Hotel was perfect for our family stay! Starbucks and free breakfast was great! Very relaxing. The only downfall is the pool and hot tube were not heated much. More like lukewarm water. And the hotel did not have a private beach. It’s all fenced. Very strong waves. But has a convenient public access next to the hotel.

This is a wonderful hotel! From check-in to check-out I was treated politely and professionally. A lovely young woman, Grace, was exceptional at the check-in desk. The rooms were very clean. I missed being offered a free breakfast, but because the paid breakfast didn't open until 7:00 am I missed that too. Rooms were clean and the staff was nice. Tons of construction though and barely any parking in the current state (Feb '18). I am sure that will get worked out once all the construction is done and the parking lot is paved. There was a convention that evening as well, so that may have had something to do with it. The front desk folk seemed a little unfriendly to us. Other hotel staff were super welcoming and helpful, however. We brought a dog and liked our room. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Clean, online check in was smooth, comfortable bed. The room was modern and had a mini refrigerator. The hotel is beachfront but is set quite a ways back from the beach. You can see and hear the waves but don’t expect true beachfront like we were.

My husband and I stayed here the second week of August and we absolutely loved it!!! This was our late honeymoon since Covid didn’t allow us to travel nor have our big wedding! Love most HGI's but this property needs work. Better room cleaning is needed. The shower tile had black mold in most grout lines and carpet had stains that smelled. Just there for one night otherwise we would have moved. Coffee was great, but the breakfast line cook was overwhelmed. No bar since it's an older property. We’re staying here for few nights with our dog. What a gem of a hotel! Room is super clean! I know that coz I used to manage some of these hotels and know where to look! This hotel is squeaky clean! Kudos to their housekeeping team and Veronica at front desk. All in all, very nice property.

Had an excellent experience with out stay. Kathy at the front desk was brilliantly helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. One of the WORST breakfasts available! Very few options. Rooms are clean but serviced every other day. Expect nothing extra. No luggage rack available so we've used the ironing board all week. Owners seem to be cutting costs every way possible. The price and location are its redeeming qualities.

Hello Fellow Explorers, if you find yourself in St Augustine make sure you book a room early. Rooms fill up really quickly in hotels on the weekends and especially during the travel season. Found a lovely little value here at the quality inn and Suites. This may not be a five-star hotel but it gets a five-star review.

Nice stay, nice room, bed a little hard, but location and value can't be beat. Right across the street from pier and gas station right in front, nice restaurants on both sides, and walking distance to many more. Convenient to downtown and everything! The newly renovated rooms are large and beds are comfortable. Housekeeping could be improved but overall satisfactory. Its a good place, not the hilton but for a place on the beach for a good price its pretty good (around a grand for a week).

Where to start? Check in was a little tense. Reserved a King room with ocean view and a jacuzzi tub based on the website offerings. Free parking was also listed on the website. At check in we were required to pay $10 a night for parking. Argued that with desk clerk and all she said was the website was outdated and shrugged her shoulders. There is a restaurant in the hotel but no breakfast is offered...

This hotel is very cute! Not only does it have an artsy and historic vibe, but it's also great location. Although we had to wait past 3pm for check in (due to the room not being ready) the late night staff made up for it! Fantastic resort. When we stayed there, the room was absolutely perfect! We loved the jacuzzi in the room. The staff was extremely helpful and hospitable. And the location was great as well. It was within reasonable travel distance to downtown.

No place to get coffee in the morning until 8am...the rooms are big but there was no mirrors for the wife to check stuff out.. a woman thing...and there was no light over the sink in the bathroom...kinda weird...the place is under construction but it didn't affect us at all...it's in a great location as far as the beach and restaurants. Enjoyed the access to the beach and the fact that other amenities were available. Our condo was nice. I HATED the fact that this property waters the foliage with what appears to be untreated water. Not only does it smell like raw sewage during watering, the water also leaves a residue on vehicles.
