Our stay was great. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was very clean and the decor was really nice. I like that the room didn't have carpeting, there's no way a place could keep carpet clean in Moab...so much sand and red dirt. I didn't use the heated pool but people seemed to enjoy it. The breakfast was top notch, great before heading out on adventures. I will for sure stay here again. Oh yes...

Just left our 3 night stay (Nov 2022) and it was fantastic! We were traveling with our German Shepard and we’re looking for a pet friendly hotel, especially for big dogs. This hotel definitely fit the bill. They do not service rooms during the stay so you never have to worry if you need to leave your pup in the room for a bit. Beds were very comfortable, rooms also had a mini fridge and microwave....

Absolutely loved this place. Best price and cutest amenities. I loved the little Frigidaires and the paintings in the rooms. The ping pong table was an added bonus and the pool was nice and refreshing. The staff were excellent. I had a wonderful time staying here and would definitely only stay here on my next visit to Moab.

This is one of the nicest places I've stayed in Moab. The rooms were wonderfully decorated and clean. The free breakfast was amazing, lots of fresh fruit, berries and other options. The staff at this hotel was amazing! They took such good care of us!

While we did not stay on property we did visit the ranch while we were in Moab. Enjoyed a soak in the hot tub, had a massage and relaxed on the deck overlooking the Colorado River during lunch. By the way, about that massage, Tina and Sofia took care of my husband and I for a couples experience. They were both excellent. I come here about once a year. The hotel staff are awesome and let us use their green firled to land parachutes in after skydiving over Castle Valley. Bar staff is always friendly and I love the fire pit!

The staff was super helpful in accommodating our large groups many needs. The rooms are spectacular and the resort is beautiful! The restaurant on site was great at dinner time, but service was sub-par during breakfast. Room service and boxed lunches we're excellent.

We stayed here for two nights as this was one of the few available spots to stay in busy June. Our room was clean, but smelled like mildew. Basic hotel. No frills. Fantastic price on a busy weekend. Room was well maintained and clean with all needed amenities. Microwave fridge. Bit on small side, No carpet but well waxed, clean, wood floor. Beds were med firm, great for us. Staff was nice. Simple breakfast (no tables to sit, not hot but waffles, muffins yogurt etc etc available).

For a 2-star hotel this place deserves a 5 star review! The location was fantastic. Staff were very nice. The hot water and excellent water pressure in the shower was amazing considering we stayed in the middle of Winter and that is an absolute necessity! The breakfast provided was really great! This was a great hotel! The rooms we stayed in were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The staff was wonderful... Very friendly and helpful. The multiple pools and splash area was a huge hit with our kids after a six hour drive! The location is like seven minutes from the Arches National Park entrance. After trying to stay at another hotel, came here to find VERY cold air conditioning in the room which is super important to my family. The breakfast was delicious and different. Sliced ring sausage was a wonderful change up to the typical hotel breakfast. The general manager that checked us in was very accommodating and kind. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Hotel is extremely clean and nice.

Great centralized location in Moab. Stayed here to visit Canyonlands and Arches National Parks and it was a great hub. Nice options for breakfast for the price and really clean rooms. This was a great stop. The women at the front desk was so friendly and helpful! The pool and hot tub were amazing. I wish they were open a little later but we could live with closing at 8pm. A friend and i were camping here for the night, and the amenities for camping made it feel like a fabulous choice. We enjoyed the washer and shower, as well as the built in sun shade (a MUST for the August heat). In addition this was RIGHT across from Arches, which made for an easy access into the park the morning we wanted to hike Delicate Arch. Service was great and staff was super helpful!

We stayed at a tent sight in August and loved it. The nights cooled down and were tolerable. The facility is well maintained. The pool/hot tub are nice, the bathrooms were clean, the price was right and it is close to the park entrance. Highly recommended.

