i liked all the wall art the chandeliers. as soon as you walk in there’s a nice scent, super clean very modern
This hotel is awesome!! Great decor and a very friendly staff. Plus it's close to shopping and dining
I attended the Tipsy Tea party at the Bee's Knees inside the Camby. It was a very special, unique, and fun experience! The staff really did well at making it feel like a luxury experience. The tea cocktails were very creative and the two I got to try were quite tasty. My only suggestion would be to have a stronger tea focus on the drinks and have more that aren't citrus based. They explained that they...
Excellent experience. Great staff. Rooms well designed, quiet. Very comfortable beds.
The service was outstanding, everyone was very accommodating the entire time I was there. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms, the lobby, the pool - everything! Highly recommend staying here.
Very nice hotel. One of Arizona's smaller hotels but the size does not have anything to do with the comfort and the beauty of the hotel lots of wood lots of beautiful furniture you will enjoy your stay at the Camby. It is a lovely quaint Hotel and the staff are very gracious and they are there for you. Several of the meeting rooms downstairs are very quaint and the decor inside is beautiful. If you...

airport pickup and drop off and convenient location close to the airport, bed was super comfortable. Have stayed at this hotel several times in the past.
They let you pay to park in their lot and shuttle you to the airport for only $6 per day. Best deal I could find for air port parking. I highly recommend.
I stayed here a few months ago and it was really nice. Decided to stay here again and it got a little ghetto at night! Maybe it's just this weekend. Really nice area!
5 star entrance, 4 star rooms. It's just like any other large corporation hotel. Its fine for what you need to do.
My husband and I used the airport parkinh service and were very pleased. We were gone 16 days and the car was perfect when we came back. Pick up on their shuttle was very easy and quick. I would highly recommend.
My son and I had a great time. Clean rooms, a great pool and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. we had a very enjoyable time.

Nice place to stay in Phoenix. It is close to airport. It has his own mini van to give ride passenger from airport.Room was very nice and clean.
Nice place with a friendly staff. Morning shuttle driver must be an out of work standup. Makes an early morning shuttle ride enjoyable.
The Phoenix airport Marriott is a nice property. The staff are friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable I'd recommend it
I have mostly good things to say about this hotel, but a few things bothered me. I will try to clarify: The good: --The location is excellent. Near the airport. With a shuttle. Right off the highway in the middle of the metro area. --The staff we interacted with in the lobby, at check in, in the restaurant, etc. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. --The facility itself. Clean, well kept up, very...
Clean and pleasant room. Very quiet. The beds were comfortable, and I'm super-picky about beds... the lunch buffet at the restaurant is not worth the price. Go elsewhere for lunch.

Fantastic Hotel Chain... We seek this one out far and wide. Comfy casual settings. I must say this Best Western was a breath of fresh air. Immaculate rooms, friendly staff and a great social hour.
Staff very helpful. Good breakfast in a clean and remodeled room. Room recently remodeled. Nice clean pool and hot tub.
We booked a standard room and checked in late at night. We ended up getting a Jr suite, I'm assuming due to availability. But it was very clean, very roomy. The towels were soft and plush. Bed comfortable as well. (though we were exhausted so a little bias, we could have slept on the floor) Overall very nice, very pleased with the place.
Great hotel in every way. Perfect location for shopping and dining and sight seeing in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and all surrounding areas. Walking distance to Dreamy Draw Park for a walk, ride, run in the desert. Wonderful staff and extremely helpful. The breakfast is outstanding. They have everything and it is wonderful. Also free Happy Hour and newspapers. Love this place. We have...
Great location, great people, great service. They are putting a lot of work into the property, but everyone, from the front desk to the breakfast staff to the front desk supervisor and GM, are superb. You won't find better guest service anywhere. Thank you for a wonderful stay in northeast Phoenix.

