The competition for hotels is pretty serious in Sacramento, and many are disgusting, especially downtown. I've found staying at this location to have its advantages to my benefit.

You need to make your reservations early if you know you're going to stay in the area because the third-party booking sites will overbook this location. Make sure you use the company's original app to make the reservation and not the third-party ones. Trust me, it's better.

Anyways, the service is always great here. The facility is clean, as are the rooms. I'm in room 200 today, and the floor could have been swept much better, but everything else was fine.

The only issue can be the parking. Be mentally prepared.

This hotel was very clean and the staff are definitely friendly. The price was definitely right. I was really shocked at how clean and nice it was for the price I paid. We travel this way a lot, and I will definitely stay here in the future.

Bed was super comfy. But a non smoking room that smelled like smoke. And the laminate floors were filthy! Socks were black in one minute and dropped a towel and it had black all over it. Staff was super friendly.

Been shopping for apartments and going between models, this was the nicest one we've stayed at in the area BY FAR. 24/7 coffee available, really quiet and comfortable space, great location, and the beds are extremely comfortable. Only regret was not getting another night's sleep there. Its a little pricier than the others in the area, but it's WELL worth it. Staff is very nice, and the rooms are spacious, even the desk chair and other seat were comfortable and we brought our pet who settled immediately. We will very likely be back in the future.

I discovered this hotel over the summer time.
The location is extremely ideal for my business purposes.
The rooms are fairly good and the folks working are friendly and inviting. The staff is hard working.
I specifically look for parking that is accessible and in front of the room! They are very accommodating to keep my rooms on the bottom floor.
Some changes with Wyndham/La Quinta on service dogs since I was charged, which I recall just last summer a different policy.
Seems to be a good idea to download the Wyndham rewards for business travel....
Early check in cost $30 until not 15 stays
Late check out for 30 minutes not until 5 stays. My prices have been better the using third party apps. Definitely will help to create better value.

I want to give a 3.7 but I'll give my stay a 4. Thanks to a housekeeper, Vera, everything looked tidy and clean. The front office has a woman named Crystal who is very professional and got me checked in quickly. The location is pretty convenient and restaurants are within walking distance. You can hear the freeway at night but I personally like having ambient noises when I settle down for the night. I also felt safe with keycards being required to enter the side doors of the building.

If I was nitpicking my stay-- the room showed its wear and tear. Overall, the presentation looks new but the smaller things were evident because of it. My room's door needed an extra push to properly close and it had discoloration on the bottom half (inside). A small portion of a baseboard was slightly torn and some of the walls and ceiling had a few chips and holes the size of BB bullets. Some parts of the shower tile grouts had dark specks that looked like some elbow grease was needed to scrub them off. If those were addressed, the room would look more welcoming.

If I need a spot in Sac for good value, I'd come here again. It's not finished with its renovation and it should address the aforementioned issues, but the staff deserves some recognition for the overall cleanliness and services they provide.
