We only stayed one night after a wedding, but the restaurant attached to the hotel was wonderful. We had the steak fries w/ fries and a strawberry beet salad. Both tasted perfect. The room was clean and had no odor. The same restaurant was where the breakfast buffet was served and that too was great. It included hot pancakes, eggs, large sausages, biscuits, gravy, and even fresh baked cinnamon rolls...

This was our stop for one night after a day of driving. Friendly and polite staff, quick check in/check out, nice clean quiet room and comfy bed. The breakfast buffet was great with a variety of selections. Highly recommend!

Newly renovated with all modern furnishings and decor. Cleanest room we have ever rented! It even has smooth floors so I didn't have to imagine what sort of grimey things might be stuck in the carpet. The entire staff was hard at work and very friendly. The pool and spa were pristine. Great breakfast too. The whole family just loved every aspect of this place! We will definitely stay again!

This place is a very nice hotel for it's price. The rooms are average at best but the amenities are what makes up for it. The pool area is family friendly and they have a great breakfast selection until 10am. TV channels are great. Overall nice stay.

Old room but I saw they are doing renovations. Service was good, our room lack of hot water, they send out someone to check out out quickly and gave us another room for showering since we don't want to move our luggage. The rooms are nice. Hot tub and pool are nice. Had to ask for pool towels out by the pool since they're all gone. The restaurant sucked! We bought meals for everybody and spent $250. There was a band. In the middle of our meals they came asking for $5 cover charge for the band! They couldn't even wait to wear done eating. Not cool!

Awesome room for a great price. Very easy check in and we didn't have a reservation. There was no microwave in the room which we found out later we had to ask for. Seems a little strange, but oh well. They have Keuregs in the room and ours wasn't quite ready yet. There were no cups left in it, but it was clean and the hotel is close to restaurants and anything else you may need.

We stayed at the hotel for a few nights for a friend's wedding. The location of the room and hotel was very convenient and easily accessed. The rooms were set up nicely and the staff was pleasant. I was an overnight guest at Red Lion Hotel. The staff were pleasant each time I interacted with them. There is a decent sized parking lot for cars and it could easily accommodate buses or RV's. We arrived at the hotel without a reservation on our honeymoon road-trip up the west coast. The building and grounds were exceptionally designed. Needed a 24hr check in and the front desk worker was wide awake, friendly, quick to check in so we could get to bed. Good for large families the living room having a door to it was a bonus. Let's talk about the full size shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion bottles that is AMAZING for large families. No need to ration out how much to use. This was so nice, it's not talked about enough in hotels...

This Place was awesome so upon arrival I see a sign says temporary Lobby next thing I know I'm greeted by the nicest people they check us in it's 112 degrees they gave us ice water yeah God did I mention they have a pool and the rooms ac Yes The beds were heavenly the breakfast was good.the kitchen staff terrific. The hotel is undergoing renovation but the management has done a good job of offering some options to those staying here. That's the only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars, the inconveniences. Loved the extra living room has pocket doors that can separate you from anyone sleeping in or going to bed early. The bedroom and living space have their own TV and the sink area is spacious and the microwave was a bonus. Only wish the air conditioner was in a more central spot. So how is it I am giving a five star review for a dated hotel, tier two rank, that is understaffed and cannot provide daily housekeeping? Because you cannot beat the value offered by this property and staff! Very clean room & comfortable. Pets are welcome which is why I originally booked there. The price is comparable to others in area. It is very convenient to many places to eat & stored as well as gas & banks in a few block radius. I highly recommend & will stay there again.

I recently stayed at La Quinta Inn and the place is absolutely amazing they have wonderful breakfast for you every morning their staff is unbelievably friendly they have refrigerators and microwaves and their dressers don't just come with two drawers like every other hotel it is a 6 drawer dresser. The closet is a good size and it has a door like a normal closet wood they have an ironing board and...

I don't love the long hallways and stairs, older rooms, carrying luggage 1/4 mile to the only rooms available...also don't love the idea of having to pull out a night stand to plug in your phone charger. Holiday in does have a rewards program, slow to accumulate points like most of them but it is what it is

Room was very clean front desk staff was incredibly friendly even though I checked in at 11 o’clock at night. These are the reasons why I continue to stay here when I can. Huge shout out to Ruby thank you so much for the help supporting military service members and making it an enjoyable stay.

Staff was friendly. First room had dirty bedspread. Second room was better. The front desk is all the way on one side, very inconvenient. Might not be the best for anyone with mobility issues. The hotel is old. Beat up, not the quality we're use to from a Holiday Inn. Skip it . There's another one down the road.

The hotel had to many stairs. For people with a disability. There were stairs on the same floor. No sign pointing to the elevator. The staff I did not find overly friendly. Except for one evening bartender that works the late shift. The hotel itself as far as the rooms were clean. If you have trouble walking I don't recommend this hotel.

The tub appeared new. Everything else appeared dated. Fine for a night if passing through. Fitness room too small given the size of the hotel. If you can have a "full service" restaurant at your hotel you can have a "full" sized exercise room. A+ for the "full" sized parking lot.

The location is great! Easy to find and tons of parking. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and neat. Very comfortable beds for watching tv. Didn't use the pool but seemed nice. I would visit again. It's close to the mall and easy access to the freeway. Traffic was never an issue though I wasn't there much midday.

I love this location. It’s tucked away in a corporate plaza yet easily accessible to the entertainment the city has to offer. The staff is 5 star quality. Only stayed one night but was absolutely what we needed for our family, including my 3 year old. Has a kitchenette with full size dishwasher and microwave. Pretty large sized fridge too and kitchen sink with dish soap provided. Room and bathroom was clean. Good size closets and large desk and storage area. Front desk was helpful too.

