We had a great stay overall. For the price we paid, housekeeping should be done daily. The front desk was amazing; everyone was so friendly and polite. We especially liked Candi; she is incredible. She truly went above and beyond the call! She had to deal with a difficult group of people and she managed it very well.

Husband and I stayed one night on our anniversary trip. Hotel staff were great and very helpful with parking. We had a two night stay - our first night was bad enough we considered moving to another hotel - unsupervised screaming children, and being forced to use the stairs as the elevators were packed with kids using it as a 'ride'. One of the best embassy locations I've stayed in. Located right on the river with excellent views. There's a walking path adjacent and it's very quiet and secluded. The only down side was the parking. There were plenty of spaces but it's under the bridge so watch out for bird droppings and it's a bit sketchy. I wouldn't walk to your car alone at night. Stayed at this hotel for the second time in a year. Staff is still very friendly. Breakfast is outstanding. Only constructive feedback is that the rooms are ready for refurbishment/rennovation (but are well maintained and very clean). This is one of the nicest hotels in central Illinois.

Plenty of variety of slots need more high limit slots though would attract bigger spenders. Slots are tight spent 5k came out with nothing. Before 2020 was a very good casino to go to and win. Just seems right these days.

I always enjoy spending time and some money at the casino. The staff are good and the drink hostess last Thursday was great. She was working two floors and found my coat left there. She tracked me down and returned it. Wow! That's service. Thanks and I left with some extra money.

The rooms are great. The bed is nice and soft. Shower could use a little more pressure but it is spacious enough for 2 people and if you get a suite you could have lots of fun inside😉

This is a very clean smelling and looking hotel. And the staff here is good with taking time to help you. The rooms are big enough for a whole family. The prices aren't that bad either especially since this is part of the Marriott family.

Kitchen Lady is very polite and friendly made sure my work crew got fed even before breakfast hours because of our schedule. Workers have good customer service skills. Clean room service

I stayed here for a month for work purpose, but let me tell you that it felt like home. The room was excellent , the morning breakfast was worth to wake up every morning for , and the hospitality of the employees was amazing. It’s located next to many shopping centers and off the main highway. CHECK IT OUT!!!

This hotel is one of the better hotels I have stayed at. Here you can find a pool and Jacuzzi located on the ground floor. You can also find an inexpensive shop with basic items, there is a laundromat also both open 24 hours every day. If you are looking for a hotel that is good and close to the Peoria Civic Center then this is the hotel for you.

The Marriott brand name comes with an expected level of comfort and service that is unique to all of their hotels and this hotel is no different. The staff were very pleasant the rooms were very clean and the food was good. There's not much more you can want from a hotel.

The Lady at the front desk in the mornings is amazing.She does her best to accommodate everyone! hotel seemed a bit old and could use some updating. the hallways smelled, but the rooms were okay. the pool area was great. kids loved it. the breakfast was just okay. not too many options.

Was a pretty decent hotel. The room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great the first day, but for the remaining days there were barely any offerings. Bed was also hard. Other than those two things it was great and I would stay here again.

I like the nice smell when entering the facility. Our room was upgraded to a hot tub room which was greatly appreciated. All the jets in the tub did not work and the tub drained extremely slow. I forgot to tell the manager. Service was top notch.

My husbands and I have stayed many places and you can tell when staff really cares about the people they have staying here. The rooms are clean. The staff really take the time to put everything into place for the guests and it really shows. Breakfast is good and they always have hot coffee or tea with cookies all the times. The rate for the suite is okay but the pull out sofa is awful. Impossible to get to sleep on those springs, no cushioning at all.

My wife and I have stayed here several times. We like to go to the butcher shop and pick up some steaks Grill them on the outdoor grill and eat them in our kitchen with silverware plates all of that is furnished it's like having a miniature apartment very very nice. We stayed here for an extended period of time and have to say that the staff is by far the best feature of this hotel. They are very understanding and accommodating. The breakfast was amazing on weekdays but lacking on weekends, with food often running out before the service ended. The rooms are cozy and about as nice as one would expect with no major issues.

Our house caught fire and our insurance provided our family a room here. The staff was very kind and respectful. Our studio room was well established, furnished, and very comfortable. There is a pool, gym, lounge, and hot tub. The complementary breakfast is great and provides a variety of foods ranging from cereals and fruits. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Great customer service from Tiffany in the front lobby....hotel experience is ok for a day but there are noises heard in afternoon from thuds to loud conversations. No microwave, too unfortunately.
