Overall a fun and relaxing time at The Saguaro. Cute hotel, fun vibe, comfy bed and nice pillows. Staff were friendly and attentive. Enjoyed the pool very much and had great service, liked the music selection and the price for a daybed was reasonable while we were there. Be aware as a family friendly hotel there may be many children…often loudly playing the corn hole and ping pong games, at the pool...
Nice hotel and pool area is very nice. Felt a lack of privacy in my room at night as I was on first floor and the curtains did not provide enough privacy from outside. Had to turn lights off otherwise anyone walking by could clearly see us. Also, this hotel is sneaky and will charge you an amenity fee at checkout. So if book with a third party, be aware of this sneaky tactic.
Nice amenities. Restaurant is excellent. Pool area is nice. Fun for a girls weekend. If you are booking a hotel based on room amenities…look elsewhere. Our room had obvious evidence of water intrusion on the ceiling from the wall a/c unit. Also first hotel where I’ve stayed at where you put the do not disturb sign on the door and they tap on your door at 9am to bring you keurig coffee pods? Don...
I've been here several times now. I adore the minimal yet fun decor in the rooms. During my most recent stay we ordered room service from the restaurant El Jefe. The tacos and corn were outstanding! The pool area is the true star of this resort though. The pool is huge and is heated to the perfect temperature for an evening dip. There's 2 hot tubs and cool music playing here. This area also features...
Honest review. This hotel had good and bad. The pool, bar and restaurant were all fantastic. Bartenders and wait staff were wonderful. Kids were welcome but this is a more adult-oriented hotel. My teen was fine but would not bring toddlers. Rooms are pretty bare bones and bathroom/fixtures are old. AC wall units are loud. Great location though, free parking, and a free margarita on check in...
I took a last-minute trip to Palm Springs for one night with two dogs and The Saguaro was perfect! Their system was down when I arrived and they couldn't make any new room keys, but they were so fun and kind and had someone walk me to my room and unlock it pretty quickly. It's colorful, retro, has some pretty cool art displays, and completely fits the Palm Springs vibe. Our room was red, purple, yellow...

We changed from a 2 bedroom to a studio on the 16th and  Housekeeping got our room ready at 9:30 AM!  We rolled all of our contents for 2 weeks from one room to another without storage or hassle. I don't think we've had better service at any world mark in my recollection since the year 2000. Flor and Lisa and the housekeeping staff did an outstanding job a whole week.  Thank you so much Jeff
Descent place to get some r & r. And swim a bit. Wouldn't recommend it to friends. No room service, no restaurant/ bar. Rooms are bit outdated. No oulets or USB outlets. Send they are doing renovations when I stayed there which may improve it in the future.
This is a small and dated property, and I would recommend staying at another place if you can. Unfortunately the photos they use to showcase the pool are very wide angle and it’s actually very tiny. Oddly deep, but very tiny. There’s some funky angles within the room layout which makes me think that this wasn’t originally three bedrooms and that it was some forced together. You would think it wouldn...

Stopped here for the first time to visit friends who were moving back to the east coast. They had a few days until they would be ready to leave but escrow on their PS condo had closed. The room was on the first floor and had two queen size beds. The room was larger than I had expected and was well appointed for being a budget motel. I definitely will recommend this property. A room like this is becoming...
I stayed here during spring break and it was nice and clean. The staff was professional and they had great recommendations for local restaurants. The waffles at breakfast were great too!
Clean and comfortable hotel. Kid friendly. My nephews 8yr and 9yr always had friends to play with in the pool. Fantistic location 3min drive from downtown. Beautiful property set on the base of a hill. Great views from rooms and best pool views. The charm of this hotel is the pool side breakfast. Start your day with a full continental breakfast while sunning on a lounger enjoying the lovely views of...
Clean and comfortable and a decent sized room. Breakfast included the usual hot and cold items from eggs and waffles to oatmeal, cereal and bananas. Though beds/linens seem to have been updated, the rooms are a bit dated. If you're looking for a modern place, this isn't it.
Breakfast by the pool is great!!!
A relaxing stay for 3 days at this location. I felt like I was at home and not in a hotel room. Great location for restaurants, shops, post office & the 10 freeway. The room was clean & the beds were comfortable & nicely decorated. New flat screen mounted on the wall & nice desk & office chair. Great room for the price!

