The stay was so awesome The staff ×here so helpful and very informative for places to eat things to do. The staff spoiled me and my boys and by boys I mean my husband and his service dog by making us fill like we were home away from home. Rooms where cozy and quiet slept like a baby in thier mothers arm.. Will stay here agian.

Last room needed a little TLC but my next stay was in a more comfortable room. Definitely will be here again. Very compassionate staff. My puppy loved all the attention and spoiling.

When we arrived in the late afternoon, there was no ice bucket or plastic drinking cups. I had to call the office, who provided them quickly. The cord between the phone and the handset easily pulled out of the socket. The room was very hot with no air conditioning. The first of our two nights was uncomfortably hot. Management fixed it the next day.

This one is better than most. Motel 6, your towels are too small and like sand paper. Your pillows are flat. Your rooms are dismal. Don't you want your guests to be comfortable?

Good price. Pretty clean. Hot shower. Heater worked. TV worked. Nice check-in lady. Better than expected. I have no complaints except that I would have liked to have had a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Oh, and a mat to wipe our feet. It was raining and we brought water into the room with us. Had to use a towel to clean it off the floor. (No carpeting.)

Sometimes the desk help was friendly, professional, and helpful, and sometimes not so much. But our biggest concern for staying somewhere is cleanliness, and you met our expectations there; the room felt both safe and clean. I personally have been choosing Motel 6 for my stop-overs for 30 years, since my 20's. Your combination of competitive pricing and high standard of cleanliness almost never disappoints...

The rooms were nice and simple. Nothing to out there. They are the perfect location. The walk to the sundial is magnificent. The restaurant is also incredible. The food is delicious and unique. I haven't had pizza like that ever before. I recommend the meatball pizza. It is a great hotel with great service.

We arrived at the hotel without a reservation on our honeymoon road-trip up the west coast. The building and grounds were exceptionally designed. The reception staff was awesome and made our stay welcoming and were very gracious; especially Kimberly. Thanks for a memorable stop on our adventure! Beautiful hotel...arguably, the nicest in Redding. Spent 3 days here and everything was outstanding. The staff was warm, friendly, and very helpful. The rooms clean and spacious. Lovely king room with lounge. Excellent buffet breakfast. I had scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy. Plenty of parking around the back and easy walk to Dill's Deli a highly recommended smoke house.

Rooms had a microwave and fridge which we utilized. Spacious and clean. Nice linens. Snack bar hit the spot with a variety of cheap late night burritos, pizza, popcorn, noodles, drinks and candy. With our cargo we were nervous about the area until we saw security walking the perimeter continuously. Loved the staff. The room was clean, spacious, and freshly painted with comfortable beds and clean bedding. Front desk was friendly enough and helpful. The woman keeping breakfast stocked was efficient and busy. The breakfast area was spacious. Breakfast gave many hot and cold options. We appreciated our stay at this comfort inn.

A lovely stay! We stopped over on our way from LA to Seattle and this was a lovely inn. The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds and linens were super comfortable. The bath was nice and hot (needed a good soak after such a long drive!) The free breakfast was wonderful! I have allergies so I couldn't have much, but the non-dairy chocolate milk was much appreciated! A great place to stay for travelers...

Clean, spacious rooms, good breakfast. The low rating is because we've now stayed here yet different times and both times the pool has been "closed for maintenance." One reason we chose it was because we have kids (big rooms), and it's nice to have somewhere for them to get some energy out after a car ride (while the parents relax in the hot tub)... Booked a room here after our lodge ended up having bugs in our room. This was definitely an upgrade. Rooms were clean, and comfortable. Close to the freeway, but don't expect pretty views. Definitely check out 32 Below for some good ice cream nearby

The young gentleman was a sweetheart. It's advertised as a non smoking facility. The room he gave me had definitely been smoked and he gave another room and was great. Compared to the Inns closer to all the others was surprisingly expensive. 260.00 for one night. This was 107.00. He had great suggestions for a cold beer, as it was 107 degrees, and great food.

The room was a decent size. The sheets were clean. The customer service was excellent. The complimentary breakfast was cute as well.

