This hotel was awesome. The front desk staff was welcoming. The restaurant staff was friendly and gracious. I enjoyed my short stay. I will definitely stay here again if I am ever back in the Pensacola area.

Wow!!! What can I say! Front desk squad is the BEST! Miss Jeri, Jennifer, Jeremiah and everyone else were so nice and helpful. Restaurant was nice with great food and cocktails. Complimentary shuttle is so convenient and the drivers are nice. Deodorant is free which I thought was thoughtful. Room was clean and bed was nice. I generally liked the interior design of the hotel. Hot tub nice too.

We were there for a small team gathering. We rented a meeting room for 2 days. The staff was very accommodating and we had everything we needed.

As soon as you walk in you just say "wow" this place is absolutely stunning from the second you walk in. The rooms are a very good size and well taken care of. Staff is super friendly and helpful! I would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel with cool lobby area and great breakfast! The king bed was very comfortable with high quality bedding. Clean bathroom with great shower pressure!! My only complaint would be that the couch cushion on the pull out sofa had gross stains on both sides, could use a good cleaning.

We stayed here for 3 months (military) and it was really comfortable. So clean and great service from all the staff who were friendly and accommodating. Our favourite thing was the hot breakfast bar and ability to borrow utensils for cooking. I wish I knew all the staff's names to say thank you but a special mention to Amber, Connie, Maryanne and Gigi.

Just wanted to give them a shout-out. We stayed here for Mother's day weekend and my son left his chain in our room when we checked out. He didn't realize it until we were already home. Everything was great. WE HAD enough towels and wash clothes the bed slept great. I AM so glad we found a motel that doesn't charge for pets. The staff was wonderful to. Thank u all so much we will be staying again

Ok this place is extremely clean and up to date. It has a beautiful pool that lights the night. I enjoy the staff and walking distance to restaurants, send the kiddo's for the a meal. Highly recommended!

We stayed there for 2 nights and we were pretty impressed. It was my mom, 2 teenage daughter's, toddler son and I. The rooms were very clean. The only thing I have never been to a motel without a blow dryer lol. If only they had a breakfast it would of been awesome.

Rooms are clean. Breakfast is a lot to be desired. No cereal, no hard boiled eggs, no fruit, nothing but coffee, juice, sweet hard muffins! As big as this place is, we expected a bit more than they offer for breakfast.

The front desk employee that checked me in was knowledgeable and quite hospitable! The room was clean and the accommodations were adequate. I would stay there again. As a number of other reviews show, it's older and maintenance isn't really up to standard. Jets on the outdoor hottub didn't work, told the desk and they only said the motor broke the day before and at least it's still hot. Bathtub plug wouldn't latch so no bath. I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was easily accessible & easy to find. My first impression of the lobby was that it was spacious, clean, and modern. Location proximity to the VA Medical Center was ideal! I would love to see the VAMC enter into a contractual arrangement with this hotel to provide accommodation to disabled veterans who come into Pensacola for medical treatment. One of the best hotels for military, friends, and family. I’m here for military purposes and staying 58 days. Every day new towels, trash was taken out, and always was asked if I needed anything. My husband is staying here while out of town working. The kids & I come visit on weekends & it’s great. The staff is friendly, the pool is always clean & a great amenity, & the rooms are spacious with comfy beds. The floors always feel dirty, but I think it’s the type of flooring and with my husbands job they will get dirty anyways when he comes in from work so we’re used to sweeping & mopping anyways...

Really nice place overall, they do require a $100 damage deposit I was not aware of before checking in and the floors were very dirty when we first checked in, you couldn’t walk around without shoes or your feet would turn black on the bottom. I stayed here with my husband last weekend just to get out of the house and have time away from the kids. The ladies at the front were so amazing. The rooms were clean and well kept. It was so cute and comfortable. There was a good sized pool and fitness center, honestly they were the nicest little hotel in the area.

We wanted a smoking room. Not many hotels offer that anymore. You get what you pay for. Wood look floors help with the aesthetic. There are cosmetic issues like rust in the mini fridge but an okay room for the price

This hotel is vastly underrated. After reading a couple of reviews, I was wondering about my choice but it turn out much better than expected. For the most part quiet, close to I-10 and other attractions, and more price friendly than other hotels in the area. Now I know where to stay next year when I come down to Pensacola!

This is not a luxury hotel, nor does it claim to be. However, my room was very clean and comfortable, and when I needed service the desk clerk interrupted his dinner to resolve my issue immediately. Well worth the very reasonable price in my opinion.

This is not a high end hotel, but if you are looking for a clean comfortable place to stay at a low cost then this is your place. They were really friendly. The toilet was not working properly when we arrived and within 30 minutes of reporting the issue they had it fixed. The room was very clean and the beds slept great.
