My family and i had a wonderful stay at this Hotel the staff was very friendly. They would text my to see if we are need of anything. Rooms are often clean when we return from touring. For being a Gold Hiton honors vouchers was given at check in .. which you can redeem for breakfast or at the bar…. Great Hotel!!
Rooms were clean and nice, lobby was nice. But the Showers were cold and showerhead was so low and a 6’1 person cant fit without bending to get hair wet. and mini market is very expensive. They were also doing construction and were very loud in the morning painting and drilling and yelling at each other.
Staff was friendly and accommodating. Our request was met for a higher floor and quiet area which was nice. Overall a great value and pleasant stay. The in room coffee was a let down but the down stairs was great at an additional cost. They maintain the grounds very well.
This is a great option if you need to stay near LaGuardia airport. The shuttle is so helpful in getting to and from the airport. The lobby is well updated and spacious. The rooms are a bit dated. Our room was connected to the room neighbor’s via a locked door, and the walls were very thin, making it not a quiet, peaceful environment.
The service, from the shuttle driver to front desk to F&B to housekeeping/maintenance was phenomenal. The lobby was grand and welcoming but not intimidating. The rooms were clean and spacious for a New York hotel. I won’t be staying anywhere else on future trips to the city.
Amazing hotel! Staff were friendly and on top.of things, very helpful. Pool and whirlpool were the best! Kept us relaxed and well rested. We arrived as Covid closed down the world. The team kept us safe and informed of the situation. Well done! Looking at returning in February if prices go down and SWA gets it together.

It's a pretty standard hotel that got me in at a fair price in an emergency situation, which was very nice. It was clean and the room was sanitized. But, Cheryl the bartender made it a point to ensure I was served and comfortable despite my late arrival, and she should be commended for her customer service skills.
The room was awesome the front staff were amazing same with a gentleman that was working he took really good care of my husband and I coming back from vacation he upgraded our room for free. His name stayed with a J he was super friendly and attentive to catering to my needs or answering my questions. They even paid for my taxi to airport as on Sundays the shuttle doesn't run. Only down fall is not...
THE FRONT DESK STAFF!!! Ashana, Latoya, Ron, Lee, and Chris are an outstanding crew of employees exemplifying superior customer service!! The staff as a whole went above and beyond to assist and guide me through the city. From their daily pleasantries, smiles, welcoming behavior, detailed directions and honest recommendations to continual check-ins of my satisfaction during my hotel stay. I felt comfortable...
I am a very frequent traveler, and I had a one night stay here in between work trips. First off, this hotel has WONDERFUL and friendly staff, especially Latoya, Andy and Cory, they were AMAZING! My work trip was much later at night and these three helped accommodate me for a later check out last minute. I’ll be sure to pass their names on to my fellow coworkers who stay at hotels near JFK frequently...
Had to stay in this hotel when I missed my connection. Quick and Friendly check in at Reception. Rooms are good and clean. Bathroom is neat and clean. Bed was very comfortable. It could have been better if there is a good vegetarian restaurant. There is no other alternatives.
Booked 2-nights stay and a day-room because I was travelling with my 2 year old daughter. Came in on an early flight from Toronto Friday morning 6 a.m and our other flight to Italy was Saturday night 11:30 p.m. Arrived at the hotel 2 hours before the scheduled time which was 9 a.m and was allowed to check - in into the day-room (I was very grateful and pleased). Front desk was understanding, polite...

Great place! Food was good too! We had impossible burgers! It was good! The breakfast was good too! Very close to JFK! The drivers of the hotel shuttle were fantastic! The shuttle goes every half hour and it takes only 10 minutes to reach ( traffic can change the situation). Nice, big rooms.
Very clean and nice hotel. Great location, very friendly and courteous staff. The view from my room was amazing. I enjoyed watching the aircraft ascending and descending. We didn’t have enough towels and wash rags for 4 people but, as soon as we called the front desk and requested more we got it. The only thing that was missing from the room is a microwave. I will definitely stay there again. Thank...
Was booked here due to a canceled flight.it is a flight crew hotel also. the rooms are basic but comfortable our room did have an amazing nest of pillows slept like a log.note that if you are on the west side the rooms get hot in the afternoon and you are next to the expressway which can be noisy at night. Overall an acceptable place to stay near the airport. Has free shuttle does not have complimentary...
Stayed 17 Feb 2018 - 21 Feb 2018. Wonderful stay, staff very welcoming, attentive and helpful. Room was good size with mini fridge, coffee maker and ice machine nearby. The view of Airport at night beautiful. Bus to LIRR just a short walk down the street - need correct change or purchase a metro card from hotel near bus stop. Green Acres Mall just minutes away (we travelled using Uber - really...
The Crowne Plaza was conveniently located near JFK airport. We stayed overnight with our two dogs before flying out the following morning. This is one of the few places in the area that allows dogs. We reserved a suite, which was huge and comfortable, perfect for traveling with our furry friends. Hotel shuttle with our dogs was quick and friendly. The only downside was there is no grassy area around...
Convenient shuttle to airport. Free parking, keep in mind it's not a huge parking lot. Beds are comfy. I like that they offer a fridge and coffee maker in the room. Due to the fact that it is close to the JFK airport there's not much around this area unless you got a car to go to other places for food other than the hotel restaurant.
No, My room had no air conditioning. It took forever to get a new room and they never apologized. The restaurant was understaffed and they where out of 3/4 of the menu. The overwhelmed server screwed up my order and I waited a hour and 15 min before I got my food. I was never offered a beverage and I was sitting right at the bar!