I did not stay at hotel but we did play at the casino. The Casino was nice and clean, lots of games and friendly staff. All though the machines seemed super tight, the staff were great. The rooms are good for the price but overall too smokey from the Casino. Even though rooms are all non-smoking, the smell carries through into the rooms. Noise was also an issue for us so we won't stay here again. Very Friendly staff - especially the front desk guy. He was great! If you like a Casino experience and don't mind cigarette smoke, it's a good place.

This casino has a lot more slots than my local as well as a lot more variety. However the payout is far less. They do keep it clean on the floor as well as the bathrooms. Having to depend on staff to get you a beverage is something that can use some modification. Not blaming the staff but for the life of me I couldn't get a drink to save my life. I went on a Monday; before going I did some research on how bad the smoke might be. I read that they installed the best ventilation system on the market. I was surprised how little the smell of smoke there was even though I could see people smoking. Everything was fine except the pillows had a weird smell. The pillow cases you could tell were changed and fresh but the pillows themselves you could smell through the cases maybe they need to get new pillows. Stranded in Redding due to heat delays at airports. Nice choice. Super quiet, no thundering elephants above us in our middle floor room. We stay at a lot of Hilton hotels while on our vacations and this is by far my favorite one! The staff is so helpful and always friendly. Cathy is an amazing server to start your day off at breakfast with :) unfortunately I didn’t get everyone’s name that played a part in our stay but from front desk all the way to housekeeping behind the scenes they were amazing.

The Hampton Inn is a very nice Hotel, It seems like a brand new building and Its also in a good location all around to access all manor freeway' s and not very far from the main Casino in town .. When we arrived in the late afternoon, there was no ice bucket or plastic drinking cups. I had to call the office, who provided them quickly. The cord between the phone and the handset easily pulled out of the socket. The room was very hot with no air conditioning. The first of our two nights was uncomfortably hot. Management fixed it the next day.

This one is better than most. Motel 6, your towels are too small and like sand paper. Your pillows are flat. Your rooms are dismal. Don't you want your guests to be comfortable?

Good price. Pretty clean. Hot shower. Heater worked. TV worked. Nice check-in lady. Better than expected. I have no complaints except that I would have liked to have had a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Oh, and a mat to wipe our feet. It was raining and we brought water into the room with us. The young gentleman was a sweetheart. It's advertised as a non smoking facility. The room he gave me had definitely been smoked and he gave another room and was great. Compared to the Inns closer to all the others was surprisingly expensive. 260.00 for one night. This was 107.00. He had great suggestions for a cold beer, as it was 107 degrees, and great food.

Stopped here on my way to Spokane. Nice rooms are okay, not anything special, i had a dog, so those rooms may be different. It was on the ground floor, which made it way easier. Tom helped us check in, very nice.. room clean, bed comfy, only complaints is no mat for tub/ shower & very slippery !! Had to put towel in bottom of tub so wouldn't slip and fall. Also sleep with a C-pap and only 2 plug-ins in whole room, behind bed/ behind TV. Very difficult to get to, Thank goodness we carry extension cords. sometimes lamps have outlets but not here...

The staff was amazing and friendly, and I wanted to rate it higher, but it was the worst Super 8 that we’ve stayed at. It was noisy, the furniture wasn’t in great shape, the parking lot felt unsafe, and there were signs saying that you should bring in all of your belongings( which was hard for us because we were moving our daughter into her dorm at college.) Nice, clean, motel-convenient location. I like the remodel. It's on the edge of town which seems to be rough neighborhood. I stay here almost every time I pass through and always notice very loud motorcycles and cars revving or speeding by so close your window if this bothers you. I loved the room but trying to make a reservation was horrible. I couldn't understand one word of what the man was saying and he kept trying to sell me on "Opportunities." When you are traveling and trying to find a room you do NOT need a salesman on the phone. I had to repeat my address, phone, number and e-mail 3 times for him to understand it!!! The place was clean and comfortable. The staff were especially kind and helpful. The bed was incredibly comfortable...I would stay there again just for the bed. 4 stars instead of 5 only because the"hot breakfast" did not look very appetizing and we booked that hotel because of the breakfast and then couldn't eat it....the bed and the staff are enough that we would go back

Overall, our stay was good. Room is spacious. Beds are comfy. Breakfast is good. However, they need to lock the pool or figure out how to keep the homeless out of it. The staff were on top of it when I reported the homeless in the pool/hot tub. The staff were very nice and apologetic.

Although the room decor was a little out of date, the room was huge. Being a large family, we had plenty of room to move about and not be tripping over each other. PET FRIENDLY, we travel with out 20 year old cat. Clean. And I think that they are in the process of renovating. I live in Los Angeles and have a home on the North Coast of Oregon. Redding is a great city to stop overnight. It’s the halfway point to my home. It was quiet, comfortable bed, hot shower. And breakfast. Good price for summer. Safe.

Traveling a few thousand miles, stopped in, was greeted by Chris at the desk. It was refreshing to get treated well, and with a smile by Chris, he was polite helpful got us right into a good room. Had to stay in Redding unexpectedly. Came across the hotel and wasn't sure at first. However the manager, Angela, was very nice, professional and the lobby and eating area was very nice, clean & updated. The room was great, met our needs, very lighted parking lot and the pool was great. For the price of room and breakfast included we were pleased. For sure would come back.

Liked the hotel staff here, they were really friendly. Located next to Pizza Hut in Redding city, this Quality Inn is as good as any other I have been to in the past.
