They accommodated our request for a very late night check in and greeted us warmly.
The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that the price is misleading. Yes, the ROOM may be two hundred dollars, however, they add a resort fee (which, this is hardly a resort) and of course, taxes. The room total was closer to three hundred by the time it was added up. In addition, there is a 100-dollar charge for incidentals but that is returned once you leave providing all is in order. I just...
From the moment we checked in, we felt welcomed. Karl walked us to our room to show us how to work the fireplace and everything else. The breakfast room was warm, clean, and cozy with coffee, snacks, and candy always available. Comfortable beds, clean environment, and everything you could ask for in a lovely boutique hotel. Only a gym was missing. And it is located exactly in the center of town, yet...
We always worry about staying at places we’ve never heard of, but WOW! We were so pleasantly surprised by the hotel! It was super clean! I mean cleaner than most of the hotels we’ve stayed in such as the Marriot or Hilton brands. The staff…SUPER FRIENDLY! And will try to take care of your needs! The location…AMAZING! We’re here for Pride and it’s within 10 min walking distance to most of the events...
Stayed here while at a conference. This was a better choice than the big name places. Friendly staff (Merry is awesome) and nice homey and old Hollywood vibe. Pool and jacuzzi are well kept and inviting. Great location to get to everything downtown and the convention center. Rooms are comfy and like little apartments. Check out my picts and give me a thumbs up if you agree.
We were there this past weekend. Our room was clean and super cute. We got walked to our room and did a walk through. Had a handwritten note on our bed. If we are ever in Palm Springs again we will be staying here again. The only down fall was that the pool was closed because of a leak, we did get a small refund because of that.

Check-in was smooth and fast. Angela was empowered to give us an upgraded room for our anniversary and we were so surprised and impressed. Our room was modern and clean. Location was fantastic--we parked for 2 nights and never needed the car as we could walk to all meals, bike tour start, casino, movies, shopping. It was fantastic.
It’s so IMPORTANT who is checking you in! It sets your mood for rest of stay at that hotel. Paulina at reception was incredibly!!! It’s so hard to travel with babies so much to carry and all your attention is on baby. She was so accommodating and helped to get room little bit earlier to me be able to give a proper nap for my baby. That girl made my day!!! I wish all receptionists would do that extra...
Great hotel in a great location. The pool is phenomenal and it's heated which is great on cooler nights. Large hot tub and several great sitting areas with fire pits. Bar area is small but they have a good selection of lounge furniture which is comfortable and they do have servers that wait on those areas. Breakfast is better than most hotels and the pantry is well stocked with a variety of items....
My Aunt and I decided to go for a girls weekend and we had a phenomenal time! Gordie, the absolute best concierge in the world, made our trip so magical. I would go back, if only to see Gordie. He met us with such hospitality, kindness and warmth. Our trip started out being a little teary and sad, but he saved our entire weekend. I can not explain how this wonderful man has enriched my and my Aunt...
This hotel was phenomenal! I was only able to stay for one night but wish I could've stayed longer. The lobby immediately invites you and makes you feel cozy and welcome. Chris and Edgar helped us check in and were incredibly kind. They offered waters, gave us a detailed map, and gave us a rundown of the area and the hotel's amenities. Breakfast is provided from 7-10:30am and is $18 for the full buffet...
The hotel was super elegant, clean, friendly staff ( especially Alex M), the pool was clean, the room was very neat and smells so good. we really enjoyed the cold ice water in the lobby. The hot meal breakfast was fantastic. The bacon was super yummy, the french toast and the syrup was perfect not even sweet. The waitress was so hospitable. Super love the atmosphere in this hotel. This is a unique and wonderful hotel, it’s more like a resort hotel than a hotel in a traditional sense. My daughter had her wedding there, and it was such a delight. A most enjoyable, peaceful, delightful and exciting experience. It makes you feel at home while you’re away.
Beautiful hotel and Incredible service. I didn’t even stay here but came for a wedding and specifically need to call out the outstanding concierge team but going above and beyond — Michelle, Steve, and Chris. It’s this service that convinced me I need to come back and actually stay in a room. Thank you!
Parker Palm Springs has “The best atmosphere”! Sophisticated, upscale decor, food and amazing service! Every staff member with whom we came in contact was attentive and kind. However, Randy Araiza, the Catering Sales Manager from Parker Palm Springs gave us the amazing tour and explained to us all the steps, plans, for our wedding day. We have already decided to have our wedding reception and ceremony...
I’m compelled to leave a review following my recent experience at The Parker Palm Springs. This place is super cool - vintage, quirky, truly special. The room service is so attentive, it’s almost creepy. Yes, that’s a good thing. Generally speaking, they make you feel special there. I’m writing a mixed review though, so here we go… What, I must pose, is the objective of a 5-star resort? Presumably...
We have been staying at the Parker for well over seven years for good reason. Their staff is incredible accommodating, friendly, courteous and makes you feel like family. This is genuinely the only hotel we would ever consider staying at in Palm Springs. We have even brought friends here who have traveled inferno and they have commented on how impressed they are with The Parker. Thank you for continuing...

