Great location right at the premises of the beautiful and very spacious beach. Friendly and uncomplicated staff. Perfect for a relaxing stay to enjoy the beach life, jump in the waves and view spectacular sunsets.

I really enjoyed this place. It's not the Ritz. My room was basic but a beautiful ocean view. The appliances worked and the location...on the beach...for the rates...you can't beat it. Next time I'll get one with a kitchenette. It's located in walking distance to restaurants...local mart...etc. The staff is super friendly. I had a very enjoyable experience.

I want to write 4.5 stars out of 5. Only because my wife didn't feel safe that part of the building settled a little uneven, it felt that everything was leaning one way a little bit from the 2nd floor. Other than that, hands down would go back in a heart but pick a ground floor stay. Stars at night were amazing and the access to the beach was fantastic. Convenient location.

You are getting a room in a very beautiful location which is why you would stay here. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable of the area and helpful. Room was clean but building was older and showing obvious signs of it's years spent in a marine environment. Check in and Out were without any issues. Views from the room were spectacular. By far the cutest hotel I have ever stayed in. Oceanfront room with direct access to the beach. A million dollar view for an extremely reasonable price.

Nice indoor pool and hot tub. There is a sauna but, we didnt use it. Beach right out your back door and close enough to walk to all local shops and activities. Very friendly service.

It's very quiet at this hotel. We love to be able to see the ocean so close to the building, it was clean and we absolutely love the shower head and all of the complimentary soaps and shampoos!! And big white fluffy towels!!

Honestly, there was a great view from our room. The price for the location was more than fair. The gentleman who checked us in gave us great conversation and lots of information for local stuff to keep us busy... rooms were a bit retro but had a decent nights sleep, and the kitchenette was stocked! Great little retreat spot.

Nice older beach motel with lovely views and good beach access. Not wheelchair friendly!! Older rooms in need of some updating/deep cleaning but overall well maintained and good space for family. Great for a quiet getaway.

We have stayed here on two different occasions. Obviously it was good enough for a repeat stay, but just barely. Located along Beach side. Easy and convenient access to beach. They cleanest room I have ever been in. Very quiet. Wall fire/furnace. 2 rooms made into one. Full kitchen and dinning table w/ chairs. Smelled very clean, not masked over with heavy chemicals.

Stayed here over the weekend.. Was a cute little hotel with an amazing view of the beach. I was greeted by a friendly man at the front desk and engaged in some small talk he made me feel welcomed and right at home. Rooms were cute and for the most part modern. The rooms were clean and well stocked with dishes and ever thing you would need to use in the kitchen.

It is peaceful place to rest and have private dock that can crabbing and set up table and chairs that can sitting on deck to enjoy. Clubhouse provide stove and oven and excellent dish washing sink Shower and rest room 24hours and club house open 8am till 8pm . Satellite TV can watching at Clubhouse Free Wi-Fi and normal reception for cellular phone T-Mobile 5G 2 or LTE 4 bars Entrance camp site road...

So beautiful here! The waterway with the hills and trees in the background is amazing! Wow! BE CAREFUL COMING INTO THE PARK, ENTRY IS VERY STEAP WITH DEEP POT HOLES. We had to go very slow with our A Class towing our Jeep. Staff is friendly and easy to deal with and views are wonderful!

It rained the entire time I was here, and I still loved every minute. I was at a perfect site, right on the pier. They have a lodge with nice facilities, friendly staff and unbelievable views. I will definitely be returning, hopefully on a sunny day. It did clear up on the day I left. The natural beauty is astounding!

Everyone should try crabbing off the docks here! It's so much fun, and super delicious to cook up! :)

This place is really awesome for the price. The room is really large and the decor is nice. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach which was a plus. Would so stay here again

This is a perfectly located coastal motel. Not on the beach, but close enough...less than a two minute walk west on Third Street you find a sandy path to seven miles of uncrowded beach. Office staff were super friendly and accommodating, yummy coffee, mini fridge and microwave.... cozy beds and a great price for the amount of space, worked perfectly for a family traveling last minute! Grumpys cafe was awesome.... So bring an appetite and your sarcasm, you'll fit right in! ??? Will definitely be back!

Nice little place close to the beach. Affordable. Fairly clean despite the fact that tons of sand get carried into the rooms. But all in all, I would recommend and stay there again.

This place is just the cutest!! Has a great little beach vibe to it all. It had a lot of good things, an accordion room divider between 2 beds if you like. The towels all made cute and fun. Ok and the beach is a few hundred feet away...perfect! Love the deck outside for the morning sun. We are keeping the info so maybe we can come back in the summer sometime.

One of our favorite places to stay. Unit 101 At Oceans Edge. Just a few steps and you are on a perfect sandy beach.

Amazing floor to ceiling views of the ocean, with beach access right there. 2 beds, 2 baths, huge open kitchen, living and dining rooms. Pet friendly. Bedroom windows look east to the mountain range. 4 nights of absolute bliss! Quiet, even though it's right off the 101! Clean and well appointed. The living area is massive! Plenty of room in the 2 bedrooms, each with their own bath. The tub in the queen room is extra deep and extra wide. Perfect for reflecting on your day roaming the gorgeous Oregon coast. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Upon arriving, my wife and I noticed the fridge wasn’t on, so we fixed that. Around 11 pm the first night of our stay, the fire alarm sounded off and everyone evacuated the building. The fire department quickly responded and told us the building’s smoke sensors are very sensitive and they get called out to this building frequently. Fortunately, there was no fire, but someone cooking had set it off...

My wife and I love this place. We came here on our honeymoon and return every year for our anniversary. This is not a 5 star hotel, it is a quiet, simple and intimate place with a lovely view of the ocean and some neat tech in the rooms. I highly recommend the Tradewinds Motel.

Love this place! We have been coming here every summer for over a decade. The proprietor is top notch, and is constantly upgrading. Amazing house on the hill. BEAUTIFUL views. The only negatives were the house wasn't ready for us when we got there as we were told, and there was a VERY rude neighbor. Everything else was so great I still gave it 5 stars

Have stayed here multiple times with my family. Always have had a great time. House is always cleaned and ready for us by the time we check in. Easy fast access to the town of Rockaway. If you want to have a wholesome vacation with your family, I would highly recommend this home to stay at.
