I wish I didn't have anything negative to say about this establishment. It was clean, very well located, and the staff was very nice. However, they did not reserve our correct rooms per our booking confirmation. At check-in I was asked if two one bedroom would suffice in place of a 2 bedroom because room availability was skewed and the 2 bedroom was not available. It was imperative to have the 2 bedroom as the Au Pair and my two young children would occupy the 2 bedroom and that was explained to the young lady checking us in. The issue was resolved quickly and apologies were extended and accepted. Secondly I asked that my wife and I be on separate floors for some privacy and intimacy

Our family had such a great time at the Hyatt House North Hills as part of a family wedding weekend and birthday gathering. Thank you so much to Michelle Dabiero and all of the team at the Hyatt for making our stay so wonderful. Our families loved all the hang out spaces, beautiful breakfasts, fun activities of swimming and billiards as well as the abundance of fantastic restaurants and things to do nearby. The North Hills area has something for everyone in our family from BBQ Lab, Farmer's Market on Saturday, bowling, sushi, burgers, tapas or Mexican food. Our family adored staying at the Hyatt all weekend. Thank you again for such a lovely space to bring our families together and all you did to make it a seamless gathering time for all! Grateful.

We recently hosted our group for a family reunion, and our host hotel was the Hyatt House North Hills location. The sales department, specifically Michelle, was fantastic to work with. She answered all of our questions, was attentive to us during the planning process, and let us know ahead of time what team members would support us during our stay.
The location is convenient, as there are restaurants, a bowling alley, a grocery store, and more things to do in the North Hills area.
The rooms are also spacious, and the furniture is comfortable.
The only issue we had was that the elevator only had one car in service, however, they were fixing it, so that shouldn't be a problem in the future.

I can’t complain about the hotel itself. It’s not a bad deal. But I was charged twice for our room, and neither the receptionist nor emailing the management could make them refund my money. They didn’t even answer me at all. So I have to do it involving my credit card company which is extra pain. So I won’t ever choose this hotel again. If they don’t know, what a voucher is for, they’d better try to do something different but working at a hotel.

I stay here often on business. Usually, things are fine. It's a great location and rooms are spacious with everything you need for a long stay.
I normally use the shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided by the hotel. I'm guy and almost bald so I don't care about fancy hair products. On my recent visit, I noticed an awful smell coming from these products. Something similar to burnt human hair.
I approached the front desk and asked if anything had changed and described the smell. I was told that nothing has changed and was given a "what do you want me to do about it" look. Then the front desk person immediately moved on to the next person in line.
So overall, it's an okay place to stay... but bring your own shampoo and body wash because what they provide smells awful and could be contaminated.

The Hyatt House was used as a staying area for me during a recent wedding. I had a very nice experience and the hotel was great. The rooms were clean and the staff was great!

The Roman staff was very nice. The food was excellent they have a neat pool table and lounge area. The rooms were clean and well-kept. I did have an issue where the air kept turning down beyond where I wanted it but it was still nice. I would definitely and probably will be staying here again. Oh and there's amazing food like Cowfish Sushi within walking distance.

For a pet friendly hotel, Hyatt House is surprisingly clean and unspoiled by animal damage. When we found out our room was on the 2nd floor, right above the entry, I considered asking for another room. But as it turned out, we didn't hear a thing. The sound proofing for the street is quite good. We could hear other people's doors closing but not noise from neighbors. We had a nice suite that was modern, a full kitchen, and a very nice stay. Breakfast buffet was also good. But you can't bring your dog into the eating area (understandably!). The room brochure says breakfast opens a half hour earlier than it really does, the kitchen staff was sure to let me know even though we were permitted to eat what was out already. All in all, we would definitely stay here again.

New hotel in the North Hills area convenient to shops, restaurants, bars and even work. Well appointed contemporary rooms with a full kitchen and a Harris Teeter grocery across the street. There is a nice bar in the lobby with a pool table nearby and outside there is a cozy courtyard pool, seating area and gas grill.
The staff has been super helpful and even found some honey for our evening bedtime tea after our late check in. The hot breakfast had a cornucopia of items, the best was the omelet station.
As a flooring contractor and in the real estate business, I noticed there was some cracked floor tiles for such a new hotel that should be under warranty to fix and that is the only negative mark. Still 5 stars and will stay again!
