Very nice place, conveniently located and very friendly staff. Especially Leslie at the front desk. She was super nice and friendly and accommodating as well Mike from banquet. Highly recommended
Please understand that I take my stars seriously! This Hotel was safe, quiet and comfortable. I would stay here again. Breakfast each morning was good. Staff was courteous and kind.
Clean and comfortable suites, though the bedroom could have been bigger. Breakfast is good, evening drinks and the snacks in the room are included in the booking and are really good and are daily replenished. One negative is that the AC is loud, which makes the room a little less quiet.
I love this hotel! The rooms are large, comfortable, and affordable for the area. Breakfast is top notch, and they offer made to order omelets at no extra cost! The bar tender at night times is the best too
Our family stayed at this hotel for a day trip to California's Great America theme park. It's a great location to the theme park, airport and restaurants. The evening reception was only stocked at the beginning and they never filled anything back up so if you came to the later part of it you may not get certain snacks. The breakfast was filling. The hot foods are served at the omelet counter so you...
We checked in late, so I asked the next morning for a late check out (not realizing it was already a noon checkout, compared to the usual 11 am) and the guy working at the front desk gave us a 2 PM check out at no charge! Definitely a pleasant surprise!

Great hotel in a safe location with friendly knowledgeable staff. The hotel is located in more of a business area, so unless you are going to Levi’s for a game or event, it’s not the best location for ‘nightlife’, BUT if you happen to stay here, there are SOME things to do. There’s are lots of eateries and there’s also some local bars. Try Bare Bottle Brewing Co. which is just a couple miles away...
Amazing hotel, I really enjoyed staying at the Hyatt Regency. Very clean, the staff is very friendly and professional. My room faced the 49ers stadium which was great because we stayed at the hotel so we can go to the football game the next day, it was very convenient, we walked to the stadium it was very close. The bar was very busy but lucky us we had the chance to sit there and order some food...
I didn't stay in this hotel but I needed their help with a guest who was and they couldn't have been more helpful. I dealt with an amazing woman called Courtney and she went above and beyond to help me. She was also lovely to chat to and put my mind at ease. Great customer service.
We love staying here when going to an event at the Levi stadium. It is located right across from the stadium! The hotel has a gorgeous pool, bar, spacious room, good restaurants, friendly staff and conference rooms. We truly love this hotel! The pool is fabulous and they have cabanas also. Great location
Attentive and polite staff, and excellent breakfast buffets for all culinary preferences and dietary restrictions. Outdoor seating comfortable and can seat large parties outdoors in shade or with warmers. Although they were attending to soccer tournament , 2 weddings, and a fashion show, they focused on individual guests with a premier attitude.
The entire staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home. Veronica at Evolution sushi bar was so friendly and incredible. She sent a bottle of Champange to our room to celebrate our new move to the area. She made our stay extra special and memorable. Thank you Hyatt Regency SC. We would recommend your accommodations to all friends and family coming to the area.

Went there on a business trip. The lobby looks great. I was impressed, clean and very welcoming. But when I got to my room I was disappointed. I stayed at $70 a night hotels that looked better than the room I had. The wallpaper was dated and the lack of a refrigerator and microwave for how much you will pay a night was also a let down. I have stayed at other hotels who have those things and it was...
One of my "All Time Favorites. " The Fairmont San Jose restored my confidence in myself as well as my high expectations of service in the Bay area. Personnel greeted my Gal and I with high respect and courtesy, that which cannot be matched. This applies to every level of personnel we encountered during our 5 night stay. The skyline views of downtown SJ are awesome, especially in the evening from...

