with this apparatus. Overall the hotel is average.
As soon as we walked in to the Moxy, we just felt comfortable, like we were going to a friend's place. It was quite the change from the hotel we had just left. All of the staff were very friendly. Everything was clean and in good shape. The lounge area, patio and pool area were great to relax at. There's a nice little gym and ironing room. The restaurant and bar were great to hang out in. It was a little better than I expected but there were definitely some things left wanting. A lot of the rooms by my room were clearly undergoing remodeling and as such there were tremendous amounts of furniture sitting out on the pathways, blocking me from walking around very well. Beautiful hotel. Amazing pool with towels.. Hot tub clean and warm.. Restaurant on site with bar and food.. Staff very friendly and helpful.. Rooms are immaculate and have a kitchenette and large bathroom.. The bed was massive and very ornate.. I would recommend highly
I booked a room online for king suite. Customer service was polite and courteous. There is ample parking with handicap accessibility. The room had no couch but did have a dinette, so I inquired about changing the suite to 2 beds in place of a king bed. This would be an additional 80 dollars a night I was informed. Really nice location, superb service. Nice having a kitchenette with the outdoor bbqs as well. Clean rooms with a really nice bathroom. Only small problem was the room adjacent to us was quite loud with a small child, no fault to them of course but rooms could be a little more private. Would definitely recommend especially if you have a few people staying and are connecting rooms :)
We stayed here with our two daughters for two nights while we were visiting friends in Mesa. We really appreciated the large kitchen and table, so we could cook our own breakfast and lunches. Has the look and feel of a brand-new hotel. Good breakfast options. Handy to the university and downtown Tempe. Fee for parking, but less than many other places charge, and parking is adjacent and feels safe. Staff could be a little more engaged.
Very nice and clean hotel. Its location was ideal since it’s closed to a bunch of place. Within walking distance to the nightlife or the the rail. The rooftop was beautiful and had an amazing view. Breakfast was good too. However it doesn’t come with free parking. The rooms are pretty but extremely tiny. The restroom door barely cleared the toilet.

Absolutely a great place to stay. Used to look for Hilton's now I'm checking for Drury Inn when I travel. Great staff at this location made all the difference in our stay. Shout out to Gabby, Jon, and the manager (sorry sir I didn't get your name).
I didn't stay at this hotel but I joined friends for breakfast. I am staying at the Best Western near the airport which is a pretty dreadful hotel. But this one seem very nice clean lots of options on the buffet and a very large car park. Ideally situated for visits to Tempe.
Always love staying here when in town, where there's clean & comfy rooms, hot breakfast, dinner, drinks and the amazing staff! This location is safe, clean and the views are just beautiful. One of the days we stayed it rained all day and we enjoyed the valley views from our room.
Few hotels can boast about the level of service that my family received after staying here. Clean, well organized, friendly staff. Enjoyed cocktails in the lounge. Food was excellent but limited selection. They make for it in quality and flavor. Pool deck clean and inviting. Very pleased with our stay.
I stayed here for the Rock and Roll Half Marathon. I can not say good enough things about the staff, location and amenities. After the run I laid in the shower and it was perfect after the long run. Everyone including the housekeepers were very warm and welcoming.
This is a great hotel. Centrally located next to ASU it’s super clean, well run, and with good in house food and amazing restaurants nearby. The heated rooftop pool is amazing and makes for awesome nights no matter what the temperature is outside! Will definitely stay again.

The ac/heat unit needs an upgrade. 70 degrees was freezing and 71 was too hot. I'm normally a 68-69 degrees. So, basically I was up and down switching temperatures back and forth. Pretty comfy bed.

I love the restaurant, the front desk staff, the decorations, the beds, the pour over coffee, just everything! It’s kitschy in a “hanging at my cool great aunt’s house” way. Hotels aren’t typically surprising or delightful but this one manages to be both. I’ve been coming...
Stayed here for work. Staff was friendly and my stay was very well organized. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Special shout-out to Morgan at the front who went out of her way to be helpful and answer every question we had. The happy hour at the bar is one of the best around. Thanks graduate!
The stay was excellent. Roommate and I were locked out of our apartment, couldn't get help until morning. Called the front desk who directed me to management very late at night; made an accommodation for us to check in. Stayed one night: great amenities, clean rooms, amazing customer service. Check out process was also fast. Customer service of both staff and management went above and beyond. Highly...

This is a nice place to stay the rooms are good. The first room we stayed in was nice the pull out bed was uncomfortable and broken. The second room we stayed in was way better it is bigger and this time the pull out is not broken and it is way more comfortable. The housekeeping staff are very friendly one of the ladies has been very sweet to my 18 monthold son. The one bad thing about this place is...
The only reason I didn't give this a score of 5 is the front desk clerks. They were 50/50 when it comes to making us feel welcome. What I'm saying half of them were very nice and half of them acted as if they could care less we were there. On the positive side, the rooms are great for the price! All of the employees in the cafe were excellent; very friendly! We will definitely be staying there the...
This was our second stay at this location. The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are comfy, the pool facility is nice (not too heavy on the chemicals), the breakfast is decent, and the front desk staff are efficient and friendly. The only problem is the dispensary next door, and people stinking up some of the rooms with pot. I don’t care if people want to use that stuff, but please!!! Not in a...
We stayed here for 5 nights in an 'Executive Suite'. The room was good sized and very comfortable, although a bit run down. Cracks in the wall/ceiling, leaky faucets in the bathroom, shower curtain tattered, etc. They do have some perks that are quite nice: Morning breakfast (a very good combination of food, although I wish they didn't deep fry the sausage links) and Evening 'happy hour' that provides...
Raymond and Jeffrey consistently deliver remarkable hospitality in their efforts to accommodate our needs during each stay They exude customer service excellence through efforts going above and beyond
Another hotel charged $15 for the same breakfast buffet. Everything was nom nom. It’s like a little community and PJ’s Cafe ties it all together. I had the most perfect sandwich there as well!

I wanted to leave a review here because I was HIGHLY impressed with the great customer service this place had during my stay. The first night we stayed here we unfortunately had to move rooms due finding bugs in our room. I was so impressed and happy with the way that the staff handled the situation as I was quite irritated to be woke up in the middle of the night after a 15hr drive. We called the...
I stayed here only because my flight got delayed and I missed my connecting flight. The airline put me up in the Best Western for the night. The room was clean, the shower was nice, and the in-room coffee maker was functional. But, the tub kept stopping up and the soap and shampoo dispensers were either empty or not functioning. The in room coffee was stale...I'm guessing not many people actually brew...
American Airlines booked me a room here when my flight was delayed overnight. Based on other reviews I was pretty nervous about staying here but it ended up not being too bad. I called to ask for the shuttle right when it had left the airport so the receptionist told me it would take about 20 minutes; it took 40. I called for an update and was told they would call the driver to see where he was and...
It could use some renovation. All in all good staff. Breakfast isn't great. But rooms are very nice. It's walking distance to a mall, movie theater and lots of restaurants and fast food. Even a CVS.
Really nice place. The staff is friendly and the rooms are very clean. Love how close it is to the mall.
