Overall a fun and relaxing time at The Saguaro. Cute hotel, fun vibe, comfy bed and nice pillows. Staff were friendly and attentive. Enjoyed the pool very much and had great service, liked the music selection and the price for a daybed was reasonable while we were there.
Be aware as a family friendly hotel there may be many children…often loudly playing the corn hole and ping pong games, at the pool...
Nice hotel and pool area is very nice. Felt a lack of privacy in my room at night as I was on first floor and the curtains did not provide enough privacy from outside. Had to turn lights off otherwise anyone walking by could clearly see us. Also, this hotel is sneaky and will charge you an amenity fee at checkout. So if book with a third party, be aware of this sneaky tactic.
Nice amenities. Restaurant is excellent. Pool area is nice. Fun for a girls weekend.
If you are booking a hotel based on room amenities…look elsewhere. Our room had obvious evidence of water intrusion on the ceiling from the wall a/c unit.
Also first hotel where I’ve stayed at where you put the do not disturb sign on the door and they tap on your door at 9am to bring you keurig coffee pods? Don...
I've been here several times now. I adore the minimal yet fun decor in the rooms. During my most recent stay we ordered room service from the restaurant El Jefe. The tacos and corn were outstanding! The pool area is the true star of this resort though. The pool is huge and is heated to the perfect temperature for an evening dip. There's 2 hot tubs and cool music playing here. This area also features...
Honest review. This hotel had good and bad. The pool, bar and restaurant were all fantastic. Bartenders and wait staff were wonderful. Kids were welcome but this is a more adult-oriented hotel. My teen was fine but would not bring toddlers. Rooms are pretty bare bones and bathroom/fixtures are old. AC wall units are loud.
Great location though, free parking, and a free margarita on check in...
I took a last-minute trip to Palm Springs for one night with two dogs and The Saguaro was perfect! Their system was down when I arrived and they couldn't make any new room keys, but they were so fun and kind and had someone walk me to my room and unlock it pretty quickly.
It's colorful, retro, has some pretty cool art displays, and completely fits the Palm Springs vibe. Our room was red, purple, yellow...

Parker Palm Springs
Palm Springs, 4200 East Palm Canyon Drive 🧭 Map
This is a unique and wonderful hotel, it’s more like a resort hotel than a hotel in a traditional sense. My daughter had her wedding there, and it was such a delight. A most enjoyable, peaceful, delightful and exciting experience. It makes you feel at home while you’re away.
Beautiful hotel and Incredible service. I didn’t even stay here but came for a wedding and specifically need to call out the outstanding concierge team but going above and beyond — Michelle, Steve, and Chris. It’s this service that convinced me I need to come back and actually stay in a room. Thank you!
Parker Palm Springs has “The best atmosphere”!
Sophisticated, upscale decor, food and amazing service!
Every staff member with whom we came in contact was attentive and kind. However, Randy Araiza, the Catering Sales Manager from Parker Palm Springs gave us the amazing tour and explained to us all the steps, plans, for our wedding day.
We have already decided to have our wedding reception and ceremony...
I’m compelled to leave a review following my recent experience at The Parker Palm Springs. This place is super cool - vintage, quirky, truly special. The room service is so attentive, it’s almost creepy. Yes, that’s a good thing. Generally speaking, they make you feel special there. I’m writing a mixed review though, so here we go… What, I must pose, is the objective of a 5-star resort? Presumably...
We have been staying at the Parker for well over seven years for good reason. Their staff is incredible accommodating, friendly, courteous and makes you feel like family. This is genuinely the only hotel we would ever consider staying at in Palm Springs. We have even brought friends here who have traveled inferno and they have commented on how impressed they are with The Parker. Thank you for continuing...
One of the most upscale resorts in the area. Huge land area, lush green with different and nice sit out areas.