The tea is the best!! The food from the hotel restaurants and room service that I have eaten, were delicious. If I could give it more stars, I would.
Great place to stay, and it’s in the middle of everything. Conveniently located near lots of restaurants and stores.
The place is very clean. This is definitely one of the nicer hotels. Of course you pay extra for this type of hotel. Majority of the staff that I interacted with was friendly and very helpful. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and super spacious. The hotel also has a gym and pool. I want to say the pool was heated as it was perfect to get into at night. I usually really like this place... but they lost me after my stay on New Year's Eve. When we checked in, they never told us the kitchen and bar were closed to the public because of a wedding. If they had informed us it would be different. We would have brought food/drinks to celebrate New Year's Eve.They did give us free fries which was nice... but still would have liked a bar to celebrate the New...
Redecorated rooms and outside paint cannot disguise the fact that this was once a standard motel with doors opening to the outside and cars parked along the downstairs rooms. Note, this hotel also has a multi-story tower but I did not stay in that section and cannot comment on those accommodations. The furnishings are nice and of high quality but there is no outside window, unless you do not mind people...
Excellent room decor. Very very clean. Decent desk chair and desk for comfortable working on the computer in the room. Great lighting and comfortable reading spaces. Well arranged spaces to unpack into. I would prefer a little more of a kitchenette. The sink water does not get hot enough. Shower is hot, though. Keys work flawless first time ever time. I definitely prefer this hotel when staying in...
Loved loved loved!! This place is amazing! The price is just right! We got in late and was able to sleep late because the curtains allow it to be pulled all the way keeping out any light. Clean room, friendly staff, overall great experience. We will stay here again.
Spacious but noisy. I was first impressed and surprised by the size of the room. Most rooms are just bed and bath. This actually had a living room if a kind. As I stayed longer and tried to sleep, the intense rattling of the air conditioning, inexplicably on in spite of mild temperatures had me searching for the thermostat so I could get some sleep. The barrier in front of the air conditioning inlet...

I really liked the hotel. Very clean room. The bed is white and well ironed. Very clean bathroom, everything worked properly. Gym and swimming pool, bar. Very young, friendly and fast staff. The prices were higher than we expected, but they corresponded to the quality of services
Beautiful, comfortable, modern high rise hotel in the center of San Jose. The San Jose Marriott is the epitome of why the Marriott brand is so popular with many travelers, including myself! Could not have asked for a better place to stay when attending conventions in San Jose. The room is clean and well equipped with amenities (except for shoe horn, but no big deal), with direct access to the convention center. Breakfast place downstair is perfect. Also strategically located in the city center with convenient access to the airport and other parts of San Jose. Highly recommended. Will...
I have been to the Marriott in San Jose twice, not to stay overnight but for professional events. The first thing I found strange was when I went to the bar Tanq and ordered a drink. Usually, you order a drink and the bartender serves it to you. If you give them your credit card, the bartender will ask if you would like to keep it open or close it out. But if you don't offer a card or payment,...

We used their airport parking during our long trip out of the country and it was an excellent choice. Very easy and convenient. We were back to our car within 3 minutes. A few minutes later we were on...
it's a older hotel but still has so life left. many in house options available decently sized bar with killer wings and a mango beer that's just odd enough to warrant a try (and it earned it's keep). rooms are dated and the mini fridge could possibly be on its last leg but will keep food cold but won't freeze your ice packs so plan accordingly. thin walls or just insanely loud everything else. all...
Had a good experience with this hotel while staying here as I was attending a convention downtown. Room was clean, comfortable and safe. After paying a whopping $350 per night, we got a room that as very weird smelling. The carpet was wet, all the faucets were running when we entered. We were super tired so we just crashed. I attended PantheaCon and had wonderful experiences in my interactions with the hotel staff. I was here for a professional event. First there is a lot of parking. I used the self park option which you need to pay for. (The parking machine was not accepting credit cards so I went to the valet). The hotel is incredibly large. The...