So far so good will give review tomorrow. Coming from the airport was cold! Bar should be opened at 3 pm. Just to take the chill off. Hope improvements there are made.
I was actually surprised at how nice this airport hotel was. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, updated. The room was quiet (no airplane noise). They offer a buffet at night or you can order off a menu. And the menu food was well prepared for a hotel chain. If I need to stay close to LGA again, I would definitely use this one again.
Wifi can be slow and sometimes the shampoo bottle is not as full as you hope. Be sure to check before going to bed. Shuttle to airport leaves on time which counts when you need to catch a flight
Very convenient to stay at for an early morning flight. They had real mugs, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately the coffee was pretty bad so I dumped it down the sink. The room was clean and comfortable. I don't think they have room service, which was a bit of a bummer, but otherwise I had a pleasant stay.
Parking is limited so don't be a douche and double park your SUV because if you do I'll write "DOUCHE" backwards on your dirty rear window so you know what a douche you are.
The rooms have a slope to them. Minimum TV channels. The staff was helpful. Shuttle bus only goes to two restaurants one good and the other I wouldn't go to again if I was paid to. The shuttle drops off at the airport every 15 minutes 24 hours a day.

Not the greatest location but it's ok and seems safe enough. Parking can be a pain in the a**. Nice tv, iron & ironing board, fridge. No safe. Could clean bathroom better but wasn't disgusting. Staff were quiet but polite and helpful. Overall a decent hotel for the price.
We had a great stay 💯 Our room was nicely designed and very clean. Nice proximity to the subway, which zips you to the city in minutes. The front desk staff, whom I most appreciated, is very friendly and accommodating. A convenient and economical choice for short-term and business stays.
This was a great hotel, I actually will be going back over there soon to relax and get away from downtown Brooklyn. It's accessible to everything from train, food, stores, Queens bridge and also the bus and etc. The staff was very helpful with any questions. No one bothers you they also have a no room service sign. The best felt very soft and comfy. Peace and quiet pretty much. 5 star.
For one of the cheaper hotels in NYC, one of the more pleasant ones with better amenities. Room we had was small, but good. It is a short 3-block walk to the bus, but you need that to get to the subway train. Otherwise, a cab (or ride app) is best option. No nearby places to eat, so delivery was only option.

The free shuttle service was really convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. Despite the location being outside centre, the subway system was close by and we were able to get everywhere from there. The hotel is surrounding by some amazing cheap food spots. The room had great facilities and the bed was super comfy. Lovely buffet downstairs too.
Excellent service and breakfast. Yes the rooms are well used but the breakfast totally makes up for the worn rooms. Hotel shuttle to the airport is reliable and on time with safe drivers.
Beth and her staff are so personable and friendly. I would give this 10 stars. Only 5 minutes back to LGA early in the morning. Only 4 blocks to subway to get train into Manhattan. Will definitely stay here again.
Disappointed by many things that were published, in the public forum, and NOT observed or discontinued, by this hotel. However, this will not be reported here, but to other travel review sites that travellers use for reference. More care needs to be taken in regards to customer service. At least one request was granted that was placed on my reservation. The only pleasing factor in this hotel's...
Nice location, honestly you are probably staying here because you need to be by the airport. More of a 2 or 3 star, nothing special. Used by lots of airlines to house their flight attendants. Rooms are worn and dated but they do the trick. Service was fine, and the location is pretty good, easy to get around using public transport.
I've stayed here numerous times. They always aim to please. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Water pressure is great. Hotel restaurant is along and so is their breakfast. Nice neighborhood too.

