Hibiscus Oceanfront Resort

I am here right now and we just checked in last night. They won't give us more shampoo and body soap when they didn't stock it from the get go. They're saying they won't be by to stock it until the day we leave. Horrible service. Do not come here.

Do not go if you have mobility issues. There is no staff and never any security. This is not an ADA compliant property and they make no effort to assist in any manner. They leave extremely bright lights on all night (think football stadium type lights) that make it impossible to sleep. Plus the lights encourage adults to get drunk by the pool and think it's a good idea to let screaming children run around the pool. No view of ocean and path to ocean is hard to navigate. Feral, sick animals all around grounds .

We stayed in E203. Management and maintenance was horrible. I received text messages saying to inform them if any problems. When I messaged about the ceiling fan in main bedroom shaking and very loud and the light did not work all they did was change the light bulb. I also told them the fridge and garden tub were very dirty and there was sharp metal pieces on the jet sprayer covers chipping off into the water. They sent housekeeping in to clean it again but it still had a layer of cleaner and grime in it after they left. Maintenance never did anything to fix the sharp metal in tub.

At first it looked like a great place to stay but the whole place is crawling with tons of roaches. Every kitchen cabinet had roaches and roach droppings! Bathrooms roaches all over the floors! We couldn't make food or have anything out. Well not stay again
