I stayed here three times in last three years and can now share my opinion based on those experiences. The place is nice but it is pricey. Rooms are clean and spacious with wonderful views. Staff in the hotel are nice and helpful. Pools are nice and staff are great there. However, there are several issues. Guest are loud and annoying throughout the night until about midnight. This is definitely a family hotel and should consider it as a KID go to Resort. When I was looking for a resort this one stood out because we looked at amenities and the pictures for what was on site. Great hotel for families. The zero entry pool is awesome for toddlers and the lazy river is neat too. They have poolside movies every night. There is a good free breakfast with tons of selections every morning. All of the staff is super friendly, managers seem to really love their jobs. The hotel is very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It is an older hotel and looks it! Interesting room configurations- two full sized beds plus a futon bunk bed. Gave us extra sleeping options! We had a ground floor room and there was a door on both sides of the room - so you can easily get in from either the parking lot or the beach. My daughter and son-in-law chose Boardwalk as the venue for their wedding reception. I agreed as my brother and sister-in-law hired Boardwalk for their wedding reception and it was superb. We loved our stay at Carillon Beach Resort. Pools are gorgeous, easy walk to the beach through lovely neighborhood. We will return for a longer stay next year. Our one bedroom condo was delightful, well appointed and perfect for the two of us.

Was a like concerned when reading previous reviews but once we got there place was phenomenal. Right on the water, walking distance to restaurants, cozy little place. Had a little trouble the first night because we had no hot water, but they quickly switched our rooms the next day no problem. Would stay again!!

We really love coming to Panama City Beach. And we always try our best to get Palm Grove. It's an older hotel but it has everything that we need. I like to cook I don't like to go out to eat so as long as I have a bed and a stove and refrigerator I'm happy and a bathroom lol. This is our third summer to come to Panama City Beach and stay at Palm Grove next year I'll be back

We enjoyed an amazing vacation staying at the Calypso in PCB! The condo was exactly what was listed and extremely clean!! Southern Rentals was always just a phone call away and was always so helpful. We had such an amazing vacation! Our rental home was immaculate, spacious, and well furnished. It was so wonderful to come home after a day at the beach and grill out while the kids swam in our private pool! Communication with Southern Rentals during the booking process all the way through checkout was flawless, we will definitely be back!

Pleasantly surprised, considering the rating. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Cleans bathroom. Comfortable beds and pillows. I usually stay at Hampton Inn, but I needed multiple rooms for my crew of employees for an extended stay. As for roaches, I haven’t seen any. I hate roaches.

Condo was very nice but it was exhausting getting back and forth to the beach etc. The building is huge and not enough elevators or exit points to access the beach and parking area. it was a whole hike to get to the car to get items, chairs or glasses, then walking the long hallway to get to the elevator then across the street to the beach. Lovely and spacious condos. Very clean. Beautiful balcony views. My family will definitely return next summer. However the elevators were extremely slow and packed. The average wait was 30 minutes. By the time the elevator reached your floor you would have to wait another 30 minutes due to limited capacity. Hoping the elevators can be updated in the near future

Room wasn't properly cleaned prior to our arrival. The front desk ladies were a bit curt and not hospitable at all. The elevators are a story to there on. The wait time is incredibly long for them, we averaged about 15 minutes a trip up or down. We mostly took the stairs, thankfully we were on the 6th floor. We rented a condo through Airbnb at this location and overall it was a good experience. Check-in was pretty easy but this location is lacking luggage carts. They mentioned that they didn't have many carts available but I noticed a bunch of them piled up outside the parking garage in storage. Not sure why they are not being used but it would have been convenient. Make sure you wear your wristbands....

Laketown wharf is on a great location right across from the beach. I love how big the rooms are. Nice veiws.

The Summit Was Absolutely Amazing! Our room was very nice and clean. The elevators really wasn’t a problem this past weekend . Pool was very clean and beautiful, though some of the hot tubs jets didn’t work. But all in all. This is a perfect place to stay on your vacation. My Husband and I will surely be back❤️

The room was exactly as advertised pics and all. The stay is pleasant and very relaxing. Hearing the waves in the background is so soothing. All the appliances are up to date and there was plenty of cookware and utensils. The bunkbeds worked out great for my 9yr old daughter. Over all I'm impressed and would stay here again.

Me and the wife just got home from a 5 day stay. We stayed in room 1011 and we plan to come back in October. The were working on the elevators while we were there. Our room was 732 very nice and clean. Loved the view it was at the end of the hall by the elevator so easy to get to our room. Done everything on line did not have to check in or out at the front desk. All of our arm bands and parking permits was in the room waiting on us. We have started a Tradition of going to the Beach for Christmas! This year was Panama City Beach. I'd Stayed at the Landmark before 20+. Years ago It's still simply beautiful beach views. The condos are always kept up to date and clean! Pool & whirlpool Fitness area is awesome,!

A nice place to visit. So high cannot see any sand unless you look straight down. The condo we are in has been rented out a lot. The lady owner is very nice to try and accommodate our needs. Love the covered walkway to garage to keep out of the weather.

We stayed at this wonderful beach front property and were very pleased with the amenities. The views from the balcony were absolutely stunning and the proximity of the resort to local dining and attractions couldn't have been better. Great place with the exception of the elevators, spent an ungodly amount of time waiting for elevators. They really need to assign elevators by floor, for example have one or two elevators only service the top half of the building that goes to the lobby and those floors only, and another that serves the bottom half. Otherwise by the time an elevator gets to you it's already too full to get in. Found...

Our stay in unit 1504 has been amazing!! The remodel on this unit is top notch!! The 70” TV’s are awesome when you get ready to unwind. We love the keurig coffee machine and all the kitchen amenities.

One of our all-time favorite places to stay. It has an excellent private beach, on the East End of Panama City Beach where it's much quieter and less traffic. Everyone is very friendly and our children enjoyed the amenities.

Wonderful, quiet and convenient. About a mile and a half from Pier Park. Great place if in town for concerts or baseball at the Frank Brown complex. Portside is well cared for, with 3 pools (1 heated), an exercise room and three tennis courts. Lush tropical landscaping, located right on Front Beach.

The rooms are nice. It feels homey and it's close to the beach. The pools are great and though I wish there was a second hottub at the other pool.

I loved how there was a waterfall over the pool in the front. It was wonderful to just relax in the heated pool right next to the waterfall pool and the hot tub area. The rooms were also wonderful.
