The staff went above and beyond to help make our stay great. We reported an issue we were having and needed to switch rooms and they were more than accommodating. Proximity to downtown helps make the stay enjoyable since we could walk to a lot of places.

Not exactly sure what they're trying to do, but there are no drawers whatsoever in your room. The rooms are very clean but very sparse. The front desk staff is awesome and we're there to help whenever I needed it. The location is very convenient if you plan to stay in Roanoke, though you have to pay for parking. I have an oversized work van when we visit and they are more than accommodating to help...

Perfect hotel for an amazingly decent price. Very neat and clean. Amazing beds. All the amenities. And in walking distance to a lot of cool stuff to check out. I really enjoyed staying here. If we go back to Roanoke soon we will stay here again. I don't often say this about hotels.

Wonderful hotel experience! All the staff I dealt with were extremely friendly and offered their thanks for my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well stocked. Just stayed there this past weekend. Hotel very clean, bed was comfortable, loved that they are dog friendly since I had to take my 3 with me. Staff very helpful and friendly. Well let me explain review because I didn't stay to know much about service. The room was nice and clean. The reason I rated middle is it wasn't nothing extra ordinary and to me its priced high enough per night to be decked out and have jacuzzi and pool, free meal something but you only get the basics.

Great, updated hotel! Our room was spacious and comfy. Also, traveling for the holidays, it was wonderdul that they allowed pets! My only negative is that I wish they had more options on their breakfast bar. More fresh fruit, maybe? However, can't complain too much about free breakfast food. Would stay at again!

This hotel is modern, the staff was friendly and helpful. It has an indoor pool, business center and fitness room. You can hear some noise from the hallway. I believe it was coming under the door. Hotel was going through a remodel, but it did not affect our stay. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff was courteous and efficient. Very good place for a stay to break up a road trip.

This Quality Inn was better than I thought it was going to be. It has a beautiful courtyard in the middle of the hotel. The pool is clean and ready to go in the middle of the courtyard. Just stayed for the night but had a great expert, the staff is very helpful and nice. The room was clean and free breakfast in the morning, (eggs, sausage, biscuit and gravy and also had cereal and oatmeal.) Will stay again.

This place isn't bad for the price. The rooms could use some work but they're clean and the beds are comfortable. They also have a complimentary breakfast that's hot and pretty good for what it is: eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, mini muffins, coffee, juices, and more. I was treated very nice I arrived for a 3 night stay at about 3pm in the afternoon, atmosphere and energy from the beautiful and very nice lady at the front desk was very warm and pleasant. For a budget hotel, this is a very good choice. The room was clean and spacious. My biggest disappointment was that the "hot breakfast" was only "hot" because they had instant waffles and a toaster. This hotel is disgusting!! There was an old bar of soap still in the shower from the last person. The blinds don't close all the way and everything looks and feels dirty!! You do not wanna stay here!!

We were very happy with our stay here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and cozy. Very clean, very economical. The evening desk attendant was very friendly and accommodating. The morning attendant was friendly. The front desk extended my checkout.