The rooms are HUGE but they smell musty and like they've been spayed with a deodorizer. Carpet is a bit worn too. Shuttle does not run after midnight so if you arrive late don't expect one. Front desk was great though. Market is well stocked and a free breakfast.
Our flight out of Laguardia was canceled, so we booked a room for the night. We were at the rental car area, as we had tried to get a rental car to drive home without any luck. I called the hotel to see if there was a shuttle, which there was. They came and picked us up at the rental car place and took us to the hotel. It was late and we got one of the last rooms, since many flights were canceled that...
I stay in many hotels, and this is one of my favorites. The staff here is just the best, you are delayed they take care of you and understand that weather happens, they go above and beyond... even better than some 5 stars in Manhattan, love the big rooms!! Overall always a pleasure being here! Thank you to the staff you guys are the best!
Very helpful staff. Huge clean rooms. Will definitely stay again. Quick shuttle bus to the airport and back.
The hotel was nice, decent breakfast, good location. Other guests make the visit simply ok. We were awakened due to loud guests at 2-3am.
My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights, and we loved it. The staff was incredibly helpful and the continental breakfast was one of the best I've had. Rooms and cleanliness were probably average. I would've given this only 4 stars for location, since it's a half mile from the metro stop, but shuttle does drop off and pick up there too.

Convenient location with big Chinese supermarkets nearby, this hotel checks most boxes as long as u manage your expectations. In particular, water pressure from the shower is great, and the gym is pretty good too and not stuffy. Staff is good too.
Hunnee greeted me and helped me sort out my reservation promptly and with no fuss. She was always smiling and it was a pleasure to have such a warm welcome at the check in desk. All the staff were very courteous and friendly. The room was very large and clean and well furnished. The free water bottles were a very welcome gift after a long day of traveling. The hotel had all the facilities you need...
I attended a conference here last week and it was a great experience all around. But I was especially impressed with their valet staff! I had left a water flask which had sentimental value and it was shipped back to me because of the extra efforts made by the valet staff, along with the hotel’s receptionist. This hotel and its staff is all class!! The atmosphere is neat, clean, and modern. Overall...
Virtually everything is steps away from this hotel if you're planning on spending time in downtown Flushing - which is like little China. There is also a club room for those that have access. The...
If you are exporing flushing, it's one the best and convenient hotels available. There is a shuttle to the airports and it's right in the heart of flushing. There is a parking lot on hotel property at a reason rate as well and close to all the good restaurants. The rooms are clean and tidy.
Used their LGA parking for quick weekend away. Good and friendly service. Good price. Shuttle is limited to every 30 minutes but otherwise excellent. Would use them again.

Front desk was great, our room was clean and quiet aside from what you might expect from typical city nights. Also to the complainers about greasy food, mind yourself: the halls only smell like food when someone walks by with fresh takeout. The only downside is the shuttle driver. I am not sure how he is supervised, trained, or otherwise managed, but he was extremely rude and outright lied to me about...
My 3rd visit to New York in a year. This is best pick so far! Clean spacious room with a fridge. Walking distance to over 50 restaurants (literally). Also has a restaurant, bar,and snack bar in the hotel along with a nice workout facility. Great staff. Sheik (Shake) is awesome and offers great customer service!
If you’re thinking about staying here I would highly recommend! Let me start off by saying that the location is perfect. It is in queen and the subway is literally a two minute walk. You ride the train few stops to grand central station and you have access to transfer everywhere you want to go. Brooklyn bridge, Times Sqaure, Wall Street etc. The hotel is somewhat in an Asian Dominate Community With...
Very good hotel choice in the flushing area. Pro: Large room with really comfortable couch. The largest hotel room I ever got in NYC. Convenient LGA free shuttle every hour. Great location for foodies. Con: the shampoo and conditioner provided are in a really small bottle, not enough for two baths. The fridge does not have a freezer
This is the 3rd year we have stayed at Hyatt Place in Flushing NY. The staff are so kind, the rooms are always exceptionally clean, the breakfast buffet has quite a selection and they change up the hot foods daily which makes for a nice surprise every morning. There are many hotel options in the area which can be overwhelming when looking for a decent place to stay. The staff at this location went above and beyond to take care of our needs. Between Michelle and the valet service at the hotel, I felt safe and welcomed. The woman who works the bar was extremely friendly as well. Definitely a great experience
Stayed here last night. Great customer service from the van driver to the front desk to the man who brought me a blanket and extra towels. I only know the names from the front desk who were so special and nice - Benson and Aliyah. The rooms are clean and nice and pretty. The lobby is attractive. The van driver waited for us because one person in my group left their phone on the plane so it took a...
First time staying at this location and will visit again. Room was comfortable and clean. The shower glass door swung in and out and the only thing that struck me as odd and fear of falling in the shower was real, so just be careful with the door and throw a towel on the shower floor if you feel unsafe. Staff was very helpful and valet was appreciated although there was on street parking, it just felt...
My group of 5 recently spent the night prior to our early morning departure from JFK airport. Our travel companions had booked a 1 BR and were accompanied by their teenaged daughter. I inquired about...
Good place to stay overall. The rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Beds are on the softer side. Near airport and has shuttle service from airport. Room had iron and ironing board, safe, and plenty of outlets. The lobby is like a small town with coffee bar, small store, and lots of seating. WiFi was a strong 6mb up and down, streamed to fire stick with no issues.
Let's start with the good: the staff is friendly. The room is cleaned daily at an appropriate time. The priceHere is why I cannot give it five stars: customers should be able to request two queen size beds instead of the standard full. the room size looks nothing like the advertised picture . It is a little cramp for my taste. They cut too many corners. There is a flimsy glass on the bathtub that flaps...

