Beautiful hotel with a bar and a cozy sofa reception area when you stepped in. The room is spacious with a couch and a wide desk. The bathroom is bright and clean and equipped with the basic toiletries. I requested a hair comb and two bathrobes and the staff sent them to my room. Kudos for that!

As a globalist, I am satisfied with the service received. We had 4 people, the front desk supervisor Bridget upgraded us to a nice room with extra space. We also got complimentary breakfast. The room was old but clean. We also like the location which is walkable to many downtown restaurants.

We had a great stay! Walking distance to downtown Santa Rosa made us so easy when traveling with 2 toddlers. Also there’s a nice trail right behind the hotel, our family spend some time walking downtown the trail before we checking out. The room was nice and clean. Kids had a lot of fun in the yard.

Beautiful location and great amenities for the conference i attended recently. Only problem was the bed. It was the worst hotel bed I've ever slept on. The floor was more comfortable. Rooms are great, showers and bathrooms are small. Hot water is always available and hot. The little Garden Cafe for breakfast is simple but oh so accomodating. Very welcoming prices for breakfast. Newly remodeled so the rooms are fantastic. Outside looks a bit dated but well maintained. By far the best Best Western I have ever stayed at. Best value for the Santa Rosa area considering the high price of accommodations due to fires.

This Hotel is across the street from 101 hwy and very easy to get around Santa Rosa.. the rooms are very nice and recently renovated. I stay at IHG holiday Express Hotels for their consistency and quality. The mattresses are the most comfortable from my experience. We stayed here twice in order to attend winery dinners and both times were thrilled at the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel looks great and very new. I give the rooms 3 stars because this is the smallest two queen bed room that I have ever been in. The room was so small! And, the bathroom was very tiny. The bathroom sink has zero counter space, I even had to put my toiletries on the back of the toilet. This room should've been a single bed only, but that wouldn't help make the very tiny bathroom.

The staff was very friendly during my stay in February. The room was clean and the diner across the street was awesome. I recently had reservations but was not able to come due to illness and they were very accommodating when I had to cancel at the last minute. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for a stay in Santa Rosa.

I would put this hotel as a middle of the road hotel. They seem to be working toward improving with renovation in many areas so I think it will get better with time. The food was mediocre; the buscuits and gravy was bland. Better off walking down the street to Montgomery Village and getting to good eats there.

We went here for Thanksgiving dinner with our relatives. One of them had their house burn down, which is why we decided to go here. It was really fun and good. The waiters and waitresses were fantastic. They made sure our glasses were never empty and that all empty plates were removed. I would return again.

We love staying at the Flamingo. It's a great place for the whole family. The grounds there are beautiful. It has a great atmosphere for hanging out, weather you want to swim, play on the grass or enjoy the restaurant. I can see why so many events are held there. I know we'll be going there for years to come.

The room was very clean. Security is good. The beds were very comfortable. My only problems were there was only one coffee pod in room. Only one soap. No refrigerator. Also, when we asked about Continental Breakfast we were told only certain rooms were eligible for that. We had a wonderful 4 days at the Flamingo. The food was great, and the staff warm and welcoming. Great beds & serene setting! The Flamingo is nostalgic, and very well maintained. Santa Rosa was a very charming town (we were visiting from Colorado for a wedding). We would stay at the Flamingo again.

The grounds and location of the hotel are lovely. Some of the second floor rooms are on the ground level so that caught me by surprise and I hoped to have a better view of the surrounding area instead of just the parking lot. The hotel room was very clean and nice. Although small, and the sink for the bathroom was outside the bathroom... Which I really didn't like. Rooms are nice and great central location. Had a problem with the air-conditioning that has been resolved. Raised my rating from 4 stars to 5 because of the fix. I'm a Marriott points member and as of now can say I've never been disappointed.

Clean, nice sized room that had a small balcony with a view of the pool area. A good breakfast with lots of options. The fruit was exceptional; melons, berries, and pineapple alongside the usual apples, oranges and bananas. The stay was very nice. Definitely not up-scale but didn't expect it to be. Everything was neat, clean and friendly. When they say they leave the light on they were not joking. When we left for the day we turned all the lights off. Stayed here first on business via a suggestion from a local customer. I was expecting good service, I wasn't expecting some of the best service on the planet. The whole staff is great, but the concierge, Chris, has some kind of mystic ability to remember things from past conversations that he uses to make future stays even more memorable.

We had an absolutely lovely time here on an August weekend. The house itself is historic, kind of amazing, and very well kept. Larry and Pam were both warm and professional, and seemed to have thought of all the details and then some. What a beautiful place and fantastic hosts. We really enjoyed our stay with Pam and Larry. The place is a well preserved and maintained Victorian mansion surrounded with vineyards and green fields. We particularly enjoyed our breakfast with Lavender Tea bread and a delicious soufflé.

The hotel decor and room accomodations need some updating to be considered "stylish" and our room didn't have a microwave, which was inconvenient for an extended stay, but there is one available in the lobby. Beautiful somewhat pricey property, upkept very nicely, located adjacent to a large vineyard (great views), but perhaps just a bit too close to Hwy 101, this upscale hotel is best suited for couples looking for a resort with all the amenities (spa, upscale restaurant, bar). We stayed four nights celebrating our wedding anniversary. One could easily stay the entire time on location given the offerings...

Overall a great experience. The grounds of the resort are truly beautiful, with lots of places to explore. The room was large & I loved being able to open my window to enjoy the crisp morning air. I would definitely stay here again. For the price, some extra amenities would have been nice - better in-room coffee or tea, use of the indoor pool, discounted/free breakfast, etc.

WOW!!!! This place is lovely. The rooms are spectacular. The rooms, common places and grounds are meticulously clean. The staff are all very friendly. Rooms are phenomenal and the experiences were memorable. Its a great place for a honeymoon or a weekend out but it's a destination to be remembered by the next time you read your bill you can't but forget. Nonetheless it's worth every penny.

Close to the airport and highway it is well located. In a pretty area with vineyards and a pond with fountain. The hotel is clean and bright. Very nice expansive lobby with nice decor. The rooms were standard rooms and were in great condition. The beds were comfy. Parking lots has lots of parking, The immediate area does not have much to offer but there is a lot quite close by. Overall very nice stay. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Nice convenient location. Only suggestion is to avoid a room overlooking the bar/open lobby. There was a very loud party happening in the bar and even though our room was on a higher floor, the laughing/screaming echoes up the open foyer. Room was decent size and very clean. There was a bit of noise from the pool (during the day) and from doors closing down the hall, but we slept well. Bathroom ventilation didn't seem to be working too well but no sign of mold. Reported it to the desk and they were checking it out. Very handy to the Luther Burbank Center. Good breakfast. Ok recommend this hotel.

Very friendly staff. Nice location... Not too busy but has a movie theater in the adjacent parking lot. Well appointed rooms and comfortable beds.

A luxury hotel with many amenities. Room was very clean and customer service was just as good. For the price you pay, you get a hotel with everything you need for the best stay in Santa Rosa.
