LaGuardia Plaza Hotel, Queens1 / 50

People at the front desk are really nice. Really close to the airport.
The total experience was good. The only thing we can complain about is the hotel doesn’t provide free breakfast.
The hotel is conveniently located close to LGA airport.  It includes various amenities. However, there is no microwave in all rooms.
Great location if you are flying into LaGuardia.  Hotel is older, but decently maintained.
One of the worst stays ever! We booked 2 rooms under one reservation number & I was traveling with my mom and sisters family. We have a 1 year old niece. We needed the rooms next to each other and turns out the gave us rooms in two separate parts of the building. On top of that the staff was super rude and acted very unprofessional. I am uploading our conversation too. Please don’t be stunned by the...

Great place! Food was good too! We had impossible burgers! It was good! The breakfast was good too! Very close to JFK! The drivers of the hotel shuttle were fantastic! The shuttle goes every half hour and it takes only 10 minutes to reach ( traffic can change the situation). Nice, big rooms.
Very clean and nice hotel. Great location, very friendly and courteous staff. The view from my room was amazing. I enjoyed watching the aircraft ascending and descending. We didn’t have enough towels and wash rags for 4 people but, as soon as we called the front desk and requested more we got it. The only thing that was missing from the room is a microwave. I will definitely stay there again. Thank...
Was booked here due to a canceled flight.it is a flight crew hotel also. the rooms are basic but comfortable our room did have an amazing nest of pillows slept like a log.note that if you are on the west side the rooms get hot in the afternoon and you are next to the expressway which can be noisy at night. Overall an acceptable place to stay near the airport. Has free shuttle does not have complimentary...
Stayed 17 Feb 2018 - 21 Feb 2018. Wonderful stay, staff very welcoming, attentive and helpful. Room was good size with mini fridge, coffee maker and ice machine nearby. The view of Airport at night beautiful. Bus to LIRR just a short walk down the street - need correct change or purchase a metro card from hotel near bus stop. Green Acres Mall just minutes away (we travelled using Uber - really...
The Crowne Plaza was conveniently located near JFK airport. We stayed overnight with our two dogs before flying out the following morning. This is one of the few places in the area that allows dogs. We reserved a suite, which was huge and comfortable, perfect for traveling with our furry friends. Hotel shuttle with our dogs was quick and friendly. The only downside was there is no grassy area around...
Convenient shuttle to airport. Free parking, keep in mind it's not a huge parking lot. Beds are comfy. I like that they offer a fridge and coffee maker in the room. Due to the fact that it is close to the JFK airport there's not much around this area unless you got a car to go to other places for food other than the hotel restaurant.

So far so good will give review tomorrow. Coming from the airport was cold! Bar should be opened at 3 pm. Just to take the chill off. Hope improvements there are made.
I was actually surprised at how nice this airport hotel was. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, updated. The room was quiet (no airplane noise). They offer a buffet at night or you can order off a menu. And the menu food was well prepared for a hotel chain. If I need to stay close to LGA again, I would definitely use this one again.
Wifi can be slow and sometimes the shampoo bottle is not as full as you hope. Be sure to check before going to bed. Shuttle to airport leaves on time which counts when you need to catch a flight
Very convenient to stay at for an early morning flight. They had real mugs, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately the coffee was pretty bad so I dumped it down the sink. The room was clean and comfortable. I don't think they have room service, which was a bit of a bummer, but otherwise I had a pleasant stay.
Parking is limited so don't be a douche and double park your SUV because if you do I'll write "DOUCHE" backwards on your dirty rear window so you know what a douche you are.
The rooms have a slope to them. Minimum TV channels. The staff was helpful. Shuttle bus only goes to two restaurants one good and the other I wouldn't go to again if I was paid to. The shuttle drops off at the airport every 15 minutes 24 hours a day.

