Love this place! The customer service people at the desk were super nice during the day and overnight. Very fulfilling breakfast buffet! And I loved the indoor Pool . My favorite place to stay when we are in Milwaukee

There were quite a few pro's about this hotel:
1. Location right by the airport on a main road.
2. The housekeeping is awesome. They are always cleaning something and just seem to be very hardworking.
3. The indoor pool is really big. It's a long pool that goes to 8 ft depth. It has windows for the ceiling so the sun is shining in. There's fake tree's everywhere. It looks like you're outside.
CON: THE BREAKFAST!!!!! We were there during a conference and there was barely any food. Nobody was in there keeping up with things. When I went in there were no forks left, no clean tables, no juice left, no milk left, the entire mini refrigerator with yogurts was cleared out...no eggs, no bacon. It was BAD. We had waffles and that was it. I couldn't believe it. We are a family of 4 so having the included breakfast is a big deal because otherwise we are having to go out to breakfast and spend $50-60 after tip! When booking, make sure there isn't a large conference happening during your stay.

If I could give this place more then 5 stars I would give them 10! What a great place to stay, and we've stayed at alot of hotels and Inns! There was a bit of an issue with our room but the girl at the front desk gave us another room right away with some complimentary snacks. The sports bar and grill in the hotel is awesome! The food is phenomenal and the service is too! We were delighted to find out that they have a shuttle to the American Family Stadium for the baseball game! We met some great people and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The staff are all so friendly and and made us feel at home! I highly recommend this hotel!!!

Rooms were ok, comfortable enough for what we needed. We could hear people on top floor walking around quite clearly. Staff was excellent. Justin goes up and above for customer service. The rest of the staff was quite friendly. On-site restaurant staff was great also. Shuttle service to and from game was top notch.

Staff was great! The breakfast was wonderful & there was always someone cleaning, which made me feel really good. The restaurant had good food and replenished throughout the breakfast. We rated 3 for the room, because when we booked, it seemed as though there was a hot tub in the room (as it says in the description), but there was not one in the room.
There was a hot tub and pool indoors & both were clean and not overcrowded.

The room was spotless, everything worked, bed was comfortable. Room was quiet. Windows opened so we did not have to run the air conditioner all night. Staff was great. Good hot breakfast. Could not be happier. Even had ear plugs so I did not have to listen to my wife's snoring.

I stayed at this Best Western Hotel because of its location.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bedding was very nice. There was no noise from the street nor hallways nor adjoining rooms.
If I had one complaint it would be the inadequate parking. There aren't enough spaces; I had to park about a block away from the hotel entrance one night and in an alley behind garages another night. The parking lot is tricky to navigate, particularly when a vehicle is entering the lot and another is exiting, or when one is forced down a narrow strip of spaces bordering an apartment complex. Having voiced this complaint I understand there seems to be no solution as there is no land.

Very nicely remodeled and renovated. But the best part was the absolutely extraordinary fantastic customer service. The entire staff was beyond friendly and cater to any needs that we had with a smile. It is rare to find such exceptional customer service these days and if I could give them 10 stars for that I would. The breakfast was Top Notch. There was hot food food to grab on the go anything you wanted possible to drink perfect to start to your day in a super awesome environment and again fantastic customer service.

I pick this hotel simply because we could walk to Miller Park from it. We were quickly impressed with the friendliness of the staff and ease of checking in.
We also ate at the restaurant downstairs and were impressed with the quality of food. The French fries were exceptional!
The bed was a little too soft for me but I guess that is more of a personal preference.
I will for sure stay there again.

I chosed that hotel due the distance to my target. We had a nice receiption and a friendly staff, as well as a really good breakfast choice! Room, its condition and cleanliness had been okay. Unfortunately we did not find the time to use the inhouse pool.