Really enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Palm Springs. It’s located conveniently in the center of downtown Palm Springs. The restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Love the statue of Marilyn Monroe which is just a few blocks from the hotel. Marilyn Monroe statue is so cool and creative. Overall, the staff of the hotel were very helpful and friendly. We will come back in the future for sure
I couldn't have picked a better place to stay in Palm Springs! The cabana suite is absolutely worth it if you have children. You can go in and out of your room to the pool and order food/drinks right on your own patio. Our 2 year old was in heaven in the pool! And the breakfast is delicious too, but it is not complimentary. They can charge it to your room if you want. Great breakfast burrito! The hotel...
This hotel is in the best location. It's right in the middle of Palm Canyon. You can literally walk to everything, restaurants, bars, shopping, live music... anything you can think of. We had a Palm Canyon view balcony suite which I loved. We didn't have any road noise at night and it was great to hang on the balcony with a drink to people watch. The hotel has a great little bar that opens out to the...
Front desk and service workers are very friendly, polite and responsive. Yes the hotel is outdated, but it is in a prime location, is very clean, and service is excellent. The hotel itself is still quite beautiful and has a definite charm to it if you’re willing to explore. Overall we had a wonderful stay and will be booking again. The rooms all have private balconies which definitely is a bonus....
This hotel is adequate at best, it charges premium prices yet doesn't deliver a premium experience. The good The reception area is nice and so is the pool. The location is in the center of town and in a walkable area. Hotel parking(for a fee) is convenient. The rooms are spacious and the bedding is nice. The bad The staff is often absent and hard to find. As many have said the rooms are dated and in...
Our recent stay at the Hyatt - Palm Springs was 10 nights. The first two nights, because of a plumbing problem with the toilet, was not so great. The next 8 nights, in a quieter room with no plumbing issues, were far, far better. We credit Frank at the front desk for very quickly addressing and solving our problem, with a smile! Within one-half hour, we were able to move to a better room with no...

Breakfast great and the staff was so friendly and helpful. We also loved the centrality of the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed the daily happy hour! Pool was beautiful and relaxing! Great hotel!
Service was exemplary from the moment you drop your car with the valet (which is free of charge). Someone will smile and hold the door open and the front desk clerk will greet you and see to whatever you need. The rooms are modern and the beds are comfortable. This hotel was amazing. We were treated like princesses the second we arrived. The entire staff - front desk, bell men, bartenders, breakfast servers - were so kind. From what I saw of palm springs this is the newest and nicest hotel. Service was great. Rooms were modern, new, super high ceilings. Prime location if you want to be in the heart of tourist central. The homeless kind...
This space is gorgeous! Everyone here is so unbelievably nice and accommodating! Brandon at the front desk gave us a late check out so we could stay a little bit later and enjoy a few more hours of their gorgeous gorgeous rooftop pool! The most beautiful hotel ever and an INCREDIBLE staff. Every detail was perfect. Restaurants were delicious. The pool is a perfect temperature and the lounge chairs are very comfortable with ample shade and sun. Definitely stick around for Capri-Sundays at the pool, delicious cocktails in capri sun style bags. This was a very hard hotel to say goodbye to. I'm already planning my next trip here.

Excellent location. Early bird coffee at the lobby for free
Extremely expensive when I went considering I just needed a bed to rest my head. But if I had of been able to use the amenities, it would have been fantastic. Multiple pools, hot tubs, a weight room, suite had 2 patios and surprisingly even though on the main drag, it wasn't very loud. I would stay there again.
We have stayed here 6 times. We really love it. It is not a cookie cutter hotel at all. It’s really different and we really enjoy it. We have stayed in the queen suite four times and just loved it. Our last two visits we stayed in the king rooms above the parking garage. These rooms are great and I think we prefer them to the suite. We love the staff. Everything is super clean. Parking is great. I...
Came for a quick two night stay. Hotel is very nice and feels more like a private hacienda. Room was large and clean. Bathroom was huge. Pool was surprisingly quiet. Close to everything so no car needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely return.
The location is decent but the property is really showing its age and the overall lack of care and maintenance. Couch is scratched, old and discolored, all floor boards were creaking and bathroom tiles are cracked and loose. The beds are tiny too. I won’t be back and will not recommend.
Absolutely loved our stay at Triada. Beautiful hotel, very big room. Pool area is great!