This quaint and quirky hotel is full of charm and character from 1960's Palm Springs. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring our work trip went flawlessly. The food and drinks in the Amigo Room hit the spot, I recommend a Pliny the Elder and a basket of popcorn chicken. My room had a record player with a few vinyl albums to choose from, a nice patio with a fireplace to enjoy coffee and...
I would say this hotel doesn’t fit my preference. Maybe other people feel it’s attractive with the decorations, but my feeling on it is different, I feel it’s a motel but charged same as or even more price than other nice regular hotels like Renaissance. The room is super small as a motel and it’s simple and crude, which is the deal breaker for me. But, I still love the swimming pool and the restaurant...
Ace hotel was a pioneer in terms of bringing Palm springs into the 21st century. The design is still groundbreaking, turning minimal rooms into bohemian hideaways with cool mood lighting. You definitely feel sexy even when the room is off the parking lot. Whether or not that commands its high room prices is dependent on how much you care about interior design. If you're just looking for a place to...
Only stopped by to charge my tesla and use bathroom BUT the restaurant and unique shop were very cute.
The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. I think that says a lot about an establishment.
As for the charger, thank you for allowing me to use your power and providing extended charging cords to accommodate. I know those were not cheap.
Charging speed was 208v at 48A and are located on the south...
ACE hotel basically reads as a renovated motel with good marketing. Hotel is fine, but definitely overpriced for what it is. Our 2 bed room was quite small for the $600+ we paid for one night.
The design screams 2010 hipster, and can easily look dated. As mentioned before, it gives off slightly dingy motel vibes but I will say the beds were comfy and the bathroom was more chic than the rest of the...
An old motel that has been renovated in a cool way. Think hipster desert retreat with a chill vibe, tons of intimate areas to catch some privacy along with a very approachable restaurant and bar area

Nice place to take the family. Big pool with water slides for the kids. Food at the pool was better than expected and the service was great. Large rooms with kitchens (fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc). Rooms are a bit dated but functionally fine.
Carlos at the cabana went above and beyond with his service.
-Great location near downtown Palm springs
-great staff and service, very communicative via text, hand sanitizer filled up everywhere which was nice
-great for kids with pool/snack options and sports court, we had our 2 year old with us
-room was dated, which was fine, but the dishwasher had no power and the floors were dirty (not crumbs, but our feet turned black rather quickly after walking around...
Makes me sad seeing the low reviews for this place. My only disappointment is that the rooms were outdated. The pool was amazing and HUGE with a hot tub and two water slides. Very kid friendly resort which is great considering a lot of places in Palm Springs shoot more for (not so much for kids). The staff was very friendly. I also have to put in there that most of the times hotels or resorts. Don...
Now a Hilton owned property, Palm Canyon Resort is one of our favorite vacation spots. We try to go here once a year and enjoy the desert life, getting away from the busy city. They have a water slide for kids in the kiddie pool. For the adults, they have 2 hot tubs and a large heated pool. Further, there is a nice work out / weight room and a separate basketball half court. Looking for something to...
First of all I have 2 kids who are already tough to travel with and this place was the best! We rented out the 2 bdrm villa with a kitchen and it was absolutely perfect for us, 3 adults and 2 kids. 2 beds, a pull out COMFORTABLE sofa bed, TV in every room and stocked kitchen with dishes and utensils. Definitely bring your own food, beverages and seasonings, but the rest was available to us! The pool...
Great location! Awesome pool with lots of fun for the kids with water slides. The only thing that prevents me from giving a perfect 5 star in each category would be the rooms, they need a face lift. Other than that great place for a family vacation!

Really enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Palm Springs. It’s located conveniently in the center of downtown Palm Springs. The restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Love the statue of Marilyn Monroe which is just a few blocks from the hotel. Marilyn Monroe statue is so cool and creative. Overall, the staff of the hotel were very helpful and friendly. We will come back in the future for sure
I couldn't have picked a better place to stay in Palm Springs! The cabana suite is absolutely worth it if you have children. You can go in and out of your room to the pool and order food/drinks right on your own patio. Our 2 year old was in heaven in the pool! And the breakfast is delicious too, but it is not complimentary. They can charge it to your room if you want. Great breakfast burrito! The hotel...
This hotel is in the best location.
It's right in the middle of Palm Canyon.
You can literally walk to everything, restaurants, bars, shopping, live music... anything you can think of.
We had a Palm Canyon view balcony suite which I loved.
We didn't have any road noise at night and it was great to hang on the balcony with a drink to people watch.

Front desk and service workers are very friendly, polite and responsive. Yes the hotel is outdated, but it is in a prime location, is very clean, and service is excellent. The hotel itself is still quite beautiful and has a definite charm to it if you’re willing to explore. Overall we had a wonderful stay and will be booking again. The rooms all have private balconies which definitely is a bonus....
This hotel is adequate at best, it charges premium prices yet doesn't deliver a premium experience.
The good
The reception area is nice and so is the pool. The location is in the center of town and in a walkable area. Hotel parking(for a fee) is convenient. The rooms are spacious and the bedding is nice.
The bad