The hotel is pretty amazing considering its age. The staff are wonderful. The rooms show a bit of their age in design. We had issues with the toilet refilling frequently. We let the front desk know and a maintenance person was there quickly. The location is within a couple miles of many different restaurants for you to enjoy. Both pools are in good shape. The hot tubs are a great temperature.
Had a great time at this resort. The rooms were well kept and clean, the air conditioning was certainly nice to come back to after a dip in a couple of pools. Rooms were really quiet which is nice when you're staying around a couple hundred people. The front desk service was awesome, they accommodated my needs without issue. Parking was easy and free, which is rare for hotels nowadays. I look forward...
I loved everything about this resort!!! First off all of the staff are amazing. They are so helpful and just so there to please and make their guest happy. The rooms are so spacious, bright, clean. I love large bathrooms and this one had a shower and a tub!!! Our room had a good size balcony that was perfectly set with in the resort. The pool is so clean with a walk up bar, but no need for that...
I was skeptical of visiting Palm Springs in June due to the heat, but Margaritaville made it fun. We stayed for 5 days, and enjoyed every one of them. The large pool area has plenty of space and shade. The staff was exceptional in their attentiveness. The room.......Extremely comfortable beds, with a nicely laid out bathroom. Walking distance to great dining, but the restaurants in the hotel were...
Second visit. Amazing facials upon our arrival. Great location and food did not disappoint. Like the $3 poolside beers. Service was great inside however a little inconsistent at the pool bar today. It was nice having live music at the pool. Pool ran out of towels so when we arrived in the afternoon we had to wait a while until fresh towels were brought out. When showering for dinner it seemed...
This was a cool resort but there were issues with the hotel room: sliding door wasn't working properly and some of the molding was coming off the walls. Also it was difficult to find the rooms, the place is huge! The pool was cool and overall the experience was fun

I liked the location close to city centre. Loved the newly renovated pool and deck. Complimentary water daily.
Beautiful hotel. Loved room service. Pool was nice. Showers were great. We had 2 rooms and 1 was much nicer than the other but the nicer one surprisingly had roaches and dead bug carcasses. Totally gross! I have toddlers and a baby so it really made it hard to sleep at night. They did send someone up to spray. However, they did not send anyone to clean up after. I had to stop housekeeping in the hall...
Great downtown location for walking and travelling without a car. With diamond status and making a request we did receive an upgrade to a suite which was spacious and comfortable however the service wasn't great. We requested robes and didn't receive them. A second request granted us only 1. Terrace restaurant has no non-dairy or vegan alternatives and a very small menu. The phone in our room did not...
Last month, my best friend and I agreed to plan a weekend getaway in August to Palm Springs from San Diego. Although our stay was only for 1 night, our experience at the Hilton Palm Springs was beyond our expectations. Just like you, who may be reading this review, I spent several days also reading reviews and searching for a hotel that was conveniently close to downtown, low rates, and had good ratings...
Staff were nice. My first room wreaked of cigarettes and they changed my room promptly. Room was nice. I liked the layout with the extra vanity space. I was on the ground floor with a patio door facing the pool area. I would have liked to sit outside on the patio but the furniture was stained and I didn't want to sit on the chairs. The room appeared it hadn't been cleaned in a while, dust covering...

My wife and I stayed here after she had done some extensive research as to find a nice place but not just like all the others! Well our stay here was amazing, we lived every bit of it! Really close to downtown...
Our room (Rose) was comfortable and clean. All the staff were wonderful. The landscaping throughout the grounds is incredible and I really like how everything is tucked against the hillside with winding paths. You can climb up the hillside garden with plenty of benches from which to enjoy the views. Breakfast was easy and just how we like it, few decisions, just sit right down in front of a waterfall...
I rarely write reviews but I thought I'd add to the Willows strong legacy of 5 star reviews. This place is unlike anywhere else I've ever stayed, staff is helpful/thoughtful but not overbearing. you really do feel like you're staying at a (very rich) friends house. Plenty of interesting characters to talk with and the grounds are insanely beautiful, no pictures could do justice to how incredible this...
Staff member Martinel was superior; he made our 2 day stay! Super human being. So delightful and skilled. Hotel decor was beyond description - fabulous antiques throughout. Food/breakfast ok B-. Gordon was wonderful. Nearby noise from construction across the street. Great security.
Great hotel pool and spa are wonderful and the breakfast is devine . It is one of my favorites and each time I stay here I just can't wait to come back
A truly lovely experience. The staff of 13 couldn't have been nicer. A small eight room bed & breakfast location nestled in close proximity to the mountains of Palm Springs. Beautiful views and historical stories make this an enchanting place to stay. Total peace and quiet. A little pricey but well worth it.

