My number one choice for a stay in Missoula. Located right off the interstate it's close enough to not be out of the way for traveling while still letting you have easy access to the rest of town. The rooms are always spotless and the beds are actually comfortable. I've stayed here over a dozen Times and I plan to do more. For right at the $100 range this place ticks alot of boxes. Friendly staff, clean,spacious and comfortable temperature controlled rooms. There was a dispute between the booking agency and the hotel about payment so I was double charged, but they are both working diligently to get it figured out. I will stay again.

When I first arrived at the hotel I was comfortable, but the last 3 weeks I have complained to the manager and the maintenance guy about the stomping on the third floor. First the manager lied to me about the guest leaving, then the maintenance guy tried to say I was lying about the noise. Anyway does anyone know the owner of the property

The suite was nice and clean enough; the laundry detergent they use smells good. They seem to have staffing issues, so there was never anyone at the front counter, but the one person that was there was doing the best she could. We could hear what sounded like construction sounds above us late at night. There are some very bright lights on the TV and microwave, so if that bothers you, bring eye covers

My go-to spot to stay while in Missoula. A tiny bit outdated yet clean rooms, affordable pricing, free basic breakfast w/ coffee (although for me it's kind of like pre-breakfast before hitting up Paul's Pancake Parlor), friendly staff, pet-friendly rooms available, and an outdoor hot tub (and pool when in season.) Overall, a good place to stay for the night.

Decent for the price. Great location and friendly service. Common areas are a bit worn but the room was better and nice and clean. Breakfast is limited but will get you out the door in a pinch.

We enjoyed the outdoor pool & hot tub! Rooms were clean. If you're used to staying at newer properties, you won't be happy here. If you want a clean, safe place while passing through, this will work for you. Free breakfast is handy for those non-picky eaters.

Rooms were nice size. Cleanliness was ok, we found a sick under the bed when I looked for something that I dropped. Bathroom sink wouldn't shut off and when I asked the front desk to have it fixed she told me that they were aware of it and some of them do that. We just needed to play with it to get it to stop. Not the answer I was looking for. Restaurant was fantastic.

This easy-on-the-budget hotel gets 5 stars from us! Our room was clean, large, and had everything we needed. The bath towels were thick and soft. WiFi was good. The large breakfast bags were amazing. We will definitely stay here again.

Staff was very nice, beds were comfortable and rooms were homey. Pool and spa were clean. Only two complaints are that the floor was a bit dirty in our hotel room and there is was an automatic light that kept turning on throughout the night and was very bright, maybe it was ghosts though 🤷‍♀️

I literally stay here every time I’m in town to visit family! The staff and the other guest are so sweet, they really make you feel comfortable and treat you like human beings. House keeping brought us clean towels everyday we were there. They were the bright spot in our stay. The room was cold and drafty but the bed was comfortable. Otherwise, the walk to the main building was a nucesissance as they were separated from each other. The continental breakfast was average and only lasted till 9 a.m.

Clean room, comfortable bed, fridge and microwave. We stayed for 3 nights and the room service people where awesome, they stopped by every morning to bring us clean towels and take the dirty ones. Downside-It's split into two buildings main building and back building. The back building is a little bit of a walk from the main building which is a pain if you want the front desk or the breakfast. The overnight staff was outstanding, went above and beyond customer service. When I made this reservation the website did not say anything about the hotel being under renovation. The front desk, pool and fitness center were all closed, but we were still charged full price. I would have gone to a different hotel had I know the hotel didn’t have all the same amenities as other competitors. We were traveling long distance and the pool was key to allowing our toddler time to unwind...

The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was tasty and the server for the breakfast was super sweet and attentive. My only complaint was the hot tub was not functioning during our stay. I just think hotels should have to post those things and let people know when amenities aren't available. In the cold weather in Montana, most of us base our hotel decisions on those amenities

We were sent to the hotel by Delta airlines after a flight delay. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have any agreement with Hilton, so we paid for it ourselves. Close to the airport and downtown. Clean and comfortable room. Nice lobby/dining area with fireplace. Only stayed a few hours. Staff was great too.