Great location, functional but not high end and price sensitive. This is like the fourth time I stay here and even though there's no "free" breakfast like in all other Holiday Inn Express hotels, it's proven it's value for several reasons: - Location, location, location. You can skip all traffic when coming / going to the airport and any events downtown San Jose. - Cozy bar for ending a long day...
A very solid hotel. Was just an overnight guest for one night. The double room was a comfortable room. There were power outlets on all the table lamps to charge devices, but I'm still glad I brought a travel power strip.nothing overly special, but not bad either. I enjoyed my long term stay here. Front desk was outstanding and friendly. Rooms are well appointed. The ladies that serve breakfast were super friendly. Complimentary tea and coffee in lobby. Clean and quiet perfect for my stay.
Fantastic location. Walking distance to Starbuck, Chipotle subway and other eateries. Quiet and large rooms. Friendly staff. Parking is ample both in the structure and around it for larger vehicles. The trolley runs right in front of the hotel and the airport is right around the corner. Such a great hotel to make life easier on business trips.
This place is extremely pleasant in all elements. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are well designed and comfortable, and the location is exceptionally closer to SJC Airport. Also, the complimentary breakfast is top notch. The only downside after that the shower doesn't get hot enough and that they don't offer water bottles in the room.
First time on this hotel,. When I went to California Great America after I visited the park I was so tired and I decided to stay in residence inn. When I checked inn I was very surprised about the service. The guy who checked me in. He is very professional very good service. The room is very clean ..
Very nice Residence Inn on First St near the freeway exits. Small dog friendly but they charge a $75 daily fee I was told. Did not try their breakfast. Covered on site parking for a fee. Bed was very comfortable. The Grill was open until 10pm which is great for late arrivals. Small pantry on site.

What a hidden gem in San Jose! I live nearby and had no idea this existed. We stayed here with my family (2 toddlers) when we lost power during the storms. It was quiet, luxurious, clean. Spectacular! This is a gorgeous property with great staff. We are loyal to the Hilton brand and happy to have found the Hayes Mansion. We declined housekeeping service as we were only staying for three nights. We realized that meant we wouldn’t have enough coffee pods for each day a quick call to the front desk and some was delivered. The place is extremely clean and well kept. Easy parking. Maggie...
This is a very family friendly hotel. Amenities are typical for a nice Hilton. There seemed to be a shortage of towels during our stay. There were 3 adults in our room, but they only gave us 2 sets and it took quite a bit of calling the front desk, housekeeping, etc. to get the towels we needed. Room was very clean and updated. We were in town for a birthday party at Martial Cottle Park, and we think...
The hotel is a historic Manson with hotel rooms added in the back. The main building does look gorgeous but the hotel rooms were pretty standard. While the room is nice and clean, it is a bit small. I also agreed with other people’s comments that they really need to add more staff to improve the service. P.S. this is a popular venue for wedding and other corporate events. If you want to avoid the party...
The staffs are friendly. There are plenty of parking. The room is clean. They also have a nice heated pool. Overall, it's good. The only thing that I don't like is the room size; but it's not a deal breaker to me

I’ve been staying here for a while and could say this is a very clean hotel. Staff has always been respectful and nice, so has the cleaning ladies. Hotel is close to the San Jose Airport, about 10 mins away. Room was spacious and clean, nicer than a regular best Western property. Only knock is the walls are paper thin, we could hear our neighbors clearly. The room had a mini fridge, microwave, ironing board, iron blow dryer and keurig machine. There was also a security guard in the parking lot.
The staff were very friendly and attentive. They were very accommodating and made us feel welcome. We were pleasantly surprised by the large room and bathroom. Everything was clean and ready for us. I loved the proximity to attractions, restaurants and shopping. I will be back and will recommend this place to my friends.

I liked the large and comfortable bed in the room. The staff is very good, helpful, always friendly, appearance tidy and nice to look at all the time !
I Enjoyed the staff enjoy the room but it's a weird configuration depending on which way you come in to the hotel from the convention center or the street or the parking lot but once you're in you'll enjoy the overall atmosphere and amenities. I didn't get a chance to enjoy the bar perfectly situated across from the registration table, but it looks like a cool place to chill.
I had a wonderful stay at this Hilton location. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I found the staff here very pleasant and accommodating. Good rooms and great location if you are attending a convention. Lacking some of the nicer things you might want for a vacation. When we were there, there was no valet, bell, or room service. There is free parking and is newly renovated. It is reasonably priced. The bathroom is nice and big. However, we booked a queen sized bed but it looked more like a full sized bed. The hotel is quiet and had no problem sleeping. Highly recommend.

