This hotel could easily be rated with five stars but we had a couple of issues: a bathroom door that would not close and being served room service food in paper bags with plastic picnic utensils (also one dish was cold and one was incomplete). Went here for a conference, staff are very nice, help facilitate the event, very professional and artistic ambiance. Food places near by to eat if you don't want the Cafe. Great environment for learning! Also the room was cozy, beds very comfortable but bring your own pillow if you like firm pillows. Pillows are very soft.

A decent stay at the Hyatt Sacramento. Service was great. Vines restaurant was surprisingly fantastic. Bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. Good views of the capital. Fitness center is connected to the hotel but you have to go outside to access. The wifi needs some significant improvement as it continually dropped throughout my stay. Great location near the capitol building.

Great ammenities while we were here for an annual banquet. Service staff is nice, attentive and delicious food. Never an issue when we come here and clean restrooms are a plus. Space is great for large company parties as they accommodate and decorate and allow for special functions. I would say the hall speaker system could be updated as the volume was low and somewhat muffled.

The Hyatt Regency Sacramento is a modern multi-story hotel. The rooms are average sized with two chairs. The beds are comfortable. Only two small drawers are provided. It was a great place to lay my head down after a long travel day. The staff was super friendly. The breakfast was good. The location is close to the highway, so you can hear the noise.

Facility is very pleasant. Rooms are nice but are dated in appearance. They look like a well cared for grandparents home. Rooms are small and can use an update. With that said, do not let this deter you from staying here. Overall, I would stay here any day.

This hotel was spotless, the food extremely delicious, the room comfortable, the pool pristine, and the amenities amazing. But my favorite part of my stay was the graciousness and friendliness of EVERY staff member that I encountered. The hotel has a few restaurants within and a lot of other restaurants and entertainment facilities are within walking distance. It is also located in an area that can be accessed via public transportation. All the staff from the valet to the reception seemed friendly. The rooms are very spacious with large closets. Thse entire hotel was recently renovated and ths rooms are so much better then how they were before. The new owners are really putting alot of effort in eorking on and fixing the entire property. The hotel is a well-kept, older facility. The rooms are priced accordingly and hard to beat. The staff are friendly and we felt welcome there. We needed an airport shuttle. I was traveling on the 4th of July so I wasn't expecting to get much sleep, but I didn't hear one firecracker and slept great. I decided to start breaking away from the chain motels and I'm so glad I chose to start here. I didn't have a reservation but I think I got the nicest room in the entire hotel. My siblings and I visited relatives who live in Elk Grove and the Governors Inn Hotel was the ideal spot for our two-night stay. The accommodations were top-notch from the courteous and attentive staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and comfortable beds to the continental breakfast provided to hotel guests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will book with this hotel again.

I really like the beds in the rooms look real nice. The bathroom is also nice. My only complaint is that the lighting is a little bit too dim and you can hear the PA announcements from the lot next door. They start happening early in the morning. This Hotel is an amazing place to stay for one night or for a little City get away. It's rooms are always clean and well stocked with towels, refrigerator with freezer. They have a beautiful salt water pool and hot tub open year round. It is very well maintained and always clean.

Friendly front desk staff, nice outdoor pool, and clean rooms. The halls are quite loud and there appeared to be a rowdy group either in the room next to us or across the way. It made me worried that it would make for a bad night's sleep but they were much more courteous at night so we were able to sleep without any interruptions.

I have been staying at this hotel on and off for over 10 years. The rooms are always clean and the beds are super comfortable. There are three Marriott hotels here and they are all nice. The rooms and amenities were fair trade all natural soaps. Your centrally located to everything from great food to entertainment. Red Roof Inns are a personal favorite of mine due to consistency. But this one really went above and beyond for me. The rooms are very small, but they are clean. Historically, it's very nice. This boat has seen an extraordinary existence. Food is very good here, surprisingly. Staff and bartenders were very nice, helpful, and accommodating. Nice location, next to Old Sacramento. Lots of stores and places to eat. Would recommend to friends and family.

I love this place I go at least once a year the food is good and reasonable price. The best part is the people at the front desk are always willing to help you make accommodations and I love that about this place we have great employee. Tammy M Diaz