Our recent stay at the Hyatt - Palm Springs was 10 nights. The first two nights, because of a plumbing problem with the toilet, was not so great. The hotel may seem a bit outdated, but it has its charms. Room was cozy and a fairly large balcony. The staff were all very friendly - from the driver to the front desk team!
We arrived after their complimentary airport shuttle service had ended, but they sent a shuttle just for us regardless!
One of the best parts of the resort is its easy access to the downtown core of Palm Springs just on foot...
The hotel has a great central location, and a nice large pool deck with spa and nicely kept grounds. The rooms do disappoint, as being tied and scruffy albeit clean and beds comfortable. My room, on ground floor, west wing was very dark even with shutters fully open. If the rooms were updated this place would be great. I didn't have a great deal of interaction with the staff, but when I did they...
Room not ready at check-in but was easily given another room, and slight service recovery. The room is quiet. The window AC unit gave great white noise that put me to sleep. The pool was great and the jacuzzi was also great 👍.
Great location in the heart of Palm Springs just off of Palm Canyon Dr. Nice property, though the rooms are dated and could use an upgrade. Rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. Did not use pool or hotel amenities. The pool did look nice. Best aspect of the hotel is location and proximity to shops and restaurants, which are only a couple of blocks away. Would stay here again for the right price
I wanted to not like this place but in the end decided it wasn't bad. Rooms are a bit small...two full beds rather than Queens but the rooms were clean. The pool area looked beautiful. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to use it. They had a great fire table with seating for the cool evenings. In the end, the only negative was the parking situation. I had to park across the street in the city...

Lovely location, great staff. But everything felt a bit tired. I know Palm Springs is meant to 'preserve the past', but the electric ring on the cooker was out of the 50s!
Enjoyed brunch and wonderful music in Spencer's outdoor patio and watched a little tenis as we dined.
The experience was wonderful and relaxing.
We were not rushed, even though customers were waiting for their reservations...Our waiter was attentive & staff pleasant.
I have been staying here for many years. The rooms are clean and fully
stocked. The grounds are beautiful and it is so peaceful. Great location near Palm Canyon Drive but up against the mountains for privacy.
The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Love coming here every year.

Love this place! It's the 4th time I've stayed here. It feels like an apartment. Actually.. I wish they would sell them off. I would totally buy one.
Great value. Big suites. Great pool area. Great location in downtown Palm Springs. Dated and definitely in need of some updates.
Rooms were extremely spacious, beds were comfortable, staff was accomodating to our needs (needed extra shampoo, etc for number of people in the room). Rooms weren't cleaned daily due to staff numbers but we could request it if needed. We were disappointed that the pool closed at 10, since it was Palm Springs and we wanted to enjoy the weather. Just caution they will try to sell you on a vacation/timeshare...
Large rooms;kitchen and bathrooms, although an older design. Clean rooms. Great service. Nice pool with beautiful views. They are in the process of remodeling so hopefully the update will be even better. No salon services. Gym is a small room with 2 treadmills 2 bikes 2 ellipticals and weights with misc benches.

Excellent in every way. We had been there a few years ago and wasn't so impressed. But we liked the location. The breakfast buffet was excellent. We liked how they served your breakfast. Felt much safer opposed to people breathing and coughing over the hot entrees. Very impressed.
Hotel location is great, only one block away from the main strip of Palm Springs and around the corner from the bars on Arenas road, if that is your thing.
Beware if you end up getting a rear facing room out to Arenas Rd, you could get a bit of noise from the clubs along the street. There was a small amount of noise during our stay, however it wasn't unbearable.
The room itself was impeccably clean...
Had a great time. Pool is small and basic but pool bartenders were awesome! Lots of housemade cocktail ingredients. Breakfast was solid too. Lots of yummy options. Super clean and walking distance to lots! Great staff!
Great location, close to downtown. Pool was wonderful and staff was very accommodating. King room with large tub is not a good idea if you are a shower person. Shower is so small and the shower head hits the back wall making it almost impossible to rinse off. Also, wall mounted shampoo, conditioner, and body wash difficult to dispense.
Great hotel and great value. The property was nicely designed, clean and peaceful. Wish we'd have had time to try out the pool and hot tub but the pool area looked nice with a good amount of shade. Breakfast was well stocked with tasty options. Will definitely put Las Brisas at the top of the list of places to stay next time we come to Palm Springs!
My adult daughter and I came here for a mother-daughter weekend of shopping, dining and sleeping and the Las Brisas fit the bill for the most part. It is conveniently situated to stores, is surrounded by good restaurants and at least the bed I had couldn't have been any better. What kept this place from rating a three rather than a four or five is primarily the size of the room.