Not the greatest location but it's ok and seems safe enough. Parking can be a pain in the a**. Nice tv, iron & ironing board, fridge. No safe. Could clean bathroom better but wasn't disgusting. Staff were quiet but polite and helpful. Overall a decent hotel for the price.
We had a great stay 💯 Our room was nicely designed and very clean. Nice proximity to the subway, which zips you to the city in minutes. The front desk staff, whom I most appreciated, is very friendly and accommodating. A convenient and economical choice for short-term and business stays.
This was a great hotel, I actually will be going back over there soon to relax and get away from downtown Brooklyn. It's accessible to everything from train, food, stores, Queens bridge and also the bus and etc. The staff was very helpful with any questions. No one bothers you they also have a no room service sign. The best felt very soft and comfy. Peace and quiet pretty much. 5 star.
For one of the cheaper hotels in NYC, one of the more pleasant ones with better amenities. Room we had was small, but good. It is a short 3-block walk to the bus, but you need that to get to the subway train. Otherwise, a cab (or ride app) is best option. No nearby places to eat, so delivery was only option.

The rooms are HUGE but they smell musty and like they've been spayed with a deodorizer. Carpet is a bit worn too. Shuttle does not run after midnight so if you arrive late don't expect one. Front desk was great though. Market is well stocked and a free breakfast.
Our flight out of Laguardia was canceled, so we booked a room for the night. We were at the rental car area, as we had tried to get a rental car to drive home without any luck. I called the hotel to see if there was a shuttle, which there was. They came and picked us up at the rental car place and took us to the hotel. It was late and we got one of the last rooms, since many flights were canceled that...
I stay in many hotels, and this is one of my favorites. The staff here is just the best, you are delayed they take care of you and understand that weather happens, they go above and beyond... even better than some 5 stars in Manhattan, love the big rooms!! Overall always a pleasure being here! Thank you to the staff you guys are the best!
Very helpful staff. Huge clean rooms. Will definitely stay again. Quick shuttle bus to the airport and back.
The hotel was nice, decent breakfast, good location. Other guests make the visit simply ok. We were awakened due to loud guests at 2-3am.
My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights, and we loved it. The staff was incredibly helpful and the continental breakfast was one of the best I've had. Rooms and cleanliness were probably average. I would've given this only 4 stars for location, since it's a half mile from the metro stop, but shuttle does drop off and pick up there too.

Convenient location with big Chinese supermarkets nearby, this hotel checks most boxes as long as u manage your expectations. In particular, water pressure from the shower is great, and the gym is pretty good too and not stuffy. Staff is good too.
Hunnee greeted me and helped me sort out my reservation promptly and with no fuss. She was always smiling and it was a pleasure to have such a warm welcome at the check in desk. All the staff were very courteous and friendly. The room was very large and clean and well furnished. The free water bottles were a very welcome gift after a long day of traveling. The hotel had all the facilities you need...
I attended a conference here last week and it was a great experience all around. But I was especially impressed with their valet staff! I had left a water flask which had sentimental value and it was shipped back to me because of the extra efforts made by the valet staff, along with the hotel’s receptionist. This hotel and its staff is all class!! The atmosphere is neat, clean, and modern. Overall...
Virtually everything is steps away from this hotel if you're planning on spending time in downtown Flushing - which is like little China. In a Chinese section of town (cool). Older place but redone well. Latch was broken off the hinges. Water from shower ran slightly all night. Planes going over loudly all day and night. Bed was ‘springy’ but ok. Pillows were fantastic. AC was cold as ice. Quiet. Close to the Mets stadium. Plenty of restaurants around.  Clean except for hair in the shower.
The flight was delayed and landed very late. It was already 2 a.m. when we arrived at the hotel. The front desk was still very patient to help me check in and check out until 2 p.m.
Always kept team of guardians (police) at the entrance of hotel. This is disgusting, mainly when the guard stoped me, to indict me that I didn't pay, asking questions to customers. Ugly, bad experience. I don't understand why the hotel kept guards inside, inside, the hotel, they offend me, tried me like inmate. Urrrr.... Unfortunately Next time, I looked for best option, never come back lake hotel
I read the reviews before coming here and thought it would be bad, but the actual room was OK, better than expected. The only thing is that the hotel is not soundproof and the people in the next room were very noisy at night. However, American hotels are too expensive, so this one is relatively cheap and it is OK for a two-day stay.
Good price for hotel in New York very easy to travel Near subway.
This is the cheapest hotel I stayed in in New York, where hotels are ridiculously expensive. It has a shower, a beautiful Manhattan sunset, and unfriendly Chinese staff. It's close to Chinatown, and you can eat dinner for $10. You can buy a Coke for $2.

