Very convenient and Contempory rooms. Good breakfast and excellent staff. Was disappointed that I had to leave at 6am for a flight before breakfast was served and was told by the night clerk that I could get some grab and go breakfast in the am. However, when I came downstairs, the clerk went to the kitchen, came out empty handed and said nothing was available. Hard to believe that 30 minutes before breakfast was to be served that I couldn't get a muffin, yogurt, bar, fruit or ANYTHING??! Never had that happen at a hotel that provides breakfast.

The staff was absolutely wonderful and helpful. I took one star off because the cleanliness of our room could’ve been better e.g. the fabric chair had stains on them. Other than that the bed and sheets were comfy, heating was great, and the Dove products for the shower were fantastic.

Outdated, rooms are below average. Only 1 of the elevators was working. Fan in bathroom is loud and obnoxious. Overall very disappointing after choosing to spend a little more for better accommodations. The only reason for two stars instead of 1 was the breakfast was decent.

Used to stay at this location often when I lived in Wi 2yrs ago & the rooms were decent. But the room I just stayed in lets me know things have really changed. It's in a convenient location near plenty of stores, gas, restaurants & a walmart. They offer breakfast which I intentionally skipped except one day when I wanted coffee & was told it was all gone. The lady at checkin was nice. The room was VERY outdated. The bed & bathroom looked like they'd been cleaned. The carpet obviously hasn't been cleaned in years with red & other deep stains. The bathroom ceiling was peeling, there was black smudges on the room wall & I feared the toilet was going to overflow by the way it flushed a couple times (thank God it did not). I wouldn't even touch the ice container which looked like it had not been cleaned on the outside in ages (don't know about the inside bc I did not check). I passed what looked like possibly better rooms as they were being cleaned & should've asked to switch rooms but I will not stay here again.

Not only is this facility a five-star location? It is a steel. I am staying at highest nearly 20 years and I’ve never had a rate is low as $84 a night. The location is not far from the freeway and within 30 minutes of the airport. There are plenty of parking spaces. The rooms are comfortable clean and provide plenty of work spaces. I would highly recommend this site if you’re staying in Milwaukee.

Room big and spacious. Pool was fun (lights kept shutting off though. We went in at 8pm). Will definitely book a room again next time I'm in Milwaukee.

This is a nice hotel with a very up to date look and feel to it. My only concern is I have stayed here multiple times but they have issues with charging double for a single stay and when I brought it to the General Managers attention he brushed me off and hung up the phone. I love a clean hotel but I will not be staying here again
