Room was a good size with cool furniture. Bed was super comfy and clean. Room was clean other than one stain on the carpet. Bathroom was clean and good size, but the shower needed a lot of updates.

Jim and Steffon (spelling) helped me out late night sooooooo much, the whole hotel was amazing at accommodating our 1,400 person conference. Stayed in the executive floor, nice rooms overall. I was told the room are the same as the other floors, but the extra customer service was amazing. I could text the front desk anything I need. The Executive Lounge had water, coffee, tea, and snacks. (Also served Breakfast). They let me check in early and check out later than the appointed time. Definitely felt like royalty while I was here.

I stayed over night for a convention. The room was clean and comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful. In the 80's (when known as the Red Lion Inn) this was the best place to bring your Tony Hawk skateboard and skate from the top of the parking garage to the bottom. Then you could take the elevators back up to the top. If the local executives questioned you on the lift, you simply told them you had a board meeting.

Beautiful facility and super friendly staff. It is located on the edge of downtown, but still in walking distance to tons of restraunts and bars. While I have never stayed at this hotel as an overnight guest I have attended numerous conferences or meetings. I am always impressed with the cleanliness of the entire facility and friendliness & professionalism of the staff. Having an attached parking garage is a huge bonus too as there is very little street parking near by and the other garages don't comp tickets for the hotel guests.

Overall, my experience was good. I was attending a convention. I did not stay in a room. I thought the convention area and bathrooms could be better kept. Parking is limited for convention space of this size.

We did one night in a really nice suite! The employees were very nice and helpful! The lobby "bistro"/coffee shop wasn't open then because of staff shortages but the rooms were clean and the front desk staffed. Lobby has many places to sit and hang out. I was nervous about booking a place I've never been to before, but this place did not disappoint! Everything here was fantastic! To be honest, for the cost, I would have expected better. One of the elevators wasn't working at all and it was so busy. Only one bank of 3 elevators for 7 floors is not enough, and when 1 never even works at all, it's even worse. The mattress here was by far the worst rock I have ever slept on. Great location in downtown Omaha BUT there are homeless people that may come in during the breakfast hours. Breakfast is delicious and fresh with great hours. Beds are not my favorite. My stay was wonderful. Staff members were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was superb. The hotel was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The room was the best. Loved my stay. The only thing I would like is drinking water in the rooms drinking and also for making coffee.

We absolutely would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the area! Close to historic downtown with great restaurants within walking distance and less than 10 minute drive to the zoo. Very new and clean rooms with mini fridges and microwaves in the rooms, we didn't use the amenities but it also had a gym and pool and restaurant. The magnolia hotel was a comfortable place to stay. My first night Lisa made me lovely drinks and the rest of the staff was amazing. When my charging cable died they charged my phone for me. The only thing is the thermostat/AC clicks constantly (like 30 times per minute) and I’m a very light sleeper so I ran down and got some ear plugs and that fixed the issue. The receptionist greeted me with a warm welcome. The room was so clean and neat. I stayed on the seventh floor and had a great view of the downtown. I spend time watching the town up from my room. We stayed in the log cabin suite. It is a beautiful room. With a big kitchen, living room and a 2 person whirlpool tub. We originally got the standard whirlpool suite, but upgraded because we wanted the oven in the log cabin suite. After a 20$ upgrade, we got to the room and there was no oven... So that kinda sucked. Breakfast was pretty standard. One of our favorite local hotels for a staycation.

This is an older, but decent place. It has been slated to be replaced with a new building for several years, but construction has not started. As a result, maintenance has been a bit deferred. Front desk employees were so very friendly and so very helpful! They were very accommodating and treated me like family!! The room was very nice and spacious. One disappointed part of my experience was the lack of communication and the long delays in hearing back in regards to coordinating an event we were having in their banquet room. Not only is there good parking and nice, quiet rooms but the location is great. Many restaurants within walking distance. It is quiet and safe feeling. The room was beautiful and very clean. The staff were very nice and quite welcoming. The lobby restaurant is really good and the drink selection is top notch. The pool was so nice and refreshing after the long day out and about, seating and towels at the ready and the music they played wasnt too loud. Definitely my top choice when I'm back in town

Stayed for a business trip and really enjoyed my experience. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Terrific amenities in the rooms. The downtown area has a great atmosphere and plenty to do close by. Fitness center was comfortable and private with decent equipment. Every staff member I encountered was incredible! I would stay here again and highly recommend!

Kids had so much fun at the waterpark. It was small but they always found things to do. More seating for parents would be nice, but we always found a spot on the side.