I've been to many adult only hotels especially in palm springs and I can say this is the best.. The rooms are very clean and nothing less than beautiful. The grounds are very picturesque. Would definitely recommend someone to stay here if looking for small boutique feel. Location is great and within walking distance of many restaurants and bars.
Just spent a weekend with my girlfriend, at Colony Palms Hotel. This little gem, has manicured grounds, excellent restaurant/bar, inviting pool & hot tub area with lots of comfortable seating to relax in. It’s so IMPORTANT who is checking you in! It sets your mood for rest of stay at that hotel. Paulina at reception was incredibly!!! Great hotel in a great location. The pool is phenomenal and it's heated which is great on cooler nights. Large hot tub and several great sitting areas with fire pits. This is a unique and wonderful hotel, it’s more like a resort hotel than a hotel in a traditional sense. My daughter had her wedding there, and it was such a delight. A most enjoyable, peaceful, delightful and exciting experience. It makes you feel at home while you’re away.
Beautiful hotel and Incredible service. I didn’t even stay here but came for a wedding and specifically need to call out the outstanding concierge team but going above and beyond — Michelle, Steve, and Chris. It’s this service that convinced me I need to come back and actually stay in a room. Thank you!
Parker Palm Springs has “The best atmosphere”! Sophisticated, upscale decor, food and amazing service! Every staff member with whom we came in contact was attentive and kind. I’m compelled to leave a review following my recent experience at The Parker Palm Springs. This place is super cool - vintage, quirky, truly special. The room service is so attentive, it’s almost creepy. Yes, that’s a good thing. Generally speaking, they make you feel special there. I’m writing a mixed review though, so here we go… What, I must pose, is the objective of a 5-star resort? Presumably...
We have been staying at the Parker for well over seven years for good reason. Their staff is incredible accommodating, friendly, courteous and makes you feel like family. I liked the location close to city centre. Loved the newly renovated pool and deck. Complimentary water daily.
Beautiful hotel. Loved room service. Pool was nice. Showers were great. We had 2 rooms and 1 was much nicer than the other but the nicer one surprisingly had roaches and dead bug carcasses. Totally gross! I have toddlers and a baby so it really made it hard to sleep at night. They did send someone up to spray. However, they did not send anyone to clean up after. Great downtown location for walking and travelling without a car. With diamond status and making a request we did receive an upgrade to a suite which was spacious and comfortable however the service wasn't great. We requested robes and didn't receive them. Last month, my best friend and I agreed to plan a weekend getaway in August to Palm Springs from San Diego. Staff were nice. My first room wreaked of cigarettes and they changed my room promptly. Room was nice. I liked the layout with the extra vanity space. Our room (Rose) was comfortable and clean. All the staff were wonderful. The landscaping throughout the grounds is incredible and I really like how everything is tucked against the hillside with winding paths. I rarely write reviews but I thought I'd add to the Willows strong legacy of 5 star reviews. This place is unlike anywhere else I've ever stayed, staff is helpful/thoughtful but not overbearing. you really do feel like you're staying at a (very rich) friends house. Staff member Martinel was superior; he made our 2 day stay! Super human being. So delightful and skilled. Hotel decor was beyond description - fabulous antiques throughout. Food/breakfast ok B-. Gordon was wonderful. Nearby noise from construction across the street. Great security.
Great hotel pool and spa are wonderful and the breakfast is devine . It is one of my favorites and each time I stay here I just can't wait to come back
A truly lovely experience. The staff of 13 couldn't have been nicer. A small eight room bed & breakfast location nestled in close proximity to the mountains of Palm Springs. For the past year, two other work colleagues and I have been staying at Hotel Zoso every month while in Palm Springs on business. Leslie (front desk) and Brian (bar) are the heart and soul of Zoso. Both of these individuals make staying at this hotel worth it. The hotel in general is nice. Loves the chill ambiance and awesome employees. The pool is open 24 hours and the decor was perfect. Only reason its not 5 stars is there is no restaurant or bar on site and there is no shelf space in the bathroom. Nowhere to set a toothbrush let alone any other product ( haircare, cosmetics etc...) i would go back if the price was right and it was in my route.

