Great room. Great price. Many things to do around the club for free. Mini golf, table tennis, billiards, video games, and a free rec center with a pool included with your stay. I would definitely recommend staying here. We had a beautiful view of a golf course with mountains in the background.
This is our second time staying at this location. The first time we stayed was great! Our one bedroom room was newly renovated, had a full kitchen and dining room table with all the accessories you need. Our second stay wasn't as great as our first though only because of our condo we had. Our condo was a two bedroom with a loft and it was very outdated (I understand they are doing updates throughout...
Just checked in today and so happy to be here! The rooms are all updated and there is so much to do on the property. In the rooms there is a small table with 4 chairs, kitchen with everything you need with dishwasher, full sized fridge, and stove, pull out couch, nice updated bathroom and two closets. They do have a nice sized coffee pot and some filters sounds like you can ask if you need more. They...
We had a deluxe suite that was super nice, pretty big with a full dining table and living room. The bathroom was great since there was an extra zinc and a tub. The place was really neat and had a balcony. The Rec center was very nice with an Olympic pool, jacuzzi, weights and dance studio. The welcoming center had a business area, but the internet was not working properly, although in the room was...
Ponds, Mountain Views, Spacious units, Great Customer Service! We loved it! The property is really big, so there’s many different units to choose from. If a particular unit is available, they’re pretty accommodating. We booked 3 units w/ full kitchens and the staff put us right next to each other. We all had our privacy, yet we were all able to spend time together in the largest unit for the thanksgiving...
Better then the last time we were here. It got a facelift remodel. Nice. Only one hair in the tub and a little debris on the floor. Not bad. The best part, they only tried twice to rope me into another sales meeting to buy more timeshares. Usually it's continual.

This is our second stay here, and it is always, clean, quiet, spacious and ofgood value. We will return again.
My family had stayed there once a few years ago, and this time it was better than I remembered. Last time I was offended because the owner charged me for an extra adult when he found out my daughter was 17 even though I put my kids ages in the form when I booked online. The toilet wasn't working right that time either. For some reason I've had trouble finding good lodging in Pagosa Springs because...
As soon as we got in, the man at the front desk gave us a warm welcome, told us about places to eat, since we got there late night,. When the pizza we ordered arrived, he went looking for us to the pool to notify us, always very professional and nice.
Place was nice and clean. Taking a star away because tub was clogged and when Owner arived to fix it complained about it he was so rude, I know it was not his fault and neither was mine I had arived a few minutes and after the drive nothing was more needed than a shower.
This is a cute place with newly remodeled rooms. It has a nice view from the sitting area near the pool. The clerk is a lovely, charming lady and was very welcoming. We love pagosa and the people. The only thing that prevented a five start was one of the beds in our room sunk-in in the middle (we just put the kids in that on and everyone was fine!) I don't think the beds were replaced during the...
Nice hotel at a good price. The beds were comfortable and the pool and hot tub were pleasant. There is a morning buffet but I did not try it. I would stay here again.

Wyndham Pagosa is a great collection of various styles of buildings spread out over many acres. Very casual and a little rustic. Numerous lakes and streams surrounded by rugged mountains.
GORGEOUS!!! Very comfortable cute accommodations!!! Very little to no help per concierge!!! Otherwise enjoyable!!!
Great location. Had very good experience with property manager in regard to a prior, emergency cancelation & in regard to extending our current stay. Very professional. My only nit is the townhouses could be a bit cleaner, greeted by a few dust bunnies & cobwebs upon arrival. Deducting one star for that.

