Resort at Longboat Key Club

We had our wedding last week at the Resort at Longboat Key Club- it was the most absolutely wonderful experience. From our initial tour of the property when wedding planning to checking out the day after our beach front wedding, the resort and their team made us feel welcomed, special and well taken care of!

Dean at the front of the hotel was always incredibly friendly and helpful. He truly made our and our guests stay feel like a 10 star experience!

Sonja and the entire event planning team went above and beyond to make sure my beach front wedding was exactly what I envisioned.

The catering/serving/bartending team were fantastic at making sure our guests were well fed and made excellent cocktails— it definitely helped keep everyone dancing all night! My husband and I still talk about how amazing it was to have Xally personally assigned to us during our wedding night- she always made sure we had a cold, fresh drink in our hand and that we ate a bit too!

I was blown away at how beautiful the resort looked after getting hit x2 by hurricanes just weeks prior. All of our guests that stayed at the resort had a first class experience!

We had a great time at this resort. I’m SO happy we ended up booking this property. We were really happy with the location. The room itself was really impressive, clean and nice. We loved our view! Austin at the front desk was an absolute pleasure to work with, same with the rest of the staff! We loved our experience and would recommend to definitely book this resort if you are considering it.

You must stay here. This is the most beautiful resort we have ever stayed in. If I could give it 20 Stars I certainly would. From the moment you hit the guard gate, to the front desk to check in, to your room which is absolutely spotless and gorgeous, The view is breathtaking and the staff is incredibly helpful and nice. The three restaurants are equally different and amazing within themselves. They clean this resort all day everyday and you will not find a nicer place to stay. I highly recommend you stay at this resort. My husband and I will be going back at least 2 to 3 times a year. We're sitting here right now figuring out dates to go back in a few weeks. You will not go wrong.

We just got back from a week at the resort. Overall, it’s a beautiful property with a lot of stellar employees. Our room was very nice/comfortable and perfect for our needs. The restaurant at the the hotel - Latitudes - was average at best. Breakfast was fine, but I wouldn’t recommend dinner there. They other restaurants at the resort - Whisky bar and Italian restaurant were much better. Beach and pool were great and we’re the golf and tennis facilities.

I wish I could give 6 stars for service. All the staff went out of their way to ensure the guests were happy at all times. All were polite, professionally and proactive. I have not seen such fantastic service since before the pandemic. The facilities and grounds were gorgeous. This place is awesome!

Best resort I’ve ever stayed in. Every single staff member seems to be having a good day regardless of what’s going on. Everyone from the gate guard, bartender, beach staff, pool staff, housekeeping & servers. Just amazing, Joe at the pool bar was very attentive. Alexander taking drink orders by the beach was awesome. The food was delicious, the rooms are updated and have great features & views. Would highly recommend this resort every time.