We are a couple travelling from the UK. This is a beautiful boutique hotel. The rooms are fabulous, excellent interior design and very spacious! We had a lovely patio area with an outdoor BBQ. I love the personal touches to the room, Michele greeted us with a lovely and thoughtful gift. The staff here went above and beyond and provide true service excellence.
Although we were only there one night, we really loved staying at the Wesley. Wish we had gotten into town earlier and had more time to experience the amenities and pool, outdoor seating, bikes, games etc. Everything was decorated so fun and we took a lot of pictures. The Wesley is located super closeby to downtown too. We will for sure stay again the next time we are in PS!
I would not choose to stay at this property again for what I paid. The cost was high ($450/night after taxes and fees) compared to boutique resorts/hotels at similar prices, where staff is available to address guest concerns. All the little things add up. I would say this hotel doesn’t fit my preference. Maybe other people feel it’s attractive with the decorations, but my feeling on it is different, I feel it’s a motel but charged same as or even more price than other nice regular hotels like Renaissance. The room is super small as a motel and it’s simple and crude, which is the deal breaker for me. But, I still love the swimming pool and the restaurant...
Ace hotel was a pioneer in terms of bringing Palm springs into the 21st century. The design is still groundbreaking, turning minimal rooms into bohemian hideaways with cool mood lighting. Perfect weekend getaway from the kids! The sun was hot, the pools refreshing, the music chill, and the drinks were cold, strong, and delicious. The rooms were nice and spacious. You could communicate with the friendly staff via texting, including ordering food/drinks to be delivered to your lounge chair! If you're looking for a great spot to get away, want a cool vibe, delicious cocktails, and...
Love the remodel, really brings the place to present time. Room was smaller than one in pictures but I guess anyone would choose pics that look best to display in any situation. Despite the smaller room, really enjoyed time here. The decor is tasteful, feels contemporary and modern yet nostalgic at the same time. The bathroom was very nice and spacious. Love the grounds, pools, bar, and landscaping...
Great place to relax / unwind...quieter than our friends hotel (across the street) where kids were screaming and playing in the pool into the late hours. Stay at village royale for peace and quiet :)

Hidden gem of PS. This clothing optional resort has all the relaxing vibes you hope for in Palm Springs, comfy beds, nice grounds, clean pools and hot tub and kind hosts and staff.
Best affordable gay resorts in PS hands down! As someone who needs to be in PS multiple times a year I’ve stayed at all the gay hotels in PS and I’d say this one is a good mix of affordability and relaxing vibe. Staff was all friendly, good coffee in the morning and easy check in. Sure it isn’t instant bookings like other hotels but def worth it.
Our Palm Springs Desert paradise!!! This was our second stay at El Mirasol Villas, this time for 2 weeks. We have to say this was such an enjoyable, comfortable, relaxing, and fun vacation. The ambiance of the resort, from the landscaped pathways, ideal spacious layout of resort buildings, glorious Palm trees and citrus trees, and the pools! The owners, Paul and Bruce are so welcoming, friendly, and...
This is by far one of the nicest gay hotels in Palm Springs. The property is well maintained and the owners take pride in their property which shows. Rooms are very clean, have great A/C for the desert, comfortable beds, walk-in showers, and plenty of space. The property is extremely well maintained and has lush green grounds with two pools and a hot tub. The crowd is mixed and you are sure to meet...
We have stayed here a couple times and have enjoyed it each time. Clean rooms. Relaxing atmosphere. Clothing optional....what's not to love. The owner and staff are super nice and will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is great. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing get away.
I went with a friend just to get away for a day. We were comfortable and able to relax; just like we wanted. Skip runs the place mostly; nice guy. The video library is dated so bring your own and put them back in the correct jackets please. Their rates are in with the trend of similarly accomidating gay hotels: It is what makes Palm Springs a less affordable place to vacation. If you have the surplus...
