Drop dead stunning restore Best pool and water park in area Food is incredible anywhere but expensive !
Beautiful resort ,beautiful location perfect for couples and families
Great first time at JW Marriot, Phoenix. Excellent hotel with amazing ambience, great restaurants, and fantastic amenities. Everyone was pleasant and professional from the moment we arrived to the moment we parted. Definitely a great first stay at the JW Marriott in Phoenix. Will be back again.
The family enjoyed the stay here. The arcade and waterpark were better than we thought and the kids had a blast with both. As a morning person the garden area and seating area in front of the lobby with running water we’re really peaceful. My only regret is not using the golf range with complimentary clubs and balls more than once during my stay.
If you love golf and you have a family with kids, this is the place to go. Everything is in one location. There’s also a shopping area across the street that is easy to get to.!!!
We stayed for a week and it was amazing. It is very expensive. The resort is well taken care of. Staff was all friendly and pools were very well maintained along with other facilities. Room was clean and comfortable. Food was decent and drinks good at the hotel restaurants we dined at. It was busy with kids since it was spring break so definitely family friendly. Problems with the extra keys...

This property is a 39 acre resort. I live in Phoenix, but felt like I left town to visit a resort. The original resort was built in the 1920's in the art deco style. 2020-2021 it was closed for a year for restoration and upgrades. Much of the property is new with but keeping with the art deco style. The hotel has the main building along with separate hotel building. It has seven pools with cabanas...

Liked: Close to the airport with shuttle service Disliked: breakfast. Hot dishes were cold and not much variety for the price
1 vending machine out of service, the other I was charged 25 for 3 items. Bathtub faucet not working, water only coming out of shower head. Could hear neighbor throwing up at 5:30 am through door that may be conjoining but sounded like bathroom was right inside door.
Great clean modern comfortable hotel. They had free airport shuttle and even accommodated a late check out. Really comfy beds
Very quick registration. Room on the top floor, my favorite, great view, dinner menu limited, but OK. Shuttle to airport - prompt, friendly service.
Clean room. comfortable bad and pillow, nice staff. Great place overnight between flight. The only thing I would say could make stay better is a better food options and nicer breakfast.
Poor plumbing in the rooms. The bathroom sink was clogged in one room and in the other room the bathtub was clogged!!

The pools are beautiful, staff was accommodating to our crew of 300. 1st travel trip with my 18 year old nephew, #PowerUpWeekend2018 was off the hook!
With my family because my dad had a train in a course there. Hotel was great. The only issue is the heat, which is more of an Arizona on August issue than a hotel issue. Would love to enjoy all the stuff offered here in December when it's bearable. Room it's well laid out, with the ability close off the bedroom from a tv/sitting room.
Nice hotel! The pools are what it's all about, though. There are smaller pools in each of the hotel wings, and the big River Ranch water park nearby. The River Ranch has a really large pool with a beach entrance, volleyball net and a large waterfall with benches underneath. Around the corner is the water slide and tad pool. There is a long lazy river that goes through some cool shaded areas. There...
It's currently under construction for remodeling but the rooms were nice and comfortable. The river ranch water park is overrated. It's a lazy river and 1 water slide and a pool. The lazy river is full of rowdy kids, the pool was cold, and the water slide didn't slide - everyone got stuck. But there's a sprouts less than a half mile away and a fridge in the room. Staff is very generous with toiletries...
Looks like someone has tried to keep the decor up to date. Carpet floors and old shower fixings. The staff has been very nice and welcoming. Over all good deal. We would have paid the same price for a water park minus the hotel. I can't get over the smell of aged hotel....