I'm truly baffled by the number of bad reviews for this hotel and to be honest, I was nervous about staying here due to them. However, I found the HGI to be a perfectly adequate 3 star hotel with friendly staff members who ensured it was a comfortable stay. Great service. Clean. Knocked a star off... Temperature in room not adjustable. Only one thin sheet on the matress- no protector etc. No extra blanket. Lounge chair and office chair in king room was very uncomfortable!!! Beds not comfortable and pillows are terrible with no support- but I've only stayed in one hotel that had a bed I found comfortable and I always bring my own pillow.

Staying at Motel Six on Broadway has always been a good choice for us. The bed was nice. The room was simple. The arm of the chair was damaged but still comfortable. There was limited toilet paper. Check in was quick & easy, the man behind the desk was very friendly and chatty. Rooms and beds were clean overall except for an amount of exorbitant dust everywhere from the floors to the bedside tables. Good cable selection and super comfy beds. The rooms were very clean I was very impressed for a motel 6 to look as fantastic as they did very pleased with housekeepers cleaning. It's been a long time since I stayed at a Motel 6, and was very surprised at how modern our room was. We were tired after a long day of traveling, and when we opened the door we just said "Wow, this is awesome!". Hardwood-style floors, modern decor, a mini-fridge, great amenities - it was perfect. The manager and hospitality staff were really friendly.

The staff here were polite and very customer oriented. The environment was nice and quite. Very relaxing after a long journey. And the rooms looked spectacular! Big fan of the retro designs and hardwood floor. Definately the best Motel 6 I've been to. By far!

Breakfast was plentiful and had lots of variety. Breakfast staff worked hard to keep everything clean and well-supplied. Location was convenient. Staff was very courteous. During low-volume times, men were kneeling on the floor, using small brushes to clean the tile grout in the lobby. They obviously value the appearance of their property.

Front desk..great service. Small bathrooms...large rooms. More than enough space to be comfortable. The breakfast has been the same each morning. If you have are vegan and gluten sensitive prepare to bring or buy breakfast.

Have stayed here before. Easy access off I-90, decent access to locations in Missoula. Rooms are clean and updated for a decent rate. Only detractor on this visit was lack of gravy for B&G's at breakfast though total selection and quality was very good.

The location was great. Right off the highway. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. It had a heater to adjust the temp. The one weird thing was the shower, it was up really high and couldnt be adjusted. The breakfast was pretty good and included a pancake in a minute machine.

Very nice place. My room had a sit area for comfortable viewing at the window. Comfy room. Good beds. Ok breakfast. Nice employees here. No one in our work crew had anything stolen from our rooms. Very helpful too.

The room had stains on the carpet, the shower was a bit interesting to use. Both the tub and the shower had to be going to user the shower head. The sink faucet handle took a firm grip with both hands to turn on and off. That said it had free Internet, beds were comfortable and the price was right!

The place was centrally located and clean. Good hot tub. Decent breakfast, waffles, b&g, etc. Small room and no tub. The room wasn't ready when we got there at 9 on and we had to remind them 3 times to get a for that cost us $10 extra. Probably 2.5/5. That's generous.

The staff were super kind. The room was massive and incredibly clean. Loved the full kitchen and nice bathroom. I was super impressed with the fact that each room had its own TV as well as heat/AC.

The entire staff was very friendly!! They were extremely helpful and kind. The place was well kept and the rooms were very nice and pool area was well kept and had a neat vibe. I will definitely be staying here again when I make it back into town.

We love this place. All rooms are remodeled and descent and clean. Most nights we get a king size room for 55 to 65 dollars. They are remodeling the lobby. Staff is nice and pleasant. Affordable. Clean. Newly remodeled. Nice staff. PERFECT for us.

Centrally located in the city, room was basic yet clean and comfortable. Bed/linens were nice enough, would probably stay here again.

Was the perfect location for a decent price. Nice clean rooms, although small. Great for a crash pad while enjoying downtown Missoula for a couple days.

Great location at Price point. Building and rooms showing age. Odor is a bit funky in places. Heat appears to be provided by small space heaters for now. They do appear to be renovating rooms, and staff is always very helpful and friendly.
