Amazing place with large clean comfortable rooms. Dining experience was phenomenal!! The hotel Chef is fantastic (I love the fact that he makes all of the sauce. I could tell...tasted amazing!) Huge thanks to Dipal and all of the other servers and kitchen staff... they really made it the best dining experience Ive personally ever had! The reservation system (?) wouldn't allow us to make a reservation until 8 pm and when we got there it was almost as though they were cleaning up for the evening. Despite the dirty look from the hostess girl, the servers and kitchen made it a phenomenal dining experience. I will definitely stay here in the future!!

Unacceptable Treatment and Lack of Response
I recently stayed at Little America back in April for a work trip that happened to coincide with my birthday and my experience was deeply disappointing. During my stay, my car was broken into, and the window was shattered. While I understand the hotel is not responsible for the crime, the way my concerns were handled—or ignored—was unacceptable.
I was directed to work with the hotel security team, but no one from management ever reached out to assist me or acknowledge the incident. When I called to speak with someone, I was hung up on. I completed the survey they sent with a request for someone to contact me—no one did. I followed up with an email and still received no response.
I was treated as though my concerns were a burden, and it felt as if the staff dismissed me entirely. It’s hard not to wonder if this treatment was due to assumptions about my family’s value or importance. Regardless of the reason, the lack of empathy and basic customer service is unacceptable.
I’m extremely disappointed and hope management will finally take this seriously. I would appreciate someone reaching out to discuss how this situation can be addressed and made right.

The main building lobby is breathtaking, but then they have you stay in an apartment style housing around the building, so you are not actually staying the gorgeous lobby building. When walking into the apartment style building that layers the outside exterior, you may want to walk instead of driving. It's a disaster of a maze to find your building. Some what disappointed to be sent to an exterior building. The doors are not soundproof, so you here the vacuuming early in the morning. Then the balcony is a street view, so you hear the street all night. It's just an outdated hotel with an interesting layout that serves you chaos and confusion. It's a great one night stay or a place to use while you're in and out of the town. It definitely could use a remodel with the decor and soundproofing.

One of the best hotels I could ever recommend. This hotel has a bit of an old-fashioned style on the inside, but regardless of one’s taste it is absolutely gorgeous. Management is some of the best I’ve ever seen, the staff are friendly and caring from the general manager to the bell boys, from the restaurants staff to the front desk, and more.
There are three styles of rooms: the tower rooms in the main building, the garden rooms, and the motel rooms. The motel rooms were being renovated when I was there and some looked like they needed some work, but the garden rooms and the tower rooms are very nice. We put several of our friends and family in the garden rooms when they were visiting us and they absolutely loved it. The rooms are to the side of the main building but still attached, and are offered at an excellent price compared to the tower. See my pictures for how the garden rooms and motel rooms look.
This hotel also features two of my favorite restaurants: the Little America Coffee Shop and Lucky H. I’ve dined there many times and I’ve always appreciated the unique taste and the freshness of their food. The Coffee Shop is a sit down restaurant with good menus for any time of day, and Lucky H is a sit down restaurant with excellent buffet options. The desserts at those restaurants are spectacular too.
There are several big banquet rooms for major events. We tried to book an event here, but their staff gives major preference to large companies that are willing to shell big bucks. Nonetheless, as a place to stay this is among the best in Utah.

This was the most relaxing vacation spot to have family oriented. The amenities are too many to list world class service service with a smile. Every valet was helpful. Every room was clean. The food was six extremely well done. The amenities are exquisite with the gym, the hot tub the pool the location is fantastic, the plethora of restaurants and shops and close distance to the city Creek mall and Temple Square. This is the most fun I’ve ever had in my family and I are planning on coming back next year and the years after that we really enjoyed this I recommend this to All who wants to have a place to get away and to enjoy.

We chose Little America because it was centrally located in Salt Lake City and was only about 10 minutes from the airport. Their prices were also reasonable. We paid $631.04 for 4 nights.
We assumed we would get a room in the hotel itself, but we got a cottage like room along the outside of the hotel. Initially, we were disappointed because the hotel lobby was gorgeous and we wanted the full hotel experience but, we came to appreciate our room. Our room was quiet. We didn’t hear the constant opening and closing of doors or conversations down the hall. We were also able to park our car literally, just steps from our room door. The entrance and exit was also near our room which made things convenient. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable.
The hotel staff were for the most part friendly, minus a staff member in housekeeping who seemed annoyed we requested a new iron. Service however, was a tad slow. It took 2 phone calls to the hotel and 45+ minutes to get a new iron. We also placed a room service order which arrived in a decent amount of time, but it was missing the A1 sauce we requested. It took another 20 minutes to get the sauce. Overall though, it was a great place to stay.

Outstanding experience. This property is beautifully cleaned and maintained. It's been continually updated throughout. Pay a little extra for one of the upgraded rooms. Pool and spa area excellent. Common areas are great to relax after a long day with fireplaces and comfortable clean furniture.
Room was upgraded and clean. Bedding is some of the best I have slept on in years. Hands down. Pillows were excellent.
My only minor complaint was the buffet. For 60 bucks a head, the non meat hot food options were none. Salad bar was well kept and excellent though.

My favorite hotel stay in my lifetime. We’ve stayed at the Grand America and while it’s very nice and beautiful, it’s expensive. The Little America gave us a discounted upgrade since we came to celebrate our anniversary. They also covered our parking. We stayed in a tower room and it was GORGEOUS. The details- design and functionality- were above anything I’ve seen. We loved the pretty lobby, spacious room, huge TV, pull-out fridge drawer, the tub, the view of SLC & the comfy bed. The attendants at the desk were very kind and helpful and all of the hotel guests seemed to be very happy! Would love to stay here every year!

Perfect getaway! The room was spacious and comfortable. We loved the pool area— there are two. We went to both but decided we liked the one on the second floor best since there are more umbrellas by the lounge chairs. This pool is half indoors, half outdoors and wasn’t busy at all. The other one is completely outdoors in the middle of the buildings. The fitness room was nice— mostly treadmills, a couple bikes, one stair stepper, one elliptical, and some weights. Only recommendation is to be sure to ask for a room away from the elevators. We were right by them. It wasn’t bad enough to ask to switch rooms but next time I’ll ask to be away from them. Overall, we loved our stay. Would highly recommend!