Location was amazing, nice big rooms and friendly staff
For the past year, two other work colleagues and I have been staying at Hotel Zoso every month while in Palm Springs on business. The hotel is conveniently located and often provides entertainment in the lounge area. During my most recent stay last week, I saw they have...
Leslie (front desk) and Brian (bar) are the heart and soul of Zoso. Both of these individuals make staying at this hotel worth it. The hotel in general is nice. The pool area is fun and includes music. There are bars throughout. The bathrooms are nice, with large tubs for those wanting to enjoy a post swim soak. The restaurant has odd hours, but there is a Starbucks, ATM, and amazing Air Conditioners...
My wife and I went to Palm Springs for our anniversary. We a quick getaway and wanted a nice place to stay that would be central to the places we planned to visit. I've actually stayed here a couple times as its been a different names in the past, last being Hard Rock. Staff - From Valet being very friendly and quick, to check in being quick and easy, to the bar employees are knowledgeable and cool to to talk to. This hotel was awesome! The valet staff got my car out as needed and they have a great attitude about it. They let you know about any events they have as well. First room didn't pan out, but staff was very accommodating in finding us another room last minute. Great pool area.
Loves the chill ambiance and awesome employees. The pool is open 24 hours and the decor was perfect. Only reason its not 5 stars is there is no restaurant or bar on site and there is no shelf space in the bathroom. Nowhere to set a toothbrush let alone any other product ( haircare, cosmetics etc...) i would go back if the price was right and it was in my route.
My most favorite hotel to stay in Palm Spring! Not many guest as hotel itself is not big, 24 hr pool, but very quiet, staffs are super nice. This hotel is more focus on resting than party hip, so it's very nice and cozy, quiet but warm atmosphere. I recommend this hotel to all my friends. Best hotel in Palm Springs i ever stayed!

Overall a fun and relaxing time at The Saguaro. Cute hotel, fun vibe, comfy bed and nice pillows. Staff were friendly and attentive. Enjoyed the pool very much and had great service, liked the music selection and the price for a daybed was reasonable while we were there. Be aware as a family friendly hotel there may be many children…often loudly playing the corn hole and ping pong games, at the pool...
Nice hotel and pool area is very nice. Felt a lack of privacy in my room at night as I was on first floor and the curtains did not provide enough privacy from outside. Had to turn lights off otherwise anyone walking by could clearly see us. Also, this hotel is sneaky and will charge you an amenity fee at checkout. So if book with a third party, be aware of this sneaky tactic.
Nice amenities. Restaurant is excellent. Pool area is nice. Fun for a girls weekend. If you are booking a hotel based on room amenities…look elsewhere. Our room had obvious evidence of water intrusion on the ceiling from the wall a/c unit. Also first hotel where I’ve stayed at where you put the do not disturb sign on the door and they tap on your door at 9am to bring you keurig coffee pods? Don...
I've been here several times now. I adore the minimal yet fun decor in the rooms. During my most recent stay we ordered room service from the restaurant El Jefe. The tacos and corn were outstanding! The pool area is the true star of this resort though. The pool is huge and is heated to the perfect temperature for an evening dip. There's 2 hot tubs and cool music playing here. This area also features...
Honest review. This hotel had good and bad. The pool, bar and restaurant were all fantastic. Bartenders and wait staff were wonderful. Kids were welcome but this is a more adult-oriented hotel. Great location though, free parking, and a free margarita on check in...
I took a last-minute trip to Palm Springs for one night with two dogs and The Saguaro was perfect! Their system was down when I arrived and they couldn't make any new room keys, but they were so fun and kind and had someone walk me to my room and unlock it pretty quickly. We are a couple travelling from the UK. This is a beautiful boutique hotel. The rooms are fabulous, excellent interior design and very spacious! We had a lovely patio area with an outdoor BBQ. I love the personal touches to the room, Michele greeted us with a lovely and thoughtful gift. The staff here went above and beyond and provide true service excellence.
Although we were only there one night, we really loved staying at the Wesley. Wish we had gotten into town earlier and had more time to experience the amenities and pool, outdoor seating, bikes, games etc. Everything was decorated so fun and we took a lot of pictures. The Wesley is located super closeby to downtown too. We will for sure stay again the next time we are in PS!
I would not choose to stay at this property again for what I paid. The cost was high ($450/night after taxes and fees) compared to boutique resorts/hotels at similar prices, where staff is available to address guest concerns. All the little things add up. Property: - Guests smoking cigarettes poolside (literally sitting in the pool, on pool steps). This is supposed to be a non-smoking property and...
I went with my Mom and 2 daughters and stayed in the 1 bedroom with a full kitchen. I have to say I was extremely pleased with how clean the apartment was and it had plenty of room for the 4 of us. We did not use the kitchen this time however it looked as it the had everything we might need. Even had a barbecue by the pool and one on our back patio . This was a tale of two rooms. We pulled into Palm Springs late, ready to relax after a 4+ hour drive, and looking forward to some mid-century charm. This quaint and quirky hotel is full of charm and character from 1960's Palm Springs. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring our work trip went flawlessly. The food and drinks in the Amigo Room hit the spot, I recommend a Pliny the Elder and a basket of popcorn chicken. I would say this hotel doesn’t fit my preference. Maybe other people feel it’s attractive with the decorations, but my feeling on it is different, I feel it’s a motel but charged same as or even more price than other nice regular hotels like Renaissance. The room is super small as a motel and it’s simple and crude, which is the deal breaker for me. But, I still love the swimming pool and the restaurant...
Ace hotel was a pioneer in terms of bringing Palm springs into the 21st century. The design is still groundbreaking, turning minimal rooms into bohemian hideaways with cool mood lighting. You definitely feel sexy even when the room is off the parking lot. Whether or not that commands its high room prices is dependent on how much you care about interior design. If you're just looking for a place to...
Only stopped by to charge my tesla and use bathroom BUT the restaurant and unique shop were very cute. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. I think that says a lot about an establishment. ACE hotel basically reads as a renovated motel with good marketing. Hotel is fine, but definitely overpriced for what it is. Our 2 bed room was quite small for the $600+ we paid for one night. The design screams 2010 hipster, and can easily look dated. Overpriced and lacking follow through . This hotel is super stylized and definitely very Instagrammable but it kinda ends there. 1. Did not use pool or hotel amenities. The pool did look nice. Best aspect of the hotel is location and proximity to shops and restaurants, which are only a couple of blocks away. Would stay here again for the right price
I wanted to not like this place but in the end decided it wasn't bad. Rooms are a bit small...two full beds rather than Queens but the rooms were clean. The pool area looked beautiful. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to use it. They had a great fire table with seating for the cool evenings. In the end, the only negative was the parking situation. I had to park across the street in the city...
The staff and amenities were fantastic. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Right there a block off the main drag in Palm Springs you can walk everywhere