Great breakfast, hight quality toilet paper, interior was very artistic, hosts were welcoming, polite and knowledgeable. Place is kept warm & cozy.
We have stayed here several times, and had our wedding here. Jim and Odilia are awesome! We highly recommend for any type of vacation.
We arrived for a 2 night stay in the Wilderness Loft. We were greeted by Jim and Odilia. They made us feel like we were part of their family. The room was beautiful and the bed very comfortable. The breakfasts were unbelievably tasty and elegantly presented. They also had a happy hour each afternoon. Odilia even had a drink and wine menu. There was an option to have Odilia prepare a 3 course...
Jim and Odilla are such gracious hosts! We had the absolute best time. They listened to our requests and fulfilled every one. From breakfast, cocktail Hour to dinner; all of the food was delicious. We even had one guest that had a gluten allergy (and we forgot to mention beforehand), and she didn’t hesitate to make him an alternate breakfast. We were thrilled with our choice and would definitely recommend...
My husband and I stayed here for our elopement trip! If I could give them 10 stars, I would! We originally planned a big wedding with family and friends, but then decided that the stress and planning just wasn't what we had in mind for our big day. We found Jim and Odilia's B&B after looking at several different places, that just didn't have everything we needed. I reached out to them with questions...
I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful facility and it’s wonderful host! I have been in the hospitality industry for many years and I was floored at the service and attention to detail. From the 5 star breakfast to the generous happy hour, Jim made us feel right at home throughout our stay! He also had wonderful suggestions for things to do and dining venues. The views are breathtaking...

Just stopped in for a soak on our way through town... it was perfect! Friendly helpful staff, quiet, not crowded, respectful co-soakers :). Nice changing rooms with showers and lockers (bring 4 quarters to lock), and bonus swimwear water remover spin gadget! (Ladies locker room.) A large warm pool and then smaller pools of graduating temps; some outside and some enclosed. Lovely variety. Very relaxed...
The rooms were smaller than the pictures online make them look. The pool has a single vent keeping the entire pool at a general +5~10°F warmer than the 40~50°F outdoor area. The indoor bathroom looks super creepy and has waters that seem to be barely below boiling; don't go into the steam room, it really feels like a gas chamber. They only have one hot tub, which means you will never be able to...
Loved our stay here and wish we'd stayed an extra day. Prefer a king bed which wasn't available, but we're happy with our mini suite. It was super clean and very roomy. The hotel property has a nice sitting area and grills for cooking outdoors too. Staff was awesome.
This is the ONLY hot springs place in PS that does NOT dilute their water with tap water. They don't alter the spring water at all & it's the reason I keep coming back. The facilities are a bit older than the competition but the purity of the water is the top priority for me -the bonus is that it's always the least crowded & most efficiently priced. The staff is always friendly & accommodating and...
We loved swimming at this place!!! We usually visit Pagosa 1-2 times a year to see family. We've been priced out of the other hot springs across the street. You can go to Healing Waters just to swim and soak for much cheaper. It was a much better experience for our young girls than the hot springs would have been. Big warm pool. Fun hot tub hidden in the back. When we were there we had the pool to...
I heard about this place from the locals in Pagosa. After speaking to a couple locals and the lady at the front desk, I was informed that some of the larger resorts cut the minerals with chlorine water to remove some of the smell. This is understandable because the minerals in the water smell like sulphur. Rotten egg smell aside, Healing Waters is pretty legit! When you walk in, you are greeted by...

We placed our stay right in the middle of our two week Colorado National Park exploration for much need relaxation after days of hiking. When we saw rain on the forecast we were a little worried about how that would affect our first ever hot springs experience, and I can tell you with certainty that the rain only enhanced it. The drizzle and mist cooled us off allowing us to stay in the pools for longer...
The staff is incredibly friendly. The bartenders, front desk, house keeping, EVERYONE!!! Make sure you get a chance to chat with Christina Martinez!! She went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Any thing we needed! Wonderful place to stay and soak. The pools are awesome and open 24 hours!! So awesome!
We have been coming to this place every year for about 15 years now. It never disappoints. It is an absolutely beautiful place with fantastic views of the river. Huge variety of tubs. Matthew, the bartender was fantastic! Makes really yummy and strong drinks, as well as smoothies! He even refilled my drink for free when a kid in the pool area knocked over my full drink right after buying it! That was...
The most perfect stay! From the moment that we checked in our experience was outstanding, exceeding all our expectations. The young lady at the front desk was helpful and warm, walking us through what was included in our stay. The grounds man showed us around the pools area when we looked a little lost, the bartender in the lounge at the resort was a fantastic historian, and so lovely chatting with...
Such a beautiful place to relax and enjoy. The service at the front desk was fast and easy! Gigi helped us, and she was so sweet. She even brought up a bottle of champagne for my parents’ anniversary. The springs itself were very nice. The view was spectacular especially overlooking the river. The rooms were clean although they were pricey since the amenities are included. Having the private terrace...
Absolutely loved this place. We had our honeymoon here and they were so amazing and welcoming. Gave us a bottle of champagne and made sure we were comfortable. Our stove did go out in the room, but they accommodated us by letting us use the one in the next door room. The springs were great too. Got to soak even after check out. Definitely want to come back for our anniversary! ?

