Beautiful grounds, amazing customer service! The server named John was amazing during my stay—just personable & kind. My only issue was that I couldn’t bring my toddler’s snacks with us to the pool area. Other than that, we had a blast! Will be back!

They let you pay to park in their lot and shuttle you to the airport for only $6 per day. Best deal I could find for air port parking. I highly recommend.

My husband and I used the airport parkinh service and were very pleased. We were gone 16 days and the car was perfect when we came back. Pick up on their shuttle was very easy and quick. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful place. Our view of the sky and mountains from our room's patio deck was amazing, especially at night. Also the view down to the outside patio was cool. The staff members here were super genuine and willing to provide help even past midnight. I would definitely stay here again!

I was married 1/27/18 and we used The Sheraton Crescent for our hotel block for our guests. Due to how many rooms our block had booked, the newlywed suite was free for us and all of our guests loved their rooms!! They have no extra charge for the room if you have pets. Many hotels in Phoenix have "pet rent" anywhere from 10 + dollars extra a night to $100 non refundable deposit per stay. Apparently this hotel hosts a constant parade of youth sports teams so be prepared for loud conversations and door slamming until around 11 every night. The rooms are somewhat old but redone. This is a regular 2-3 star hotel in a less than fantastic neighborhood; however, the staff is always extremely and exceptionally pleasant bringing my score up. The food is OK, but a bit pricey for the fare. The bar will close early if no one is there, which can be inconvenient. The pool and hot tub is nice.

Everything is nice here to the level you would expect at a Hilton. The executive lounge is a great add on. However request your room be on the same level. It was less useful to have to go up 4 floors just for a drink and a bag of cookies.

This is your standard run of the mill airport hotels. Knowing the Hilton brand, I was confident in the type of room and service to expect. My expectations were met, as this was the standard hotel room with no frills. The Westin, located in downtown Phoenix, was extremely convenient to every event and activity I had planned. The room was huge and featured all the luxuries of an upscale hotel. Have stayed here a number of times. It is consistent with the Hyatt Place experience with room and food. There is no hot tub, which happens at some Hyatt properties. There is a pool that my kids have enjoyed using in the past. If you have to stay in this part of town, it is a good place to check-in. Close to a number of restaurants as well as a mall.

I was staying there during a very busy time. There were soccer and volleyball teams and business groups. It was a great stay. The staff were very friendly and attentive to every guest. The was pretty good but a bit crowded as any hotel is, but they stayed on top of making food in a timely manner.

The staff here at the Hilton Phoenix Suites are some of the most kind people! While we have stayed here for the last 18 days due to a medical emergency, with a loved one airlifted from Parker, they have gone above and beyond. Although it is currently branded as a Hilton, it has much more akin to an embassy suites in terms of architectural design. I heard from the bartender last night that they're actually going to be doing a remodel and rebranding over the next year or so. When was fine but I wish it had been a little bit cooler.

Nice facility but it is dated a little bit older. The banquet staff and bar staff were very good and very accommodating. Tammy my bartender made me a really good margarita. I would recommend that if you stay here you did not get a hotel room that faces towards the freeway it is very loud. It's a nice hotel. Indoor and outdoor pool, indoor Jacuzzi. The food here is standard restaurant quality, nothing to sing about, but it will fill your stomach. Stayed here for a quick weekend trip while attending a funeral. Staff was very friendly, the room was clean but dated. The mattress was not great as anytime my husband moved i felt like I was being bounced around. Great breakfast. Unfortunately I went during spring training so the prices were extremely high for the quality of the hotel. Overall not bad.

Just stayed here for 2 nights. Breakfast in the morning was free and was really good! The pool and hot tub was very clean. My room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. There is still remodeling work going on, however I was not bothered by it. I didn't hear any noise the whole time I was there. I think it's great they are updating the look of the place.

We had an issue at another hotel and I believe it was motel 6 black canyon in Phoenix. They did not let my grandson rent out the room and canceled the reservation. We traveled all the way from California and was just notified that my grandson could not rent the hotel. I was looking for a hotel within walking distance of things we wanted to do, and this hotel was by far the cheapest option (even the two star hotels in the area were more expensive). Upgrading to the suite barely raised the price, so it was a no-brainer. I've never stayed at a Hilton property before but I'm going to seek them out now.

Rooms were nice, breakfast was late, and the restaurant didn't have much to offer. Some of the stuff in walking distance doesn't exist anymore, so plan accordingly. Parking was a pain, and the homeless population around the area will use the bathroom on the sidewalk right in front of you. Overall, the hotel was ok. Everything else was sub par.

Our flight was canceled and had to be rescheduled and the staff was amazing and extremely considerate! We didn't have our luggage and they were able to give us toiletries and waters without asking. And check-in was a breeze! Will definitely stay here if we are in Phoenix again.
