Hotel is nice, quiet, and clean. Bed is super comfortable! Staff could use a class in Customer Service to actually develop some sort of personality! One of the front desk staff is very cold and brusque; does not make you feel welcome here at all! The other staff members seem a bit better, however, only when Ms. Non-Personality is not around! She is the main reason for less than 5 stars... .

Very clean. Warm pool and nice hot hot tub. Housekeeping doesn't miss an inch and front desk staff very helpful, polite and courteous. The only complaint we have is softer beds (unless you are the kind of couple looking for "stability" if you put what I'm putting down and not to use the alternative down cover they have. You will be really hot if you do.

This hotel is 100 a night. While I was here, the hot tub was quite colder than most I've ever had but that is literally my only complaint. They have an amazing staff who go above and beyond for their guests. They have you sign a waiver of whoever stays. They have nightly security who walk the perimeter. Made me feel real safe. We had a great stay at the Canterbury Inn and would definitely come again. The room was spacious and nicely decorated in a maritime style. The beach is just right behind the hotel and staff is super friendly. The pool is great, especially the hot tub. There are also extra pool towels for your convenience provided in the room. Stayed one night. Location is convenient to beach and food. Building is old but maintained well. Internet is not the fastest but it works fine. Front desk lady at check in is nice. Probably the only complaint: Drinks in the vending machine seem old and priced at higher end.

This is the second time we have stayed here and it was even better than the first! The room was great with plenty of space and a full kitchen, the pool was clean and felt amazing and the beach is just a 5-10 minute walk right out the back door! This place is adorable and the staff are friendly, would definitely recommend to anyone especially people with dogs and families!

We stayed one night in a 2nd floor, two bedroom suite. The place was clean and had everything you needed. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Be aware that the hot tub is only for ages 14 and up. Wonderful hotel in ocean shores! Super friendly and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we got there! They loved our dog & the room was exceptional! The room was very clean and smelled good! Had everything we needed and more! They were so kind to our dog and kids! Will definitely be back and will recommend them every time!

This was a last minute surprise getaway for my daughter and I. We’ve been to Westport hundreds of times but never Ocean Shores so thought why not! My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at the Canterbury Inn. Very clean, friendly staff and conveniently located. Will definitely be back!

We were so happy with this well renovated motel. The manager Marissa was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, giving us all sorts of information about the town and a great dinner recommendation. Our room was immaculately clean and very tastefully redecorated. We can't give any higher rating to Ocean Shores and would definitely return.

I only stayed 1 night, but first impressions great family place for the summer. Staff were really helpful as I got there really early and they still booked me in. The room was big clean and warm.A lot of sopping and eating places all easily walkable

I needed a quiet place to lay my head and gather myself and the Ocean Shores Resort provided this. I stayed 2 nights, slept like a baby. No noise. The rooms are modern and warm. The staff were helpful and kind. It is walking distance to the beach, breakfast (delicious) across the street. A hidden spot to relax.

We arrived late at 9 PM. We called the Manager on the phone number posted at the office and she came to the office rather quickly. Manager lives on the property. Everything was good except the floor had a lot of sand on the floor by the time. We didn't bother to bring it up with the manager as we were tired and were prepared to leave early in the morning.

My fianceé and I needed to escape the smoke from the wildfires and this was a great last minute refuge. We made the decision pretty late in the day and this was one of the only places in the area with such a late night check-in (11:30pm). Great place to stay in Ocean Shores, doesn't allow dogs but did let me have my ADA pup. There are trails nearby to get to the beach that I enjoyed walking and there is so much in walking distance that I barely used my car. Minimal breakfast is served here, but there's a cozy diner across the street. Room was clean and had a nice little kitchen, really enjoyed ocean shores.

Not just a room, a little kitchen( stove, fridge, microwave, dishes, cutlery) with everything you need for an extended stay. Clean and fresh, newer linens and towels. Go-kart track on property and ball diamond behind for your kids to blow off steam. Loved the extra little touches, good soap and microwave popcorn! I would rate this a 3 star not 2. we just stayed here over new years weekend with our 2 puppies and this place was nothing but great. the guy was great really nice and was willing to check us in a little late. Rooms were very cute and clean as well as very comfortable. we will definitely stay here again on our next adventure!

So we didn't stay at the hotel and I was kind of wondering why a hotel had go carts but then I found out why. It was a ton of fun. The track was small but that didn't matter. Turns last about 10-15 minutes per round. The guy working (possibly an owner) was very nice and helpful as well. He was very enthusiastic about the go carts and made all of our group feel comfortable with driving them.

We had a great experience with Breakers Boutique Inn, from a smooth check-in, friendly staffs to a very fun go-kart. We took our girls on a little weekend trip and stayed here, first off if you are looking for friendly, nice, do anything to make your stay wonderful people this is the place, they put eggs out for a little Easter egg hunt. And the eagles are so close was nice to see them everyday. They also have Go-Karts. We will be staying here again and might even make that our go to place anytime we're there.

Clean, affordable, close to the beach. Condo was a bit sparse, but clean and well maintained. We had a lightbulb go out in the bathroom and it was fixed very quickly while we were out to breakfast. This is not going to be a “luxury” experience so adjust your expectations… too many reviews on here seemed to be expecting something much more fancy. Great place within walking distance to the beach. Fun old bridge you cross to get out there. Great family vacation spot with a playground, pool, hot top, sauna, game room. Feels like a place I would have gone to with my parents as a child. Plus they have specific rooms set up for dogs, so I definitely plan to come back with my fur babies.

We stayed for a week, it was awesome! Very nice people, nice cabins, beautiful location. Great amenities, and they're installing more! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, they're installing a new sauna, they have a pool table! We really enjoyed playing pool, and hanging out in the recreation room. It was an awesome vacation, we look forward to going back next year!
