Starbucks in the lobby is a good option. Lots of great eating options down the street. Valet parking was a convenient option and the valet staff was courteous and efficient.

Very nice hotel! I stayed here for a night after a long day of driving and the front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The guy working at the Starbucks was nice and a great conversationalist! Location is perfect and a short walk to many nice restaurants. Room was very quiet despite it being a busy area and the bed was super comfortable. Will definitely be back when I’m passing through VA!

The hotel was modern and clean and the amenities were great! The gym is minimalist though and the bike could use an upgrade, but there were free weights and other equipment. I want to highlight that Joann at front desk is a GEM! No matter how early, how cold, how rainy it is outside, she is cheerful and looks like she really enjoys her job. She makes a lot of people smile :)

Show up early for breakfast.
In room bring paper plates and utensils if eating in room. Limited snacks, etc. Limited streaming on TV. Otherwise-nice. Valet parkers were great. Beds clean & comfortable. Many & varied restaurants very nearby. Keep eyes open on cobblestone streets. Traffic & surface.

Top notch service. My wife and I stayed here after riding the colonial trail from Williamsburg. The location is perfect for us near the end of the trail. The hotel let us keep our bikes in storage in the hotel at no additional cost. Very clean and up to date rooms. Breakfast is delicious.

Really enjoyed this location. The hotel fits the atmosphere of the surroundings. The area has cobblestone streets, and feels historic but modern at the same. Very clean, friendly staff. Valet parking is $30 per night. There are lots of eating options and plenty of sites to see. Great experience here. Would stay here again.

The service was great. Even being by the bars the building was quiet. Doesn't have it's own parking so had to valet car. Really good experience.

I have stayed here several times for business and it has always been a pleasant experience. All staff are friendly and helpful including at the Bistro/coffee shop. The location is a short walk to a good variety of restaurants. Very satisfied.

Gave 2 stars because the hotel was nice but overall disappointed. I booked a room 3 weeks in advance for an important work event, thought everything was fine, got all the confirmation emails of my arrival. When I go to check in however it turns out your hotel staff decided to give my room away to someone else (?!?!?!?!) The girl at the counter starts acting weird and gets on the phone with her manager who couldn’t come and rectify the situation. So we get pushed to the side very confused because the girl wouldn’t tell us what was going on. About 10 minutes later she comes back and shoves two keys into my hands. Very quickly says it’s not the room I booked, doesn’t tell me what room number is it and just pretty much she bolted away from us. We had one hour before the event started and needed to get dressed so bewildered I just took the keys and went to the other room. I would have felt better if she has just talked to me like a human being but your staff wouldn’t even look me in the eyes because they knew they messed up! It was very strange how we kept being pushed off like we didn’t matter even though I had pre-booked weeks in advance, we won’t be coming back.