The staff here are phenomenal. Our room was beautiful and great without our newborn. Best feature was the hot tub and pool area. Since it’s shared with the Springhill Suites it’s a lot larger than most hotel pool areas. Loved all the handicap accessible features as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in Moab. Accommodations were good as was the food. The outdoor area as fantastic and we sat on the patio numerous times. Very peaceful and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Only one reason for 4 instead of 5 stars...carpets needed cleaning.

Great Location. Our room was very spacious. Loved the pool. Complementary breakfast & coffee, on site laundry & pet friendly. However, the food service was disappointing. We waited for over an hour after we placed our order, our drinks weren’t even delivered. Word of warning they charge a $5 order fee plus tip. We ended up canceling our food order.

My room smelled like B.O. Other than that, and the expensive price for what it is, it was a clean and friendly place to stay. Simple, clean and filling breakfast buffet was perfect for a day of hiking! No water in the rooms so make sure to bring some. The air is dry out there! Would most likely stay here again. Most hotels match the price and are probably not as clean.

Nice clean rooms. Mine overlooked the Colorado River and landscape. The pool area is top notch and there are very few hotels that offer such an area. Breakfast was great for the 'free' breakfast that hotels offer. Water bottle filling fountain for your treks into the near by National Parks and an ice machine for your cooler. Parking is plentiful. We loved the location! It was very close to Canyon lands and Arches national parks. There were so many wonderful restaurants to choose from. There was a nice little creekside walkway less than a block from the hotel. The breakfast was lovely. The staff at the breakfast area were so kind and helpful. I used the hot tub every night and it was perfect.

Great stay every time I’ve been here! They have reasonable prices, a good and hardy breakfast and very helpful staff! The beds are comfy, views are adequate, rooms are quite and well cleaned! Also great proximity to walk to shops and restaurants! I’ve never had a problem with parking and they are right on the strip!

Staff is very friendly and down to earth. The breakfasts were actually good. Rooms are clean and comfortable. My only complaint, is that they had a small issue with their boiler so the showers weren't all that hot. Other than that, it was a great stay. They even gave us breakfast to-go bags when we left at 3am to get home. Would recommend this place for sure.

Marcos the front desk clerk was very busy when I checked in. Despite that he was very positive, efficient and down to earth. He gave me some good tips on where I could eat. Initially this was seemingly the absolute best RV park. Staff was insanely awesome and so friendly, late arrival check in an absolute breeze, and downtown location so convenient. The park is very clean and has great trees for shade. It’s convenient to everything. We arrived after hours and our packet with everything we needed was available just outside the office. The internet was very good. The only thing lacking was grassy areas for dogs to use. The whole park is gravel. There is a dog park but it’s not convenient for potty breaks.

All you can expect in downtown Moab. Close to a few restaurants and grocery stores and the Main Street with loads of shops. Well maintained places with a good share of shade over the day. Close to the highway so you can clearly hear the traffic. Free showers, no jam in the evening hours. We felt very good there. The pool is small but clean and refreshing. We will be happy to come again.

Typical holiday inn. The cleanliness was good and the breakfast was actually really tasty but we were stunned by the amount of trash produced because of all the plastic dishes. The pool area was good for a short swim after the hot arches national park. The rooms were identical to other holiday inns with good beds and not very appealing brown interior. All in all a little overpriced

Nice hotel. We stayed two nights at this Holiday Inn Express last week. It was much more expensive than we were expecting, but it may be the location that drives the price. The room was clean enough. We've stayed here several times. Great rooms, great location, and a great breakfast to start your day. The pool is great for the kids, the bike storage is a wonderful feature, and the extra parking room for trailers is excellent. We will stay here again.

I was looking for an inexpensive place to stay the night. I typically stay at Marriotts and Hilton hotel, but I was arriving late and leaving first thing in the morning for my Moab ATV ride. The hotel Moab was very clean and beds were comfortable. For a motel class hotel, this one was very good. I’d stay here again.

Great location on Moab main! Simple and not sophisticated, but a good stay. Bathrooms are quite nice. Shower was amazing. There is no breakfast. Pancake House near by. Seemed to be one of the nicer hotels at a lower cost. Central to all shopping on main street.

