Great location for convenient travel to anywhere in the midtown and downtown areas of Mobile. Really friendly staff. Numerous dining and shopping options within minutes of the location.

Loved it. The beds are like marshmallows, they always have fluffy pillows, clean decor. Odd that wifi wasnt free, and zero truck parking. Other than that, it was a relaxing stay.

Nice property. However, I can't believe how a great brand like HGI has such a poorly organized and staffed breakfast at this location. The breakfast buffet is NOT a buffet. You can't help yourself like at most properties. Extremely poor service here. The Chef did her best to scramble up a hot meal. Thanks to her, I'll consider returning.

On a business trip. Traveled with a coworker. Very nice looking inside and out. Stairs at ground level. There are two lifts accessible to the the main lobby. Two elevators in lobby to go to the room levels. The welcome crew was very friendly and helpful, as well as the housekeeping.

Exquisite 👌 All class the whole visit. The room was spotless , cool and a home away from home. The parking situation was seamless you drive right in, check in , get parking pass, park. That's it in less than 5 minutes. It's literally less than .2 miles from so much good food , entertainment and even a haunted book store!! Wonderful hotel. Room was spacious. The balcony was a nice surprise. The kids loved sitting out on it. Very clean rooms and the pull out bed was very comfortable! They didn't have enough waffle makers for the amount of people that were at breakfast. It was a long line for that. Breakfast was good though.

The beds were comfy, and the rooms were spotless. There was a strong smell to perhaps the cleaning products used, that we couldn't figure out. We inspected everything, and the room was pretty neat. Its a wow in a sea of mediocrity. Not fancy just ideal. Kitchen, fridge, utensils, nice enough linen, bathroom with towels that are not thin and body wash in the shower. BBQ pits by pool which is open all night long. Door cards work. Large laundry and amenities in lobby. Easy parking. Obviously well managed!!! Will be back

We had a great weekend stay. It started on the phone with a most welcoming front desk associate, Caitlin. From that call, we knew we found the best place for our long weekend stay. We came into town for a dog show. Caitlin was so helpful with our room choice and the hotel amenities benefits. Since we were 2 friends traveling with dogs, she helped us with a 2 room suite. The Fort Conde Inn is a fabulous place to stay while visiting Mobile. It is in the heart of downtown and offers spacious, and super clean rooms. Friendly service as well!

We spent the night at Fort Conde Inn while down in Mobile for an event the next day. The stay was FABULOUS! The rooms were very clean, everything was clean and quiet and the atmosphere was unbelievable. I felt like I had stepped back in time with the architecture, style of rooms, and cobblestone streets. Absolutely wonderful stay and will definitely stay here again if we come back to Mobile.

The room was very quaint and spacious. TV and fireplace was not working properly. Front desk said there was nothing that they could do about it. Breakfast is only included when you book on specific websites but not on their own web page.

What a wonderful place! Rich in history with knowledgeable and helpful staff! Amazing breakfast made the trip totally worthwhile!!!
