My family and i had a wonderful stay at this Hotel the staff was very friendly. They would text my to see if we are need of anything. Rooms are often clean when we return from touring. For being a Gold Hiton honors vouchers was given at check in .. which you can redeem for breakfast or at the bar…. Great Hotel!!
Rooms were clean and nice, lobby was nice. But the Showers were cold and showerhead was so low and a 6’1 person cant fit without bending to get hair wet. and mini market is very expensive. They were also doing construction and were very loud in the morning painting and drilling and yelling at each other.
Staff was friendly and accommodating. Our request was met for a higher floor and quiet area which was nice. Overall a great value and pleasant stay. The in room coffee was a let down but the down stairs was great at an additional cost. They maintain the grounds very well.
This is a great option if you need to stay near LaGuardia airport. The shuttle is so helpful in getting to and from the airport. The lobby is well updated and spacious. The rooms are a bit dated. Our room was connected to the room neighbor’s via a locked door, and the walls were very thin, making it not a quiet, peaceful environment.
The service, from the shuttle driver to front desk to F&B to housekeeping/maintenance was phenomenal. The lobby was grand and welcoming but not intimidating. The rooms were clean and spacious for a New York hotel. I won’t be staying anywhere else on future trips to the city.
Amazing hotel! Staff were friendly and on top.of things, very helpful. Pool and whirlpool were the best! Kept us relaxed and well rested. We arrived as Covid closed down the world. The team kept us safe and informed of the situation. Well done! Looking at returning in February if prices go down and SWA gets it together.

It's a pretty standard hotel that got me in at a fair price in an emergency situation, which was very nice. It was clean and the room was sanitized. But, Cheryl the bartender made it a point to ensure I was served and comfortable despite my late arrival, and she should be commended for her customer service skills.
The room was awesome the front staff were amazing same with a gentleman that was working he took really good care of my husband and I coming back from vacation he upgraded our room for free. His name stayed with a J he was super friendly and attentive to catering to my needs or answering my questions. They even paid for my taxi to airport as on Sundays the shuttle doesn't run. Only down fall is not...
THE FRONT DESK STAFF!!! Ashana, Latoya, Ron, Lee, and Chris are an outstanding crew of employees exemplifying superior customer service!! The staff as a whole went above and beyond to assist and guide me through the city. From their daily pleasantries, smiles, welcoming behavior, detailed directions and honest recommendations to continual check-ins of my satisfaction during my hotel stay. I felt comfortable...
I am a very frequent traveler, and I had a one night stay here in between work trips. First off, this hotel has WONDERFUL and friendly staff, especially Latoya, Andy and Cory, they were AMAZING! My work trip was much later at night and these three helped accommodate me for a later check out last minute. I’ll be sure to pass their names on to my fellow coworkers who stay at hotels near JFK frequently...
Had to stay in this hotel when I missed my connection. Quick and Friendly check in at Reception. Rooms are good and clean. Bathroom is neat and clean. Bed was very comfortable. It could have been better if there is a good vegetarian restaurant. There is no other alternatives.
Booked 2-nights stay and a day-room because I was travelling with my 2 year old daughter. Came in on an early flight from Toronto Friday morning 6 a.m and our other flight to Italy was Saturday night 11:30 p.m. Arrived at the hotel 2 hours before the scheduled time which was 9 a.m and was allowed to check - in into the day-room (I was very grateful and pleased). Front desk was understanding, polite...

