Clean facilities, friendly and helpful staff, felt like a safe place to stay with my family.

I did an overnight stay here and all in all. I have 0 complaints. Bed was super comfortable and room was very spacious.
The pool was clean and someone was out there at least once an hour picking up towels and replacing them.
Pretty good location too with a bunch of restaurants in the area and shouldn’t have to drive too far for a good meal.
I would absolutely stay here again.

Be careful if you stay here. I booked this hotel on priceline. Hotel was ok room was good. They put a hold on my credit card for security deposit when i checked in. I checked out no problems . A month later there was a charge by hotel to my card for $165.01. i called the mgr at the hotel and he could not find any charge. I called the credit card company and they said my card # was manually entered at the hotel that morning.
The mgr was helpful but someone there put my card# in manually......thats so not cool.

WOAH! Loved this hotel. For such an affordable price you get a world class stay. Rooms are so clean and well managed. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The location is perfection if you have a upper level room because THAT view....just wow!

Probably the worst service I have ever had in anything. We get there in the morning to request a early check in and they said that wasn’t possible, which is completely understandable. But they told us to come back at 4, we wait in a 30 minute line at 4 just to be told our room wasn’t ready. They said they would call us and they never did. So we showed up at 10 p.m. and there we’re still problems. We finally get a key to a room at 11 p.m. and someone was in there, we go back to the lobby and finally get a room. It was a long night for no reason and I don’t recommend this hotel, especially whenever a event is scheduled.

Had a romance package.. showed up just before we left for the evening. Wish had come when we got the room but we were still able to enjoy the bubbles and chocolate berries. They were very busy with conventions and events. Good location for enjoying downtown Mesa. Killer view from 11th floor. Good amenities, on site restaurant etc.

I liked the location as it was close to the Mesa Performing Arts Theater.
The Customer Service friendly and exceptional every time and every way.
I requested a room with Roll in Shower in Mesa location, room 122 to be exact…the only suggestion I have is to make some improvements to the bathroom. The toilet seat does not fit the toilet base and there is no place to keep personal items if you are staying several nights.
I hope you take notice and make it more user friendly.

The front desk gal was super friendly and check in was fast and easy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, new and updated. Pool was in service and super clean and stocked with towels. Hotel staff were pleasant and efficient. The amenities were great! Corn hole and atmosphere was relaxing - if ever in the area , we would definitely stay again. Thank you!!!

Great hotel with friendly staff. I really like all the remodeling they did a few years back. The room was solid quality with comfortable beds and all the amenities I think it would need. (I declined room service so I cannot rate that part) It had complimentary Wi-Fi. I really appreciate the soap, conditioner, and body lotion dispensers in the shower. So much better than those annoying little containers some hotels have. You are also able to order food via room service. Overall, a nice stay.

My room was a bit worn down and grimy. I also didn’t feel too safe in the surrounding area. Staff were fine… normal… didn’t go above or beyond, which is fine. I won’t be returning.
