Signia by Hilton Hotel
San Jose, 170 South Market Street 🧭 Map
It's just an ordinary business hotel, and it's good in all aspects. But the price-performance ratio of all hotels during the conference is too low
The Signia Hotel in San Jose, USA won me over with its excellent service and luxurious facilities. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the beds are extremely comfortable, allowing you to have a good night's sleep. The hotel's dining options are diverse, and every bite is a feast for the taste buds. The fitness center and swimming pool are impeccably maintained and are a great place to relax. Whether...
I visited on a business trip. It was a relatively recently built hotel, so it had a clean and modern interior. The location was good and transportation was convenient.
The room is spacious and the location is very convenient, but parking is a bit troublesome. The entrance to the underground garage can be missed if you are not careful. The sink in the room is not well designed and often clogged.
The hotel is very new and the atmosphere is very romantic. The cocktails in the lobby bar are also delicious. The hotel front desk is also very nice and let us check in early.
The room hardware and software are very good, and the location is very convenient, in the center of San Jose. The hotel occupancy rate is quite high, the breakfast is good, but the dinner is not recommended, it is very expensive.

We are rarely disappointed with our Marriott stays and this stay was no different! Everyone was very nice and welcoming. The location was perfect as we flew in for our son’s game against San Jose State. We walked to yoga one morning. Walked to the stadium on game day.
Having stayed in many Marriott’s across the country (196 nights and counting), I can say this was one of my best stays. The staff at check-in welcomed me warmly and provided me with a very comfortable room. On top of that, they gave me a nice welcome gift consisting of wine and snacks. Thanks again for the great stay. I will be back soon!
Saturday, August 9, 2025 arrived at San Jose Marriott for the San Jose Jazz Festival around 9 am from Sacramento, traffic was easy. Early check-in wasn't until 1 pm. Finally got a room around 2 pm after five hour wait! Nice room though. Two queen size beds (I think). More than enough for little ole me though. I had requested a microwave in the room when I made my reservation in June. No microwave!...
The service at Marriott Hotels in China is very good, but it is different abroad. There is not even a bottle of water, and the room was not cleaned even after staying for three days. The experience is really terrible!
The room rate was a bit expensive because it was the event season, but the facilities were satisfactory.
If you are driving, the entrance is easy to miss, especially when it is a busy check in time, but otherwise, we had a great experience for our short stay. We came the night before a volleyball tournament at the San Jose convention center and it was very convenient for us to park, stay, and walk to the convention center hall for the tournament. We ordered delicious dinner from one of the restaurants...

What a hidden gem in San Jose! I live nearby and had no idea this existed. We stayed here with my family (2 toddlers) when we lost power during the storms. It was quiet, luxurious, clean. The staff were incredibly kind to us and our kids and helpful when we needed extra amenities for the kids. There's a well equipped gym, event facilities, gorgeous grounds and a nice restaurant. This was exactly the...
Spectacular! This is a gorgeous property with great staff. We are loyal to the Hilton brand and happy to have found the Hayes Mansion. We declined housekeeping service as we were only staying for three nights. We realized that meant we wouldn’t have enough coffee pods for each day a quick call to the front desk and some was delivered. The place is extremely clean and well kept. Easy parking. Maggie...
This is a very family friendly hotel. Amenities are typical for a nice Hilton. There seemed to be a shortage of towels during our stay. There were 3 adults in our room, but they only gave us 2 sets and it took quite a bit of calling the front desk, housekeeping, etc. to get the towels we needed. Room was very clean and updated. We were in town for a birthday party at Martial Cottle Park, and we think...
The hotel is a historic Manson with hotel rooms added in the back. The main building does look gorgeous but the hotel rooms were pretty standard. While the room is nice and clean, it is a bit small. I also agreed with other people’s comments that they really need to add more staff to improve the service. P.S. this is a popular venue for wedding and other corporate events. If you want to avoid the party...
The staffs are friendly. There are plenty of parking. The room is clean. They also have a nice heated pool. Overall, it's good. The only thing that I don't like is the room size; but it's not a deal breaker to me
Food expensive and just OK. Used mainly for conferences

