My stay here was beautiful right in the water service was amazing rooms spotless. Me and my husband are 87 years old and had a lot of help from a young man named Rick . With a snazzy golf cart ,He brought stuff in to our room from our car that we brought and helped with the heater and tv. So kind and caring defiantly recommend staying here

Room floor wasn't clean. When checking in, I wasn't told there was a pet fee of $ 25 a night!! That's pricey especially since they didn't even have poop bags in the dispensers. Service was good. Views were amazing.

I stayed at the inn for one night. All of the staff I talked to, especially the bar tender, were extremely nice and helpful. The room itself wasn’t anything special, but was perfectly clean with no obvious blemishes. The view out the back is also just spectacular. The food at the restaurant was good. For a quick place to stop overnight, I have absolutely no complaints

Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Bathtub is hot and enjoyable at the end of a long foggy summer day. People serving at the reception and the bar were lovely and carefully working. The hotel is located right under the golf in a really quiet area next to the bay. The view from the restaurant and bar is breathtaking.

A really clean and well maintained facility. Good menu creative offerings locally sourced. Slow and uncoordinated service. Just be patient with it and enjoy the billion dollar views.

The wife and I stayed here late last year and enjoyed our stay. Our room was right next to the office and we heard staff getting breakfast set up so we were first inside lol. Can’t say anything bad other than parking is little small but certainly not a deal breaker. The bay itself is maybe five minute walk and is good exercise, especially the steep hill part.

The location of this best western is literally a 5 to 10 minute walk from Morro's little walking/shopping area ☺️ it's a very nice room. All amenities are in great shape. It doesn't smell (I've stayed places that have awful stenches) and the staff was very nice. It's cozy and the location of our room is perfect for us. Bed and pillows very very comfortable. Would definitely recommend and stay here...

rooms are a bit small but cozy,clean and I really like the soap and lotion... The location is great and the young man at the front desk is knowledgeable and friendly. On a side note if you are new to Morro Bay there are great dining options a few blocks away from the embarkadero.

We stayed 3 nights here in the mini suite. Nice big room with all we needed (old furniture though) . Great location for walking everywhere, along wharf or downtown. Not much of a continental breakfast but staff was great. Nice view of Morro Rock. Would stay here again. We love Morro Bay!

Our room was large and clean. The hotel was walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and maritime museum. Included was a light continental breakfast. Desk staff were very helpful and friendly.

Having just been refurbished, the property was in tip top condition. It had all the necessary amenities in the room to get by comfortably for my family. There was also plenty of food available in close proximity.

I usually avoid motel 6s, but this one is really nice. Great for a one day trip to the coast. Cheap and clean, compared to other similarly priced rooms. I enjoy it and have stayed here multiple times and will stay there more in the future.

Stayed for 3 nights during the last week in November. Room and hotel decor is awesome- very fresh, seaside vibe with prints of all kinds of birds on the walls, and seashells and starfish in the rooms. We stayed here when we visited Moro Bay; what an adorable town! The rooms are very nice and the beds are comfortable, I loved the pillows so much I asked where I could purchase them. The help is friendly and very helpful. They have a great breakfast.

I stay out of town quite a bit for work, and this was without a doubt one of the best hotel stays I have ever had. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Nice tv with pay channels. Great hotel with a great view. The rooms are large and well appointed. It has a microwave and small fridge in the room. The cable is extensive and includes HBO channels. Our stay included a very typical basic breakfast found in hotels, but was on the third floor and had beautiful views. Well worth the stay if you are in the area and the off-season rates were excellent.

We stayed here with our fur babies for one night while driving down the coast. Our room was clean and welcoming with a fire place a nice view of Morro Rock. The bed was very comfy!

I was told at check in that I had reserved a room with a partial view. That was incorrect. They chose to place me in a partial view room, after I made the reservation. I will not be staying here again. If you want to know what a partial view looks like, just look through your peep hole from home. Also not very happy about spa hours...4 hours a day?

The location of this hotel in this cute town was top notch. By far my favorite stay in a hotel. They have a jacuzzi, fire place, fresh towels were sent on request as was a cot with blankets and an extra pillow. Everything was clean. The only updates I would suggest is the bathroom and towels. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Harbor House Inn. The check-in and check-out process was very efficient and the staff were very welcoming. A quiet, cozy night. Dog friendly! No issues. However, the door frame (inside frame was a crack in the wood of dead bolted ) and locking mechanism (missing chain) could be improved though. Overall, very pleasant experience that I recommend.

Harbor house Inn is the best hotel in the Morro Bay area. We had a plumbing problem and we stayed at many local hotels. The Harbor House Inn was the cleanest, most centrally located and had all of the necessary amenities. The front desk staff are very polite and accommodating. I highly recommend.

In general very pleasant place to stay. Breakfast is like in old good days - good selection, enough for a family. Rooms are quite small, but they are warm and cozy. Wifi seems better works in the center of the hotel, because I've a weak signal in my room located on the one of building ends.

