Sorrel River Ranch Resort & Spa
Moab, Mile 17 Highway 128 🧭 Map
Hot dang Sorrel River Ranch is tight! I sure love this place. First of all, Castle Valley is one of the most beautiful places you can ever step foot and Sorrel is smack dab in the perfect spot to enjoy it! Sorrel Ranch is located in the perfect spot to enjoy views of rivers, rock towers, and breath taking desert views. On top of that, the restaurant there is one of my top favorites. The food is...
The Sorrel River Ranch's lunch is the best. I highly recommend the Chicken Sandwich on the patio. Overlooking the Colorado River and Dome Platue is quite the experience especially after a long hike. Many thanks to Nicole and Hope for making us feel so welcome excited to be back soon.
While we did not stay on property we did visit the ranch while we were in Moab. Enjoyed a soak in the hot tub, had a massage and relaxed on the deck overlooking the Colorado River during lunch. By the way, about that massage, Tina and Sofia took care of my husband and I for a couples experience. They were both excellent. If you tell Tina that you work at a desk all day and have back and neck trouble...
Amazing vistas, great food, friendly staff, and lots of activities. A wonderful place to spend time.
I come here about once a year. The hotel staff are awesome and let us use their green firled to land parachutes in after skydiving over Castle Valley. Bar staff is always friendly and I love the fire pit!
The staff was super helpful in accommodating our large groups many needs. The rooms are spectacular and the resort is beautiful! The restaurant on site was great at dinner time, but service was sub-par during breakfast. Room service and boxed lunches we're excellent.

I loved our room, I loved that we had a refrigerator and TV, The bathrooms are clean and I loved the dish cleaning area. Thank you for having the pool open. Staff is very friendly. The shower is amazing great pressure and Hot Loved it
This is the cleanest, friendliest, most convenient campground I’ve stayed at. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The shower house/restrooms were very clean and everything worked. I would definitely come again and stay here. It’s extremely convenient to the Arches National Park and close to downtown to go shopping/eat. Plus, compared to other campgrounds around town this one had the best views...
This was a great stop. The women at the front desk was so friendly and helpful! The pool and hot tub were amazing. I wish they were open a little later but we could live with closing at 8pm. The bathrooms were clean and very nice for a campground! My favorite part was the dishwashing area that provided soap and sponges it was thoughtful! I loved the covered tent spots. I did feel the parking was tight...
I generally dispersed camp, but needed a break during a month long trip. The woman at the registration desk were wonderful! I was originally only supposed to stay for one night, but I enjoyed it so much I booked a second and they found an online discount for it! I stayed in a small RV, full hookup spot. Once they realized I had an RTT mounted on my truck, they gave me the best spot for it. I had shade...
A friend and i were camping here for the night, and the amenities for camping made it feel like a fabulous choice. We enjoyed the washer and shower, as well as the built in sun shade (a MUST for the August heat). In addition this was RIGHT across from Arches, which made for an easy access into the park the morning we wanted to hike Delicate Arch. Service was great and staff was super helpful!
We stayed at a tent sight in August and loved it. The nights cooled down and were tolerable. The facility is well maintained. The pool/hot tub are nice, the bathrooms were clean, the price was right and it is close to the park entrance. Highly recommended.

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Moab, an IHG Hotel
Moab, 1515 North Highway 191 🧭 Map
Breakfast was adequate, nothing spectacular. We really enjoyed the pool after hiking in the morning. Room was clean and comfortable. 5 minute drive to Arches NP. Would recommend for the price.
great location near entry to National Park and close to restaurants and stores in downtown Moab
Suite was large and comfortable for five people
Typical holiday inn. The cleanliness was good and the breakfast was actually really tasty but we were stunned by the amount of trash produced because of all the plastic dishes. The pool area was good for a short swim after the hot arches national park. The rooms were identical to other holiday inns with good beds and not very appealing brown interior. All in all a little overpriced
We had a great experience! Great location, wonderful staff and very helpful! We left behind a Kindle and staff called and mailed it to our home! It arrived well packaged! Thanks!!
Nice hotel. We stayed two nights at this Holiday Inn Express last week. It was much more expensive than we were expecting, but it may be the location that drives the price. The room was clean enough. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were great. The breakfast area was a madhouse. I think there needs to be more than one pancake machine. There were usually 20+ people in line waiting for food...
We've stayed here several times. Great rooms, great location, and a great breakfast to start your day. The pool is great for the kids, the bike storage is a wonderful feature, and the extra parking room for trailers is excellent. We will stay here again.

