This is our second stay here, and it is always, clean, quiet, spacious and ofgood value. We will return again.
My family had stayed there once a few years ago, and this time it was better than I remembered. Last time I was offended because the owner charged me for an extra adult when he found out my daughter was 17 even though I put my kids ages in the form when I booked online. The toilet wasn't working right that time either. For some reason I've had trouble finding good lodging in Pagosa Springs because...
As soon as we got in, the man at the front desk gave us a warm welcome, told us about places to eat, since we got there late night,. When the pizza we ordered arrived, he went looking for us to the pool to notify us, always very professional and nice.
Place was nice and clean. Taking a star away because tub was clogged and when Owner arived to fix it complained about it he was so rude, I know it was not his fault and neither was mine I had arived a few minutes and after the drive nothing was more needed than a shower.
This is a cute place with newly remodeled rooms. It has a nice view from the sitting area near the pool. The clerk is a lovely, charming lady and was very welcoming. We love pagosa and the people. The only thing that prevented a five start was one of the beds in our room sunk-in in the middle (we just put the kids in that on and everyone was fine!) I don't think the beds were replaced during the...
Nice hotel at a good price. The beds were comfortable and the pool and hot tub were pleasant. There is a morning buffet but I did not try it. I would stay here again.

Wyndham Pagosa is a great collection of various styles of buildings spread out over many acres. Very casual and a little rustic. Numerous lakes and streams surrounded by rugged mountains.
GORGEOUS!!! Very comfortable cute accommodations!!! Very little to no help per concierge!!! Otherwise enjoyable!!!
Great location. Had very good experience with property manager in regard to a prior, emergency cancelation & in regard to extending our current stay. Very professional. My only nit is the townhouses could be a bit cleaner, greeted by a few dust bunnies & cobwebs upon arrival. Deducting one star for that.

Great breakfast, hight quality toilet paper, interior was very artistic, hosts were welcoming, polite and knowledgeable. Place is kept warm & cozy.
We have stayed here several times, and had our wedding here. Jim and Odilia are awesome! We highly recommend for any type of vacation.
We arrived for a 2 night stay in the Wilderness Loft. We were greeted by Jim and Odilia. They made us feel like we were part of their family. The room was beautiful and the bed very comfortable. The breakfasts were unbelievably tasty and elegantly presented. They also had a happy hour each afternoon. Odilia even had a drink and wine menu. There was an option to have Odilia prepare a 3 course...
Jim and Odilla are such gracious hosts! We had the absolute best time. They listened to our requests and fulfilled every one. From breakfast, cocktail Hour to dinner; all of the food was delicious. We even had one guest that had a gluten allergy (and we forgot to mention beforehand), and she didn’t hesitate to make him an alternate breakfast. We were thrilled with our choice and would definitely recommend...
My husband and I stayed here for our elopement trip! If I could give them 10 stars, I would! We originally planned a big wedding with family and friends, but then decided that the stress and planning just wasn't what we had in mind for our big day. We found Jim and Odilia's B&B after looking at several different places, that just didn't have everything we needed. I reached out to them with questions...
I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful facility and it’s wonderful host! I have been in the hospitality industry for many years and I was floored at the service and attention to detail. From the 5 star breakfast to the generous happy hour, Jim made us feel right at home throughout our stay! He also had wonderful suggestions for things to do and dining venues. The views are breathtaking...

Sandy at the front desk was wonderful. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool, very clean. The breakfast was a big plus! Comfortable beds & great location, it was right in the midst of all we took in during our stay.
location was good, access to other amenities and great shops near by, breakfast just ok, room could use a bit of work, staff friendly ( some) outside garden advertised but not accessible as doors locked ? for the money I’d say a bit overpriced due to sparse breakfast and room condition, but great location and really nice town . maybe fir the price better options available elsewhere ? can’t fault the...
This place was great for what it is. It's dated and could use some upgrades but everything worked perfect and the pillows weren't nearly as bad as some of the other reviews said. Staff was nice. Pool area needs more towels.
We have stayed at this inn a number of times, and each time it has been quite nice. The people are friendly, the accommodations are clean and up to date, and the free breakfast is quite sufficient. The price is very reasonable for this level of location, service, and cleanliness, in a resort town.
Kelley took my phone call after me and my 2 buddies rode from Flagstaff this morning, we were tired and weary and she booked us a room that was impeccable! The evening clerk Mark also was very helpful and the pool and hot tub was what the doctor ordered! I highly recommend! 👍👍
It was pretty nice. Especially for a last minute book in. The heated pool took much too long to heat, so it was super cold.. That was my main complaint. Otherwise it was a nice experience. The hotel room looked clean. And the staff was very nice. They were also kind of strict about the 6 people in the pool area, because of Covid, which I appreciated. Its right outside the down town area, so very nice...

