Absolutely beautiful clean rooms and great service staff. Dean is the man to talk to. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

Been there twice. The 1st time was a memorable experience. The second, not quite.
Overpriced beautiful place but lacks of attache services. If they have them, well, they fell short for me because I haven't noticed them. The only kudos are the shuttle service which, is not free by the way because it's included in the daily surcharges.
I loved my first experience and wanted to repeat it this year but with two additional guests. Just to find (AGAIN), that bedrooms TVs were NOT working. Two consecutive stays and I had the same horrible experience when it came to technology. Not only that, the technical experts were clueless in how to fix it (both times). Also, the second time I visited, I went for my birthday so I requested ahead of time something nice (attache). When I arrived, there was nothing waiting for me. I would suggest offering those services to guests like other 5 star hotels for extra charge. Also, the paddle-boards and kayaks were not available this time.
So, I thought to myself there are plenty of other places to visit and I got disappointment this time so next year I won't go to this place anymore.

Upon check-in, we were greeted by a single front desk representative who quickly processed our arrival without much interaction. He didn’t inquire about the purpose of our stay or provide any information about the property’s amenities, which would have been helpful given how spread out the property is.
We were in town for a wedding, and with two ceremonies happening on the beach that evening, it would have been nice to receive guidance on where ours was located. Additionally, I asked to have my name added to the room reservation in case we misplaced the key, but was told this wasn’t possible.
To make matters worse, the TV in our room didn’t work. We texted the front desk for assistance but received no response, only to later receive a checkout text the next day with no acknowledgment or apology for the inconvenience.
Overall, the lack of attention to detail and poor service left us disappointed. Next time, we’ll be booking at a Marriott, where we know we’ll be taken care of.

We had our wedding last week at the Resort at Longboat Key Club- it was the most absolutely wonderful experience. From our initial tour of the property when wedding planning to checking out the day after our beach front wedding, the resort and their team made us feel welcomed, special and well taken care of!
Dean at the front of the hotel was always incredibly friendly and helpful. He truly made our and our guests stay feel like a 10 star experience!
Sonja and the entire event planning team went above and beyond to make sure my beach front wedding was exactly what I envisioned.
The catering/serving/bartending team were fantastic at making sure our guests were well fed and made excellent cocktails— it definitely helped keep everyone dancing all night! My husband and I still talk about how amazing it was to have Xally personally assigned to us during our wedding night- she always made sure we had a cold, fresh drink in our hand and that we ate a bit too!
I was blown away at how beautiful the resort looked after getting hit x2 by hurricanes just weeks prior. All of our guests that stayed at the resort had a first class experience!

In 2023 I made a reservation for a weeks stay. I did not realize I booked two concurrent stays, which was my error due to changing my dates of stay. I realized my error but it was not within their cancellation window so I ended up paying for 2 reservations. After pleading with management, I was granted a stay credit to use. In full disclosure management was very flexible on this issue.
I did finally make a reservation to use some of my credit but again cancelled due to the 2 hurricanes. Even though my cancellation was more than three weeks in advance of this particular stay, I am now being told my credit is forfeited, which I was never told. We absolutely love the resort but not sure we will stay there again due to all this ridiculousness. As a guest, be aware that the resort fee covers very little and you will be paying for anything you want, like a 2nd umbrella or an extra beach chairs.

What an amazing place. Perfect location on a beautiful white sandy beach with sand dunes hiding the buildings. Great staff, all very attentive and friendly, and it was genuine rather than forced. Great places to eat on site and close by, we’ll definitely be back again.