Moab, 1551 North Highway 191 🧭 Map
We loved the hotel, wonderful breakfast, we loved our stay and would definitely recommend and come back again.
Honestly didn’t expect much out of this place. But they definitely exceeded my expectations. The rooms are outfitted with better fixtures than most hotels. The carpet was clean, beds were great, and the parking lot was well maintained. Super easy configuration for parking by your room. And the breakfast was WAY better than any other hotel in town. I was planning a typical Diner spot but they...
This was an excellent hotel at a reasonable price. The rooms we had were clean, well-equipped and larger-than-usual. The staff was the most friendly and accommodating we have ever encountered. Our plans went a bit sideways this trip and the staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs and were so friendly and helpful. I definitely will stay here again if in the area and highly recommend it...
Excellent. Truly, this is peak hotel. I've never been to a better hotel. We got the king sized suite with a large bath. The bath was very pretty and very comfy, if a big dated, which is fine. The room was in fact two rooms, a bedroom and a living/dining room. Bed was comfy as well, and we slept great. No issues with noise from other rooms. Breakfast was awesome, they had pretty much everything...
Aarchway Inn is a local property that has personality reflecting local culture. It's conveniently located to the parks and downtown plus has an accessible wildlife refuge adjacent to the property. The hot breakfast is wonderful and served in a large area so there's lots of room. The hotel has a pool, playground, horseshoe pit, volleyball court, basketball court, and shelters with nice grills. The...
Great location if you want to got to the National parks! The breakfast has a nice variety. The pool could use some cleaning but there was tons of wind today, not sure what it looked like yesterday. There was a ceiling fan in our room, which I've never had in a hotel room, but loved having the option to use it! The staff was nice and helpful during our stay.

wonderful, cute, cozy room with lots of lovely datails that made you feel very welcome! we enjoyed our short stay a lot! I highly recommend to stay there!
The location is a bit outside of the City Center, you would not expect such a beautiful place out there. The self Check In was very convenient.

You won't regret it! We got surprised by the Utah cold temperatures (we're from Florida) and so instead of tent camping somewhere we opted to get a camping cabin at the local KOA. Thank God! Their showers were excellent and warm, just what we needed. Everything was very clean and well kept. The laundry is very user friendly, but make sure you have quarters! Their shop has the essentials and pretty...
We enjoyed our stay here for 2 nights while visiting Arches and Canyonlands. The spots were packed in tightly but we had enough space and the hookups worked out well. The showers were AMAZING - you get to lock a real door and you have space to change (not just a curtain). Hot water, good pressure and not timed or limited. There were cute fire pits outside the shower area some families were using. Convenient...
Didn't stay long enough to give a detailed review. Checked in late and only for one night. They had an easy self check in system for after hours.
We had a cabin, very neat and comfy- a novelty for us after camping in tents. Views in the morning were gorgeous!
Bathrooms were unusual- a unisex block but clean enough.
Pretty average KOA. It is about 20 minutes away from Arches National Park. We stayed for 3 nights. The pool was fun, not a lot of shade but we were able to go under one of the two shaded tables each time we went. We camped in our RV in probably the smallest space we could fit. The RV is only 16ft! We were unable to use our awnings because of some trees. They were not tall enough to offer shade...
There were so many amenities! A great option for easy camping or glamping. The on-site store was so useful and we found ourselves there multiple times a day for little conveniences. It was great to have showers. I'm sure the showers can be hot, but we were there the hottest weekend of the summer and loved having the option of cold showers available. The AC in the cabin was a lifesaver even though it...
Newly remodeled and sites are large with hookups. Layout of campground was not well designed. Too much winding through the campground just to get in and out. Check in area around office is too small for the size and number of RVs they expect to handle. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed at the Cowabungalow unit. It was small, but perfect for a couple. Great location in the heart of Moab. Has a kitchenette but no cooktop. Fantastic bathtub too.

We stayed here for a long weekend early spring, we stayed in Juanita's Place. The house was beautiful, and modern. The kitchen was large and able to deal with our groups size, and they allowed us to bring our pets. The location is right in town, we just had to walk half a block to main.
It wasnt the cheapest option in Moab, but after seeing some of the hotels in person that we were looking at instead...

