My second time staying here and it will be the the beginning of my yearly trips. I planning on coming here twice a year. The staff is perfect! Friendly accommodating and just down right nice people. The views are amazing and the water is right across the street. Beds are super comfy. Only thing I would do is update the mini refrigerator. It froze a few things but .....that was fine.
DELIGHTFUL!! Great location- the views couldn’t have been better & you can walk to Ptown to avoid the parking crunch. Our room was clean, very modern, and comfortable. The hotel heated pool, water play ground, and padded lounges with clean stainless steel fire pits was the absolute best touch for outdoor living space. I wish we had stayed more than 3 nights.
The rooms were a bit dated, but the beds were comfortable. The staff was nice. We had a great time at the large pool and the poolside bar was good! We rented scooters to go downtown. I suggest the three day rental if you're staying that long. It's quite a hike without them.
We had an excellent 2 night stay while visiting Provincetown. Rooms were clean and spacious with direct access to the pool and entertainment areas. The shuttle service is privately operated and the service is worth the tips as the taxis are overpriced and take advantage of the vacationers. They have figured out how to keep prices reasonable while staffing at a minimum. They are clearly respected in...
Only stayed here for one night and checked in after the lobby closed, but the rooms were very clean and well stocked. The view of the beach is breathtaking and it's not too far from the center. Would recommend driving to the center though.
I loved it.. the rate was phenomenal... they upgraded our room at no additional cost.. thinking of staying again my next visit

Looks like a great place to have a wedding. Dalton from Jamaica and Elizabeth from Romania at the front desk are wonderful! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are expensive but you get what you pay for with the view and the great staff. Remember to be patient with them as the place is so busy that checking in might be a bit difficult.
Nice, clean room with an unbeatable view, and great access to the Causeway as well as walking distance to restaurants in Provincetown. Check-in was quick and friendly, breakfast is reasonably priced for what it is. Just wish they had a more convenient way to purchase essentials and that dinner could be served in the nice breakfast room overlooking the beach, rather than the dark bar. For the price...
The room was not out of this world, it could have been a bit better. But the view and location was amazing. The staff in the dining room were super friendly and so nice to us, love all the ladies we met. Pool time was very enjoyable definitely my favorite time
It was a great place to stay in Ptown! I’m glad that they have both a pool and beach! We got to the beach at 11 and both areas had a bunch of lounge chairs to choose from. The rooms were clean but walls are paper thin. The bathroom was tiny. The sink was so small that the faucet hangs over the whole width of it, so it was hard to brush my teeth without getting the faucet dirty. Also, you could barely...
Had such a wonderful experience here with a large group of friends- everyone who works at the inn are so friendly and accommodating, rooms are clean and well-kept (including an incredibly comfortable bed!), pool is a ton of fun, drinks are delicious at the pool bar, and most importantly, the location and views are fantastic!! Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Provincetown and...
The P'town Inn is not for everyone. It's not a Hampton Inn. It's quirky. There are painted murals of old P'town scenes in the main hallway. The hallways wind, and the stairways show up in improbable places. But there's a sitting area with a gas fireplace, the ocean views are great, the service is very friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Plus they have a pool as well as their own beach...

Everybody was so friendly, efficient and professional. The breakfasts were delicious as was the tea, coffee and cookies that were available all day. The pool area was really peaceful and charming. The hotel, for us, was within easy walking distance of the town facilities and sea. It is always difficult to describe an atmosphere but we felt as if we had a truly relaxing, peaceful stay here. Thank you
We just recently stayed for 3 nights. The hotel was great, as well as the staff. We were stuck in a lot of traffic coming up and the hotel took the time to call to make sure we were still coming and if we needed anything. The room was spacious and clean. The best thing was it was super quiet there. We will definitely be back to stay.
It was a nice stay. Quaint. The hotel is located up on a hill, and not too far from the town, where you can shop and just enjoy the beaches.
It was our visit to the Cape 2016. After careful research I learned about the wonders Provincetown has to offer. I wanted to surprise my now fiancé for our anniversary. The staff was helpful since the booking process. The staff prepared a lovely welcoming for us with petals on the bed , cheese & cracker platter and lovely white wine. We felt so welcomed and were treated very well during the stay. The...
This is the best resort I have ever been to! The place is super clean (up to the very corners) and doesn't have this dusty smell like most of the hotels. The stuff is very friendly and welcoming. I will most definitely go back there!!!
Awesome place to stay! Our room was cozy and the beds were comfortable. The staff is very welcoming and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. We loved the free cookies and the delicious cake made available at the reception all day round, and the home-made breakfast was just perfect!thanks!