Great place! Food was good too! We had impossible burgers! It was good! The breakfast was good too! Very close to JFK! The drivers of the hotel shuttle were fantastic! The shuttle goes every half hour and it takes only 10 minutes to reach ( traffic can change the situation). Nice, big rooms.
Very clean and nice hotel. Great location, very friendly and courteous staff. The view from my room was amazing. I enjoyed watching the aircraft ascending and descending. We didn’t have enough towels and wash rags for 4 people but, as soon as we called the front desk and requested more we got it. The only thing that was missing from the room is a microwave. I will definitely stay there again. Thank...
Was booked here due to a canceled flight.it is a flight crew hotel also. the rooms are basic but comfortable our room did have an amazing nest of pillows slept like a log.note that if you are on the west side the rooms get hot in the afternoon and you are next to the expressway which can be noisy at night. Overall an acceptable place to stay near the airport. Has free shuttle does not have complimentary...
Stayed 17 Feb 2018 - 21 Feb 2018. Wonderful stay, staff very welcoming, attentive and helpful. Room was good size with mini fridge, coffee maker and ice machine nearby. The view of Airport at night beautiful. Bus to LIRR just a short walk down the street - need correct change or purchase a metro card from hotel near bus stop. Green Acres Mall just minutes away (we travelled using Uber - really...
The Crowne Plaza was conveniently located near JFK airport. We stayed overnight with our two dogs before flying out the following morning. This is one of the few places in the area that allows dogs. We reserved a suite, which was huge and comfortable, perfect for traveling with our furry friends. Hotel shuttle with our dogs was quick and friendly. The only downside was there is no grassy area around...
Convenient shuttle to airport. Free parking, keep in mind it's not a huge parking lot. Beds are comfy. I like that they offer a fridge and coffee maker in the room. Due to the fact that it is close to the JFK airport there's not much around this area unless you got a car to go to other places for food other than the hotel restaurant.
No, My room had no air conditioning. It took forever to get a new room and they never apologized. The restaurant was understaffed and they where out of 3/4 of the menu. The overwhelmed server screwed up my order and I waited a hour and 15 min before I got my food. I was never offered a beverage and I was sitting right at the bar!

So far so good will give review tomorrow. Coming from the airport was cold! Bar should be opened at 3 pm. Just to take the chill off. Hope improvements there are made.
I was actually surprised at how nice this airport hotel was. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, updated. The room was quiet (no airplane noise). They offer a buffet at night or you can order off a menu. And the menu food was well prepared for a hotel chain. If I need to stay close to LGA again, I would definitely use this one again.
Wifi can be slow and sometimes the shampoo bottle is not as full as you hope. Be sure to check before going to bed. Shuttle to airport leaves on time which counts when you need to catch a flight
Very convenient to stay at for an early morning flight. They had real mugs, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately the coffee was pretty bad so I dumped it down the sink. The room was clean and comfortable. I don't think they have room service, which was a bit of a bummer, but otherwise I had a pleasant stay.
Parking is limited so don't be a douche and double park your SUV because if you do I'll write "DOUCHE" backwards on your dirty rear window so you know what a douche you are.
The rooms have a slope to them. Minimum TV channels. The staff was helpful. Shuttle bus only goes to two restaurants one good and the other I wouldn't go to again if I was paid to. The shuttle drops off at the airport every 15 minutes 24 hours a day.

Excellent and classy/upscale venue for weddings, engagement, bar mitzvahs, and birthday parties. Excellent food. The atmosphere and scenery are unmatched. Many rooms are available for your guests.
I recently had the opportunity to photograph an event at The Penthouse, and it was an enchanting experience. The venue's open and airy space, combined with its captivating city view, created a wonderful ambiance for capturing memorable moments. The abundant natural lighting made my job as a photographer a joy. Not only was the setting visually appealing, but everyone present seemed genuinely engaged...
Came here for a NYE event & the place itself was certainly a vibe. Great views of LIC, plus I enjoyed the outdoor area too. The event itself was a let down, waited 40 mins to get a drink as it was “open bar”. Then again, that’s on the organisers.
This place is very nice for the view. Otherwise I think the food is okay and overpriced (which is allowed because you’re mostly paying for the view and ambiance) I thankfully I had a Groupon for $60 but still had to pay extra and gratuity was already included. I think this place is nice for a birthday or a celebration but not a regular dinner.
Very nice Hotel, very modern and clean. Toilet seat and bathroom tiles need some work, shower head was leaking but other then that the stay was good! Staff were very friendly and the room was really nice. I recommend it. Very cozy and comfy!!!