The place was nice, nice people. We had a large party so they accommodated us and had a room with 3 beds. The rooms are nice and quiet. The Cafe to have an awesome breakfast is literally walking distance. The color of rooms is outdated but still clean and comfortable. Will be definitely staying again in the future.
We didn’t plan on staying in Pagosa Springs so we didn’t have reservations anywhere and this was one of the only reasonably priced places with availability for the night. The outside of the building is dated and in need of some love, so we were skeptical/nervous. However, we were pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful and we had a great night...
It’s a decent hotel for an overnight stay. The rooms are standard and the beds are comfy. The indoor pool and hot tub were nice. The work out room has a treadmill and exercise bike. The towels were kinda rough on the skin and the bathroom was......cozy. The wifi signal was weak most times or we would lose signal altogether. We had asked for a triple queen and were told there were none available but...
Lovely rooms that were recently updated, comfortable beds, nice bathroom with the vanity in the room. The breakfast was good, just like any other hotel they had cereals, oatmeal, waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit, bagels, muffins and all the condiments you could need. The front desk staff and housekeeping were all kind and welcoming. A beautiful location and quiet even beside the main road.
Old and dated, more like a motel. However, it is clean and pretty quiet. The room was large and the air conditioner worked well. It Had a mini fridge. The pillows were all lumpy. Breakfast was great. It has something for everyone. The coffee wasn’t bad either. A tasty treat for early risers: breakfast is from 6:30-9:30am. But, if you’re there right at the start there is fresh-baked pie. Was very nice. Felt safe here also. One tiny complaint....the outlet on the left side of the bed was hard to get to. Had to move the couch and lamp so i could hook up my CPAP and phone charger. Other than that the breakfast was amazing, the atmosphere had a very warm, friendly vibe.

Beautiful setting and clean rooms that are nicely furnished. The restaurant on site, the Ole Miners, is amazing!! Breakfast is good and the staff is wonderful! If I had any complaint, it would be that the beds aren't super comfortable. Great stay all in all!!
Beautiful location and good price. Nice people too. The wifi is very slow and the TV is constantly glitching, but that's not really why you go to Pagosa. The breakfast was fine. The first downside is that they advertise a hike located behind the hotel, but when we went on the trail, we found a thickly-weeded trail covered with what looked like poison ivy. So I would avoid the trail. The second downside...

Outstanding attention to detail and service. Unusually good breakfast. Access to the excellent amenities of Pagosa Springs is a bonus. I can't think why you would not stay here if you're skiing Wolf Creek. But it's remote: plan on staying awhile.
We rented one of their cabins for a few nights. Awesome place really... Clean cozy cabin close to Wolf Creek ski area. Would have totally been 5 stars but they shut all the water off to the entire place with no warning while my daughter was in the shower

