When you figure in the cost, to me it's an easy 5 stars. Not as fancy as other hotels or motels but we have stayed there twice now and it's our go to place. It's conveniently located and has a decent free breakfast.

We were impressed with our room, very comfortable and my husband had no problem getting around in his WHEELCHAIR even though it wasn't a handicap accessible room. But when I got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom I came across some creepy crawlers (roaches), I killed them! We had business to take care of so we stayed. We booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. The room is very spacious and clean. There's a fridge (no freezer), a microwave oven, and a single serve coffee maker. Location is great. I really appreciate the early check-in available at this hotel. It allowed me to get settled in and have my room for the day ,so I could truly relax on my vacation. It's nice enough for a night's sleep. Honestly the beds are the only reason the very the review the do. Seriously some of the most comfortable beds I've slept in at a hotel/motel. The service is below average and the rooms could be cleaner. But the beds are nice and I often say I only need to comfortable place to sleep and it's their biggest responsibility and they got that right

Rooms were clean, spacious. Two small problems, handicap bathroom with tub, the tub was slick when stepping in while taking a shower and the soap dispenser was laying in the tub. Was assured there was parking for a bus. While technically I did get parked, a 45 ft bus will have a hard time and forget going around behind building, I had to back back out due to low tree limbs over driveway.

Nice clean park but I have a few issues with the drive through sites. The drive through sites have a concrete pad with a picnic table, but these pads are raised 3-4" above the ground and make the site very narrow. The raised pad also causes issues with clearance of basement doors for a motorhome. Some of the sites have trees that can cause issues with slide outs.

Older hotel with so so rooms. Better maintenance would really improve this place. Paying more than 100 a night would be to much. Walls are thin and you can hear water running in nearby rooms and if kids are there you can hear them running up and down the hall. Bathroom towels are small. Still they do have a free breakfast and it's fairly clean.

The cleanest, most comfortable room I have been in in a while. All of the bedding was clean and soft except for the very top cover, which was very itchy and rough. The bathroom was so clean and fresh feeling. The only issue was that the toilet seat was really loose, so I had to be careful when sitting down, but otherwise, a nice bathroom. Would go back anytime.

The hotel is clean and spacious. The staff is courteous and friendly. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is they typically offer free continental breakfast. It was not free. The charge was $8.75 but the menu looked good. Only coffee was offered for free anytime. Also the restaurant had a very limited menu and was pricey so I opted to eat out. Otherwise a great place to stay!

My experience was superb as an overnight stay. The office representative was as hospitable as could be around 3pm, 10/26/22, as I bombarded her with questions she answered enthusiastically. Room 318 was as good as it gets with every amenity imaginable. 2 tv’s, full size fridge/freezer, utensils, etc…..it was like your grandmother’s house prepared for your visit. I was impressed. The beds were impeccable...

We were apprehensive about renting a condo here because of some reviews. We got to the rental office late night and we were greeted by friendly staff. The directions to our condo were a bit confusing. The security officer offered to escort us to our condo, so we followed him in our car. Nice guy! But when we got to our condo, yes it was a bit out dated, it added to it's charm though. It was very clean...

Nothing fancy but perfect for a family getaway. Our room included a kitchen, oven/stove, toaster, fridge, etc. Beds were fine. It was like an Airbnb but without having to clean…which was great! When you stay at the resort you basically get two day tickets to the park (per guest) along with late pool hours too. Overall, a solid value.

The second water park is best! The black tubes at the first water park suck. Also... we kept getting stuck in literally all the rides at the first park due to poor engineering of the water flow! :p

We went in the winter over Wurst Fest. Was horribly disappointed! The rooms are old and you can hear everything your neighbor is doing. We had obnoxious neighbors who got drunk and into a fist fight at 2am. They made their way crashing through the bedroom window into our suite. We told the office about what happened and their response was a bag of free towels. The entire stay was just bad, started...