The hotel itself is definitely older but the management seems to be taking care of the property pretty well. There were some minor cosmetic issues like caulking that needs to be done and wallpaper coming off the walls. I’d also like to see a refurbishment of this hotel too - newer furniture, bigger TV. I would stay here again if the price was right. It’s a great one night or short stay hotel.
I’d give 10 stars if I could. Our flight was cancelled to Ga because of hurricane Ian. I booked online and we arrived at the hotel at 9 AM, way before time. Not only did she give us a room right away, but said a hot breakfast was waiting as well. We threw our stuff in the room and went down to enjoy breakfast. They had plenty of options for coffee and a hot and simple breakfast. We have no complaints...
We had a great stay! Beds, pillows, and linens were so comfortable. Staff was really nice. We were able to get in a good workout in the gym. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Shower had good pressure and hot water. We called the hotel when we landed and they sent a free shuttle for us. We didn’t have to wait at all. Very nice stay and very nice staff. I would definitely stay here again.
More accurate: 4.5/5 Stayed here for a Mets game and loved that we could see the stadium from our room! Clean, quiet room. Lounge was clean, friendly front desk, quick check in. Parking was a little smidge challenging with a large pick up truck but we made due with the garage next to the hotel, thankfully! Check out was easy, I believe our only issues was that after the ballgame we got some snacks...
Stayed one night before a flight. Clean, quiet rooms with good soundproofing, working shower and competent staff which is definitely not a given in this country at all so this was very positive. Wheelchair rooms are 100% accessible and they also have an accessible airport shuttle which is great. The only “sad thing” was that they asked more than 100$ more for an accessible room vs. the same standard...

Not the greatest location but it's ok and seems safe enough. Parking can be a pain in the a**. Nice tv, iron & ironing board, fridge. No safe. Could clean bathroom better but wasn't disgusting. Staff were quiet but polite and helpful. Overall a decent hotel for the price.
We had a great stay 💯 Our room was nicely designed and very clean. Nice proximity to the subway, which zips you to the city in minutes. The front desk staff, whom I most appreciated, is very friendly and accommodating. A convenient and economical choice for short-term and business stays.
This was a great hotel, I actually will be going back over there soon to relax and get away from downtown Brooklyn. It's accessible to everything from train, food, stores, Queens bridge and also the bus and etc. The staff was very helpful with any questions. No one bothers you they also have a no room service sign. The best felt very soft and comfy. Peace and quiet pretty much. 5 star.
For one of the cheaper hotels in NYC, one of the more pleasant ones with better amenities. Room we had was small, but good. It is a short 3-block walk to the bus, but you need that to get to the subway train. Otherwise, a cab (or ride app) is best option. No nearby places to eat, so delivery was only option.

Convenient location with big Chinese supermarkets nearby, this hotel checks most boxes as long as u manage your expectations. In particular, water pressure from the shower is great, and the gym is pretty good too and not stuffy. Staff is good too.
Hunnee greeted me and helped me sort out my reservation promptly and with no fuss. She was always smiling and it was a pleasure to have such a warm welcome at the check in desk. The hotel had all the facilities you need...
I attended a conference here last week and it was a great experience all around. But I was especially impressed with their valet staff! I had left a water flask which had sentimental value and it was shipped back to me because of the extra efforts made by the valet staff, along with the hotel’s receptionist. Virtually everything is steps away from this hotel if you're planning on spending time in downtown Flushing - which is like little China. If you are exporing flushing, it's one the best and convenient hotels available. There is a shuttle to the airports and it's right in the heart of flushing. There is a parking lot on hotel property at a reason rate as well and close to all the good restaurants. The rooms are clean and tidy.

Very welcoming 🙏 staff explaining the facilities and other convenience info.Rooms are being renovated. Bathrooms need updating. lounge comfortable and welcoming. Safe area. Good stop over for JFK .4 star 🌟 from me
Stayed for 2 days. The hotel is only a couple months new so it still looks it; nice and clean. Fallon, one of the main staff was really nice and helpful and the room was surprisingly spacious and bright. The only thing is, parking is hard to come by and you may end up parking behind the dumpsters in the back of the hotel. Other than that, Good stay!
Very clean very organized Hotel the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful his name is Falen, You can tell he really enjoys his job and enjoys helping customers. The hotel was very clean smell very fresh when you walk through the door. The housekeeping must be doing an excellent job yes a very good Hotel and I would recommend it to anyone who needs to be close to JFK it was a $12 Uber ride to...
Large but outdated rooms. The smell of weed permeates some floors. Even though the airport is less than 2 miles away it still costs $15 to get there by cab each way (not including tip). I took a cab to a restaurant called Veggie Castle. Cab fare including tip was $20 but the meal only cost me $12. I use the citymapper app on my phone so I decided to take the bus back to the hotel. The room was cleaned and had a peaceful area to it. No parking, the Air Conditioning wasn't the best. It is not walking distance to much. If you want a place just to sleep it will meet your needs.
The place is aging a bit. Room was clean and comfortable. Only 6 parking spaces in back, so had to get lucky with street parking. Convenient for a last night stay about a mile from JFK Airport.