Best Gay hotel in PS ( if you are into the Mid Century Modern style). The hotel is super near, well designed, the views are incredible and they have a pool & hot tub. Super friendly crew and a very private boutique hotel. They only have 8 rooms so that makes the space very cozy and welcoming
I have been here so many times and the main reason is because I love it. First off, the views are iconic. You get a full picture of what PS is all about. Hotel is amazing, cozy and luxurious. Crew is super friendly and the space is clean and always picture ready. I love it! It is also private (only guests allowed) so you don't get unexpected visitors from the area looking for something else.
Outstanding. The crew were all really sweet and welcoming! The amintities are great! The ascetic is breathtaking. They got the retro look spot on. Takes you right into the 70s as soon as you open the gate! Beds are super comfortable and so was the rest of the room! Can't wait to go back!
Awesome place. Relaxing and staff friendly. Met people who were also from where we lived. Great place

Excellent in every way. We had been there a few years ago and wasn't so impressed. But we liked the location. The breakfast buffet was excellent. We liked how they served your breakfast. Felt much safer opposed to people breathing and coughing over the hot entrees. Very impressed.
Hotel location is great, only one block away from the main strip of Palm Springs and around the corner from the bars on Arenas road, if that is your thing. Beware if you end up getting a rear facing room out to Arenas Rd, you could get a bit of noise from the clubs along the street. There was a small amount of noise during our stay, however it wasn't unbearable. The room itself was impeccably clean...
Had a great time. Pool is small and basic but pool bartenders were awesome! Lots of housemade cocktail ingredients. Breakfast was solid too. Lots of yummy options. Super clean and walking distance to lots! Great staff!
Great location, close to downtown. Pool was wonderful and staff was very accommodating. King room with large tub is not a good idea if you are a shower person. Shower is so small and the shower head hits the back wall making it almost impossible to rinse off. Also, wall mounted shampoo, conditioner, and body wash difficult to dispense.
Great hotel and great value. The property was nicely designed, clean and peaceful. Wish we'd have had time to try out the pool and hot tub but the pool area looked nice with a good amount of shade. Breakfast was well stocked with tasty options. Will definitely put Las Brisas at the top of the list of places to stay next time we come to Palm Springs!
My adult daughter and I came here for a mother-daughter weekend of shopping, dining and sleeping and the Las Brisas fit the bill for the most part. It is conveniently situated to stores, is surrounded by good restaurants and at least the bed I had couldn't have been any better. What kept this place from rating a three rather than a four or five is primarily the size of the room. We had a room with...
