Employees were very nice and respectful. Overall the cleanliness was good. My only complaints are that the pool was closed “for renovation” but it appeared to be just closed and not taken care of. If the website said the pool was closed we wouldn’t have booked this hotel because we often let our kids wear themselves out in the pool after a long drive. The hotel room is very nice, spacious, and clean. Staff is very friendly. The pool was really nice. Breakfast was great. We were there Fourth of July weekend and couldn’t hear fireworks in the room, which was great! My only complaints are that the WiFi is free for very basic stuff like checking email. The hotel and rooms were very clean. The staff was awesome and very courteous. This will become a regular stop when i travel put there in the future.

The parking lot and driveway are treacherous with 3' wide 1' deep pot holes. They are craters. But the hotel and staff have been good. I have stayed here before and will be back in the future.

Clean room, great customer service (even when we checked in at 11pm), and good price. The only thing that was lacking was the continental breakfast and bathroom amenities. Was a good hotel choice to stop by for a night sleep.

The customer service was absolutely excellent both with the check in and check out. The location was performed what I needed to do in Midland.

Clean room, and decent breakfast. The pool looked like it needed to be cleaned and the hotel could use and “update” not only with interior design but electrically. We were just passing through so it was a great rest and go place.

Clean rooms, decent hot breakfast of chorizo, eggs, cereal, fruit and coffee. The hallway usually didn't work on the 4th floor, but the one on the third floor did. The only real downside to this hotel is the homeless encampment right across the street from the main entrance. They had several dogs off leash, to but the dogs were not aggressive. I felt safe during our stay. There's not much the hotel...

Clean rooms. All staff is very friendly and helpful. I have now left items in my room twice and when I returned they returned my belongings.

Found this hotel after leaving the Grand Texan which was so bad... ugh don't get me started. Anyway this was our last stop and we loved it here the hotel is clean and well taken care of. The front desk associate was so kind and helpful. Our room was clean and smelled clean. everything was what we expected in our room to be. We had a great night get away. The staff at this location were very friendly. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. I gave 4 stars because I would have stayed somewhere else if I knew the hot tub wasn’t working. They said the pool and hot tub was under construction but it just looked green to me.

Clean room that is very spacious and had a comfortable bed! Great rates even when we booked the night of. Friendly staff both late at night and early morning. We will be happy to stay here again on the way back through our travels!

Stayed here on a trip back from Tucson to Dallas. I stayed at Motel 6s on my way out to Tucson and in Tucson as I have a dog and was attending a dogshow out there. My favorite place to stay when in Midland. The price is great for extended stays and the rooms have a kitchenette, which I love. The staff are very friendly and the beds are comfortable. The roomy walk in shower is a plus. The pillows are small and go flat, so I carry my own. I'm particular about my cookware, so I bring one or two of those too. But there are grocery stores, restaurants and a laundromat...

Clean rooms, plenty of space. Plus a full size fridge and kitchenette if you're staying for a while. Plus tractor trailer parking

Wonderful stay here. I was at Woodspring Suites and I had horrible experiences there. I checked out of Woodspring and checked into Mainstays. Best decision EVER. Service was fantastic from start to finish, I stayed here 1 week. Fantastic staff. Hotel is operated and ran by professionals instead of like the clowns at the Woodspring circus. Had a wonderful stay. Our home lost power and booked a room here last minute. Pleasant staff. The room was a suite. Nice amd spacious. The temperature was adjustable and comfortable. Got some snacks during our stay. Good prices. Didnt have to leave the hotel. We forgot an item in our room and didn't and realize until after we left. I stayed here a total of four nights over two consecutive weekends. The staff was very friendly and facilities were well maintained. The pool guy was cleaning the pool when we went for an early morning swim and he was very nice and accommodating. The first weekend I unintentionally left some items in my room. The staff at this hotel will make you feel like you are at home everytime. The drink selection at the bar is just like going to a regular bar. The rooms are always clean and the beds are soft.

The building was very clean. The desk clerks were very polite at check-in and check-out. The room was very clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast selection was good: eggs, sausage, waffles, toast, muffins, yogurt and apples.

This place is very clean and comfortable. Staff are excellent all staff from front desk to housekeeping. Especially Blanca. The only down fall is it gets expensive on Mon- Wed due to the oil rig workers which is a negative for just a normal person like myself so I unfortunately had to change hotels Mon-Wed? the WiFi was Also slow other than that this place is awesome

Rooms are clean. Well lit parking, no vagrants or night owls on property. Preferred non-smoking rm. 1st level floor. Management is wonderful and easy to accommodate. I always stay here on business trips.

Not a bad room all in all but for the price you could get something way nicer on a better side of town, the maid service sucks, the two days I was there they never even attempted to stop at my room and bring me towels I had to call and ask both days

Lady at front desk seemed nice at check in. Smelled like someone was cooking in one of the rooms. Parking was tight. A/C ok. This place is not near the interstate like motel 6 that was charging 91 dollars compared to 51 here for 1 person. I've spent more and seen worse.

Friendly staff, rooms seem as clean as the cheap motels can get. They do knock on your door around 7am then again at 10am to see if youll be staying or not, even though checkout is at 11. Cleaning lady only knocks once and walks right in, so make sure you're clothed.

It's a Decent place to stay. It was quiet , affordable, clean and the beds were comfortable. The room includes : cable TV( hd television), a mini refrigerator and plenty of space to store your clothes. If you need a cheap but decent place to stay , it's worth a look. It was a basic hotel pretty clean. It didn't have a microwave inside it was shared at the end of the hall. Parking is horrible not enough spaces for rooms. It was cheap and I would probably use again.
