Ruidoso River Resort Condos

Our family had a great stay here in a 2 bed/2 bath condo (specifically, 1303 - Midtown Mountain Escape)

Checking in was seamless, as we received the door code before arrival. Ample parking allowed us to park right next to the stairs.

The location was great for access to the main street. 2-minute walk to Downshift Brewing and multiple stores. Most everything else was a short 5 min or less drive. In addition, there were lots of elk in the area, including the property's green spaces, which was a fun surprise.

The condo itself was great! Both bedrooms and bathrooms were nicely sized, leaving room to move around, unpack, etc. No cramped conditions here! It was a nice, enjoyable space to return to after a day of hiking, adventuring in the mountains, driving to White Sands, or popping up to the winery in Alto.

The living space was also comfortable and well laid out. While we didn't cook on this trip, the kitchen had plenty of room to work and was stocked with most items needed.

We were situated near the waterfall and overlooked the fire pit. Both were nice little additions to the property.

Overall, it was a 10/10 experience for us, and we'd definitely book again!

My wife and I had such an amazing time here for our anniversary! The price is really good for a beautiful room in a beautiful location. It's located right behind the road in Midtown with all the shops/great places to eat. Definitely will be staying here again!

We had a beautiful suite with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
I would have 5 starred, but toilets are not ADA compliant, no grab bars to help you get up from them. Although this is the first place I've stayed that I didn't have to purchase my own bath mat to keep from slipping while getting in and out of the shower, they supplied one. Also, no grab bar for the shower.
Lack of ADA compliance is an issue in most places I go with my younger family members.
I do realize that these are personally owned units and not subject to being ADA compliance, I would have been happy with just one bathroom of the three being equipped with grab bars and taller toilet. It's not just more convenient for the elderly but those with disabilities.

Visited some friends that were staying there. Looks like a very nice, well maintained condo complex. My understanding is that the majority of units are privately owned and rented out.

Everything about this place was on point. If I could make one suggestion that would make this top notch would be a hot tub for guest use. We would have LOVED to sit in one after our day out. Otherwise, we would still stay here again!

Full kitchen and your own privacy bedrooms, what more could you ask for. Beautiful landscaping and river surrounds the condo resort, and it is within walking distance to the local shops. We had such a great experience.

We were very happy with the condo we rented. It was spacious, comfortable, has a balcony overlooking a small stream. It was quiet and the grounds are gorgeous. Fully equipped kitchen allowed us to bring our own food however there are restaurants within walking distance. We loved it. Going back soon.