They used their shuttle to pick us up at the airport. For each night stay, I received a voucher for a free drink at the bar. The breakfast in the morning was good as well.
I really enjoyed staying at this hotel! The location was very convenient for me - I felt that I could get wherever I needed to go pretty quickly. Great amenities mattresses a little hard and pillow over stuffed. First 2 nights nice and quiet which is what you expect when staying in a hotel. I loved everything about it close walking distance to Downtown and SAP Center, amazing caring staff, hotel was very clean staff was friendly and went above and beyond for your needs and helped you out in anyway they could.
We stayed in a corner suite which was big and roomy. I loved the robes they provided. Just stayed one night for an in-town get away. Easy walk to dinner and back. My favorite thing about this hotel is the Raid Our Pantry they have at night. Take your room key, find the little room and you can make yourself a sandwich, cookies & milk, fruit, etc. It's just great!
Since the original hotel was booked this was the next option. Unfortunately the elevator is broken so you need to climb up to your rooms. The rooms are nice and spacious. Mine faced the office building next door. The parking sucks because they only have valet, metered, or there is one parking garage two blocks away for parking. There is an empty lot behind the hotel that could be used for parking...
Great, personalized service! Recommend hotel and restaurant. Corner King rooms have huge bathrooms. They also offer great amenities include midnight snack boxes and free WiFi.
Still searching for a good Sam Jose hotel... De Anza hotel is well located downtown. Rooms well decorated and facilities good. Positives good breakfast (extra), good decor, location. Negatives: $15 mandatory 'resort fee' above booked price, WiFi in hotel is slow and unreliable, Aircon in rooms is noisy and intermittent, no safe in room.
Good hotel. Very close to the SAP Center "Shark Tank". It was easy to walk to the hockey game, maybe 5 minutes. One thing you will notice are all the planes flying overhead. Even at night we could hear them. I slept through it but worth mentioning.

Amazing hotel with a lot of personality in the heart of San Jose. The room is big and really comfortable. There was a bathtub and everything was spotless clean. Loved staying there and how nice the staff was. The only issue was the size of the shampoo, which were really small and only one small bar of soap.
Stayed here for a couple of days to see a 49er game. The hotel staff was very professional and friendly, the facility was well kept and the rooms were a good size for for my 2 toddlers to roam around. Being in Santana row, it was the perfect location since we didn't have to drive anywhere to get food or entertain the kids. We loved our stay and would definitely come back.
The entire team at the establishment was welcoming and was more than great. From the quick and friendly valet team, to the informative front desk and also the warm back of house staff was excellent. Perfect location before a morning flight out of SJC. Seems like most hotels have gotten rid of their shuttles but this property has rides to the airport every 15 min starting at 5AM. Rooms have recently been renovated. Modern and clean. Only complaint is that there are no feather pillows in the room.
I really appreciated the ride to and from the airport. I was able to drop my car off the evening before and get a ride to the hotel and then an early ride the next day. The beds are soft and the bathrooms are spacious. Quick check in, plenty of parking.. I can't say anything bad about this location.
Pros- Nice large rooms with kitchenette. -Good hot breakfast, that the staff keeps very sanitary. - close the the highway. Cons- The worst bed I have ever slept on... Great place to stay especially with a family! The laundromat on the premises was outstanding! Housekeeping, black out curtains and privacy door between the shower and the sink made our stay perfect! Also, the location is perfect for day trips to San Francisco, Santa Cruz and more.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was at per diem when I booked and not too far from where I was working while on business travel. It can be easy to miss the first time and turning around was a hassle, but a great experience overall
The hotel provides easy access to the 280. Rooms are clean, and meets the TownePlace brand. No complaints about housekeeping or other services. Check in was great, they accommodated all my requests for feather free / no down. Plenty of parking at this location.
Rooms are clean, a good size, have a little kitchenette (stove, refrigerator, sink). Bed is comfy, soft pillows, and most importantly outlets all over the room. Breakfast area has a waffle maker, different breads, bagels, juice, coffee, and done limited fresh fruits. Decent location, 10 minutes from downtown San Jose, just south of 101 making it convenient to commit to most tech companies.

