We went to Sacramento to watch a baseball game, the Athletics vs Red Sox I was looking for places to stay. Everything was pretty expensive and I hate paying tons of money for a room. When all I’m going to do is spend the night you know.! I came across this hotel looked very interesting so I thought we would give it a try. Very nostalgic located in a fantastic location in old town Sacramento. Could walk to the game tons of dining and little shops and stores. The rooms are on the Small side but again that didn’t bother me. The bathrooms are small as well however they were very, very clean.
The only complaint I have is the bed wasn’t as comfortable as I would’ve hoped for, but it wasn’t totally uncomfortable either so all in all not too bad. There is a train that runs close by and there’s lots of sea otters that like to talk all night long so if you’re a light sleeper, I suggest taking some earplugs..
It was very beautiful on the Sacramento river and you could sit out outside the bar area and watch as boats go by and jet, skis and all of that. I would definitely stay here again, especially knowing what I know now the price is right and the location is great.

Very convenient for A’s baseball. Clean well kept. This is an old boat . rooms are small. Old Sacramento perhaps not as developed as we had hoped for . convenient access however to downtown. Nice views in the morning, looking out over the river.

The staff was super friendly and helpful with all my needs. They only negative thing was that there was no parking for the hotel.

Decided to stay in town and hang out a little bit after a ball game. Got the hotel last minute always wanted to stay here the hotel itself the rooms everything was great. However there were quite a few things going on in Sacramento that night so there was a bit of a scary crowd in Old Town that made me a bit nervous I would not say that it was unsafe because it was cops everywhere but it was a little shady. That has nothing to do with this facility or the process or the room. And everything was fine we saw no evidence of anything no one directly spoke to us that I would have been concerned with and we made some great friends at one of the local pubs. So all in all a very good experience just a little shaky and noisy at the street. The hotel room was completely silent we got a Riverview room it was amazing the next morning. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location right next to old Sacramento. We ended up with the cheapest room, which was really small, but it was fine for us. Arrange parking beforehand because their valet seemed expensive.

We had decided to stay here because of its proximity to the Golden One center for a concert we were going to. We were not disappointed! The valet parking was quick and easy, checking in was painless, and the rooms were great! It has such a fun and unique feel to it. We loved every part of staying here. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a lovely view of the river. And the price was very reasonable. We are definitely going to stay here again in the future!

The room was a bit small but still fun to stay on an old paddle boat. I think it's haunted too. Yes, the noise on the weekends is a bit loud. Lots of partiers and seals howling. I would still highly recommend staying here. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help. Beautiful sunset and river.
