Stayed here for a wedding. Location is pretty good in terms of restaurants and things to do. The room itself was nice, sizable bed and bathroom. Shower was wonderful, unfortunately no body wash included in the amenities. They happened to be doing a pumpkin carving contest when I stayed, which was adorable. Service super nice. I love this hotel. The water pressure for the shower is amazing, and the water gets really hot. There's things to do nearby. The restaurant has great food. My only issue was the bed is very hard but besides that, I absolutely love this hotel. I highly recommend and will absolutely stay again.

I stayed here for a family members wedding for a weekend. Check-in was smooth, and it was easy to navigate to my room. I was on the 18th floor, with spectacular views of the James river, and eastern Richmond. The room was very spacious, with a larger bathroom. Starbucks in the lobby is a good option. Lots of great eating options down the street. Valet parking was a convenient option and the valet staff was courteous and efficient.

The hotel was modern and clean and the amenities were great! The gym is minimalist though and the bike could use an upgrade, but there were free weights and other equipment. I want to highlight that Joann at front desk is a GEM! No matter how early, how cold, how rainy it is outside, she is cheerful and looks like she really enjoys her job. She makes a lot of people smile :)

Very nice hotel! I stayed here for a night after a long day of driving and the front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Top notch service. My wife and I stayed here after riding the colonial trail from Williamsburg. The location is perfect for us near the end of the trail. The hotel let us keep our bikes in storage in the hotel at no additional cost. Very clean and up to date rooms. Breakfast is delicious.

Really enjoyed this location. The hotel fits the atmosphere of the surroundings. The area has cobblestone streets, and feels historic but modern at the same. Very clean, friendly staff. This weekend my family had a wonderful time hosting an event at this hotel. The rooms were a good size. The event space was great. The food was good and the staff was very attentive. We definitely would rent out the event space again. It was a very easy process and all the staff was helpful in making sure my Dad’s party was perfect!

We went here for a wedding and I was really impressed. The hotel is immaculate and we loved the ceremony and reception. each room had very high ceilings with detailed moulding and lighting that came from behind translucent panels that matched their colors. I loved everything about my stay here. The room was cozy and modern. Felt like home.The restaurant makes an amazing chicken alfredo. Best I ever had. My partner had 2 orders of chicken quesadillas, so I presume he enjoyed his meal also. Friendly faces and staff. Can't wait to return.

Room was great size, gorgeous and clean. We stayed in a room with one king bed. Came with microwave. Bed was comfortable. Hotel had plenty of parking. I have attended 2 seminars at this hotel in the last 30 days... The hotel itself is clean and modern... but the Front Desk Staff... not friendly or personable at all!! Thoughtful, accommodating staff goes a long way when you're tired - definitely appreciated. Knowledgeable, professional staff can easily make a 3 star hotel feel like a 5 star. The property is clean, but beds are lumpy, could definitely improve, but the service is 5 star.

The room had two comfortable queen-size beds. I didn't try the breakfast but did visit the bar. The woman working behind the bar was very friendly and made a great mixed drink. The building looked clean. Very nice stay.

I loved my stay at Virginia Crossings. The property is absolutely gorgeous, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the restaurant is lovely. So happy with this Holiday Inn. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Nothing bad to say, except the shower rod was at a downward tilt which allowed for the curtain to slide open on both sides which of course wet the floors. We just used the towels to soak it up. Highly recommended.

I only gave the room four stars because the bottom of the curtains were grungy from the AC blowing on the bottoms of them. The staff should have seen they needed to be cleaned a long time ago.. Good service. Carpet was a little sticky, sofa was a bit uncomfy because of the gap between the cushions. Everything in the room worked, tub was very clean. Wifi was good. Lighting could have been better. Sunlight helped compensate bad lighting, but some LED lightbulbs would've been great. Free coffee and grab and go breakfast. Overall, good stay.

It was a very nice hotel room. The pool had a lot of dirt in it. It just rained, but it looks like it needed a good cleaning. Other than that it was a pretty good stay. The room was clean and we were well accommodated.

It's not a bad location or property for the price. I feel all hotels are overpriced because they give you less time in the rooms, and prices are constantly rising. It's a business model flaw in my opinion. Cant check in until half the day is over, but you gotta be out midday. I get they need time to clean rooms, It's a tough racket.. Spent 2 nights here recently and I really enjoyed my stay. Comfy, cozy room with nice beds. The location is great. Bunch of good resturants to walk to for breakfast and dinner. There is only valet parking so plan that. Will be back when staying in the downtown area again!

We stayed 3 nights as a family of four. The rooms were large, service was great and the hotel is in a good location. There are restaurants that are walkable. The parking is valet only. There's a restaurant downstairs but also several coffee shops in the area.

This hotel has great prices and is always clean. The staff is always professional and courteous. I like that they have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the walls are thin there. You can hear the conversations in the next room so you know they can hear you too.

This hotel had a nice bar, seating area and free breakfast, which was full of options. I would give this hotel five stars except we did not have any hot water in our room. The evening front desk manager was not courteous regarding this and even questioned whether it was true, as "no one else called to say they lacked hot water". She said she'd send a maintenance man to check, which did not happen....

Be sure to utilize the free shuttle service. Also visit the Short Pump Town Center where if you have no self control, you can spend hundreds of hours shopping at some of the most upscale mall.

Stayed for two nights in a queen suite with an ensuite bathroom and loved it! The room was very clean upon arrival and most importantly so was the bathroom. The only issue I had was on the confirmation email, it listed that you could buy membership in the hostel and pay for just for the nights you stay, but was told on arrival that i had to get the yearly membership, which could only be bought online

Really impressed with this experience. The rooms and bathrooms were impeccably clean. Ambience was cool and the make your own breakfast was fantastic.