Excellent location although the walk from the hotel to the Queens Plaza Station is very windy it ruins umbrellas every time it rains. I call it the umbrella graveyard.
To clear thing up, as I understand there's been some confusion about this place recently: the Fairfield Inn is being operated as one of the hotels that are working with Exodus Transitional Community, Inc. to house people being released from Rikers Island or the D.O.C.; it's being utilized exclusively for this purpose, so there's not any rooms available for the general public at this location currently...

Excellent customer service at front desk! Clean rooms. The bar is lacking in drink variety and good bartenders.
Beautiful hotel! Customer service was great! We forgot a pair of shoes and when we called they had already set them aside for us. Love the decorations. Clean rooms and sheets ! Buried in a residential neighborhood. Modern hotel with well designed modern rooms.with a clean sleek feel. Valet parking is 25 per day unless you can find street parking. The room price of a three-star hotel is the same as that of a five-star hotel in Manhattan. The environment of this hotel is very poor, surrounded by railways and factories. The breakfast is very simple. I felt like vomiting when I had breakfast after staying for ten days. The room was not cleaned until three or four days later, and that was only after my repeated requests. It can be said that there...
I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional cleanliness, brand-new condition, and professionalism of the staff at this facility. The hotel was quiet and comfortable, allowing me to feel truly relaxed after long days of training throughout the week. I am considering returning to New York City as a tourist and plan to stay at this hotel instead of one in Manhattan, as it is much more accessible and...
We had a great time staying at this hotel. The staff is friendly, helpful and the structure in general is good. It has an excellent breakfast where they keep refilling things during the breakfast window. They have a honest gym that was useful for me. The room is good and has some great space. The location is amazing. It’s just one block from the N and W trains. This is one station from this 7 train
Clean rooms. Our family needed more space than the typical Manhattan hotels offer, and while it's out in Queens, you couldn't ask for a better location next to the N/W subway. It was easy getting into midtown, and the price was fair. Breakfast in the morning is a zoo, and they need better food options (they were always out of something) but everyone at the hotel was helpful, especially Omar at check...
STAY HERE if visiting NY! First time staying and the location was fantastic, subway to NW one block away. Close to food options within walking distance. Great little hotel with good service. Stayed in the Queens area to visit Manhattan and NYC and after lots of researching I chose this Hotel because of their free airport shuttle, free very decent breakfast and walking distance to some restaurants we wanted to try. Very decent hotel. They were doing some renovations so a little crammed on our floor. Luckily not the wing were staying at. The rooms too are a lot smaller than what the picture show. Great new clean hotel! Only the area is not very good, but the metro is nearby
The location is good, but the elevator operation is not very good, one of them is broken, and you have to wait for a long time; there are so many people at breakfast that there is no seat
The photos shown on the website is inaccurate.
The location is awesome, as Long Island City is just one subway stop away from Manhattan. The neighbourhood itself is interesting, because one can sense the real America just in this one tiny area: jobless African Americans mixed with hard-working Spanish immigrants and invisible middle class professionals hiding in newly constructed office towers and condominiums. The hotel, however, needs better...