Excellent service! I left my laptop behind by accident. They shipped it back to me, overnight express! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The place was clean and comfortable. The staff were especially kind and helpful. The bed was incredibly comfortable...I would stay there again just for the bed. 4 stars instead of 5 only because the"hot breakfast" did not look very appetizing and we booked that hotel because of the breakfast and then couldn't eat it....the bed and the staff are enough that we would go back

Overall, our stay was good. Room is spacious. Beds are comfy. Breakfast is good. However, they need to lock the pool or figure out how to keep the homeless out of it. The staff were on top of it when I reported the homeless in the pool/hot tub. The staff were very nice and apologetic.

Although the room decor was a little out of date, the room was huge. Being a large family, we had plenty of room to move about and not be tripping over each other. The beds were comfy and the bathroom, while dated, was very clean and everything, especially the AC, worked perfectly. All the staff was helpful and we felt well taken care of. PET FRIENDLY, we travel with out 20 year old cat. Clean. And I think that they are in the process of renovating. I live in Los Angeles and have a home on the North Coast of Oregon. Redding is a great city to stop overnight. It’s the halfway point to my home. It was quiet, comfortable bed, hot shower. And breakfast. Good price for summer. Safe.

The room was great, modern looking, a decent size room, and A/C was on when I got in the room. however the mattress is uncomfortable, I am a side sleeper, and woke up with my shoulder hurting, the blanket situation is interesting with two flat sheets surrounding a thicker blanket, and the pillows are thin. I would highly recommend this property for those with pets who need a place to stay. As usually Motel 6 is not known for their comfy beds, but it's a place to sleep and they take dogs. :) This property was very clean and the room was clean and everything worked well. Prompt and friendly service. Was moved to a clean and fresh smelling room after the guests next door to my original room had been heavily smoking next door in a non smoking room. Affordable, comfortable. However the bathrooms were not completely clean (dirty shower) and water pressure not good.

The registration ladies were very helpful. When I couldn't get make a call from my room( i kept getting commercials on the phone) they placed my call for me and helped me keep my job!. Once again thanks very much for having such considerate and attentive front office staff! best Bruce Peek

I'm in a wheelchair and needed an ADA room with 2 beds. They only had a room with 1 bed so they gave us 2 rooms for the price of one. They said it was a Company Directive. So we were treated extremely nice. I would recommend this place for anyone traveling in the area.

I have to say I love the customer service here, the staff are incredibly awesome and friendly , the rooms are very nice with nice TV's and the security staff helps keep the property safe at night as well. I was in a car accident and I lost my driver's license. Heather who works for you at the Red Lions in Redding stepped out of the box to make sure that I got a room. Without Heather's help I would not have had a room and I would have been homeless. I had a credit card but did not have my driver's license . She is truly an asset to your team. You are very lucky to have her and she is an angel in my heart...

It sounds fancy but really it's just another motel similar to motel 6. The only reason we stayed was because it had vacancy. This is a great place to stay. The rooms are a bit outdated, but they are clean and lots of places to get coffee & eat. I have stayed her twice. I will most likely stay here again when I come visit family. The staff always do there best to accommodate you whenever possible. The air conditioner is very loud, but eventually we got used to it. Front desk check In was so easy. They send you texts to confirm your stay. Gentleman up front very nice and professional.. the room was so cute. A little dated, but clean and comfortable. It was a nice small kitschy hotel. The accommodations were clean and just what we needed. The hotel was clean and looked remodeled. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was better than expected, good variety and plenty of food. Overall I would definitely be back.

Great location for a budget traveler. Unexpectedly clean and tidy. Older unit which has been updated. Comfortable without some usual perks. I wouldn’t downgrade it for that as the cost was a factor.

From the outside the motel looks a little dated but on the inside of our room, it was newly remodeled. The room was painted, new flooring, canned ceiling lights, flat screen TV, the bathroom was fresh and the water was hot. The air conditioner was big and powerful and pumped cold filtered air into the room to cool it well.

I'm always weirded out by hotels/inns because I've stayed in some places that felt really gross and were nothing like the photos, but our stay in the Royal Shasta room was superb. The room itself was big and beautiful and CLEAN! A weird detail that we really liked were the blinds. We enjoyed our stay at the Hope Inn very much! The rooms were elegantly decorated and spotlessly clean! We loved that we had access to a full kitchen and family room as well, it made us feel right at home! Our hosts were very sweet and kind, they made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Definitely will be recommending them to all of our friends!
