This hotel was awesome. The front desk staff was welcoming. The restaurant staff was friendly and gracious. I enjoyed my short stay. I will definitely stay here again if I am ever back in the Pensacola area.

Wow!!! What can I say! Front desk squad is the BEST! Miss Jeri, Jennifer, Jeremiah and everyone else were so nice and helpful. Restaurant was nice with great food and cocktails. Complimentary shuttle is so convenient and the drivers are nice. Deodorant is free which I thought was thoughtful. Room was clean and bed was nice. I generally liked the interior design of the hotel. Great hotel with cool lobby area and great breakfast! The king bed was very comfortable with high quality bedding. Clean bathroom with great shower pressure!! My only complaint would be that the couch cushion on the pull out sofa had gross stains on both sides, could use a good cleaning.

I had a 1 bedroom king suite and the floor plan was nice. The rooms smelled fresh and clean when I walked through the door. My tv remote in the front room was missing batteries and maintenance not only came to fix the problem, they bought me a new remote. I was on a business trip and the location of the hotel was a little over a mile from the work site. Will definitely stay here again!!!

The location is ideal, but that's where the charm of this hotel ends. The rooms could use a good deep cleaning and repair. The bed was comfy. Bathroom had obviously not been cleaned well as there was dust/dirt in corner behind door and a near empty roll of toilet paper on the spool. I sprayed everything down with Lysol before using. Breakfast was decent but free coffee available only with breakfast and $2.50/cup after 10am. No microwave in room but there was mini fridge.

Came from Sarasota because of hurricane Irma. The place is great and so is the staff. It is pet friendly that's why we chose it. Plenty of people here with their pets who had to flee to Hurricane and we are just having a great time everyone is so so friendly. The location right next to the airport was great. I was able to return my rental car early and stay at the hotel overnight (at the end of working in the area and flying home). Recently our client, and touring comedian, Bianca Caruso stayed here while on tour and performing in Pensacola. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating to the late hours check-in, and the room was perfectly clean and quiet. Speaking of late night hours, the 24/7 cafe was a perfect place to grab some snacks after the gig, and there was a free breakfast in the morning!

A very solid experience. Checks just about everything one would expect a typical hotel to offer and in general gives a very comfortable feel. They provide all the information you need to enjoy your stay and plan out any visits to local restaurants, points of interests, and more. Update as I said. We have still had amazing service and enjoyed our stay. We have met some wonderful staff here. From check in to maintenance now house keeping. Clean room and no problems except water pressure. However we all taking showers I'm sure around the same time. Haven't experienced breakfast yet probably won't but that is just our preference. We stayed here for 3 months (military) and it was really comfortable. So clean and great service from all the staff who were friendly and accommodating. Our favourite thing was the hot breakfast bar and ability to borrow utensils for cooking. Gr8 place to stay. It was clean, the people were friendly, they had a big breakfast bar and area, they put me in an end room which was very quiet. This hotel is vastly underrated. After reading a couple of reviews, I was wondering about my choice but it turn out much better than expected. For the most part quiet, close to I-10 and other attractions, and more price friendly than other hotels in the area. Now I know where to stay next year when I come down to Pensacola!

My family and I evacuated to Florida from Louisiana during Katrina. The Fairfield Inn became our home for 3 weeks. The staff there were WONDERFUL to all of us who were displaced. The kindness that was shown to my children is still remembered and appreciated. They are grown with lives of their own and still think back fondly on the experience.

This is such a great place to stay. Very clean, the staff is super helpful and friendly. The pool and hot tub are nice. It's in a great safe neighborhood. We always choose country inn and suites. Comfort and clean.

I didn't stay, I was just asking around about renting a business/conference room. Still, the lobby was gorgeous!! The grounds were very well kept. The receptionist was very kind, well -dressed, and informative. The rates were competitive, and the room was very nice!

The room as clean and well finished. Breakfast was busy but good. The staff was polite and helpful. We arrived a few minutes after 3 for check in our room was not ready but we only had to wait 5 minutes for it to be ready.
