Great stay, came here for an emergency, since my dog had surgery, caring staff very nice, took care my girlfriend and little dog

Checking out the Fall leaves-beautiful! Hotel is older, rooms smaller, but more than made up by great location and staff being so helpful. Free public transportation just outside the front door. We had a wonderful experience during the 4 days we were there.

We had such a phenomenal experience at DoubleTree. My company booked the hotel so I knew very little about it. We were bringing our toddler so the stakes were a lot higher for us than they used to be lol. Mike was an absolute life savor. He went above and beyond to help us check in early, check out late so she could get all her naps in, he upgraded our room to a suite so she’d have more room to play...

I was in charge of booking a conference room for our company’s team meeting and had an awesome experience working with Julianna H! She was so helpful and responsive and everything was nicely set up for us on the day of. We thoroughly enjoyed the conference space as well as the catered breakfast provided! Very clean hotel with friendly staff all around. We would definitely book here again

We had the best few days here! The staff truly make your experience, and we felt like we stayed with family. Everyone is so warm and helpful. Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! We have talked about coming back every year. Mike at the front desk was phenomenal. So kind and paid attention to every detail. He made us feel like family. We had a little mix up with needing to change our reservation and Mike was so great at taking care of this. The room was so clean and so comfortable. And the location was so close to all the attractions....

The updated room was spacious and no carpet so not questioning when the carpet was shampooed last. Breakfast was extra cost but it was fresh and choice of multiple buffet items or hot food cooked made to order.

I surprised my wife and we were very impressed with the Old Town Guest House. My wife and I only stayed one night at the Treasure Hollow suite and after arriving at a very expensive resort the following evening, we wished we were back at the Old Town Guest House. The setting was just 1-2 minutes from the Park City Mountain Resort and it is located in an authentic quiet Park City environment... clean...