Check in was a breeze. The king room had oversized chair as well as a small 2 person table in front of the window. The room had a larger refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The shower had great water pressure. The bed and pillows comfortable. Walking distance to everything. The only issue is that 205 has a view of a tree in front of it so maybe they could give that tree a little bit of pruning...

My husband and i have stayed at this hotel about 4 times now and we've enjoyed it each time. This is a lovely place to stay in. The staff were very friendly and the cleaning was really good. You have a coffee maker, microwave and a refrigerator with freezer compartment. My friends and I stayed in a suite, 2 adjoining rooms for two nights. We were very comfortable, rooms were clean, and front desk people were exceptional. Room was very clean, bed was good, didn't realize it had a refrigerator that was great. But, it needed some work, fan in bathroom was falling off from the ceiling & the sink definitely needed to be repaired professionally, also, it might be a good idea to put non-slip appliques in the tub or something, I almost fell. Do NOT waste your money on this place. The customer service is terrible and rude. Not to mention the rooms are disgusting. You would honestly be better off staying at the Motel 6 next door.

This is the 4th time at Beach Bungalow Inn and Suites. We always stay in the family suites. It is nice because there are two separate bedrooms with a door in between.(The person I go with snores) They have a notebook in each room that you can write in about your experience, which is fun to read about what everyone else thought! What I like about it is that the location is far enough from the water and noisy seals. The car is right by the room for ease of toting bags. The rooms are spacious enough for uncluttered movement and oriented to allow a sea breeze. Stayed 3nights booked online with no hassle. Very affordable, friendly and clean. Just feet from morro rock and entertainment. Easy access to everything on foot. If your goal is to find a nice comfortable place within walking distance, this is it. We spent all 3days exploring so the location was perfect. Will definitely book again.

The staff was super nice really cool people. Rooms are nice bathroom a little small but gets the job done. Parking lot is also small so if you have a large vehicle you might want to call and see if there is room. But overall really great place will definitely come again.

They brought towels over saying "it was no problem", well, I'll be the judge of that, haha! Comfortable, clean rooms with a kind and accommodating staff. The location is great (right by The Hungry Fisherman for a convenient and tasty meal, and only a few blocks off the beach). This hotel is one of the most affordable options in town, but doesn't feel at all unsafe or dirty like many inexpensive hotels. The rating is for exceeding expectations for the price!

We had just stayed 5 nights at the Bellagio in Las Vegas and The Landing didn’t disappoint, it is a great place to stay. The rooms are very clean, beds very comfortable and the shower was great. Breakfast is not offered, despite being advertised. Only coffee and tea were provided in the front office. We chose this hotel because we thought it offered breakfast, as advertised online and in our reservation, so that was disappointing. The room was fairly clean but was not cleaned during our stay. Beds could use new mattresses (grooves worn into them). Location is close to the shops and restaurants...

Excellent location, very clean, electric fireplace is a great touch. Staff is nice, great ocean views throughout the rooms through French doors. Pricing is fair too, considering all things.

Lovely stay. Stayed in 204 and had perfect views of the rock. Clean rooms. Well appointed - fireplace was nice. Coffee in lobby was delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

Great front of house staff but so expensive for what we had. A big room with two beds and a sofa bed for five of us. Nearly £500 per night in August. Better deals to be had elsewhere I’m sure

No In room coffee, walls and ceilings are thin do to age of building. you can be kept awake late into the night from noise from adjoining rooms. Parking for a full size truck or car is impossible. This Staff is really great and they need to be.

The staff was very nice. The room was exceptionally clean. Good for the money, it was very well priced for a holiday weekend. We would definitely consider staying again.

We needed a last minute place to stay to visit family, and this was pretty good! The staff was friendly, the room was very clean, the bed was comfy, and you could tell it had been recently updated/remodeled. Just a short walk to the pier and downtown type area with shops and food. My only complaint is that the walls were a little thin, so when someone next to us opened their door, it almost sounded...

Quick checkin probably about less than 5 minutes. The room was spacious and comfortable. I was apprehensive at first because of previous reviews and I was glad I booked this place. Right up the hill from the embarcadero.

Room was ok. There were areas that weren't very clean but there's always something worst out there. The bed was AMAZING! So comfortable. Walls are very thin.. There was a child/ children running up and down the stairs and down the walkway SUPER loud.

I always like to come back here to stay. Great price...great rooms...wonderful location..great family managers...good TV's with TCM Turner Classic Movie, no commercials on that movie channel..Microwave , Frig and Iron and board in room. Plenty of hot water and a good bed. Free coffee in lobby after 7:30 am bring your own mug or use their free cups. In this price range you can't do better in Morro Bay...

Stayed 4 nights in February 2018. Older motel is nice and clean. Rooms small. Picked this motel in the Morro Bay area due to the free breakfast. Only coffee in lobby was available in small Styrofoam cups with powdered creamer. Town is close but still need to drive unless you are real energetic.
