very nice place! clean, quiet, and a very pleasant and helpful staff. pillows are a bit too thick for my liking, but that's just a personal preference. the real issue is how long you have to let the water run before you get hot water, which is about 12.5 minutes. Great Marriott property. Very friendly and professional front desk staff. Wonderful bar/restaurant with very friendly staff. Two things kept it from being 5-Star. 1.) Attended a conference and went into multiple conference rooms throughout the hotel. Most of the bathroom stalls were not in working order. I was in town to take the NC Bar and my husband tagged along. It was the perfect set up! We were located right across the street from Crabtree Mall, accessible to everything we needed. I'm thrilled that I was able to get this room on such short notice during last week's winter storm. I lost control of my vehicle on the interstate, and knew I wouldn't be able to make my seventy-eight mile commute home. The room was just what I needed, and my stay was very pleasant!

It was pretty good for the price, but towards the end of the stay.. I saw a small roach. There's no carpet in the room, just fake wood floors. I see how they tried to update it or make it more "modern" but nah. Honestly for the area, and the "roach-issue" they should drop the price at least $10 per night. Wouldn't pay anymore than $38/nightly or with tax maybe $45 in total to stay here.

Staff was great. Air conditioning systems turn off automatically if no movement is sensed which makes it sticky in the middle of thr night and it will wake you up. Circuit brokers blow when coffee pot turns on and would not reset because of a broken "CGFI . coffee but no creamers. Pool was closed and empty. Genuinely one of the best hotel stays I've ever had! This hotel was beautiful! I came here to do a presentation for clients and I would definitely want to come here again. There's also a walking trail not too far so I made sure to do that in the morning before my presentation. The food that they had for 4 hour experience was very good as well and the staff was very nice! I would go back in with highly recommend especially if you are taking clients somewhere

Held a meeting here. Absolutely amazing experience! Room was set up well in advance, looked amazing, and staff was very attentive. Only concern - difficult to control temperature in the room - one side of the room was freezing and the other was warm. Overall, would recommend you have your meeting here!

This is a busier hotel and wasn’t that quiet in the lobby but I couldn’t hear any of that in my room so I was thankful. The rooms are smaller than usual but it’s the amount of space you need. I always enjoy our stay here!! We have stayed numerous times since 2017 for various reasons. It's pet friendly and that's another big plus because our small dog travels with us. The rooms and common areas are always clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good....they offer a few snacks (which are delicious) and water and soft drinks for sale at the front desk....wish they could go back...

Service at the front desk for check in was easy and everyone was friendly. Denise was in charge of the daily breakfast. She was always happy and made sure the day began pleasantly for everyone. The pool is a great size. My family enjoyed swimming everyday. AC and water pressure were excellent. Our concert was cancelled but we were able to enjoy our stay and the city.

Room was very nice and clean but it ends there. Fridge didn't work when we arrived. Called the front desk and was told they would send someone up. Hours later, nothing. Called again and they stated there was nobody available it would have to be tomorrow. When we checked out 2 days later, still nobody came to help. I wish I could give another 1/2 a star. The staff was great! I loved complimentary breakfast. I like to read a local newspaper each day if possible. Sunday had the local paper, but not the rest of my stay which was nearly a week. Something you should look at, the sink by the bathroom - The faucet was not in a good location. I wash my hands and sometimes the water splashes on the counter.

Everytime my parents come to town, they stay here. The employees are so nice and accommodating and the hotel is very clean and well kept. The breakfast is great also! I highly recommend this hotel!

This is the best place I have ever stayed my husband has cancer and they make sure he feels at home at all times and that he is very comfortable even when I have to work. I have never met nicer people in my life I will only stay at this Hyatt because of how kind clean and at home I feel and I thank you all for this
