This was an unplanned stay due to a medical emergency, but everything about the hotel was great. The location was convenient. The service was courteous. The beds were comfy and the price was reasonable. Would definitely stay again.

I attended a 3-day workshop at the Richmond Marriott and everything seemed to go smoothly from my participant perspective. The hotel staff provided quick av support, coffee service, and a nice lunch each day. The conference rooms were comfortable. There's a Starbucks in the lobby and the hotel is walking distance to the river and the park at Belle Isle.

Pretty basic rooms. The bathrooms need work. Starbucks attached which was sweet. Basic channel selection. A little salty cause I'm trying to watch the Nuggets vs. TWolves game where the winner goes to the playoffs but they don't have NBA TV. It's 2018! Get better channels.

This is probably a.nice enough hotel but they whiffed on pretty much every aspect of my first stay. Bad first impression kills you when there’s a Hilton across the street.

Stayed here for a wedding. Location is pretty good in terms of restaurants and things to do. The room itself was nice, sizable bed and bathroom. I love this hotel. The water pressure for the shower is amazing, and the water gets really hot. There's things to do nearby. The restaurant has great food. My only issue was the bed is very hard but besides that, I absolutely love this hotel. I highly recommend and will absolutely stay again.

The valet service is the best of the best. The guys are friendly, fast and make you feel like you're family. You can't get a better entrance into the hotel than having great valet service. The evening reception was awesome, and best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel! My 4 year old loved the buffet style set up where she could choose what she wanted- and she ate a lot more than usual which is a plus. We had a fantastic stay here! The 3 room suite was perfect for our family. The breakfast and evening snacks were both delicious. Though it seemed there were a lot of people staying at the same time as us, it was very quiet. The indoor pool is also very nice. Beds were comfy!

A nice hotel at low price. It was almost empty still with full free breakfast and evening drinks. I wonder how they manage to keep up. A big Hilton would easily charge $30-40 extra for those two. It was nice to learn the Room cleaning service is not every day. Saving quite a bit on the environment though I was out of basic things by 3rd day so had to fetch more coffee and towels.

Lobby is spacious and nice at first glance but then you notice the worn furniture. My room had a noticeable musty odor. I inspected the room and found that, behind the curtain, I found damp and stained sheetrock. Finger ran across vent cover showed significant dust accumulation. Security entry doors were not working and stayed opened. Elevator did not work one time. Had to use stairwell down 4 flights. Sloppy paint job in bathroom. A few small holes in comforter. No lamp on one side of the bed. No breakfast offered.

It's really more of a motel than a hotel but the price was good, the rooms were clean and we had no issues during our stay so worthwhile.

Uhhh you get what you pay for. Don’t expect a 5 star hotel accommodations for this price range. AC and fridge was a bit loud but can’t beat the price for this up coming location. I felt comfortable and clean in the hotel, and located really nicely. No complaints, no bugs, comfy bed, good service. I honestly don’t know what others are talking about.

This is a good choice for a night stay close to fwy and VCU. The room and the bathroom were very clean. The bed was plush, clean and comfy with nice linens. I would definitely stay again.

Modern hotel with tennis inspiration. Great location. Coffee bar inside as well as Ms Pac-Man, board games, & ping pong in the lobby. Dog friendly which is huge bonus. Valet is available, but can take a while to get your car back since they're parking lot is off site. Friendly staff!

I only have wonderful things to say about The Graduate! I sincerely hope they expand to even more cities. This was in a great location in Richmond, the staff was nice, service was quick, very clean, fun decor, and they're super dog friendly (no fees and a free BarkBox!). Definitely recommend.

This place had me at 'dog friendly.' Not only do they have welcome service for pets, but they also include a complimentary Bark Box and water bowl during your stay! Aside from that, the hotel is very clean and has a new edgy feel. The gym is small, but the has plenty equipment to get a good workout in. I'll need to stay here again to experience the rooftop bar and pool.

Be aware: there is no fridge (only a cooler) there is no room service, there is a very very limited selection of food/drink options during limited hours, shuttle is of limited availability, the location is not good if you need natural/healthy groceries. However: the rooms are nice and clean and very new, they offer a generous credit towards the small food counter if you don't need your linens changed...

Starbucks in the lobby is a good option. Lots of great eating options down the street. Valet parking was a convenient option and the valet staff was courteous and efficient.

The hotel was modern and clean and the amenities were great! The gym is minimalist though and the bike could use an upgrade, but there were free weights and other equipment. I want to highlight that Joann at front desk is a GEM! No matter how early, how cold, how rainy it is outside, she is cheerful and looks like she really enjoys her job. She makes a lot of people smile :)

Top notch service. My wife and I stayed here after riding the colonial trail from Williamsburg. The location is perfect for us near the end of the trail. The hotel let us keep our bikes in storage in the hotel at no additional cost. Very clean and up to date rooms. Breakfast is delicious.

Such a great place. We made use of the entire conference area throughout the day. We were served two meals. Both were delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive. This weekend my family had a wonderful time hosting an event at this hotel. The rooms were a good size. The event space was great. The food was good and the staff was very attentive. We definitely would rent out the event space again. It was a very easy process and all the staff was helpful in making sure my Dad’s party was perfect!

We went here for a wedding and I was really impressed. The hotel is immaculate and we loved the ceremony and reception. each room had very high ceilings with detailed moulding and lighting that came from behind translucent panels that matched their colors. I was there a couple of weekends ago for a cheer comp and I just wanted to say I don’t know the lady in the breakfasts name. Though she was the sweetest, nicest, and upbeat lady I have ever met. I have attended 2 seminars at this hotel in the last 30 days... The hotel itself is clean and modern... but the Front Desk Staff... not friendly or personable at all!! Thoughtful, accommodating staff goes a long way when you're tired - definitely appreciated. Knowledgeable, professional staff can easily make a 3 star hotel feel like a 5 star. The property is clean, but beds are lumpy, could definitely improve, but the service is 5 star.

the room layout sucks. the bed seems to be a California king, not a regular king. there is an uncomfortable semicircular loveseat in the corner. the TV is on a side table and doesn't swing out far enough for great viewing. nice bathroom but not many towels. no free coffee in the lobby.

The service staff was very courteous for a late night check in. We booked a king room through a third party and all they had was 2 queens when we got there so the comped us breakfast. The breakfast is incredible and the rooms were clean and updated and comfortable.

I had responded to an email from Hyatt reviewing this property. I was very unfair to the General Manager Mike Berry. We had a slight hiccup with the last stay there a few weeks ago. At 4 am, they have items available for breakfast for us very early folks, and it's something I never thought I'd appreciate so much. Location is great. The rooms need work. My room had a door issue where it would not latch. Make sure you pull up on the handle and check before you leave the room. Every time I needed someone at the front counter no one was there. They were in the back or on the phone with someone.

Great customer service and front desk experiences! Breakfast was hot and constantly being tended to and kept clean. Heating for the pool and hot tub was not working at the time, but clear signs and apologies for inconvenience were made.

This is a great Hampton. Good location right off I-95. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The pool and gym were both very nice and they keep this place CLEAN. Definitely recommend 👍

The rooms are clean, but they need some maintenance. My shower never got as hot as I liked. Breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold items, and a nice lady cooked your eggs to order. The fitness center needs major work. The weight bench was broke, the cable machine was missing attachments, needed oiled, and the music playing over the speakers was the hotel's hold music.

So happy with this Holiday Inn. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Nothing bad to say, except the shower rod was at a downward tilt which allowed for the curtain to slide open on both sides which of course wet the floors. We just used the towels to soak it up. Highly recommended.
