Will never stay anywhere else since staying at this resort. Very family oriented and safe. Loved the staff. It was so nice to have access to towels by the pool and even complimentary swim diapers for babies. Paul is the best in Security! Great hotel especially if you have kids A great hotel with lots of amenities. My only complaint is that the TVs are old and don't have apps that smart TVs have like Netflix etc. We also couldn't stream from our phone. The property was a vacation in its self. The food was amazing! We enjoyed the live shows, hot tub, lazy river. Easy access to the beach. We will be back.

Loved being right on the beach and the hotel having chairs with an umbrella to rent each day; beach sand was super soft and great to walk on; beautiful blue/green waters with some waves at times, hotel offered golf cart ride to parked vehicle. Only negative feedback was certain parts of the property showed its age, specifically the elevators.

We loved it. It’s a little bit expensive but nice pool, lazy river, hot tub, splash pad, and right on the beach. Free parking too!

Cyndi at the front desk was awesome, got us checked in early. The amenities at this resort are A++. This was our 3rd time staying here and we loved it. See you again next year. . Huge shout out to the head engineer, he gave my daughter a free ice cream, was super nice and greatly appreciated

Hotel & rooms are very well maintained. If you have ever stayed at a beachfront hotel, you’ll know there is 24/7 cleaning & service to keep up. The hotel staff is more than keeping up & also smiling / helpful as they work. We also had burgers & a drink at the poolside bar. Maggie and Bill were attentive and made the whole dinner & bar experience one to remember and recommend.

View was breathtaking, breakfast and service were great. Location was good. Rooms clean, only thing didn't have bath towels had to go down to get some. Pool area was welcoming and bar service was good. Beach access was easily accessible. Weather was a bit cold will be going back for sure when it's warm.

The staff here has been amazing. Stacy was super helpful when I originally called and was able to get us checked in a little early on our initial 2 night stay. We had a horrific experience with checking into a house we rented and had to come back. We loved our stay at Carillon Beach Resort. Pools are gorgeous, easy walk to the beach through lovely neighborhood. We will return for a longer stay next year. Our one bedroom condo was delightful, well appointed and perfect for the two of us.

Was a like concerned when reading previous reviews but once we got there place was phenomenal. Right on the water, walking distance to restaurants, cozy little place. Had a little trouble the first night because we had no hot water, but they quickly switched our rooms the next day no problem. Would stay again!!

Love this motel Excellent views of the gulf shores all while being affordable. Nice pool and kiddie pool that my son loved. Would most definitely recommend.

We really love coming to Panama City Beach. And we always try our best to get Palm Grove. It's an older hotel but it has everything that we need. I like to cook I don't like to go out to eat so as long as I have a bed and a stove and refrigerator I'm happy and a bathroom lol. This is our third summer to come to Panama City Beach and stay at Palm Grove next year I'll be back

Condo was very nice but it was exhausting getting back and forth to the beach etc. The building is huge and not enough elevators or exit points to access the beach and parking area. it was a whole hike to get to the car to get items, chairs or glasses, then walking the long hallway to get to the elevator then across the street to the beach. Lovely and spacious condos. Very clean. Beautiful balcony views. My family will definitely return next summer. However the elevators were extremely slow and packed. The average wait was 30 minutes. By the time the elevator reached your floor you would have to wait another 30 minutes due to limited capacity. Hoping the elevators can be updated in the near future

Room wasn't properly cleaned prior to our arrival. The front desk ladies were a bit curt and not hospitable at all. The elevators are a story to there on. The wait time is incredibly long for them, we averaged about 15 minutes a trip up or down. We mostly took the stairs, thankfully we were on the 6th floor. We rented a condo through Airbnb at this location and overall it was a good experience. Check-in was pretty easy but this location is lacking luggage carts. They mentioned that they didn't have many carts available but I noticed a bunch of them piled up outside the parking garage in storage. Not sure why they are not being used but it would have been convenient. Make sure you wear your wristbands....

Laketown wharf is on a great location right across from the beach. I love how big the rooms are. Nice veiws.

The Summit Was Absolutely Amazing! Our room was very nice and clean. The elevators really wasn’t a problem this past weekend . Pool was very clean and beautiful, though some of the hot tubs jets didn’t work. But all in all. This is a perfect place to stay on your vacation. My Husband and I will surely be back❤️

My family has stayed here 3 times. Rooms were great. Rooms have always been cleaned and we left them clean when we left. Loved the balcony. People that checked us in were polite and helpful. Yes, elevators were problem, but this is vacation and I did not mind waiting my turn for the elevators. The vacationers around me also were polite in waiting their turn. Doesn't mean we did not complain on...

The room was exactly as advertised pics and all. The stay is pleasant and very relaxing. Hearing the waves in the background is so soothing. All the appliances are up to date and there was plenty of cookware and utensils. The bunkbeds worked out great for my 9yr old daughter. Over all I'm impressed and would stay here again.

We got the 2 full size beds & a bunk bed in the one room. That part was great as we had 3 out of our 4 kids on this trip & my sick mother that I did not want her in her own room. Well the top bunk bed was great but the bottom one that a "so called mattress" which in reality was just a mattress topper. We had a good stay, we were in the room only to sleep so no big complaints.  Pool was small and crowded but there is a whole beach there to enjoy.  Can’t complain for the price we paid for a beach front . ☺️

The first night there the pool was left unlocked and some people had a party and kept us awake. The bathroom was extremely small but other than that it was a very good stay.

We have started a Tradition of going to the Beach for Christmas! This year was Panama City Beach. I'd Stayed at the Landmark before 20+. Years ago It's still simply beautiful beach views. The condos are always kept up to date and clean! Pool & whirlpool Fitness area is awesome,!

Kinda disappointed. A bit rundown, no Internet access but in lobby, and the staff is often heard saying "sorry, wish I could help you". At least it's not crowded!

The resort was great. Pool and beaches beautiful. Stayed in room 1430. It was very spacious and clean. Plenty of towels. The view from the balcony was unbelievable!

Checking in was super easy. Getting to our room from parking across the street was a challenge. We had to ride an elevator to the third floor. Get off. Walk across the sky bridge. Get on another elevator to go to the first floor. Then find a different elevator to get us up to our room. After a day, we remembered the sequence, but it's certainly irritating. The room is good. The view is outstanding...