Front desk was great, our room was clean and quiet aside from what you might expect from typical city nights. Also to the complainers about greasy food, mind yourself: the halls only smell like food when someone walks by with fresh takeout. The only downside is the shuttle driver. My 3rd visit to New York in a year. This is best pick so far! Clean spacious room with a fridge. Walking distance to over 50 restaurants (literally). Also has a restaurant, bar,and snack bar in the hotel along with a nice workout facility. Great staff. Sheik (Shake) is awesome and offers great customer service!
If you’re thinking about staying here I would highly recommend! Let me start off by saying that the location is perfect. It is in queen and the subway is literally a two minute walk. You ride the train few stops to grand central station and you have access to transfer everywhere you want to go. Brooklyn bridge, Times Sqaure, Wall Street etc. The hotel is somewhat in an Asian Dominate Community With...
Very good hotel choice in the flushing area. Pro: Large room with really comfortable couch. The largest hotel room I ever got in NYC. Convenient LGA free shuttle every hour. Great location for foodies. Con: the shampoo and conditioner provided are in a really small bottle, not enough for two baths. The fridge does not have a freezer
This is the 3rd year we have stayed at Hyatt Place in Flushing NY. The staff are so kind, the rooms are always exceptionally clean, the breakfast buffet has quite a selection and they change up the hot foods daily which makes for a nice surprise every morning. There are many hotel options in the area which can be overwhelming when looking for a decent place to stay. The staff at this location went above and beyond to take care of our needs. Between Michelle and the valet service at the hotel, I felt safe and welcomed. The woman who works the bar was extremely friendly as well. Definitely a great experience
Stayed here last night. Great customer service from the van driver to the front desk to the man who brought me a blanket and extra towels. I only know the names from the front desk who were so special and nice - Benson and Aliyah. The rooms are clean and nice and pretty. The lobby is attractive. First time staying at this location and will visit again. Room was comfortable and clean. The shower glass door swung in and out and the only thing that struck me as odd and fear of falling in the shower was real, so just be careful with the door and throw a towel on the shower floor if you feel unsafe. Staff was very helpful and valet was appreciated although there was on street parking, it just felt...
My group of 5 recently spent the night prior to our early morning departure from JFK airport. Our travel companions had booked a 1 BR and were accompanied by their teenaged daughter. I inquired about...
Good place to stay overall. The rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Beds are on the softer side. Near airport and has shuttle service from airport. Room had iron and ironing board, safe, and plenty of outlets. The lobby is like a small town with coffee bar, small store, and lots of seating. WiFi was a strong 6mb up and down, streamed to fire stick with no issues.
Let's start with the good: the staff is friendly. The room is cleaned daily at an appropriate time. The priceHere is why I cannot give it five stars: customers should be able to request two queen size beds instead of the standard full. the room size looks nothing like the advertised picture . Great place near Airport. Free shuttle available, however I walked from airport twice with luggage and once after a night out in the city. It's about a 10 minute walk. The rooms are large. Exceptionaly clean. The bistro and bar downstairs are a good option if you are too tired or can't be bothered venturing into Manhattan.
Great location of you want to be close to the airport. Its min 5 way. The check staff was great, courtesy and friendly. Louie at the bar was Amazing he did great with making drinks to perfection and getting our food orders in and to us in a timely fashion. I will definitely be back!!
Excellent location, beautiful building w decor, super close to LGA (it's a 6 min ride on a free hotel shuttle), nice rooms and clean, and they have Drybar shampoo and conditioner and wash for modern walk in glass door which are great. The room didn't have much lighting but it was a pleasant experience. FYI No free breakfast. There was a slight stuffiness to the carpet.
Great find for an overnight stay before a flight. Hotel was clean, quiet and friendly. They have a nice bar and dining area, as well as free coffee in the lobby in the mornings. I was expecting a "grab and go" style food, but this was more of a diner setting with great food options. Room was clean and quiet (read: you can't hear the planes from next door). My wife and I stayed here for a couple of days last week. She is a Platinum Elite member and we love Marriott properties. We've stayed at a few Aloft's in the past and this one is by far the best. It’s my second time coming to aloft, LIC. The service is amazing, friendliest staff ever! They all vibe with each other and it’s tangible. They have a cute lounge connected to the hotel and they have Kareoke on multiple nights. I would highly recommend Aloft because of the people! The rooms are small, but it’s NYC. The hotel is not like a traditional hotel, but has more European modern vibe to it....
You need to make this amazing hotel a stop and stay while you are in New York. Front desk very friendly, helpful, inviting I even got a small tour. The other employees I encountered all helpful and seems to love their jobs. Amenities in this place for an adult were everything. The room very clean. I got one with the balcony, so I was very happy with my view, go stay at this hotel you will not be disappointed
FANTASTIC HOTEL. The pricing, location and services are amazing. I booked through Expedia after researching hundreds of hotels to stay at in NYC. One of the best features this hotel has is the rooftop terrace that over looks Manhattan with the Queens Bridge, BEAUTIFUL views!!! The hotel staff was also very nice and accommodating. Would stay again 10/10
We had a wonderful stay during Broadway Week. The Aloft Long Island City is convenient to the E line and had us at the theatre in 15 minutes. The top floor suite had gorgeous views over Manhattan and comfortable beds and amenities. Highly recommend!
We had a wonderful stay this Christmas weekend at Aloft. The room is more spacious than the picture lets on, and the hotel feels fancy yet low key. Stayed for 5 nights and all of the staff members I encountered throughout my stay were very friendly. The room was nice and clean, but pretty small for two people. My only major issue overall was that the despite the ‘No Smoking’ signs everywhere, the hotel hallways and elevators wreaked of marijuana all day, everyday! If that’s not your thing, then I’d avoid.
We had a great one night stay at the property. Complimentary shuttle timely, polite staff, clean rooms. We forgot something in our room, the hotel staff promptly offered to deliver the item to the airport terminal. But we already went thru security, the hotel personnel promptly mailed the items to our home. Very convenient stay near the airport. Thank you
Had a really nice experience. Staff were friendly. Room was clean and temperature was comfortable. Bed and pillows also comfortable. I stay here often when I'm in NYC. The restaurant is amazing and the hotel itself has a great design. The rooftop in the summer has parties sometimes and the views and atmosphere are great. The rooms are clean, well-designed, and quiet.
Minimalistic setup that looks modern but also like they cut corners in finishing and called it modern. Bed was a bit squeaky but decent room overall. Staff was great! Location is very close to 3 metro stations so great for quick transit into Manhattan.
Neat aesthetic and the Manhattan view room was great. Though there was a lot of noise from the hall, seems like it echoed a bit with the concrete when people were going to the elevator. Shower was hard to set to a good temp, but was hot and good pressure.
I absolutely loved this hotel. The bed was super comfy. The staff was so kind and accommodating. I came down with Covid in the middle of my stay, and they went above and beyond to help me out. Meh. Better options nearby. Only if you have to. No bed bugs. It just barely meets the criteria of "hotel" The staff is polite and courteous. One shining (for me, truly glowing) bright spot, at the free breakfast (that is decent), they do have two Hiltonesqe waffle makers. The amazing thing is... ... THEY HAVE REAL MAPLE SYRUP!! A first.
It is located in convenient location; close to Subway train. Nice neighborhood. Parking fee is $25+tax which you normally don't know while booking a room. Their private parking spot is small very inconvenient. You better do street parking which is free after 8pm. They have clean rooms and has elevator. Front desk staff would do better if they are given more professional training.