Nice big opulant hotel, with nice furniture. Friendly staff, comfy and quiet room.
The pricing is misleading. Be prepared to add a mandatory $45 for valet parking. There is no near self parking. We checked in in the late afternoon. When we returned after taking our aunt to dinner, we were told there was no parking space for our car. We would have to wait a couple of hours for an event to end before parking might be available. The manager’s first response was to tell us to go to a...
I love this hotel. Staff are super warm and friendly, very helpful and accommodating. I was able to check in early and they kept my suitcase at the front desk until my room was ready. Beautiful rainwater shower head in the room. Hotel is right in downtown so close to everything. Great to see holiday decor here too! Super festive and fun. Wonderful place to stay and will definitely be back!!
Short stay on Sunday night. Very clean hotel. Comfortable room. Ate at the restaurant which was pricey but very good. Location is great with bars and restaurants walking distance including Mortons. Also Christmas in the Park is right across the street. Definitely would stay again!
This hotel was just okay, but far from being a 4 star hotel. Some issues we had - When we checked into the room, the bed was not made and missing the duvet. The next day when housekeeping came by, they took the towels but did not replace them. Website states housekeeping comes by daily, but the hotel let us know it’s not daily unless requested. No robes in the room as listed on the website. There was...
Beautiful, “old style” hotel. Linens were a bit tofu, but room was very nice and had a little fridge and coffee maker with complementary water. Very nice shower. Working easy walking distance from a lot of great restaurants and attractions. Would definitely stay again!

We had a big family gathering at your Hotel. The service was friendly and the food was terrific. Everyone said that the food was very delicious. They were also very helpful in helping us with our cake for the birthday celebration of my brother. What a nice place, guys! I will be recommending you to everyone I know!
Spent a few nights as part of a business trip. The hotel appears to be renovated and still has some of the old-school motel feel to it. The bed was very comfortable, and the room amenities are great. The bathroom (particularly tub/shower area) could benefit from a re-do of the tile and/or lighting fixtures, but the room was clean and everything worked. The staff were very friendly, and it was clear...
Customer service was excellent. Speedy check in and gave me the option to pick my room which was cool. The room was simple but not complaining. The only downside were the pillows, they were uncomfortable to sleep on but made it work. The light underneath the door is distracting a bit during the early morning and makes it difficult to sleep in. Lastly, you can hear everything outside the door when people...
This is a good quality hotel. There is a nice pool and hot tub area and the rooms are clean and have some decent amenities. All of the staff was was very courteous. There was one minor item that didn't sit so well with me, however. The hotel offers a happy hour gathering Monday through Thursday from 6 to 10 pm where guests are provided one complimentary drink (beer, wine, etc). I stayed on a Thursday...
Check in and check out were easy and fast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. They provided free wifi, and complimentary coffee and tea. I used the pool, lounge room, and the 24 hour fitness room and have zero complaints. I was quite comfortable in my short stay.
Location and the room were great. The bathroom is fairly small. The bed was very comfortable. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional.

First time staying here! Loved it. Tonya and staff were amazing. Check in was fast, helped us with suggestion on local places to eat. Rooms were nice.. Shuttle was easy and convenient. Definitely will be staying here again.
Nice, clean and pretty quiet hotel. You won't hear planes but you might hear highway. The staff is absolutely five ⭐ they found and brought me my mobile I left behind. Thank you Eke and the rest of the team.
convenient to the airport, restaurant is being renovated but nice Italian place across the street, along with a sandwich place, Indian and thai places
If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... Friendiest staff, really good to me. They upgraded my room, shuttled me all over to restaurants, even picked me up from another surrounding hotel. They always make me feel welcome. Conveniently located right off of the 87, clean well-stocked rooms, somehave balconies...
