we had no problems with anything---- feeling grateful- beds were great- like the updates-- internet worked fine- pool area was too hot but that was it-- enjoyed our stay "back home"....

I had an issue that I wanted to discuss with hotel management about the training employees receive for the registration desk, cannot seem to get any employees to respond.
It seems that they do not give detailed instructions to the employees about guests with service dogs. I have found that they are lacking the basic knowledge of the ADA laws concerning the legality of the questions that are allowed by law to ask.
I had an experience with my latest stay while checking in. The gentleman kept insisting that I show papers of certification for my service dog, "for emergency purposes", and was a bit snarky when I showed him. He then changed our room after the fact. When we got to that room, the air conditioner did not work. So, I call the desk and told the same man who checked us in, it didn't work. He hung up on me. My husband and I walked back down to registration to tell him face to face. He went to the breaker box and flipped a switch adjacent to the desk and said it should work now. We went back to that room and it did work.
The indoor pool was super cold. The hot tub's jets didn't work and the water was cloudy.

Pros: the pools and jacuzzi look nice. There’s a small game room with about 7 arcade games

Cons: they gave our room away. We had even called to let them know we were arriving later in the night and they confirmed it was ok. They ended up having to give us two smaller rooms to accommodate.
The room key cards didn’t work. Had to go to the front desk and even after all that only one of two cards worked.
