Great jogging path: Jog north on Vernon, go under the bridge. You'll find a park off to the right just past the bridge. The park offers a couple of pedestrian trails - good for taking a few laps.

Basic room with nice view but ridiculously out of repair plumbing. The toilet was running when we arrived, my husband fixed it, and fixed it again every time we used it. Crazy. The location was convenient to our Saturday night event, but would never stay there again. For $300/night plus $30 for parking I expect better. The hotel was completely sold out so no other room available to move to.

I was traveling with a large group which included young kids back in October, and the staff at the hotel was fantastic. Often times traveling with large groups and multiple rooms can be stressful. They really helped us out with the check in process to make it as efficient as possible, they explained everything to us and were overall very helpful. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and quiet, and our stay was restful. It is walking distance to many many eateries , as well as subway station. I really enjoyed my stay, i'd definitely recommend!

It smelt as someone was just putting out a joint moments before we walked into our room, and most frustrating ice cold water, absolutely no warm water remotely in the shower or in the sink. Unforgivable.

This hotel just felt very dirty to me. Wish it did not have carpets. No hot water in my shower and one of the towels I had smelled super musty. Just overall weird musky smell in rooms and everywhere.
Staff was nice and location is good, but wanted to just check out and not look back. If the price is right - I don’t see the big deal for a couple days - but would never do an extended stay here.

Terrible experience. I arrived after midnight and was hoping to find a room. They didn't have one for the night which is understandable. However, I purchased two upcoming nights and sat in the lobby for 10 minutes before being removed like I was a vagrant. This is after the gentlemen behind the counter said I can hang around for 30 minutes and gave me the wifi. I've recommended this place numerous times in the past to visiting clients and friends. Never again. There are better hotels within walking distance that are far nicer. I was treated like I didn't matter at all. Which is not how hotels are supposed to treat paying customers.

Simple, affordable hotel in LIC. We always recommend it when guests come to visit. A quick walk to Vernon Blvd shops and food.

Great staff, super clean and pretty rooms! Obviously not all rooms will have a manhattan view, so be sure to call and request a room with a view before arriving!

Everyone is so nice at this hotel, great rooms, plus it's near Manhattan. The only downside is that the shuttle service for the subway ends @ 10h30 PM, and the neighborhood feels a little sketchy