Located in a place where it’s easy to access transportation, and that’s about it. The room we got was ok. For the price paid, the wear and tear on some of the things in the room like the toilet, tub, and carpet was too much. It was a nice and clean place. Quiet and professional people
Courteous staff. Good breakfast spread. WiFi and affordable place to stay closer to Manhattan
Great location, less that 5 minutes from the subway which takes you right to Manhatten. The rooms are large and clean but seemed to have a fair amount of broken stuff in them, like the dresser and jetted tub, (the shower still worked prefect and had great pressure). Great location! Just up the block from the train and centered around plenty of food options. Very clean room and decent speed wifi if that matters to you. I spent two nights at this hotel. The room rates are very reasonable relative to other hotels in their area. The staff was highly professional, from the front desk to the room service, both in the morning and evening. The hotel is very well located just 3 minutes from the subway yellow line, which takes you to Manhattan in 10 minutes. Checking in and out is easy and fast and staff is helpful. Rooms are spacious and functional. Beds are comfortable and shower is good. Housekeeping does a great job in keeping everything clean. I'd definitely stay here again.
One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in the the NYC area, in a decent neighborhood. It had a spacious and well-lit bathroom. Nothing was broken, no holes in the walls, nothing like that. Everything looked sharp and clean and modern. The bed was large and very comfortable. The TV worked adequately. I booked a double bed deluxe room and got a free upgrade to executive room. Room was spacious and clean with open balcony side view. Hotel staffs were nice. Subway was 2 minutes walk in weekdays and 7 minutes in weekends. It took 20 minutes to NYC in subway. Location was good, few local stores and restaurants are available in just 5 minutes walk.
Came here on a whim on a random night in Brooklyn and was instantly greeted by Syad and his amazing iced tea. Being the fact that there are 6 hotels in a 6 foot radius of this place, we decided to walk into this one and we are extremely happy we did. Great guy at the desk and a Great room. Great stay, The location was perfect for our needs. The free parking was excellent. The breakfast was average. The girl on reception was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.
We stayed for a quick, last minute trip. There was a parking garage, the hotel and room was clean, and the staff was friendly. It was also very quiet. The location is also conveniently close to LaGuardia. We didn't get the chance to stay late enough for the breakfast, but I would definitely stay again.
Perhaps it was our mood, perhaps it was a comparison to the last time we stayed in a mid-price range motel in Queens, just 3 months ago. We were quite pleased with the Adria. Yes, the hotel is dated, but it had: plenty of conveniently placed electric outlets; good lighting, comfortable chairs, beds that everyone in our party found excellent. PLENTY of free parking! Twice I called the hotel, once before...
We chose this hotel based on the good reviews I read here and I was satisfied. It was clean, quiet, and had a good breakfast. We were made to feel very welcome. We had a slight heat issue due to the heat lamp in the bathroom, but it was our fault, and they came to fix it very quickly. Yes, the carpet is old, but at least it's clean. It's also very well located for seeing the Islanders at the UBS Arena
Rundown It is a very outdated hotel. The parking was very difficult and small. Rooms are run down and need maintenance. They just have trash cans at the end of the hallway for you to put your trash in, but they aren't even covered.
All the staff were excellent, except for a couple of receptionists!

Very nice place. Convenient and price justly. You won't regret it.
For its price is fair enough. A bit noisy but the rooms are clean and it is very close to the metro station.
Rooms are small. Our room overlooks a busy street and subway train tracks, so it's very noisy. Breakfast room is very undersized. Parking is very limited. Convenient to subway station though.
The motel is ok T.v s need to be updated. Housekeeping staff seem like they don't like there job. Front desk people are polite room is small nice perk is the mini refrigerator freezer ac is good

Had problems with TV, elevator floor looked like it had not been vacuumed in weeks, vending machine was empty, could not even get a bottle of water. Breakfast was ok, front desk attendant was very polite and professional. Wish they had transfer service from and to airport.
The facilities are relatively new, and it is convenient to go to JFK, but it is close to the road and it is really noisy at night. If you are afraid of noise when sleeping, I suggest you book carefully.
The surrounding environment is very poor, the room is small and similar to domestic guesthouses, especially the requirement of a deposit of 150 US dollars. It has been almost a month since I returned to China and it took several communications with Ctrip to get the deposit back.
Everything is normal! Ctrip is a great platform!
Friendly service, not far from the subway
The room facilities are too poor, the sanitary services are not complete, and the cost performance is not high. There is no kettle, only paper cups. I chose this hotel just to make it convenient to Kennedy Airport. Fortunately, I only stayed for one night.

Decent price with free parking. The service is free good and the room is clean. However it was a little bit noisy because it’s near the airport so that the airplanes are flying above the sky, which creates a lot of noise. Room sound insulation is not good, you can hear someone talking outside of your room.