Very good service, cozy room. Though the pillow cases were very dirty with stains and some maintenance can be done in the room. Having said that, it's a lovely place overall , with jacuzzi and saunas (plural) , cheese and wine (red only 😄) offer at 4pm . Cute dining area , smoking balcony (yay 😅) and charming place and stuff :)
Beautiful LGBTQ friendly guest house. Room felt upscale and very clean. Gorgeous linens and bedding. Fireplace was not working was my only complaint. Free wine and cheese hour and free breakfast!
So friendly. The breakfast every day was delicious. The room was charming and nicely appointed. The spa is wonderful.
Beautiful place, comfortable with congenial hosts. The sauna, Turkish steam bath and hot tub make this place entirely wonderful.
Love love love Carpe Diem! Very beautiful! Immediately felt like family! The room was fabulous! Food delicious! Spa delightful! Everything you could imagine and more! Thank you for an unforgettable experience! Will be back again soon!
We can't say enough about Carpe Diem....we hadn't been back in quite awhile. The owners and staff make you feel right at home and comfortable....we love the grounds and the rooms. The spa is a great retreat....you must treat yourself to a massage! Jay was amazing. Lifechanging! Thanks guys cya soon!

Particularly gracious owner Courtney- energetic, authentic, deeply warm and genuinely kind. Remarkably competent, seasoned professional. Will definitely return, as many guests do. Location unbeatable- near the heartbeat of the town, harbor views, and direct access to the water across the street.
This hotel has everything you need! Super nice staff! Lovely rooms, a tasty breakfast ;) The team also had great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Will def come back some day 🙂
You can’t beat the location, right Commercial St. steps from all Provincetown has to offer but just enough into the east side where the quieter area begins. The owner, Courtney is the friendliest, most accommodating host you could ask for. We have stayed with her twice and she welcomed us for our second visit as if we were life long friends. The breakfast and happy hour are highlights of the stay...
Great B&B in the heart of the action. The food was great, the happy hour an added perk and the people were wonderful. They were very accommodating on our check out day and let us leave luggage while we enjoyed our last day there. Excellent service and look forward to staying longer next time!!!
Booked my stay at the Somerset House Inn on a whim and could not have been more thrilled with my decision! Courtney and her incredible team made my first time in Provincetown a very memorable one. The location is excellent, the inn is simply adorable, and the food was delicious. I especially appreciated being able to leave my bags at the inn on check-out day while I spent some extra time in town before...
First time to Ptown and it was most certainly a success and this Inn made the trip even better. The owner Bob was so nice and made us feel right at home. They also do a cocktail hour which was great because it helped us make friends in the house.

Amazing place! The staff (shout out to Cassandra) and the location can't be beat. The room was big and beautiful and the casual atmosphere was welcoming. Can't speak highly enough about the breakfast, either - don't skip the granola! Loved our time there.
Eben House has the charm of an old building and the conveniences of a modern one. Cassandra and Tim were wonderful, so warm and welcoming and helpful, with terrific recommendations for dining out. Breakfast was delicious, and we made good use of the small saltwater pool. It was exactly the relaxing, charming getaway we were looking for!
What an excellent time! Cassandra reached out in advance to ensure a smooth check-in and then she and Tim were on their A-game making sure we were taken care of the entire time. The room was excellent, the location is fantastic, the parking is super easy (it's right behind the B&B), and both Tim and Cassandra were extremely attentive, kind, funny, and helpful. I am so glad we stayed here and we will...
We had an amazing stay here for a long weekend in June. We arrived late and effortlessly found our room. Cassandra welcomed us with an amazing breakfast the next day and both her and Tim went above and beyond to accommodate us. This included amazing local tips, help getting reservations and pampering us with delicious cocktails at the pool. There were so many little details that made us feel at home...
We had a delightful time at Eben House! Cassandra and Jim were very kind and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was spacious and cozy; and the house itself was updated yet still had a lot of the charm and character of an older home. We loved hearing about the history of the house! It is also perfectly located to the downtown area, which we loved walking around. This was the perfect getaway...
Great place to stay near Commercial Street and the other bars. Gas-burning fireplace in the bedrooms.

The Queen Vic Guest House is a great place to stay. The beautiful and tastefully decorated house, the perfect personal service from Stan and the beautiful city make it hard to go home. It is the many details that make the Queen Vic Guest House so special. We fell in love with this place and would love to stay forever.
What a wonderful and peaceful few days we have had in this beautiful guest house. Fabulous host and clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was lovely too!