I had the pleasure of staying last year with my husband until someone got hurt and all females had to leave. Which was wrong but if I could go back. Yes I would I loved it.
Great little hotel with good service. Stayed in the Queens area to visit Manhattan and NYC and after lots of researching I chose this Hotel because of their free airport shuttle, free very decent breakfast and walking distance to some restaurants we wanted to try. The area is not that great but we never felt unsafe and it is definitely convenient. It is a mostly latino, typical old neighborhood in...
Very decent hotel. They were doing some renovations so a little crammed on our floor. Luckily not the wing were staying at. The rooms too are a lot smaller than what the picture show. Little disappointed by that. Other than that, nice amenities. Bathroom well stocked up, hot water instantly. The breakfast was the highlight of the stay. It was much better than your average continental breakfast. All...
Great place to stay, don’t have kitchen. Located near Times Square easily accessible to most of the attractions.
The front desk employee was beyond helpful, courteous, and welcoming, she provided much help directing us to local sites
Great service. Very convenient location to travel around Queens. Easy access with hotel shuttle to airport and subway.
Conveniently located a short walking distance of the subway leading to Manhattan. Directly nextdoor is a nightclub named LUXE if you're up for some nightlife entertainment. And just beyond that is a 24hr Burger King in case you get the late night munchies. The bed was comfortable and the washroom & shower worked fine. The air-conditioning was easy to work and adjust. The hotel was very quiet which was actually great, the bed how ever was hard and not soft. Decor was nice and updated. Cleanliness I'd rate at a 3.5. It wasn't dirty by any means but the bathroom door and a section of our ceiling were unfinished.
Great price. You get what you pay for! Mediocre breakfast, but it was what we expected. Beds were soft, sheets were clean. Grossly understaffed, but we didn’t mind. Room was freezing when we arrived, but the heaters work great and we got it nice and toasty in no time. I say again: you get exactly what you pay for. Although, the hotel was not in the nicest area in New York. It was not as bad as others made it seem. The rooms are updated, but extremely small. This was not a big deal, being that we spent more time out and about than in the room. We walked around just about everywhere in the area and no one bothered us at all. We even walked from the sub station to and from the hotel with our luggage. The breakfast...
Location is great, in the middle of Astoria not far from Broadway. Rooms are small but nice, and service is always prompt and courteous.
Meh. Better options nearby. Only if you have to. No bed bugs. It just barely meets the criteria of "hotel" The staff is polite and courteous. One shining (for me, truly glowing) bright spot, at the free breakfast (that is decent), they do have two Hiltonesqe waffle makers. The amazing thing is... ... THEY HAVE REAL MAPLE SYRUP!! A first.
It is located in convenient location; close to Subway train. Nice neighborhood. Parking fee is $25+tax which you normally don't know while booking a room. Their private parking spot is small very inconvenient. You better do street parking which is free after 8pm. They have clean rooms and has elevator. Front desk staff would do better if they are given more professional training.

