The parking ramp is not convenient to the hotel, so definitely bring luggage with wheels for the long walk. They do offer valet but that was very backed up so they asked us to self park. I wish I would've known how long the walk would be.
We paid $40 extra per night to access their lounge where there would be non-alcoholic drinks, "hors deurves" and breakfast. The hor deurves were check mix and candy and the coffee and water ran out several times. Breakfast ran out of food and silverware before 8am. As I mentioned there were large events going on so they should've planned for that better.
The restaurant provided terrible service by the server. The bartender eventually helped us after we found out the server left without telling us (after serving us for about 2 hours and us waiting on her for 40 minutes each time she came back).
The bathrooms were busy (due to the events) nd were constantly out of toilet paper and soap and had overflowing trash cans.
Overall it seems like the Marriott staffing was off. Front desk and concierge had plenty of helpful friendly staff. Breakfast/lounge, janitorial and restaurant did not