The guest house is in a perfect location, on commercial street but just off the busiest part. My room, facing the back, was peaceful and impeccably comfortable. The owners are lovely and the whole place is guarded by a friendly but professional and reserved dog named Zoey. My own friendly but reserved dog felt very at home and got along well with her. They have lots of outdoor space to lounge around...
Just had a fantastic stay at Queen Vic in Provincetown with my wife and our little dog. This is a charming b&b just 5 minutes stroll from the heart of the action on commercial st, yet enough on the edge to still be quiet and relaxing when you need a break from it all. The room was great the house was great and Stan the proprietor was super friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Will definitely stay...
We recently spent two nights at the Queen Vic and our stay couldn't have been more perfect. Stan and Josh were excellent hosts and gave good local information about restaurants and entertainment. Very friendly ladies! Love the room. Bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy. Interesting decor. Breakfast is a standard continental. Very satisfying for a quick bite but definitely not keeping you from going to town and getting something delicious and heavy and gluttonous. (cafe heaven is so worth the walk!). Parking lot is a bit tight but nothing bad and one of the ladies will back...
Stayed here again for the third time. Lovely and very clean accomodations in a great location. Ruth and Cami are warm, inviting and engaging. The continental breakfasts are delicious. Missing Patrick. Can't wait to go back!
Loved the Bayberry. It felt like home away from home. It was beautifully decorated and well cared for. Its location was perfect. Easy walking to everything. No need to drive unless you want to. It is definitely a place I would recommend. I know we will be back.

I stayed here on New Year's Eve 2014 with my husband, brother, and his girlfriend. I had stayed here before 3 years prior. I am glad to see that the new owners, Cory and Kurt have maintained this great place in Ptown. First, you cannot beat the location. It is steps from Commercial Street and all Ptown has to offer. I stayed in room 3. It was gorgeous, spacious, and had a really nice private deck....
They have thought of everything to provide you with a wonderful stay! Can’t say enough wonderful things about the place other than to say we will be back! Perfect location to get to everything happening in PTown. Cory and the staff at the best!
Perfect location close to everything and the Inn was super cute and clean. Loved the private patios for the deluxe rooms. Would definitely stay here again.
Can I come back tomorrow? Perfect location, friendly hosts, great bed, spotless room and wonderful breakfast. My husband and I had a great time. Thank you for your hospitality.
This place is great, everything was 10/10. This is one of those places that you are reluctant to write a review, because when you go back, you're only going to want to stay here and don't want others to snag your room. If you're not staying here when visiting ptown, you're doing yourself a disservice.
place is immaculate and well taken care of. breakfast in the morning beats anything around and the owners are both great and want nothing but the best for their guest.

Stayed here first time during Spooky Bear. The staff was pleasant & friendly, the rooms were updated & clean, the included breakfasts were tasty. All in all a terrific stay.
What an amazing time at this Hotel! Jay (the Manager) was outstanding and extremely friendly. Breakfast every morning was delicious as well as the complimentary coffee, cookies, and soda. Can't say enough about how much my partner and I enjoyed this hotel. We really wanted to stay another night, thanks again for a great time!
I usually don’t go out of my way to write a review but this place was perfect. Decided to stay in Provincetown another day in large part because we could stay here another night. Meticulously clean. Neat little touches all around such as the “you are pretty neon sign”. Feels like a small beach resort. Staff very friendly. As I was leaving even got cookies to go.
Absolutely lovely place to stay! Fun and welcoming staff, immaculate renovated rooms, very cute and pristine grounds including a lovely froze bar. Location is perfect for those that want to be a bit closer to the beach and a leisurely walk / short bike ride into town. And far nicer accommodations than rooms you typically get in beach towns. Perfect place to rest after full days of fun in ptown.
Omg where to begin. Jay and Cody are super amazing! Attentive, friendly, they honestly were such a big part of our experience. We came as a group of 7 and all had an amazing experience, we stayed in rooms 9,10, & 11, all were really clean. We all loved the fact that rooms were automated with no keys. Rooms come with shampoo, conditioner, lotion and body wash which is perfect for when you forget! The...
We were here in mid-October, a few years back, for a family wedding. The breakfast was very good, and the rooms were spacious and cozy. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We had booked original reservations back in January 2022 at another B&B that we stay at annually. Regrettably, there were “unforeseen issues” that spiraled out of control due to the sale of the condo we were supposed to stay at. My family had a reservation here at Eastwood so I gave them a call. All of P-Town was pretty much sold out for the Halloween weekend but Bob the manager was able to find a...
Beautiful apartment!!! Very cozy spacious equipped with everything and anything I love!!!! Yaaaaayyyyy!!!!❤❤❤
I just loved it! The place was immaculate. The staff was awesome. I will definitely make this my permanent place when in the Cape. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. Just bring your food. My only complaint is I had to come home.
Sweet place, very comfortable. Walking distance to Provincetown. The management and staff are great. Promptly would provide any items we requested. Sandy at the front desk was amazing as I left some important items in the unit. The staff alerted her and she called us immediately however we were way out of town by the time we heard the message. She was kind enough to nicely package everything...
The pool and hot tub and the good people.!!! It has a nice location on Bradford and it set back and thus quiet.
Stayed here in the winter for a weekend. Clean, comfortable, well heated. Conveniently close to downtown. Great place! Will be more enjoyable in the summer to take advantage of the amenities.