Simple, affordable hotel in LIC. We always recommend it when guests come to visit. A quick walk to Vernon Blvd shops and food.
Great staff, super clean and pretty rooms! Obviously not all rooms will have a manhattan view, so be sure to call and request a room with a view before arriving!
Everyone is so nice at this hotel, great rooms, plus it's near Manhattan. The only downside is that the shuttle service for the subway ends @ 10h30 PM, and the neighborhood feels a little sketchy
Great jogging path: Jog north on Vernon, go under the bridge. You'll find a park off to the right just past the bridge. The park offers a couple of pedestrian trails - good for taking a few laps.

I stayed at the Adria a few weeks ago August 12th. It was close to the venue I was attending at Terrace on the Park. The room was clean. My overall experience was OK. However, there are some basics that would enhance guest experience even though it's a 2-star establishment. E.g. an effort to clean the rooms and change the linen a bit more often and replacing the current key cards system with a more reliable one so one doesn't have to have their keys recoded each time they return to the hotel. The location in my opinion is excellent...
neat and clean. asked for non smoking but they provided a smoking room. Internet is not good at some rooms
As far as location goes places to eat are quite scarce, there is a McDonald's across the street but I'll pass. Parking is also an issue until after 7pm, be prepared to pay for parking until then. The room was clean and up to date, nothing sticks out too much as far as service went, it's just average, I would stay again. 3/5
Very convenient location with many restaurants closeby. The subway ‘7’ is at a 2 min walking distance. Free parking (limited slots) and free breakfast are an added advantage. Andres, Marjorie, and Ming have been sterling examples of people who represent their work environment with the utmost professionalism. All three have been more than helpful while making my stay at this establishment an easy transition. This hotel would be a much different place without them.

Located in a place where it’s easy to access transportation, and that’s about it. The room we got was ok. For the price paid, the wear and tear on some of the things in the room like the toilet, tub, and carpet was too much. Would not recommend staying because I believe you can find a bit before for the price you pay here, but if you want a place just to lay your head and get straight to business without...
Great location, less that 5 minutes from the subway which takes you right to Manhatten. The rooms are large and clean but seemed to have a fair amount of broken stuff in them, like the dresser and jetted tub, (the shower still worked prefect and had great pressure). Free breakfast was pretty basic, nothing special but it's free so that's nice. And the staff seemed nice though interaction with them...
Quality time here with my boo. Prices are very reasonable & they have continental breakfast in the morning. Get there early , it gets very crowded😚
Booked last min online and was pleasantly surprised. I would def recommend staying here if you need a cheap place. And they have a small breakfast in the morning
Not fancy but a very nice and clean hotel to stay. Ask a King Room to get a fantastic view of the city of New York. The breakfast room is small so get there early for a seat. Subway just 3 min. walk.
Great hotel in a perfect location next to N, Q, R lines into Manhattan. Just a quick hop over the bridge for only $2.25. I recommend this hotel, and the complimentary breakfast.

Great location! Just up the block from the train and centered around plenty of food options. Very clean room and decent speed wifi if that matters to you. I found the soap dispensers in the shower really cool. Very cost efficient ( I'm a nerd for cost efficiency). My only real compliant would be the work going on that was right outside my room. It wasn't the fact there was work going on ( we all have...
I spent two nights at this hotel. The room rates are very reasonable relative to other hotels in their area. The staff was highly professional, from the front desk to the room service, both in the morning and evening. They offer free coffee and tea and there are plenty of overpriced restaurants nearby ($20 for hamburger/fries - seriously! In midtown yes, not LIC) The rooms are tiny small, there is...
The hotel is very well located just 3 minutes from the subway yellow line, which takes you to Manhattan in 10 minutes. Checking in and out is easy and fast and staff is helpful. Rooms are spacious and functional. Beds are comfortable and shower is good. Housekeeping does a great job in keeping everything clean. I'd definitely stay here again.
One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in the the NYC area, in a decent neighborhood. It had a spacious and well-lit bathroom. Nothing was broken, no holes in the walls, nothing like that. Everything looked sharp and clean and modern. The bed was large and very comfortable. The TV worked adequately. The curtain across the window was very effective at blocking out the morning light, a big plus for myself...
I booked a double bed deluxe room and got a free upgrade to executive room. Room was spacious and clean with open balcony side view. Hotel staffs were nice. Subway was 2 minutes walk in weekdays and 7 minutes in weekends. It took 20 minutes to NYC in subway. Location was good, few local stores and restaurants are available in just 5 minutes walk.
Came here on a whim on a random night in Brooklyn and was instantly greeted by Syad and his amazing iced tea. Being the fact that there are 6 hotels in a 6 foot radius of this place, we decided to walk into this one and we are extremely happy we did. Great guy at the desk and a Great room. Recommend 100 percent.
