I wasn’t impressed with anything but the food and location I expect more from the Hilton it wasn’t the greatest experience and the help didn’t inform us of having to place the placker on the rear view mirror which could have cost us money if car had been towed

Room was clean, however had issues with room keys not working. Once I able to swap rooms I did not have any issues.

No hot tub
There were 6 cop cara outside as we walked up which definitely made us question our choice of hotel. But we booked this specific hotel as it was the only one in the area with a hot tub. Imagine my disappointment when we check in and find out they got rid of the hot tub about a year ago. The cops stayed for a couple hours but assured us it was an isolated incident that was taken care of. There were a million kids at the pool and no chairs available, and when we came back exhausted at night there was continued loud groups of people moving thru the hallways until midnight.

The wallpapers in room was peeling off, the headboards were dirty and stained. The hotel room had flat tv from early 2000s, when I asked if any other room had smart tv so I could be switched the hotel had none. The ceilings were stained, the bathroom did not have shampoo, conditioner, body lotion dispensers like other hilton hotels I am used to staying in and I travel often for work and leisure.

The services at the restaurant were not great either as the waitresses were not attentive to filling coffee or acknowledged we were needing refills or our plates picked up when we sought further food at buffet. I am definitely not staying here again.

The hotel I chose to attend the Raleigh Spring Music Festival, I stayed for two nights! Hilton Hotel maintains its unique, luxurious, standardized, iconic decoration style and material selection standards, making people feel cozy and comfortable. The hotel bedding, bathing facilities, cleanliness and comfort are beyond expectations! The hotel's service is also very thoughtful and meticulous, providing the best service without disturbing customers too much! However, the price of the hotel booked this time is much more expensive than usual, because the music festival held in Raleigh Central Park is too attractive, and there are too many travelers (audiences) coming to Raleigh! Be sure to book a hotel more in advance in the future!
(Time is tight, I forgot to take pictures).

First and foremost, most of the staff was absolutely amazing.
The lady who drives the Shuttle, the lady who checked us into our room, and the lady who checked us in at breakfast were all so friendly and nice.
However, there was no coffee available in the lobby and the waitress didn't show up until AFTER we finished eating. The pancakes were TERRIBLE (because they took in the flavor of the spicy hashbrowns they were contained with) and the scrambled eggs were runny.
Being The Hilton, I expected good coffee and a decent breakfast but we literally went to get both elsewhere.
The elevators!!!! Apparently the left one is notorious for going out at night. They shook and knocked so bad you just knew it would be your last ride and then the doors didn't want to open.

There were no towels in the pool area, the rooms were dingy and in desperate need of updating!! The plug in the bathroom worked sporadically. The sheets were stained, as was the nasty headboard. The iron left a hideous black stain on my WHITE LINEN PANTS.
Being a Hilton in Raleigh, the capital of North Carolina, minutes from downtown, I expected so much better.
If not for the kind and friendly staff, I would've asked for a refund.

I will never stay here again and wouldn't recommend it unless you'll be sleeping in the lobby, which is the nicest part of the hotel.

Would probably give 4.5 stars overall, but it's worth 5 for the value. Was 2/3 the price for comparable hotels in downtown Raleigh. If you need to go downtown, the savings make it worth the 10 minute Uber or drive yourself. Plenty of access to nearby restaurants/entertainment. Needed some renovations such as carpets and A/C, but was well kept overall for its age. My one ding was the dead roach we found in our room. It happens, it's NC in the summer/fall. It was clearly dead from them spraying, so at least they're fixing the issue, if it's not fixed already. Staff was friendly, check in/out was quick. Would recommend.

The room was nice the bed was comfy and the staff is amazing. I love the shuttle just tell them where you want to go around town and they will take you. Just call and tell them where to pick you up for your return.

Firstly, the executive lounge being closed is not reflected in the app and they should really fix that. The lobby is nice and renovated but nothing else seems to be. The room was outdated with peeling wallpaper, old carpet, and the shower controls suck. Heating and cooling systems are awful. I suspect this hotel is also ancient in its heating system and is maybe set to only do one or the other during certain seasons. There was no way to make the fan stay off. I read other reviews that said their AC didn’t work, I couldn’t get mine OFF. I was freezing the entire stay.
I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the bedding, there were stains and a blood spot on my comforter that I didn’t notice until the last day. There was mold all over the bottom of my shower curtain.
I stay in hotels 60+ days a year and this hotel should not be charging more than 100 a night. Additionally, they shouldn’t be selling the executive floor on the app as anything more than a normal floor. They certainly shouldn’t be charging for parking.

This hotel needs a serious deep cleaning and renovations!!! Decor is outdated. First night at the bar, a baby roach was crawling behind the bottles. The hallway to our room had a faint mix of wet dog, mildew, and old water smell. The wallpaper is peeling off the walls and the carpet is visibly dirty. Got into the room and it smelled old/mildewed. No microwave. The bathroom was NOT…I repeat NOTTTTTT cleaned! Hair was everywhere and residue left on the toilet seat. I spent my first hour in the room scrubbing the bathroom and disinfecting everything I possibly could. Definitely wouldn’t walk around here without shoes.
