Great location close to the beach, restaurants, and stores. Place is a out dated but clean. I love the full kitchens and bedrooms. It looks like they are currently doing renovations after the hurricane so maybe things will be updated soon. Make sure you know the towel exchange policy!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and it was very roomy. The living room furniture was not clean. The room could have used some TLC and a good cleaning, but overall it wasn't to the point I wouldn't stay here again. The area itself was worth the money. Very convenient to restaurants, stores, and right on the beach.

Had a great stay! Love the bungalows. Nice 1bedroom with full kitchen. Love being right on the beach and within walking distance to restaurants . Older facilities, but clean.

You can walk to restaurants and shops nearby. Hotel room had no hot water, ants, stained carpet, portable A.C. unit running 24/7. Could not ipen balcony door. Asked to move rooms, no solution considered. The front desk staff could care less. They wrote down the no hot water, but nothing done in 3 days. I will not stay here again. Beautiful view from our room. The staff was extremely helpful & accommodating. We planned a last minute trip & as owners called the owner services. We spook to a young man who helped us to acquire a room for our stay for of the time we were in FLA. On another NOTE, the furniture is getting very outdated the couch had tears in quiet a few places in our room & in the main entrance waiting area.

Cool location! Make sure you read the handbook they give you because the washer, dryer, and hot tub are at different locations. You have card keys for them but they are about a mile or two away. TVs are small, but the apartments give you plenty of room, and are nice and clean

These are condos with kitchens. We had a short walk to the Atlantic Ocean. Has a pool. Covered pavilion with tables and chairs. We stayed at the Sea Villas condos.

We had a great experience at this hotel. Great location, right on the beach, close to lots of restaurants, and in the middle between Cape Canaveral and Daytona speedway. I strongly suggest the owner spend a night to improve your services and experience what your guests experience, I was expecting much more. It is easier to open a tin can than get inside the sheets also the stationery decorative sheet is shaby; a PHD in engineering is needed to adjust the room temp, fan and shower controls. This place is great. My wife and I both had massages there. The staff were very friendly and professional. The massage was very relaxing. They have an outdoor pool and hot tub with waterfalls in it. You can lounge in the chairs or pool after the massage. They have water, coffee, tea and snacks to enjoy with no rush to get you out of there. We really enjoyed it.

This is a great hotel. I have stayed here a few times. All the rooms have an Ocean view and a balcony! Our room was very clean. Breakfast was great and delicious. The restaurant has huge windows with an ocean view. I love it here and will be back. Highly recommend to everyone.

Recent trip down to bike week and the sunshine state because let’s face it, the rest of the country is still in hiding. This place is nothing fancy, but the service was great, the rooms were clean and tidy and the price was right! Would we stay there again, absolutely! We had a room overlooking Flagler Ave for Valentines night at the Inn. Could not have been a better experience! Room was very clean, service was great, and it was fun meeting other couples in the morning for breakfast. And of course can’t beat the location. Even though we’re local, we can’t wait to come back for the experience!

My husband and I stayed at the Inn on the Avenue last week for 5 nights. Angie and Carol were so friendly, took care of any needs we had and felt like family by the end of our stay. I had a wonderful two nights stay at this adorable, cozy and super friendly bed-and-breakfast. Carol and Angie were both a delight. We had a great time. Our room had an ocean view in the front of the unit as well as the back. Any hiccups were handled immediately and professionally. It was clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen utensils. Only thing I would have liked was an extra gate key to the beach but it all worked out fine. Loved it!

As of January 2023, major changes, housekeeping staff gone, prices increased. But location is still on the beach, so it still has that going for it. Has a pool but I have never seen it heated or anyone in it. Too cold to use. Most units dated with old furniture. Had spent several winters at the trillium, will probably be somewhere else next year.