The staff was nice. They allowed me to check in around 11am when the first room was available. Airport shuttles weren't available so they provided free Lyft service from the hotel. Fitness center was not crowded so had a nice quiet workout. Coffee was available in the lobby. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. Overall, good place to crash near the airport.
Zakwani is amazing. As soon as I checked in he texted me to check to see if I was happy. When I mentioned that my room was not exactly to my liking he called to see what he could do to improve my stay. Amazing staff. Thank you so much. Makes a huge difference when we are away from home.
I arrived to the hotel very early and during a snowstorm expecting to have to wait a long time to get to my room. The front desk staff was incredible and kept me updated often on the status of my room. They got me in within an hour of arrival. Everyone was incredibly friendly and the hotel was super clean.
The room is clean enough even if overall it looks relatively "old". It would need a bit of restyling. I can't give give 5 stars because I have been left waiting for the airport shuttle for about 30 min. I even called the front desk asking to be picked up and I have been told to wait for 5-15 minutes.. not nice. However considering price/quality I would recommend the place for a short stay.
Great staff. Clean rooms. Decent place for the money. Pillows are awful (totally flat) but otherwise, no other qualms. Wish it was near food/restaurants. Does have a small restaurant inside but very expensive. Can always order delivery.
Giving it a three Stat because the breakfast was just terrible, the omelette I ordered taste stale and pancakes taste stale I threw up in the bathroom, for 17$ was bad. Check the break fast. Y'all can do better. Was not impressed at all. The rooms where perfect. Front desk people were awesome.

