Location very convenient. Rooms were fine, but some areas where maintenance could be improved. You can definitely hear a tiny bit of noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway (especially doors slamming!) but not terrible and nothing that would keep you awake at night. Perfectly serviceable.

Wonderful place with friendly people. Ask for either Jessica or Marvin, they will go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. BUT Henry, the shuttle driver, maybe THE MOST INTERESTING MAN IN THE WORLD! He will take you to where you to go while providing you with a tour and history of the city. You couldn't pay for a better experience.

Stayed here for a weekend trip to Pittsburgh. The location is great; right across the street from the must-see Cathedral of Learning, and also few minutes walk from Forbes Ave (food and drinks), and Carnegie Mellon University. Rooms are old, but clean. The concierge was helpful, but not overly welcoming or warm. The stay will be a forgetful one. Parking is $20/night, would recommend parking structure on Forbes Ave instead ($5 - 12, depending on weekday/end). There is a free shuttle (but you are recommend to tip the driver) which takes you anywhere in a 3 mile radius.

Menu is basic all around American. Taste freshly made. The burger made from wagyu beef was great so tender and juicy.

Beautiful hotel. Immaculately clean. Wonderful staff. Great on-site restaurant. Quarter mile walking distance to restaurants, museums, parks and other activities. Free On-site parking. Perfect experience ask around.

Standard no frills hotel. Great location. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The door on our room was weird and to close it properly when we left we had to insert our room key after we had left the room otherwise it kept dead bolting preventing the door from closing. The A/C was also very loud. Overall an average no frills hotel. Could use some updating. Parking and breakfast not including in rate.

Rooms small and basic. Comfortable but minimal. Personally not worth the price. No maid service during stay.

Rooms were good. No fridge and the ice machine on our floor was broken but otherwise good. Not too far from Acrisure stadium. The restaurant downstairs was very good, the bartender was very attentive and friendly. Be prepared to pay for parking ($28/day).

for the price i would expect a better service and better rooms.
We stayed 3 days and no cleaning the room or change towels or pick up the trash.
Blankets were to old and even had tears on them.
They did not offer breskfast as part of the price.
The front desk were very nice and very friendly.
