Great river views, would not have wanted a city view or lower floor. Restaurant had very good food. Because we were there when it wasn’t a busy time of year we enjoyed the pool and hot tub very much. Floor to ceiling windows with a view. But not much space if it were crowded. Good experience all around. Best located hotel for what we were looking for.

I can't say much about the rooms since we got the most economic one possible. It's an ada room. It's very clean and seems very accessible. I don't know that the shower is accessible as it should be. It does have a couple inches of a soft rubber bump to get up in the shower. We had a great experience this weekend. Stayed two nights with an amazing view of the river. Room wasn’t huge, but very nice with a big and comfortable bed. We were very happy with it. Valet with in and out privileges was $43/ night which was worth it for us as we were in and out all weekend. Front desk were very friendly and welcoming. We spent a week here for our annual baseball trip. PARKING is stupid. $38 a day, we literally parked around the corner for $20 a day. On top of the $230 a night for our room. Very nice hotel. Rooms are nice and spacious. If you arrive early they were happy to tag and hold our bags until check-in was available. Short walk to PPG arena. Lobby and lobby bar are a nice area to spend some time. The Tap Room has great beer selection and the chips available there are quite good, server we had twice was fun and entertaining.

This is a very nice hotel that we got at a good rate through trivago. Our room was clean and not too noisy, though we did leave the air conditioner running all night to block out noise. We used the shuttle service to go to McDonald's for breakfast (cheaper than the hotel restaurant) and everyone was nice. Our suite had plenty of space for our family of 5. Hotel is well located. Easy walk to great restaurants, theatres and stadiums and a small Target is located 1 block away which was so convenient to pick up snacks, etc for the kids. We watched a Pirates game there. Seats near the field are below ground level so you get a very good view of the field. Looks not to have a bad or obstructed seat anywhere. Lots of opportunities to get a foul ball. Lots of activities for young people. Staff was friendly and efficient. Prices for food were reasonable. They had fun activities between innings. A great time.

Always a comfortable stay. Rooms are clean and spacious, beds are comfortable, breakfast and happy hour are included. Front desk staff, will always give a couple free bottles of water when asked, and typically have complementary travel items for the occasional forgotten toothbrush. Rarely ever have a problem, and when it happens, front desk is more than happy to help.

Super comfy beds but be sure to lock your car doors. I accidentally left mine unlocked on one of my trips up to the room and got all my change and gift cards stolen. Other than that and the sand paper tp that left my poor butt raw 🤣 it was a great hotel with friendly staff

The hotel is in a great location, which is convenient to many of the restaurants and shops downtown. We’ve stayed here a number of times to visit family in the area. The rooms were clean, staff was helpful and friendly and it’s in a prime location that not too far from the city. The Panera Bread downstairs was also a convenient place to grab something to eat. Hope to see it re-open soon.

We enjoyed our stay. The first night was a little rocky because when we checked in and got settled we noticed our door did not lock and were unable to leave our room until the following afternoon when maintenance replaced our keycode door. We recently stayed at the Inn. We enjoyed our stay and really were pleased how easy it was to get to the different museums and tell National Avery and Zoo from this location.
