Overall pleasant stay. Bed was super comfortable. Ac works great. Warm shower. Only issue with the room was there was no fridge. Also the ice machine on our floor was out of order. Will be back in the future.

This is the place to stay when you want to relax. The rooms are nice and if you get high enough the view is breathtaking. There are 2 bars, one on the ground floor and the other is on the third floor with a balcony view of the George W. Bush park. We were on the 5th floor so there was a view. We will be telling everyone of our stay and that they need to go. Thank you

I stayed here for 1 night for a business trip. I had dinner and a drink, and the food was amazing. The accommodations were great. Very clean, and they even brought me a refrigerator for the items I brought. The staff was very helpful and very pleasant. I love that there was free underground parking.

I’m here at another Doubletree in Midland Texas, could someone please please could someone tell Hilton properties that they need to update your Doubletree hotels! When do hotels decide to spend money on upgrades? Is hotel looks 30 years old if it’s a day. But don’t lose heart it’s practically the best place to stay in Midland. I understand that Midland is tight on hotel capacity. That said, this place is not good. Bed was comfortable, but the place is dilapidated. Rust, loose fixtures, bad smell from the tap water etc

Love the cookies! Great amenities for the bathroom- loufa?! The staff was extremely friendly. There's a bar right in the lobby and the location is very central. My company books our rooms here the staff is very welcoming making us feel at home on the weeks we work.. They even provide laundry at a very descent price, when visiting ask for Charlie she is great!!

Rooms were clean. The breakfast was plentiful with alot to choose from. The air blew quite cold providing a restful sleep. The price was fair considering the location. I would definitely stay here again if needed.

The staff was very friendly, and the room was super clean and very nice! I don't have anything bad to say about this place. I wish the indoor pool/hot tub would have been open, but we had a jacuzzi tub in our room that was big enough for 2 in our room. The AC/heat also works VERY WELL! I really wish the rooms had a comforter on the beds. But overall, we will definitely be staying there again.

Hotel staff was very accommodating. They stayed out of the way for an event but were quick and available when anything was needed. Full bar area as well as an area for kids to play inside. Rooms were clean and cheap to book. Hotel staff went out of their way to make sure everyone felt welcome and was taken care of.

I was there for an event and other than the hotel being a little dated I had absolutely no problems, the rooms were clean, and the staff was extremely accommodating. I got an amazing deal on a suit with a broken air conditioner, they provided a fan luckily it wasn't hot outside. I'm not saying this is the nicest place to stay in Midland nor the worst, all I'm saying is for the price it cannot be beat...

Love this hotel, first stay the air didn't work great and the hair dryer didn't work and the second time the coffee maker leaked and asked to be replaced and never received it. But the rooms are nice and clean and the activities are fun for family and kids. Thought the pool would be heated but was freezing cold. Couldn't get in to enjoy it.

Only had maid service 3 times in 15 days. When they did come they would forget to put in new trashbags, or leave fresh towels, or vacuum. Other than the maid service it's a great place to stay.

Convenient to airport, nice Indian restaurant on premises and a bar too. Always nice staff. I've stayed here solo many times. Rooms a bit dated but overall just fine. Usually a good value. Rates vary though, I’ve noticed.

There was a bad moldy smell everywhere at the hotel - corridors, bar, and especially the room. No way to open the window to get fresh air, the aircon was blowing stinky air. The carpet is too old, gross and sticky. The pillows were the worst ever, very hard and overstuffed. No complementary water. On a positive note, breakfast was OK. The location - close by the airport. Shuttle.

They have an independent bar that blasts music and has a very loud crowd all night that you can hear very clearly in the rooms on that side of the building. The service people were great. Came in at 2 in the morning and the service man was still keeping the hotel clean. My room was spot less and was great temperature when I came in. I would stay here again for sure!

The staff really took care of us. We were stuck here 6 hrs from home but the Manger of the kitchen really went over the top to make us fell right at home thank you. Great place to stay no doubt!!!

Just wanted to briefly share my experience. I’m part of the organization that is hosting the Daniel Energy Permian Basin BBQ Cook Off. We had some issues with the rooms due to the band not checking in on time. It was a huge problem for us. Susie and Michelle worked some magic and totally helped us out. Yep. Had a fantastic time. 😊 the place was the perfect size you could move around with out being in someone's way. The merchandise was beautiful and most were affordable. There were some unique pieces what I would have loved to buy. It's definitely worth checking out if you're into metaphysical thighs. Looking forward to next year event 😀

Great location to catch a rock hounds baseball game from out of town. Minor League Baseball you can walk to the stadium.

Midland continues to have the worst customer service even at a Hilton. They don't have dental floss. WTF? This place blows.

The rooms are nice, but we weren't given any soaps or anything besides what was left in some barely filled bottles in the bathroom.

The staff is very helpful and considerate. They are on top of any problems we have. Very impressed with Amanda and Vanessa. The maintenence guy is always asking if we need anything and on top of it if we do. We love our stay here and will always stay here when in town.

The only issue with the hotel is the laundry room. They always have issues with the machines. They need to upgrade to commercial type machines because there are alot of oilfield workers staying there and some of them don't follow machine instructions very well and miss use them.

Place was clean. Shower no pressure. Once a week maid service is a joke. Thankfully my company paid for this cuz I wouldn't. Gym is cool though n free washer/dryer, movies n popcorn.

Stayed at this location for a travel assignment. I am a titanium member for Bonvoy so I'm use to certain hotels and accommodations. But the guest service and Ms. Pat especially made my stay warming. A great place to stay in a great area and friendly staff. The desk attendant Deborah was very cordial, witty and helpful during my stay (to include helping me avoid a charge because of a misunderstanding with the smoke alarm). I spent two nights there and from the room to all other services , everything was great. The breakfast fast is diverse and fully available. Moreover , my kids were lucky to get some school supplies from a hosting back to school organized in the hotel property. Great service and staff, room was nice and comfortable, lobby was clean and well kept as was the outside of the hotel. Only drawback was my shower had hair that was not mine, I let front desk know. I've stayed at the SpringHill Suites multiple times over the years for work trips and am always comfortable and happy, but this week when I was there my room's door was poorly insulated and I could hear every word of every conversation in the hallways - it was a damper on my stay.

Great place to have a party. Venue has separate entrance through the back of the hotel. No need to go through the whole hotel to get to your party. Hotel is located near Sam's and HEB incase you forget something.

Room is comfortable but bathroom needs an upgrade. The room I'm in has a microwave and mini fridge which should be default in every hotel room. Big negative: You will hear every car passing on the business road nearby in addition to freight trains. Good place if you need a quick in and out.

A little overpriced in my opinion. Comfortable bed. Clean. Nice sized shower with a generic small shower head. Good sized room but there was only one desk chair in which to sit. Only other option is to sit on the bed, not something my back really cares for. There is plenty of room to have a love seat or two club chairs. Our room did have its own balcony.

Elevators need maintenance...several of the override buttons were punched out and no labeling. Elevator floor trim has seen 1 too many luggage carriers banged against. I am not a fan of the thin bed covering...I want a heavier covering, but not necessarily a heavy blanket....

The parking lot and driveway are treacherous with 3' wide 1' deep pot holes. They are craters. But the hotel and staff have been good. I have stayed here before and will be back in the future.