Comfortable hotel for our last night before flying out of Phoenix.
In Phoenix For Baseball Tournament, The Tournament Was appropriately named as it was so hot, 114. Hotel Was Great, Staff Were All Super Friendly, Bar & Grill, Food Was Great, Hotel & Room Clean, It Was A Great Stay, When The Next Tourney Is Nearby We ll Be Back!
It was quite a walk to get to our room. We are seniors and had luggage. There is not a free or reduced price breakfast, however the breakfast buffet was WONDERFUL! Everything you can imagine, plus eggs made just for you! signage or directions to get to the restaurant were not clear. EXCELLENT driver taking guests to the airport!!
Nice and clean. Free parking. Not too far from element restaurant and hot air balloon ride.
Beautiful place. Our view of the sky and mountains from our room's patio deck was amazing, especially at night. Also the view down to the outside patio was cool. The staff members here were super genuine and willing to provide help even past midnight. I would definitely stay here again!
Great hotel and views. Very nice service staff and I was very well taken care of! Will definitely stay here again if I need to

I liked the bar and the bartender, nice clean rooms
Good place to stay. Big swimming pool, open till late night.
You have to have credit card to stay there they will not take a cash deposit. They also hold 50.00 for up to 20 days on your card. You also get charged for parking I had to pay 14.00 for a two night stay. Also no microwave in rooms for the price of the motel I feel like it should have one. The room was very clean and nice. The bath soap smells very good. Nice thick towels. Enjoyed my stay just wish...
Apparently this hotel hosts a constant parade of youth sports teams so be prepared for loud conversations and door slamming until around 11 every night. The rooms are somewhat old but redone. It was ok but no better than any other hotel that would be cheaper. The sink area is open to the room area so there will be lots of nighttime noise and light for roommates. The breakfast buffet was fine but very...
Nice hotel. Staff were super friendly and the room service breakfast was great! Would stay again!!
This is a regular 2-3 star hotel in a less than fantastic neighborhood; however, the staff is always extremely and exceptionally pleasant bringing my score up. The food is OK, but a bit pricey for the fare. The bar will close early if no one is there, which can be inconvenient. The pool and hot tub is nice.

Great, friendly service by all staff. Location is excellent to airport. Highly recommend.
Pretty convenient near the airport
The room was big and clean, but there were no slippers. Suddenly the alarm went off halfway through, and everyone was called out, including the sisters who were swimming. Then the fire truck came, which was a bit scary. The environment is still very good
Clean and sanitary. A deposit of 150 USD is required upon check-in, which will be returned within two days. A shuttle bus to the airport is provided.
Solid hotel. The bed and pillows were amazing. 4 min from the airport with a shuttle that runs every 30min 24/7. No complaints.
Excellent Hotel, Would stay again. Rooms are big, Bed comfortable, Nice Pool outside. Hotel Shuttle is on Request but saves on a Taxi fare so is worth asking for it. Restaurant is ok quite expensive. The elevators are slow and there are only two is my only complaint but overall a good hotel right next to the airport.

Clean, safe place to stay with helpful friendly staff.
Great central phoenix location. It is near a light rail station. Staff were efficient and friendly. Rooms are comfortable and the breakfast was good
The staff were very professional. The front desk team, attentive breakfast crew each morning and housekeepers were all great. We really enjoyed our stay, i thought the drink tickets were a nice touch although i didn't partake it was a nice gesture.
Great Hotel! Our stay was great! We were on a trip for an NBA game and the hotel was very nice and spacious for our family of 4. We love the indoor pool for our kids and the breakfast was amazing! We didn’t get to use our complimentary drink voucher but maybe next time. The hotel is in a great area that’s not too far from the city and restaurants as well.
Safe and restfull The check-in and check-out process was seamless. The room was clean and well-maintained, and I felt very safe throughout my stay. I had an excellent night’s sleep and would highly recommend this property.