The Annex cabin is just mind blowing and so is the whole ranch!! You get great breakfast and dinner and Evelyn and Tom are so friendly and you feel like you're part of their family 🤠🇺🇸😍
What a great B&B. Evelyn is the consumate hostess and will take care of every need. Great facility (100 acres in the mountains with views galore), and friendly service. The facilities are perfect for a getaway anytime you need one. I'll be back in the summer because my winter stay was awesome!
Tom and Evelyn have a wonderful property. It was so warm and welcoming, the room was beautifully decorated and had a fantastic view of the snow covered trees and mountains. We will definitely be visiting here again.
Evelyn and Tom were great hosts, we even got invited to a traditional German dinner. We had the huge cabin just for us and totally enjoyed the calmness of the country 🤠🇺🇸😍 it's a beautiful ranch and everything was just perfect!!
My husband & I wanted to visit Pagosa Springs and when searching for a place to stay, we came across this beautiful B&B. Tom & Evelyn are great hosts and the B&B is located on beautiful land that’s tucked a short distance from the center of town. Breakfast was delicious and they offered wine at night. We will be back, but next time with my parents, as I know they would love it too!
Great little bed and breakfast! The price is extremely good compared to other hotels and short term rentals in the area. Wonderful B&B!! The beds were very comfortable and the owners are super nice. The location is beautiful, it's down a gravel road and sits on the edge of a canyon. It's a short drive to town so don't let that put you off.
This bed and breakfast was the perfect spot for my husband and I. It was close to the town of Pagosa Springs but far enough away to enjoy the peace and beauty of nature. OMG... what can I say about this place? It is the most awesome place I've ever stayed and I travel a whole lot.. The owner and all the staff are remarkable. Super friendly and so helpful. I was stranded there for 4 days during a snow storm and they truly cared for my well being. The room was clean and warm. Everything worked great. Beds are comfy. I would definitely come back and stay for any length...
The front desk attendant was excellent. I "upgraded" for a charge to a cabin. She made sure the heat was on before I went. The gas heat went out, and she got someone to come turn it back on. It went out again and I was expecting to move, but it was late, so I told her not to worry about it, I like to sleep cold anyway. She offered extra blankets and to find another electric heater... but I had my own...
Awesome staff, great location, quiet place to sleep after a long day on the road. Phillip went above & beyond to help us road weary travelers and it was greatly appreciated. This motel has been here for a while an the carpet is showing it’s age but I promise the views in Pagosa Springs will make you keep your eyes off the floor. My mom, sister and I met here and we all love it! We are staying in one of their cabins, which is clean, cozy and beautiful. Phillip was very accommodating and friendly; he went out of his way to be helpful with all of our needs and requests. We will be back and highly recommend this place.
An unusual situation arose in which the staff helped a friend staying there in a big way. They went above and beyond, earning my loyalty, which is not easy to do. Shout out to Jeremy. He's the best.
Adored this motel. The room was extremely decent and clean. The costs are phenomenal. The staff was inviting and influenced us to feel exceptionally welcome. Awesome area close to the stream! We will remain here again and prescribe to anybody going to the zone .

We loved this quaint little inn. It was very well located and easy to get to. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was very adequate. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable. We would stay here again.
Clean and comfortable. Older hotel but clean. Wonderful staff. Had left a sentimental card with money in it in the room. They called me back immediately and refused a cash reward. You don't find honesty like that just anywhere.
Good place to stop by for a night sleep. I gave 3 stars because the room i got was close to the street. We went during summer so i had to keep windows open for some breeze at night but it was super loud! I can hear the big trucks and Harleys in my room.
Nice, clean, comfortable and affordable. Coffee pot, microwave and mini-fridge in the room were a plus. Very close to laundromat, restaurants and bars. Will come back here on my next trip through PS
The owners are so sweet, and clearly love what they do. Though some of the furniture may ba a little dated, everything is clean, and the breakfast room as adorable.

Always a great time here. Arts and crafts throughout the week makes for a great vacation keepsake. Trumpeter swans, geese, ducks, the wildlife here is amazing. Stores and restaurants very close.
We spent our 30 yr anniversary , in a great condo . We had a wonderful memorable stay . We will use this resort service again.
Great family location and recharged center. This time we had a one bedroom and it was really spacious as there were three kids and two adults. Absolutely no shuttle or transportation to rec center nor hot springs nor village. Skiing at Wolf Creek was fabulous this week
As always, the apartment was GREAT! The view from our third floor balcony couldn't be beat. The fire extinguisher needed to be inspected while we were staying and they left a note the previous day as warning. We also decided to join in on one of the free activities; "magic t-shirts" were easy and fun. The guy who ran the class was sweet, helpful, and encouraging.
The resort was NOT quite what I expected from World Mark. Service was good but facility needed painting especially base- boards, cracks from where newer cabinet didn't meet the floor tile, shower rod cover badly cracked, outlets mostly prung and wouldn't take plugs, noise from guests above us. We were in 7510B. The free wireless was nice. It was nice not to be bugged about buying more credits.
Really nice accommodations. Murphy bed for guests. Full kitchen and dining for 6. Each building has a large hottub in the back, accessible using your room key. I hope to get another opportunity to go back and see some different sites. If you enjoy hiking, horseback riding or mineral water soaking, this may be a good place for you to consider visiting.

The whole process renting a room with this establishment has been downright amazing. There are three different rooms, in a very nice home on the golf course. Giving four stars because this is a great, affordable place to stay with your dog. The room was small but clean.
