This was our first time staying in Palm Springs and we're glad to have chosen Alcazar Palm Springs. The resort and rooms were very clean and all the staff was attentive and kind. The resort wasn't overly crowded with people and the pool/hot tub always had room at all times of the day. We are definitely coming back to stay here and highly recommend it!

Highly recommend staying here while in Palm Springs. Thanks heaps for the 2 restaurant recommendations which are conveniently 1m walk from the Hotel they were just what we needed. The Hotel was so clean and tidy, we stayed in the king room with pool and mountain view. What an experience waking up to San Jacinto Mountains in the background.

The Alcazar is a cute nice hotel! We fell very much in love with it! At first, we thought that it might be a bit remote from downtown but the walk three (15 mins) is fun and by no means boring!

My husband booked Alcazar for our anniversary. We loved it! The lobby, walkways, courtyard, pool, and rooms were pristine. The gates not only made me feel very safe, but they were beautiful backdrop for some social media pictures. Service was excellent, friendly, professional. The location was walking distance to many shops and restaurants, as well as, easy to get to from the airport and other places we visited.

Very nice property, rooms are spacious, very convenient to downtown restaurants and bars, beautiful landscaping and very clean. This has the vibe of a relaxing and serene getaway. Unfortunately, we didn’t do our homework before arriving and this isn’t an adults only resort. There were a group of extremely loud kids in the room next door that woke us up before 7am on a holiday Monday. They spent all morning screaming and splashing in the pool so we had to go to a different resort and purchase a day pass. Not a criticism of the hotel at all, we loved everything about it otherwise, but definitely keep in mind it’s a family resort if you’re looking for some peace and serenity.

Alcazar is an amazing piece of paradise to stay rooms are beautiful especially om 38 overlooking the pool white and serene brilliant chill out surroundings reception staff and manager friendly and very helpful stayed here twice and will be returning next year have sent friends and colleagues here when they have visited the USA

This is nice 3 star hotel. It's in a great location and attached to two good restaurants. We have a baby so this was very convenient. The pool is clean and relaxing. Our king room with pool view was on the upper level although it looks like the majority of rooms are on ground level. The view from outside the room was a good one of the pool, palms and the mountains. The room is quite basic. The bathroom was dated. The bed was comfortable but there could have been more attention to cleanliness. Overall I think it was good value and would consider staying there again.

The two bedroom suite is HUGE. Kitchenette, shared closet, living room with tv, two big bedrooms with their own tv and bathrooms and closet. Get it cheap on weekdays during off season (summer)