Very friendly and helpful staff. breakfast very good. great coffee!
Great experience. Needed a last minute room and everything was booked, but the front desk staff was able to accommodate me. I was treated with care and professionalism. Francis was great and made me feel welcome. I’ll be back for sure
Stayed there for one night family of four. Very good service. We wanted to go elsewhere for a breakfast and were suggested a few options and they even gave us a lift to one of them on the airport shuttle, because it was not busy! We were very pleased with this.
Close to the airport. Room was updated and comfortable. I wish there was more around it. The cafe next door at the bowling alley was about it, but it wasn't terrible.
Great room, super comfy bed, nice bathroom with plenty of shower products, pool was heated, and staff was friendly. It was real close to some grocery stores so picking up snacks was real easy. And to top it all off, the price was great. All you can ever ask from a hotel, would stay here anytime!
Front desk Personnel for cordial and efficient both I'd check in and leaving. Our plane got in late and they were very willing to send there transport to pick us up at the airport after 11 p.m. The driver in the morning was very courteous and efficient in getting this to our plane for the next leg of our trip Our room was spacious clean and well-appointed. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel room size is OK, the location is good, very close to San Jose Airport. The facilities are average, and the service is good. As a hotel for business trips, it is quite suitable.
Breakfast was minimal but acceptable since I was there for work.
San Jose has good Witty, good atmosphere, good heating and cooling, good breakfast, and reasonable price... Not bad value for money.
Very good, big room, clean, free parking
Clean room. Nice breakfast… accessible to air port.. not much food around and need to drive.
The hotel is nice, there are many rooms, but the rooms at the back are a bit far away. There are no slippers, toothbrushes, etc. in the room, you need to bring your own. There is a gas station next to it. There are few types of breakfast, but it is enough.

Good hotel! Conveniently located! Friendly staff!
I stayed there for several nights on a business trip, and it was more cost-effective than the surrounding area. After using it, I found it to be really cost-effective! If I were to come back, it would definitely be a hotel I would consider.
I was able to soak in the bathtub every day. I often hear that there aren't any amenities in America, but there were plenty of amenities. There was water in the lobby so you could drink it for free anytime! (This was really helpful... thanks to this I didn't have to buy water once and I never had a problem staying hydrated!) Also, the station was really close so it was a great location for going anywhere...
It’s more of an inn without any breakfast offered. It’s rather noisy and somewhat scary as there are cars that zoom up and about in the middle of the night
The room is too small, facing the parking lot, a bit noisy
I don't know why the rating is so low. Although the facilities are a bit old, the induction lights, toiletries, large shower head, clean and tidy, and the price is not expensive. You can even book a nanny car to pick you up at the airport for free the next day. Such a simple but real hotel is rare in second-tier cities in the United States. This is my first review, and I can't bear to see the low rating

Great hotel highly recommended, amazing staff and great customer service. We had a wonderful stay, great location and super clean hotel. We love the Starbucks across the street and grocery store was convenient for us since we have our grandkids.
Very clean, free breakfast. The room was big.
You can cook and the transportation is convenient
The staff here was very helpful. Our business accommodation reservation in Cupertino fell through at literally the last minute so, of course, I turned to Marriott. Even though we ended up changing our length of stay three times, the reception desk staff was very kind and helpful. The included breakfast is the healthiest and tastiest we've ever had at hotels that provide complementary breakfasts...
Beds were comfy, rooms were nice. I loved the bathroom in that everything was placed exactly where you need it...towel racks, a place for your washcloth, dispensers for shampoo and conditioner, long mirror, etc. The next day, as my son and I toured Winchester Mystery House nearby, my mom and brother were able to buy frozen meals from the lobby store to eat while they waited for us. The breakfast...
It is perfectly located in less than one min from the highway. Only 8 minutes to SJC airport. The main road (Saratoga) has a lot of the main locations to see in San Jose like the Westfield mall. It is really nice when you find the hotel less than a minute from the highway. The place is well secured by many doors with room card access. You do not have to pass by the reception to access the rooms. ...

no bad, quite and clean. I would like to reserve it again for my next travel.
My stay was wonderful right in the heart of San Jose close to a lot of good eats etc i would definitely stay here again thank you Four Points!
The room is small and the elevator is old. Not worth the price.
Immaculate Hotel with Exceptional Service - Thanks to Kash! Rating: 5/5 This hotel exceeded my expectations! The room was spotless, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Kash for his outstanding service - he went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Highly recommended for a clean and welcoming place to stay. Keep up the great work!
The hotel is in a very good location, with complete catering and other service facilities around and convenient transportation. The room is clean and quiet. It's just that parking costs an extra $45, which is painful.
location was perfect was walking distance for dinner.