Fine, if dated. It's affordable and as a man on a budget that's my first priority. Location is convenient, the view of the mountains is very nice, and the pool area is exactly what you're looking for in a quick sunny getaway. Great all around! Was concerned after reading some reviews, but was met with a great experience. The front desk was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was hearty for a continental. The pool was clean and warm. The room was great - spotless, well appointed and recently upgraded. Was concerned after reading some reviews, but their upgrades are really showing!
Old smelly carpet in each room, toilet runs, refrigerator makes a weird noise and keeps you up at night. Tiny small ants on the bathroom sink. But it's relatively cheap, and the dog fee is only $10 a night. So overall it's not horrible but you do get what you pay for. Just don't expect a clean pristine place with no problems. The resort wasn't overly crowded with people and the pool/hot tub always had room at all times of the day. We are definitely coming back to stay here and highly recommend it!
Highly recommend staying here while in Palm Springs. Thanks heaps for the 2 restaurant recommendations which are conveniently 1m walk from the Hotel they were just what we needed. The Hotel was so clean and tidy, we stayed in the king room with pool and mountain view. What an experience waking up to San Jacinto Mountains in the background.
The Alcazar is a cute nice hotel! We fell very much in love with it! At first, we thought that it might be a bit remote from downtown but the walk three (15 mins) is fun and by no means boring!

Would have given this 3&1/2 stars if possible.
Here is my take on this hotel:
Pros
--------
+ Location - a short walk to downtown restaurants and shops.
+ Architectural style - attractive mid century.
+ Pool area.
+ Ambience - Cool vibe.
+ Room size; Spacious with large terrace.
Cons
-------
- WiFi - practically nonexistent did not work in our room at all.
- Breakfast - unreliable... some days had...
Great location. Nice room. Heated pool. Free wine and cheese in reception lobby. Vinyl records and gramophone at the lobby was a great touch.
Beautiful place - felt like home as soon as we stepped into the lobby. Olivia was there to greet us, then Nate took care of us for the next few days.. I did not have the heart to ask to move again! I drained out the noise as best I could with a nice fan/ac unit in room but still the thumping was hard to put up with!
The saving grace was the nice...
4 stars for a 3-star hotel. Stellar customer service at the front desk made the difference from a disappointing stay to a comfortable one.
Charming small boutique-ish hotel close to main strip. The pool and enclosed garden area was a sweet place to hang out and chill.
The rooms are basic and a bit outdated (very small TV).
Worth considering if you’re looking for a quiet place to stay. It’s family...
This was one of the cutest hotels I have ever stayed at. The place was very quiet and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It made me feel like I was at home. I would definitely recommend that you stay here the next time you visit Palm Springs. You won't be disappointed.
Worth staying love that is relaxing and you literally feel like if your home away from home . Really calm good if your traveling with your significant other 😁. Plus the restaurant A+ great Mexican food really authentic. The young man that help us move to another room due to the AC not working really professional and polite I wish I didn't forget his name and manager came that same day and apologized...
This charming little hotel just off the main Palm Springs strip is the perfect desert oasis. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and cozy. Spend the day lounging by the pool or get out and explore around town. The hotel is within perfect walking distance of the main Palm Springs restaurants and attractions but just far enough removed for privacy and relaxation. The food at the attached...

Extremely expensive when I went considering I just needed a bed to rest my head. But if I had of been able to use the amenities, it would have been fantastic. Multiple pools, hot tubs, a weight room, suite had 2 patios and surprisingly even though on the main drag, it wasn't very loud. I would stay there again.
We have stayed here 6 times. We really love it. It is not a cookie cutter hotel at all. It’s really different and we really enjoy it. We have stayed in the queen suite four times and just loved it. Our last two visits we stayed in the king rooms above the parking garage. These rooms are great and I think we prefer them to the suite. We love the staff. Everything is super clean. Parking is great. I...
Came for a quick two night stay. Hotel is very nice and feels more like a private hacienda. Room was large and clean. Bathroom was huge. Pool was surprisingly quiet. Close to everything so no car needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely return.
The location is decent but the property is really showing its age and the overall lack of care and maintenance. Couch is scratched, old and discolored, all floor boards were creaking and bathroom tiles are cracked and loose. The beds are tiny too. I won’t be back and will not recommend.
My wife and I were looking for a little r and r and their website and pics of this hotel looks quaint, picturesque and nice. However, when comparing the value to the price it's not on par. The grounds are small, ceiling heights very low, pools are small with very little sunlight, very noisy (walls are thin and lots of street noise) so id recommend another spot. The location is good since it's close...
Nice little hotel. Two swimming pools both small and clean and saltwater. The rooms are clean and nice, with big comfy beds. The main problem for me was the bathroom - the shower head is pretty basic with no power and sufficient spray. The toilet doesn’t have sufficient suction to completely flush on the first try🙁. The staff is excellent, kind and friendly. The price is also an excellent value.