I was traveling with a large group which included young kids back in October, and the staff at the hotel was fantastic. Often times traveling with large groups and multiple rooms can be stressful. They really helped us out with the check in process to make it as efficient as possible, they explained everything to us and were overall very helpful. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and quiet...
Simple, affordable hotel in LIC. We always recommend it when guests come to visit. A quick walk to Vernon Blvd shops and food.
Great staff, super clean and pretty rooms! Obviously not all rooms will have a manhattan view, so be sure to call and request a room with a view before arriving!
Everyone is so nice at this hotel, great rooms, plus it's near Manhattan. The only downside is that the shuttle service for the subway ends @ 10h30 PM, and the neighborhood feels a little sketchy
Great jogging path: Jog north on Vernon, go under the bridge. You'll find a park off to the right just past the bridge. The park offers a couple of pedestrian trails - good for taking a few laps.

Loved it. Quite clean hotel and rooms are well kept. I loved the fact it’s very cozy and relaxing to stay after a long flight landing at JFK. They provide complimentary breakfast which is very delicious and nice serving ladies make waffles and pancakes for you in the morning. I like their variety of food, and the coffee was my favorite, delicious! If ever find yourself to connect through JFK and wanted...
Great hotel with a complimentary breakfast and really close to JFK. We did a park+fly option here and it was decently priced to stay there for one night and park the car for the duration of the trip. The rooms are nice and comfortable, and the shuttle takes about 10 minutes to get to the airport. Would stay again if I need to fly out early from JFK.
Very clean. Check in was excellent, the desk person, Sophia was very helpful. Shuttle was easy to get to the hotel and on time in the morning also. There are no restaurants in walking distance. There is a 7 eleven around the corner. Pizza and Asian food is available for delivery. We had Sophia call us a cab and went to Lenny's . The cab was 20.00 each way, so not inexpensive. Maybe Uber would be less...
Nice hotel. Clean and updated rooms. Kind of noisy, can hear what’s going on in other rooms easily. Rooms are also very bright in the morning, even with the blackout shades closed. Sunlight seeps around the shades easily. Would be a perfect affordable airport hotel if they installed those blackout shades in a track around the window that completely seal off all outside light.
We spent one night in this hotel. We choose it because of its location (near JFK airport) as we had a flight to catch next day. The rooms were clean. The bathrooms were clean too. The breakfast is nice. Our short stay was really good.
It is very clean... I got a room that was right over the garbage so I couldn't open my window... they tried to charge me for the water that was in the fridge but they reimbursed me the money. The staff was very helpful and understanding except for one situation that happened but other than that. I was happy. The bartender for all of the nights I was there was excellent breakfast was good... a lot of...