This is nice place right in the middle of Santa Clara and on the road where all Indian stores restaurants and ice cream places are located. Good for one night stay. Personal at welcome desk were polite and friendly. Finding parking might be Challenging at late night but they do have space in the back of the hotel. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Hairdryer kept was not working but upon...
Property was in good locale, near lots of shopping/eateries. Building is dated, but seemed kept up pretty good. Room smelled a bit but was tolerable. Bed was comfortable and furniture was clean and in good shape. There was a fantastic breakfast with lots of choices. Price was reasonable. It was on a bus route that took me right to the transit center for a dollar. I would stay there again.
This place is great! I love the courtyard aesthetic, and the weird little outcrops along the railing are so cute. My spouse and I stayed here for a week while I recovered from surgery. It's within walking distance from a dollar store, which is really cool. They have multiple vending machines. And their breakfast is really good. Sausage, eggs, tots, and waffles. There's also a ton of restaurants close...
I'll start with the good: Breakfast, friendly staff, nearby to a shopping plaza and restaurants, parking included with stay, and convenient location for conventions. The bad: Dirty outdated rooms, bugs (spiders and carpenters), no exhaust in washroom (need to use window for that), ongoing construction (I assume for renovations of rooms), hard to find parking at night. Overnights I was awoken to loud...
The room is worth the price. A good choice for a good sleep after a busy day.
The advantage is that there are many charging points. The older brother is still firm, clean, white, soft pillows, soft blankets, these are the advantages, full 9. Clean enough to be acceptable 7. The room is quite dim, give a score of 6. The front desk staff, the cleaning staff, are very good, the cleanliness around is very good.

I was there for 13 days and there wasn’t room service they kept skipping my room , I had to ask for towels in a few ovations and for clean bedding everything else was good .
The door of the room was really hatd to close, when upon of our arrival was open but later we find out why. The microwave was not working. The thing that I do not like is that is making you go to the lobby and ask for things, like dishes.
The smell is horrible When i came back to the room today there was this horrible smell theat smelled like a portapotty and a little while later the front desk person came to our room and told us that we cant use our water for an hour because there is a plumbing issue. I feel like we should have had a warning way before right now now i cant even use the bathroom this sucks
The room is quite big and has a kitchen, but the sound insulation is very poor. I always hear someone shouting in the middle of the night. It is best to bring your own breakfast. Pets are allowed.
The hotel has breakfast, but it's not very good, just coffee, milk and cake. The best thing is that the hotel has a kitchen and kitchenware at the front desk, so you can make some simple meals yourself.
I was pleasantly surprised. Clean room, great layout. Comfy bed. Fairly fresh redecoration. Location is great and rates incredibly affordable for the area. Staff super friendly.

There weren’t very many people here during our stay and that gave a bit of a vibe off, but the hotel was nice. The room was very clean and spacious. My stay at this hotel was exceptional. The hotel is very charming and the rooms are very comfortable. The rooms are larger then expected and have all the appointments you need such as tv air conditioning on premises washer dryer ice machine etc. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast at the hotel was great. I appreciated the wide selection. I plan on staying here again.
Very clean and lovely hotel. Included breakfast is great with big choice and fresh fruits. I will definitely stay here again.
The hotel, room, and eating areas were very clean. The hotel was so quiet. The room was spacious. The continental breakfast offerings were fresh. There were no hot items available for breakfast; however, it did not matter to me. What was offered was more than adequate! Parking, indoor or outside, was free. Price was right. We will definitely stay here again!
The charm of the place grew on me over my stay. At first I thought I was checking into a haunted mansion, it is very obviously an older hotel. But the room upgrades are nice, the bathroom was completely redone and the bed was nice and comfy. The furniture in the room is old, but it works (both functionally and aesthetically). They have a lovely breakfast array out every morning with coffee, teas, fresh...
Good hotel. Avg breakfast. Good hospitality.

was clean, relatively modern, good parking, quiet and great value.
I was in San Jose for a convention this weekend and was lucky enough to reserve a room here, the room was clean, warm and the service was immaculate.
The property was very clean and the location is ideal because of its proximity to the Convention center. There's also a Starbucks nearby. The manager was extremely courteous, kind and professional. He was very accommodating and helped me check-in and check-out early. I can't recommend this place enough. Great price!
So far so good here for a few days. Reception was warm and friendly. The gentleman really gave us 110% service.
My family and I took a quick trip to San Jose. We all liked the fact that it is within driving distance of places to eat and visit. The hotel is family owned so it has a cozy vibe. It is very clean. Our room was left spotless when room service did the daily clean-up. It is bare bones. It does have a small coffee maker, small fridge and microwave. Nothing fancy. But we felt welcomed. Will go book here...
Amazing place with clean rooms and friendly staff. I was leading a week-long team event downtown and needed to book multiple rooms for the whole duration. Was pretty nervous about reserving a longer stay but the team was comfortable the whole time. Would definitely recommend this place!