Clean property. Staff reasonably friendly and helpful. Prices maybe a little high, unless you take advantage of prepaid rates. On site dining options are lean. Menu selections were good, but nothing special. The bar was reasonably generous with filling a wine glass, which is refreshing to see. I was surprised that this property really did not offer benefits to SPG Gold members. Usually, you will...
Nice facility but it is dated a little bit older. The banquet staff and bar staff were very good and very accommodating. Tammy my bartender made me a really good margarita. I would recommend that if you stay here you did not get a hotel room that faces towards the freeway it is very loud. Their pools look very clean although I did not have the time to take advantage of it this time.
Good family hotel. Awesome indoor pool. The only down side to that is the entire inside of the hotel is so much fun for people with curly thick hair like mine lol. Staff was friendly enough. Some seemed a bit stuck up but most were nice. I would stay again.
It's a nice hotel. Indoor and outdoor pool, indoor Jacuzzi. The food here is standard restaurant quality, nothing to sing about, but it will fill your stomach. Good location, with close proximity to just about everything you could want. Where they really shine is when they are hosting your conference. Very accommodating.
Little older of a hotel but Very nice especially for the price. Very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly & kind to both us and our animals.
Great price. Some remodeling going on, but we didn't seem to notice much noise from that. Road noise from freeway was present, but not too bad. No snacks anywhere. Desk said there was snack machines on certain levels, but I checked them all and only found soda machines. They need a pantry or gift shop. And housekeeping didn't seem to understand that the be green hang tag means no room servicing necessary

很不錯 早餐好,乾淨 ,方便
Great experience The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly, and the bed was SO comfortable.
Good: The room was large and relatively quiet. Bad: The AC was loud and kept reverting to a preset temperature that was too low. The bathroom was very small. No complimentary breakfast. Didn't feel comfortable going for a walk in the area.
We were there for a quick night stay. The property has potential but it needs an interior makeover. We walked in the door and there was power strips connecting our room to the next doors room and extension cords everywhere. Strange.

It is beautifu!. The whole place feels like a spa. Very old world Mexico. I had my bridesmaids luncheon there years ago and it was wonderful. Also, the place is very romantic for a date and weddings or receptions. You won't be disappointed!
Didn't stay at the resort so can't say anything about it but the surroundings are beautiful and quaint. We had dinner at T. Cook's and enjoyed the food, well at least I did. Had the sea bass which was very succulent, the sauce was perfect and grilled asparagus and veggies cooked to perfection. My husband on the otherhand ordered the lamb which he said had no flavor and sent back, got the short ribs...
I attended a dinner at thus establishment. The food was amazing and the place was very lively and full of energy for a Tuesday night. A great place for a professional dinner or a date night.
Charming, elegant, quaint, clean, delicious. Royal Palms is an authentic alternative to the sprawling and pretentious world of corporate resorts, despite being owned by Hyatt. I spent 3 days at Royal Palms on business and was allured by its intimate courtyards, abundant citrus trees, flowing water, and well-kept landscape. The rooms were smaller than your average resort, but that doesn't mean they...
I LOVE this place! I've never had such a positive and friendly experience from every single staff member at a hotel. We were in town for a wedding and decided to stay here for one night to relax. Nice updated hotel. Just sucks they have double beds and not queens. Pool area is fantastic and dining is nice. Elevators could use some updates but overall will definitely come back and recommend this hotel. Good service as well.
The place is really nice and clean, the customer service is amazing there. The only thing I did not like was the size of the beds, the room I purchased was the Junior Suite, 2 Double Beds. The beds are full size beds so since I have kids that move a lot in bed it was a pain having a small bed. I wish the beds were queen size and also the room was pretty small compared to other similar hotels. The real...
Decided to get the double suite and it was a great choice. There were doors that separated the bedroom from the living room area which was great for when people were visiting. There was plenty of space and also a leather futon that once folded down, it's a bed. Room was clean, pool was pretty, and customer service was excellent. Perfect location for visiting GCU students.
Visited for school residency. Room is clean and comfortable. Restaurant has a fun atmosphere with good drinks. Pool area looks amazing and has plenty of comfy seating. Shuttles to the school are convenient.
As alumni I am sure I am basis. But on this trip this has been the nicest place I have been at. Sure there is construction, but that is good as the University is growing. It is right off 17 which is helpful in finding it. Food is amazing and staff is helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The Residence Inn was very clean and I love the the 2 bedroom suites with 2 bathrooms and mini kitchen. I will definitely will book again at this hotel.
The hotel is conveniently located across the tram. We took it to Chase field for a baseball game. Nice and fast ( 8 stops ). Area is very safe with lots of shopping and dining option. The roof top pool was a hit with the kids. Room was clean and very big. Parking in the garage adjacent to the hotel was very convenient. Will stay here again.
We had a great stay with Residence Inn. Great customer service. Thank you.
The hotel was beautiful and conveniently located. The staff was very helpful. We had an issue our second night, when we returned to our room after a long day out, looking to relax…. I stayed for a business trip. It was close to my client location hence I did not rent a car. It would be very difficult to get around without a car. There is no decent restaurants nearby except Dennys and Hilton. Room was comfortable and staff courteous.
Just stayed as an overnight guest at the hotel. Arrived at midnight, has shuttle service 24 hours from the airport to the hotel, just have to call them and they will pick you up. We had a great experience in our one night stay here at the San Carlos Historic Hotel! Very quaint and cute for a decent price. Unfortunately our only downfall was when I called back to question a 10$ “surcharge” fee, Tony the Manager rudely hung up on us. He was very unprofessional as he proceeded to ask me sarcastic questions instead of simply explaining to me what this extra fee is for. It is understandable...
Great location for a classic property. One of the few left in downtown Phoenix. I'm the middle of the action with A Mexican restaurant and an Irish Pub both downstairs. Rooms are quaint but showers and toilet are low pressure old fashioned. Bed is comfortable for an old style mattress.
You can't beat the location to the conference center and the downtown restaurants. Also the staff was super helpful and kind my entire stay. The only issue I had was with the room and the facilities. It's very much dated, I felt like I was staying in a Grandparents home, like a Boomer's parents home, which didn't feel like a hotel. My room did have an iron and a coffee maker but no stopper for the...
Aight so we stayed here 1 night. The aesthetic was cool had a very old school vibe. It looks nice and classy but it is an old building and it shows once you get into the rooms. The toilet is unique but also dosnt have a tank so that was strange, the beds are old and rickety, it smells old and musty, the shower was unusable. Basically you turn the shower on and it’s fine for about 1 minutes then scolding...
Definitely a historical building and location. The rooms and furniture could use some upgrading, though I get they're trying to provide a nostalgic setting. The beds and pillows were not on point though, very hard! We stayed in the Clark gable room, that was kind of cool to read about his time spent there and know we were staying in that same room.
We weren't over the fourth so we didn't have to fight our way home after the baseball game. There was a problem with a water leak that started flooding the hall. They were quick to move us to another part of the hotel. The room was comfortable and quaint. The pool area is very nice and a great place to sit back and relax.