Our stay was pretty present. Room service was nice as the room was smaller than we thought. Biggest complaint was that the TV's cannot be connected to you phone, only cable. Bring a chromcast if you plan on watching a movie. Hot tub was wonderful and uncrowded for the most part.

We had dinner at Cowboys Grill at Red Cliffs Lodge. The five stars are for the views…breath taking! Our party of four had the bison short ribs, preceded by the heirloom tomato salad. What an amazing place to getaway! You are surrounded by a massive red rock that will take your breath away. PET FRIENDLY!! That’s a huge + for me. Food is great and the atmosphere is awesome! The staff at front desk is professional, courteous, and friendly. Clean, spacious, and quiet room. Pet friendly. Convenient location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Only 30 minutes to Canyons land National Park and 40 minutes to Dead horse State park. I would stay at La Quinta again.

Our room with one king-sized bed was spacious and clean. The breakfasts were warm and good. The service was exceptional. We didn't spend much time in our room because there was so much to do outside. We will stay at this location again.

We only had an overnight stay. Everything was fine, they gave us a discount coupon for the restaurant next door.

The evening check in clerk was very friendly and welcoming! She was refreshing! We stayed 2 nights. Location was great.it was at the end of town and not in the middle of so much town traffic and noise. The breakfast was good. Room was clean, spacious and bed was very comfortable. Hotel was clean and quiet (hence the 3 stars) but extremely overpriced! Also, i was promised a 10% Gov discount when i checked in. Sadly, after check out, they charged me full price. That was very upsetting.

Great location, great view! Price is a little outta control (303)but we had no choice but to stay here bc they have truck/trailer parking. Stayed here a few months back and it was half the price.

Hotel is clean and in a goof location but what gave them a 5 star review was the staff and their customer service. Most importantly the beds are great! They are double sided pillow top mattresses that offer support and comfort. The rooms are clean. Staff is great! No problems with noises in the rooms. If you love the sound of the wild, you can go out back and listen to the peacock about a block away. The outdoor pool is spotless clean. Such a relaxing place.

Staff is friendly and professional. Rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable, but the air conditioner runs most of the time. Breakfast is basic, could use more fruit.

Our stay was wonderful! There were some loud and unruly kids one night (4/21) but the staff handled the situation calmly, appropriately and professionally preventing complaints from other guests on this floor and from the floor below. The staff is wonderful and the breakfast lady is delightful. I would stay here anytime.

Although they did not offer breakfast, we enjoyed our stay! The Motel 6 staff was incredibly accommodating! Everything we asked for they provided to us if they had it on hand. We used the pool and hot tub area with no problems and we also took advantage of the fairly priced washer and dryer on site. I would definitely stay here again!

Overpriced for what it is, unfortunately the entire town hotel options were priced even more outrageous. Bed was OK, it was squeaky every time I moved, only a thin blanket and only 2 pillows. It was quiet and when we found a problem in our room, it was addressed and fixed by maintenance quickly. Pet friendly and had a pool and laundry area available. I'm not sure why this motel has such bad ratings. The staff were very nice and the rooms were clean. Quiet area. Bathroom functioned and clean, but maybe time for some touch ups. The luggage cart was a big plus!!! And price was very reasonable for traveling during a holiday. Our last leg of our trip and the room was was a nice enabling a good night"s sleep.

Room was clean and comfortable, location was very convenient. The pool was modest but appeared to be clean and well-maintained. One staff member was slightly short and just less than friendly with my fiance when he checked us in but otherwise no complaints.

Loved that the pool was open in March. Everything was clean. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We love that we could bring our dog too. The only problem was our toilet was really loud...it just kept draining and refilling. Not a huge deal, just kind of annoying. Also our key didn't work but we switched it out very easily at the front desk.

We always stay here, when in Moab, it's the best Motel 6 there is! They are pet friendly! We generally stay at a Motel 6, where ever we go because they are pet friendly. But often the stay is not the greatest experience. This motel 6 is well worth the visit. The building is new so to speak, clean and no nonsense. The dollar value is very good!
