Right off the highway and beautifully situated! You feel like you step back in time, but at the same time it is clean and modern. The staff is amazing. Very clean (rooms and the rest of the hotel), comfortable bed and close to the airport. Breakfast is not included and is a little bit on the expensive side. The breakfast area converts into a bistro with food and drinks 🍸 in the evening. Overall, it's not a bad place to stay.

The staff went above and beyond to help make our stay great. We reported an issue we were having and needed to switch rooms and they were more than accommodating. Proximity to downtown helps make the stay enjoyable since we could walk to a lot of places.

Not exactly sure what they're trying to do, but there are no drawers whatsoever in your room. The rooms are very clean but very sparse. It was a great room. Staff for breakfast was really nice but knew when to leave us to enjoy our breakfast. Made reservations for a candle wood suite and after driving around for 30 minutes looking for it we stopped at a holiday inn. No outside signs stating it was a candlewood. But we finally arrived.

This was my first time staying at a Hyatt Place and I was impressed. Everything was very modern and nice. I liked that the room had a divider between the bedroom and the desk area. I'm sure we'll be back at more Hyatt's soon since you can transfer Chase points to them.

I had a loong flight and needed a place close to the airport to sleep before hitting the road the next morning. I found the room to be comfortable and large. The room I stayed in was very clean. Nice location, so close to all the shops and dining areas my friends and I planned to go to. They accommodated for us all to stay on the same floor and same wing. We rented a total of 6 rooms and they gave us a special rate since we were there for a special occasion.

I held a conference meeting at this hotel including an overnight stay. Overall I had a pleasant experience with some deficiencies of general facilities in a conference settingn expected in a Hyatt. Having said that the staff was extremely helpful friendly and did their best to accommodate my needs. Therefore the overall experience is positive.

Well let me explain review because I didn't stay to know much about service. The room was nice and clean. The reason I rated middle is it wasn't nothing extra ordinary and to me its priced high enough per night to be decked out and have jacuzzi and pool, free meal something but you only get the basics.

This Quality Inn was better than I thought it was going to be. It has a beautiful courtyard in the middle of the hotel. The pool is clean and ready to go in the middle of the courtyard. We’ve stayed here many many times over the past 15 years. We found this spot because they allow pets. Our dogs have all passed on but we still prefer this place to all of the other local offerings. All I can say is WHOAH! Our room was HUGE. Exceptionally clean. Comfy and spotless beds and bedding. More then just HBO to watch and more. Very clean, very economical. The evening desk attendant was very friendly and accommodating. The morning attendant was friendly. The front desk extended my checkout. What I liked mostly about this place was it had cameras every where. Made me feel safe. The area is not bad at all. the hotel is a bit secluded from everything else, so it is quite. The front desk was very nice and knowledgeable about The area. The things I did not like: I stayed there a week and every morning the house keeping would bang on the door waking me up to ask if I needed towels. Nice gesture...

The place was a little rundown on the outside--which had me worried when I pulled up to the establishment. However, I could tell they were renovated or had renovated because the room looked much better than expected. I was pleasantly surprised at how large the room was. It was perfect. I was in town for a Taekwondo tournament up the street. The room provided more than enough space to prepare the night before and the day of. That was awesome.
