Beds were amazing, great place to stay if going to a show at the Redding civic center. Pool was perfect and so was the third floor lounge. Restaurant on the first floor was great also!
The staff is friendly and super helpful. We had a room with club access and were able to take advantage of the happy hour, nevertheless the breakfast was extremely disappointing as the eggs were disgusting, the food was stale, and was just not good quality.
We had a one bedroom suite, and the room from the upstairs guest was ridiculous.
Plenty of parking, best access to the river, and the pool is very inviting. Other than the breakfast and the noise from the upstairs neighbors, everything was great.
Hilton Garden Inn has the worst service and facilities among the three. The front desk has a poor attitude towards non-native English speaking guests and is obviously much less patient.
Sheraton will not have this feeling of being treated differently. The front desk staff is very polite and friendly to Chinese people. The house facilities are similar to those of newly built five-star hotels in China. They are new and comfortable. The rooms are relatively large and very clean. ; Moreover, the area where the Sheraton is located is very safe and belongs to a relatively good area in Redding. The nearby scenery is very good; the hotel restaurant is also very good. I was a little thirsty while waiting for a table. I wanted to buy a glass of orange juice and the clerk gave me a glass directly; I only stayed here. There is a real sense of vacation.