OK RV Park
Moab, 3310 Spanish Valley Drive, Moab 🧭 Map
This RV park although called the "OK RV Park" was way More than "OK".
The staff were friendly and the grounds were very well kept. We missed the live country singer due to inclement weather, but was a cool addition. The facilities were clean and relatively updated.
The park is tucked away from the traffic and "hustle and bustle" of Moab. I would recommend this park over some of the others in town.
I had a reservation here but was unable to stay due to issues with my truck, so had to leave a day early. I messaged them to let them know, not expecting any type of refund since it was last minute. To my surprise they gave me a full refund! This along with their quick communication and friendliness will ensure I will stay here next trip to Moab and refer them to any of my RV friends or camping friends...
We stayed in Tipi #54. It was a great spot. Surprisingly comfortable with lots of amenities. Quiet, shaded, next to bathrooms. Best part was we took the extra cots, set them us in the parking late and stargazer. Saw the milky way and 4 shooting stars. It was amazing. Zero bugs in August.
This was our favorite stop on our entire roadtrip! Stayed in a cabin and it was mint condition and so clean. Air conditioned bathroom and shared showers, very clean also! Large common area with tables, chairs and propane grills for use; free coffee every morning. So much attention to detail. Great location, surrounded by the mesas! Would love to come back here!
Had a great stay with quiet neighbors. The front office staff was friendly and check in went smooth. RV spots were small with little room for tow vehicle, but you can squeeze on the spot. I normally don't like parks with such little room between spots, but we lucked out with very quiet neighbors. The park is clean and well kept.
OK RV is adjacent to the Old Spanish Trail Arena. The arena has horse stalls for $15 a night, first come first served, on your honor system. Discovermoab has some horseback riding trail info.

cost 48$ you can stay in cabin 4 person, this is cheap, can’t beat this price in Moab, nice clean, all u need is in here, dollar tree is nearby, highly recommended.
Stayed in a cabin in the winter. Heater was provided and it was very comfortable. Kitchen, common areas, and bathrooms were all clean. Kind people. Relatively quiet. Not easy to get to town.
Great showers and great price: $4. However - there is no fan in the women’s showers, so cold condensation was falling on me as I got dressed.
Also be aware! I was walking down the stone path at dark (6pm) and tripped and almost smashed my face into the big stones. It sounds dramatic but it was an intense fall. The pathway descends. I barely caught myself with my hand. I dropped all of my stuff and...
Super cozy lovely hostel. Lots of outside area to relax. I stayed there for my zero days on my bike tour. Everyone there go out for the day to be tourists in town or national parks or dirt biking so it gets real quiet during the day. Perfect for me to be an introvert and take a nap or cook meals for myself. Full kitchen there, and bathrooms are clean. The front desk people are very nice too. I wish...
Very mellow, positive environment. We'll be back soon! The staff is friendly and helpful. Kitchen, common room, bathrooms and rooms are very clean. This is a hostel, not a hotel so it's a bit more rustic and the price reflects that fairly. You will be sharing a bathroom (read the room descriptions first). It's affordable and well located just past the town center. Unlike other hostels I have stayed...
I loved this place. It was exactly what we were looking for. It was clean and safe. A perfect place to shower, eat and lay my head down after a day of adventuring. I appreciated the staff on hand. Very knowledgeable of places to eat in the area. There is a fully stocked (cooking tools and refrigerators) kitchen. I really enjoyed the group of people I met from all over the world. However if you’re not...

I love this so much. The rooms are amazing it is really close to Arches national park. And right on the outskirts of town.
This is a great place to stay in Moab. It is really close to arches national park, and is reasonably close to canyonlands and dead horse state park. Accommodations are so nice and comfortable. Community is quiet, but access to all the shopping and dining in town is great.
Beautiful rooms and views. I definitely recommend this for folks with younger children. There is a meddow with cool ponds where you can relax while soaking your feet.
Very nice place to stay. The lady checking us in stayed late to accommodate our late travel plans. The pool, hot tub and park were very kid friendly. There was some construction projects going on that weren’t the best but overall our family was very satisfied
Pretty decent. Really old technology, old TV's in the bedrooms, really slow internet, takes ac a long time to cool down the house.
Stayed in room 1, it was very comfortable! Plenty of bathrooms, fast internet, and nice outdoor spaces. Further, it is nice and close to arches! Overall, I have no complaints, and would certainly recommend it!
