I don’t want to be too harsh, bc they had only recently re-opened bc of hurricane damage. My other hotel (Best Western) canceled a month prior to visit bc of damage so this was a re-book. Hotel room did not have a refrigerator which is odd for Hampton. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Loved the rocking chairs near the street. Bring some OFF because of mosquitoes in the courtyard and near any planted areas (we were there during the rainy season). Great free breakfast daily. Easy walking distance to beach, shopping and restaurants.

Staff, especially Ruby, have a customer focus. They go above and beyond to take care of their guests. Rooms are very well kept and clean. Parking lot is well kept. High recommend.

This was our first Bed & Bfast and it was an amazing experience. Dave & Natalie really take the time to get to know you and make you feel like home. Dave provided many recommendations of things to do and see. The location was very convenient and was a few minutes drive from many restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

We had the best experience here! The views of the Intracoastal cannot be beat. We loved hanging out on the front porch. The location is close to everything and anything we wanted to do, including beautiful walks by the water. The hosts were our favorite part, so accommodating and helpful. We will be back!

Great Springhill Suites on the beach. Booked at Xmas for NYE and got a room with a beach view and a look at Flagler Ave. Walked in and it looks and feels up to date. Representative told us it will be 5 years in Jan! Would not have guessed. Covered garage parking and walked across the street to an ocean deck restaurant and bar. No one here, relatively speaking, on NYE. So long '22. Kind of a mixed bag...

We had a great experience at this hotel. Great location, right on the beach, close to lots of restaurants, and in the middle between Cape Canaveral and Daytona speedway. It was exactly what we wanted! Staff was amazing, gym was good, breakfast was great! They also had a mini Starbucks and a bar. Pool was great and open late. Overall great experience, definitely would stay again if I’m the area.

While in the NSB area on business I decided to treat my family to a mini staycation. Our stay at this Marriott was excellent. Great location, cleanliness and service. Hailey at the front desk was informative, professional and kind. The ability to walk to the beach was perfect and our overall stay was a nice treat. I will be sure to visit again.

We stayed at this property for one night so we could be close to the beach. The property is conveniently located right on the beach. The pool overlooks the ocean and is a beautiful place to spend the weekend. The parking is in the basement and a little tricky to maneuver around in so smaller vehicles work best. Recent trip down to bike week and the sunshine state because let’s face it, the rest of the country is still in hiding. This place is nothing fancy, but the service was great, the rooms were clean and tidy and the price was right! Would we stay there again, absolutely! If in the area and looking for an old school motel to rest your eyes, stop in and show some love.

Made reservations for my son & his friend. Spoke to Richard. Very nice & helpful. My son said the rooms were very clean, and Richard was very nice to them as well. My son said it was easy to find and in a good location. Would chose this hotel if any of us are in that area again & recommend to others.

We spent the night here and everything was great. The room was very clean and Rick went out of his way to make use feel comfortable. He went to the room ahead of us and turned on the lights and A/C. I stayed for a night, the owner is a nice guy who serve everything what i need.the room was not to more space but it was clean ,air condition was new. the signal of the internet was poor since it was obstructed by ply wood protecting the IRMA hurricane

We had a room overlooking Flagler Ave for Valentines night at the Inn. Could not have been a better experience! Room was very clean, service was great, and it was fun meeting other couples in the morning for breakfast. And of course can’t beat the location. Even though we’re local, we can’t wait to come back for the experience!

My husband and I stayed at the Inn on the Avenue last week for 5 nights. Angie and Carol were so friendly, took care of any needs we had and felt like family by the end of our stay. Inn is so charming and such thought put into every detail. Breakfast was delicious!! Would love to come and stay again!

We loved our recent stay at Inn On The Avenue. Angie was a terrific host, was friendly and made us feel at home from the time we arrived. We love the location - New Smyrna Beach is a quaint little town with great places to grab a drink or a bite. We did not make it to the beach, which is a few blocks down, but heard it is quite nice as well. A very comfortable and relaxing stay!

I had a wonderful two nights stay at this adorable, cozy and super friendly bed-and-breakfast. Carol and Angie were both a delight. Breakfast was delicious both days (Italian egg scramble snd eggs Benedict along with pumpkin pancakes). Afternoon homemade sangria or lemonade with homemade cookies was a treat. We traveled from Pennsylvania to New Smyrna for a friends wedding. This was our first B&B experience! It was an amazing stay at the Inn, Tammi and her team really are outstanding. We have stayed here several times over the past seven years. Over this period the owners haven't changed and neither has the Motel. This place has been in a constant decline. It's clean, but has roaches galore. It has internet but its slower than molasses on a cold day. There has been no upgrades. None. Everyone here is amazing. The rooms where clean, and the kitchen had everything you would need. The whole area was nice and quiet and while traveling alone I felt very safe. I will definitely be staying here again.
