Everyone was so nice! Restaurant/bar staff were really friendly, the food and drinks were great! The front desk staff was extremely helpful with extending my stay and very pleasant with checking in. This hotel has been newly remodeled. It was clean and the pool area was nice. I asked for adjoining rooms when I booked two rooms for my family of five. When I checked in that was not the case. We had a great stay overall. For the price we paid, housekeeping should be done daily. The front desk was amazing; everyone was so friendly and polite. We especially liked Candi; she is incredible. One of the best embassy locations I've stayed in. Located right on the river with excellent views. There's a walking path adjacent and it's very quiet and secluded. Stayed at this hotel for the second time in a year. Staff is still very friendly. Breakfast is outstanding. Only constructive feedback is that the rooms are ready for refurbishment/rennovation (but are well maintained and very clean). This is one of the nicest hotels in central Illinois.

I really enjoyed the staff when I checked in at night. I thought the hotel was actually very well maintained. Vending machines will take your money. In the morning when we went to check out or to find someone no one was there and took about 15 minutes before he came back in from being outside. Other than that incident it was a wonderful hotel!

I came here to sleep during the day in between night shifts. The staff was very very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was satisfactory. My room was very quiet. Plenty of variety of slots need more high limit slots though would attract bigger spenders. Slots are tight spent 5k came out with nothing. Before 2020 was a very good casino to go to and win. Just seems right these days.

The breakfast was pricey, almost $13 Didn't know we had to have dinner reservations so couldn't eat in the restaurant. (Disappointing) Everything was clean and looked nice. No microwave in the room. There were some issues but after speaking with management I found out the issues are being addressed and taken care of. The room was clean, the staff was very nice, and the hotel has a cozy cabin ascetic. Great room, love the rustic outdoorsy features throughout the hotel. We got the room with the balcony, and it was very unique and quite the experience. About 500 feet from the Illinois River and Jonas Seafood restaurant right next door. Decent size parking lot. We Will be back again. Next time I want to check out their bar.

This hotel was exactly what we wanted. The indoor/outdoor pool was fun and the hot tub was large. Wish they would have inforced the 10-11pm adult only time at the pool. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed using the automatic pancake maker. The price was also a highlight!

Called in to make a reservation at the East Peoria, Illinois location. Talked to Whitney. She was excellent. Had great customer service. I had several questions and she was able to answer all them with a great attitude. She talked to the manager, Nate, and was able to get me a discounted room. This was the best Holiday Inn Express experience we have had in a while. Every employee we interacted with was helpful and professional. The property is newer and very well kept. The pool is smaller but actually kept warm! The pool area was clean. Our room was very nice. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had a great view of the bridge and skyline too. The best Holiday Inn Express we have ever stayed in throughout our trip from New Mexico to Puriora Illinois Bathrooms and Showers are big very important because I am claustrophobic the only big bathroom and huge showers throughout our trip from New Mexico to Puriora Illinois! This is a very clean smelling and looking hotel. And the staff here is good with taking time to help you. The rooms are big enough for a whole family. The prices aren't that bad either especially since this is part of the Marriott family.

I stayed here for a month for work purpose, but let me tell you that it felt like home. The room was excellent , the morning breakfast was worth to wake up every morning for , and the hospitality of the employees was amazing. This hotel is one of the better hotels I have stayed at. Here you can find a pool and Jacuzzi located on the ground floor. You can also find an inexpensive shop with basic items, there is a laundromat also both open 24 hours every day. If you are looking for a hotel that is good and close to the Peoria Civic Center then this is the hotel for you.

The Marriott brand name comes with an expected level of comfort and service that is unique to all of their hotels and this hotel is no different. The staff were very pleasant the rooms were very clean and the food was good. There's not much more you can want from a hotel.

I went to this great restaurant called one world and it was fantastic. The fpod was amazing as well as the service. The communtiy in the area is also really nice considering they even paid for my meal. The whole area looks great overall too.

I stayed there for work, room was clean and breakfast was average but that’s not too bad. There is a Panera bread and a grocery store at walking distance, Wi-Fi doesn’t work (got it to work for YouTube after changing DNS settings on my iPad). I didn’t get ice or interact with people. I like the nice smell when entering the facility. Our room was upgraded to a hot tub room which was greatly appreciated. All the jets in the tub did not work and the tub drained extremely slow. I forgot to tell the manager. Service was top notch.

It was clean and everything was nice but there was no continental breakfast and not even complimentary coffee, but the room was inexpensive so it was OK for the price.