Despite any issues we had before. The Sheraton made it right. I'm honestly very happy with our staff this year. Everything has been made right and fixed. So if you had a bad few stays give them a chance to make it right. They did and I really appreciate it. I also want to give a huge recognition to the Valet Team. Especially Greg huge thank you. Clean and quiet rooms! Very nice and updated. I was surprised to see how big the TV was. The views are incredible if you're on the 26th floor. The pool and bar was very good. A great hotel to stay at in the heart of downtown Phoenix. We stayed her for a convention and this is a 3 minute walk to the convention center. It is an easy walk to pretty much anywhere in the downtown area, including the baseball and basketball arenas. The hotel is really nice though. Great hotel!!! They have a huge lobby with plenty of space for visiting. The lobby bar had friendly & helpful staff. Rooms were spacious, well organized, and clean. Awesome service from Savanna, Brit and Zach (one to use, one to lose!!).
This hotel is in a great location in central Phoenix, and it has a lovely lobby, an excellent bar/restaurant where they are making new cocktails to enjoy. Starbucks is also in the lobby. The main reasons it is not 5-stars are the size of the rooms, which are a bit small (though well-furnished) and the valet which was understaffed for the number of cars using it. Overall, I would recommend this as...
Absolutely wonderful experience at this beautiful hotel! They take incredible care of you and make you feel so welcome. Conveniently located next to the Convention Center and lots of great restaurants. Safe, very clean, well appointed and lots of beautiful artwork, we will stay again. Thank you so much to Suzi, Dom, Rhonda, Yuki and Tonya, you all made our stay so memorable!
The daytime bartender, asking with the waitress are really slow. With only about 10 people around the bar and tables, I finished my meal before the drink came out. Ordered another one and slicing limes seemed more important. Other than that, the hotel and staff are excellent.
Beautiful hotel with friendly service and convenient location one block from the Phoenix Convention Center. Clean rooms, nice and comfortable bedding. I think the wardrobe in the bathroom a bit weird. But, I really liked the shower design. Very thoughtfully they put water switch on the opposite side of the shower had. So one can regulate water temperature without jumping from too hot or too cold stream
stylishly appointed lobby and public areas, service at the hotel bar was wonderful, room was clean and comfortable with an updated bathroom. would definitely stay here again.

Hotel location was great. The rooms were very clean. Staff were awesome.
I enjoyed my stay here. The room is very nice, it is in a great location right in downtown Phoenix. The pool is wonderful. Everything was very modern and it was easy to sleep. Only hiccup was the first room I was assigned to wasn't cleaned but we were assigned another room quickly.
Walking distance to Chase field. Parking is a disaster. The "Regency" parking garage isn't associated with the hotel. This wasn't made evident until after I parked. The valet was rude and not helpful in the slightest. They just wanted to get to the next tip. Now we were there on a busy weekend, but there was no organization! This was my second stay at this particular Hyatt location. I noticed a the same front desk manager this year as last: courteous, warm, goes above-and-beyond with helpfulness. We enjoyed the Waterpark experience, the breakfast buffet in the lobby, the wonderful super friendly and helpful service provided by the staff.
Just as Phoenix is a beautiful city thriving in a desert, this resort is a lovely oasis nestled near the border between two bustling cities. I visited outside of the main tourist season and enjoyed every moment of my stay. I'll limit my comments to what I experienced as an off-season visitor. First priority: be sure to check out the nearby South Mountain Park and Preserve, which is steps from the...
We did a stay-cation with family. Overall the resort was nice. The water park was great with nice balanced for kids/adults. I will say the big slides were a little hard on the back as you felt the connection joints going down vs other water parks we've visited. I also removed star as I was little shocked at the amount of dirt on air filter.
I did like this place. Family friendly. Room was clean. Quiet at night. Oasis was fun. Something for everyone of all ages. Pools were clean. Only downside was when making reservation, I called main phone number on website, when I called to confirm and ask questions they said because I reserved with a 3rd party there was no cancelation or refund or reschedule available. I was not aware I booked with...
Very nice resort. The rooms are well kept and the views are great. I’m not a golfer, but the golf course provided a lot of these interesting views. First time staying here and loved it. The views were amazing having been tucked away a bit up in the mountains. The staff was great and super helpful with anything I needed. Went for a girls trip/birthday party. We were able to access the pool early. Way before check in which was really nice. Definitely liked the drinks at the family pool better than the ones at the 21+. With my family because my dad had a train in a course there. Hotel was great. The only issue is the heat, which is more of an Arizona on August issue than a hotel issue. Would love to enjoy all the stuff offered here in December when it's bearable. Room it's well laid out, with the ability close off the bedroom from a tv/sitting room.
Nice hotel! The pools are what it's all about, though. There are smaller pools in each of the hotel wings, and the big River Ranch water park nearby. The River Ranch has a really large pool with a beach entrance, volleyball net and a large waterfall with benches underneath. Around the corner is the water slide and tad pool. There is a long lazy river that goes through some cool shaded areas. There...
It's currently under construction for remodeling but the rooms were nice and comfortable. The river ranch water park is overrated. It's a lazy river and 1 water slide and a pool. The lazy river is full of rowdy kids, the pool was cold, and the water slide didn't slide - everyone got stuck. But there's a sprouts less than a half mile away and a fridge in the room. Staff is very generous with toiletries...

Charming, elegant, quaint, clean, delicious. Royal Palms is an authentic alternative to the sprawling and pretentious world of corporate resorts, despite being owned by Hyatt. Holly the General Manager and her entire team (and I mean entire team) were incredible during this trying time. We had the opportunity to encounter every staff member and everyone was genuinely happy to be there and serve. Best service I’ve received...
Room was good, though door had some maintenance issues that staff were happy to address. Really wonderful staff service during our time there. Would have valued some more allergen friendly options at the breakfast, but the quality of what there was available was good.
The room was nice and comfortable. We selected this hotel because it was convenient to the airport, the rental car pick up and the planned direction for the next day's trip.