Beautiful setting and clean rooms that are nicely furnished. The restaurant on site, the Ole Miners, is amazing!! Breakfast is good and the staff is wonderful! If I had any complaint, it would be that the beds aren't super comfortable. Great stay all in all!!
Beautiful location and good price. Nice people too. The wifi is very slow and the TV is constantly glitching, but that's not really why you go to Pagosa. The breakfast was fine. The first downside is that they advertise a hike located behind the hotel, but when we went on the trail, we found a thickly-weeded trail covered with what looked like poison ivy. So I would avoid the trail. The second downside...
Property details on their website are very accurate. You’re in for a surprise when you see just how beautiful the surrounding scenery is. You will also enjoy the fact that the people working their along with the owner are very helpful and hospitable. In addition, The hotel is on the way to Wolf Creek Ski mountain. Treat yourself to a well deserved stay at a place that is a breath of fresh air. And...
My boyfriend and I went snowboarding at Wolf Creek Ski Area and decided to stay at High Country Lodge. First of all we were going to be checking in late so we called and let the front desk know, and the woman on the phone was extremely friendly and accommodating. We got there late but we got into our room just fine, it was warm cozy and clean! Sauna and hot tubs were awesome although we got there too...
Outstanding attention to detail and service. Unusually good breakfast. Access to the excellent amenities of Pagosa Springs is a bonus. I can't think why you would not stay here if you're skiing Wolf Creek. But it's remote: plan on staying awhile.
We rented one of their cabins for a few nights. Awesome place really... Clean cozy cabin close to Wolf Creek ski area. Would have totally been 5 stars but they shut all the water off to the entire place with no warning while my daughter was in the shower

The Annex cabin is just mind blowing and so is the whole ranch!! You get great breakfast and dinner and Evelyn and Tom are so friendly and you feel like you're part of their family 🤠🇺🇸😍
What a great B&B. Evelyn is the consumate hostess and will take care of every need. Great facility (100 acres in the mountains with views galore), and friendly service. The facilities are perfect for a getaway anytime you need one. I'll be back in the summer because my winter stay was awesome!
Tom and Evelyn have a wonderful property. It was so warm and welcoming, the room was beautifully decorated and had a fantastic view of the snow covered trees and mountains. We will definitely be visiting here again.
Evelyn and Tom were great hosts, we even got invited to a traditional German dinner. We had the huge cabin just for us and totally enjoyed the calmness of the country 🤠🇺🇸😍 it's a beautiful ranch and everything was just perfect!!
My husband & I wanted to visit Pagosa Springs and when searching for a place to stay, we came across this beautiful B&B. Tom & Evelyn are great hosts and the B&B is located on beautiful land that’s tucked a short distance from the center of town. Breakfast was delicious and they offered wine at night. We will be back, but next time with my parents, as I know they would love it too!
Great little bed and breakfast! The price is extremely good compared to other hotels and short term rentals in the area. We stayed two nights and took advantage of their dog friendly policies by bringing our pup ($25 pet fee per stay). We stayed in the Elk Room, which had a shared bathroom with another room, but the room was not filled so the bathroom was ours. The room and bed were incredibly comfortable...

Labor Day Weekend 2017. While in visiting Pagosa Springs for the 4 Corners Folk Festival, my husband Patrick, and I stayed 2 nights in the Buckingham Palace room at Canyon Crest Lodge. Valerie and Rod were gracious hosts, along with Bobo (bear security specialist :) The house and grounds are beautiful. The room and beds are comfortable. Valerie cooked a lovely homemade breakfast every morning. It...
Wonderful B&B!! The beds were very comfortable and the owners are super nice. The location is beautiful, it's down a gravel road and sits on the edge of a canyon. It's a short drive to town so don't let that put you off.
This bed and breakfast was the perfect spot for my husband and I. It was close to the town of Pagosa Springs but far enough away to enjoy the peace and beauty of nature. Valerie and Rod were excellent hosts who were very helpful in offering tips about the area and they ensured our visit was perfect, to include flowers and bubbly for the room. The rooms and overall (spacious) house is very warm, cozy...
We arrived late at night at made the mistake of using GPS before reading the fine print that said not to. So at first we were led to the wrong street, but the picture and directions provided on the website were easy to follow. It was a little difficult to be sure of the building in the dark, there isn't a sign on the lodge. But not bad. The owner left a note on the front door for us so we were able...
Best place we've ever been, peaceful, beautiful, relaxing, fantastic views, great staff, lovely food and absolutely spotless rooms. The town of Pagosa Springs itself is lovely too, but this is the place we will stay next time without doubt, already working out when we can go!

We stayed here January 16 and 17th 2023. Upon arrival, The entrance looked inviting. The lobby was cozy , comfy chairs, soft lighting and a scented candle burning. A water dispenser filled with lemon water . Very nice ambiance! The staff was very polite. Our room was 201 Clean room with a comfortable chair and ottoman, desk area, fridge, microwave and coffee pot. Bed and pillows were good. We didn...
We loved this quaint little inn. It was very well located and easy to get to. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was very adequate. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable. We would stay here again.
Clean and comfortable. Older hotel but clean. Wonderful staff. Had left a sentimental card with money in it in the room. They called me back immediately and refused a cash reward. You don't find honesty like that just anywhere.
Good place to stop by for a night sleep. I gave 3 stars because the room i got was close to the street. We went during summer so i had to keep windows open for some breeze at night but it was super loud! I can hear the big trucks and Harleys in my room.
Nice, clean, comfortable and affordable. Coffee pot, microwave and mini-fridge in the room were a plus. Very close to laundromat, restaurants and bars. Will come back here on my next trip through PS
The owners are so sweet, and clearly love what they do. Though some of the furniture may ba a little dated, everything is clean, and the breakfast room as adorable.