We were able to do early check in, which was fantastic, and enjoy their remarkable continental breakfast. My only complaint was that the mattress was so soft, when my partner would flip in the middle of the night, I would bounce about an inch in the air. ;)
The Country Inn & Suites, Deer Valley is a very nice hotel, centrally located in the northern Phoenix area. It is very clean, the staff is friendly, it's easy to get to, and there are several restaurants and stores just a stones through away. Great place to stay with the family. The hot breakfast will service most appetites. A winner.
We got in late and needed somewhere to stay and they were very helpful! The room had a king size bed with 4 pillows and the bed was really comfortable. Had a nice T.V., a desk with an office chair, and a comfy chair in the corner. The place had an indoor pool, I didn't go see it though. Checkout was 11am.
Pretty good rooms, large sized, super hospitality at the reception. Stayed just one night, but had a comfortable sleep and good attitude both at checkin and checkout. Only complaint I have is that the heater in my room was temperamental and noisy (despite putting the fan on the low). Otherwise, a nice place to stay. Have plenty of dining options on the other side of the highway, a 3-minute drive...

Checked in late at night with my kiddo. John at the front desk was super helpful and kind! And when i made a last minute adjustment to request a pull out couch they brought the keys directly to me! Very helpful, kind, and accommodating staff
A decent value but needs updating. The room was clean, the shower was good and the bed was comfortable. The sofa was stained and we did not sit on it, but would have liked to. I liked that they did have a very nice kitchen in the room, but no table to sit at. Customer Service was kind and accommodating.
Room was clean, a lot of parking lot noise. Pillows were very uncomfortable for me. Shower rod installed incorrect so curtain wasn't very effective.
